洗衣机是利用电能产生机械作用来洗涤衣物的清洁电器。随着科技的发展和技术的进步,洗衣机的功能也越来越强大,它已经成为千千万万家庭中必不可少的家用电器。现有的一些洗衣机都是采用单一的洗涤方式,洗衣机在进水完成后,通过洗涤桶的持续不停地转动,利用水流不停地对衣物进行拍打和摩擦,从而完成对衣物的洗涤过程。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
参照图1,示出了现有洗衣机运行的程序框图。
现有洗衣机在洗涤过程之前执行浸泡过程,该浸泡过程的时间一般最长为30min,浸泡过程一般按照多种方式结合进行,或者同一方式多次进行。例如,在洗涤过程之前持续浸泡30min,浸泡过程一般按照浸泡A单元+浸泡B单元+浸泡C单元+浸泡C单元执行(浸泡A单元+浸泡B单元+浸泡C单元+浸泡C单元的时间总和为30min),其中,浸泡A单元为洗衣机转动2min停止3min,浸泡B单元为洗衣机转动1min停止4min,浸泡C单元为洗衣机转动1min停止9min;或者,浸泡过程还可以按照浸泡C单元+浸泡C单元+浸泡C单元执行(浸泡C单元+浸泡C单元+浸泡C单元的时间总和为30min)。这种浸泡过程在洗涤过程之前,洗衣机内桶上层负载在短暂的浸泡过程中由于洗衣机转动时间比较短,上层负载很难甚至无法翻转下去,浸泡效果较差,从而影响整机的洗净比,无法发挥浸泡过程的最大作用;同时,负载无法在有限的时间内与洗涤剂和水融合,这样,为了达到同样的洗净比,一般通过增加洗涤时间或者增加洗涤水流来提升洗净比,于是就又增加了洗衣机的耗电量。
如图1至图5所示,本发明提供一种洗衣机控制方法,洗衣机的洗涤程序包括洗涤过程和浸泡过程,洗涤程序包括至少两次洗涤过程,分别为第一次洗涤过程、第二次洗涤过程,……第n次洗涤过程(n≥2),相邻洗涤过程之间执行一次浸泡过程,即在每个洗涤过程运行完成后,执行一次浸泡过程,然后执行下一个程序。本发明通过在洗涤过程之后进行进浸泡处理,使得负载在洗涤过程中,通过相对较长的转动洗涤时间,洗衣机内桶上层负载有效的发挥浸 泡作用,负载在有限的时间内,上下交替翻转与洗涤剂和水融合在一起,使得负载上的污渍与洗涤剂和水发生反应,从而有效的将污渍溶解,既有效的发挥了浸泡过程的作用,提升洗净比。
在洗涤过程中,控制洗衣机至少以高洗涤转速的速度转动、和/或中高洗涤转速的速度转动、和/或低洗涤转速的速度转动。这样,可以令洗衣机内的负载不断翻滚并充分地与洗涤剂接触,从而提高洗净效率。
实施例一
本发明的实施例提供一种洗衣机控制方法,所述控制方法的洗涤程序包括至少两次洗涤过程,相邻洗涤过程之间执行一次浸泡过程。
其中,洗涤过程定义为洗衣机在设定时间内持续不断转动并对衣物进行搓揉洗涤的过程;浸泡过程定义为具有一定转停比(洗衣机转动时间与停止时间的数值比),为洗衣机转动与不转动相结合的过程;在浸泡过程中,一般设置洗衣机的转动时间小于停止时间,以充分利用浸泡过程对洗衣机内的负载进行浸泡处理,所述负载,可以理解为衣服、裤子、毛巾、被套等需要被洗涤处理的物品。
洗衣机的浸泡过程由多种水流强度构成,所述水流强度根据电机转速、和/或波轮转停比进行调整。在浸泡过程中,可以先控制洗衣机以中高洗涤转速的速度转动,然后再控制洗衣机停止转动,以让在洗涤过程中经过洗涤处理后的负载进一步通过浸泡过程中的转动,从而使衣物得到更好的洗净处理,紧接着的洗衣机停止转动过程,让负载衣物浸泡停留在内桶中,使衣物负载上残留的污渍融入水中,大大地提升了衣物负载的洗净比。
如图2所示,为本发明洗衣机的控制方法流程图,本实施例中,洗衣机的控制方法包括以下步骤,
S101、启动洗衣机并开启洗涤程序,累计值n初始化为1;
S102、控制洗衣机进入第n次洗涤过程,第n次洗涤过程完成后,执行步骤S103;
S103、控制洗衣机进入第n次浸泡过程,第n次浸泡过程完成后,执行步骤S104;
S104、判断累计值n是否等于预设值,若否,累计值n增加1次,并再次执行步骤
S102;若是,洗衣机洗涤程序完毕,进入下一步程序。
在上述技术方案中,开启洗衣机的洗涤程序,在进水过程完毕后,洗衣机首先进入设定时间的洗涤过程,这样可以通过相对较长的洗涤时间,洗衣机内桶上层负载能够得到有效的 翻转,洗衣机内桶的上层负载和下层负载交替翻转洗涤,从而使得洗衣机内桶中的负载能够充分地与洗涤剂和水相接触,为下一步浸泡过程提供条件。
