出于进一步降低生产成本的目的,在又一实施例中,将隔热件50设置为两块独立的垫片50’。两块独立的垫片50’之间存在相隔空间,从而节省了隔热材料的使用,降低了生产的用料成本。两块垫片50’分别供承重螺栓40及限位件80穿过,同时两片隔热垫片50’具有相等的厚度,从而使外壁挂板30与壳体10安装后具有一致的安装高度,提高了生产标准化程度,进而降低了生产成本。
为了加强隔热性能,参照图1和图2所示,在本实施例中,隔热件50为气凝胶毡,气凝胶具有导热系数低的特点,对热量传导具有较佳的阻隔作用。同时,将隔热件50做成气凝胶毡,利用了气凝胶材料具有柔性的特点,气凝胶毡可以附着壳体10的外壁面而产生一定的型变,从而与外壁面充分接触,起良好的热阻隔作用。再者,气凝胶毡具有质轻、防火、环保等特性,适合用作热水器挂壁安装材料,以减轻热水器的整体总量。
本发明还提出一种电热水器,该电热水器包括多个前述的壁挂安装结构,该壁挂安装结构的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本电热水器采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此同样具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种壁挂安装结构,其特征在于,包括:壳体,所述壳体设有第一安装孔;内壁挂板,所述内壁挂板固定在热水器内胆上;位于所述壳体外的外壁挂板,所述外壁挂板设有第二安装孔;承重螺栓,所述承重螺栓穿过所述第二安装孔及所述第一安装孔固定在所述内壁挂板上;隔热件,所述隔热件设置于所述外壁挂板与所述壳体之间。
- 如权利要求1所述的壁挂安装结构,其特征在于,所述壁挂安装结构还包括绝缘板,所述绝缘板安装在所述内壁挂板远离所述内胆的一侧。
- 如权利要求2所述的壁挂安装结构,其特征在于,所述绝缘板设有供所述承重螺栓穿过的第三安装孔。
- 如权利要求3所述的壁挂安装结构,其特征在于,所述壳体设有第四安装孔,所述外壁挂板设有第五安装孔,所述内壁挂板设有定位部,所述外壁挂板通过限位件定位安装,所述限位件穿过所述第五安装孔及所述第四安装孔固定在所述定位部内。
- 如权利要求4所述的壁挂安装结构,其特征在于,所述定位部为镶嵌螺母,所述限位件为定位螺栓。
- 如权利要求4所述的壁挂安装结构,其特征在于,所述定位部为安装孔,所述限位件为定位销。
- 如权利要求5或6所述的壁挂安装结构,其特征在于,所述外壁挂板具有安装面,所述安装面与所述壳体的外壁面适配,所述第二安装孔及所述第五安装孔均设于所述安装面上。
- 如权利要求7所述的壁挂安装结构,其特征在于,所述隔热件为两片独立的隔热垫片,两片所述隔热垫片具有相等的厚度。
- 如权利要求8所述的壁挂安装结构,其特征在于,所述隔热件为气凝胶毡。
- 一种电热水器,其特征在于,所述电热水器包括多个如权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的壁挂安装结构。
