Abstract

La présente invention concerne un gel de carraghénane comprenant de l'eau, un ou plusieurs éléments parmi la gomme xanthane, la gomme de caroube et/ou la gomme gellane, un supplément nutritif, une vitamine et un conservateur. Du sirop de sucre de pomme est éventuellement ajouté.