然后,进入设定时间的浸泡过程,该设定时间一般最长为30分钟,浸泡过程可以为同一种浸泡方式进行多次,也可以为不同浸泡方式结合进行。这样,已经与洗涤剂和水充分接触的负载能够进一步地在浸泡过程中与洗涤剂和水融合在一起,有效地将负载上的污渍溶解,既有效的发挥了浸泡过程的作用,提升洗净比,又能够使洗衣机达到同时兼顾洗净比和耗电量的双重要求。
进一步地,所述浸泡过程为浸泡A单元、浸泡B单元和浸泡C单元中一种或其任意组合,浸泡A单元、浸泡B单元和浸泡C单元依次或任意顺序执行。例如,浸泡过程可以只是浸泡A单元或者浸泡B单元或者浸泡C单元,浸泡过程可以是浸泡A单元和浸泡B单元的结合,或者浸泡A单元和浸泡C单元的结合,当然浸泡过程还可以是浸泡A单元、浸泡B单元和浸泡C单元三者的结合。具体为哪种方式的浸泡过程可以根据实际需求而定。
其中,浸泡A单元、浸泡B单元和浸泡C单元分别具有不同的转停比;进一步地,所述浸泡A单元的转停比>浸泡B单元的转停比>浸泡C单元的转停比,使浸泡A单元、浸泡B单元、浸泡C单元的水流强度呈逐渐递减趋势。
进一步地,浸泡A单元、浸泡B单元、浸泡C单元的转停比分别为T1、T2、T3,T1、T2、T3均不相同。其中,浸泡A单元中波轮的转动时间大于等于浸泡B单元中波轮的转动时间,浸泡A单元中波轮的停止时间小于等于浸泡B单元中波轮的停止时间。
优选的,所述浸泡A的转停比为2:3,所述浸泡B的转停比为1:4,所述浸泡C的转停比为1:9。具体的,浸泡A单元为洗衣机转动2min停止3min,浸泡B单元为洗衣机转动1min停止4min,浸泡C单元为洗衣机转动1min停止9min。此处各时间的设置为优选的实施例,并不是对本发明控制方法的时间设置进行限制,具体的时间分配视具体的洗衣机容量大小、波轮性质及洗衣衣物属性进行调整。
实施例二
本实施例为上述实施例一的进一步限定,所述洗衣机控制方法的洗涤程序包括三次洗涤过程,本实施例中,洗涤过程包括第一次洗涤过程、第二次洗涤过程和第三次洗涤过程,在洗涤过程中,控制洗衣机至少以高洗涤转速的速度转动、和/或以中高洗涤转速的速度转动、和/或以低洗涤转速的速度转动,以使洗衣机内桶里的衣物负载通过洗衣机持续不断的转动与 内桶中的水和洗涤剂充分接触,并达到初步净化的效果;例如,洗衣机先以高洗涤转速转动,然后以中高洗涤转速转动,最后以低洗涤转速转动;或者洗衣机的洗涤转速也可以是由低速运转逐渐向高速运转的方式,具体通过何种方式依据洗衣机容量大小、波轮性质及负载属性进行配置,以使衣物负载既能够在合适动力下被清洗干净,又不至于过多地消耗电能,从而使洗衣机达到同时兼顾洗净比和耗电量的双重要求。
本实施例中,在第一次洗涤过程中,控制洗衣机以高洗涤转速的速度转动,以使洗涤剂和/或洗衣粉快速溶解并与内桶中的负载充分接触,在第二次洗涤过程中,控制洗衣机以中高洗涤转速的速度转动,在第三次洗涤过程中,控制洗衣机以低洗涤转速的速度转动。
参照图3,示出了本实施例洗衣机运行的逻辑程序图。
本实施例中,洗涤程序开启后,一般在1分钟的进水过程之后,洗衣机自动进入第一次洗涤过程,本实施例中,第一次洗涤过程持续5分钟,使得波轮持续不停的转动过程,让洗涤桶内的负载与洗涤剂和水充分接触并融合,之后再进入第一次浸泡过程,第一浸泡过程为浸泡C单元,如此反复执行洗涤过程和浸泡过程预定次数后,洗衣机再进入平衡过程,在短暂的平衡过程之后,进入下一个漂洗程序,本实施例中,漂洗程序为喷淋漂洗。最后,洗衣机进入脱水程序。
另外,第一次浸泡过程、第二次浸泡过程以及第三次浸泡过程还可以是由浸泡A单元和浸泡B单元叠加构成,浸泡A单元和浸泡B单元按照任意顺序执行。本发明的浸泡过程并不局限于所列举的组合方式,所列举的组合方式仅仅是为了体现本发明的优选实施方式,并不是对本发明的浸泡过程进行限定。
实施例三
本实施例与上述实施例一的区别在于:在洗衣机执行第一次洗涤过程之前,控制洗衣机执行浸泡过程。
如图4所示,本实施例中,所述控制方法包括以下步骤,
S201、启动洗衣机并开启洗涤程序,累计值m初始化为1;
S202、控制洗衣机进入第m次浸泡过程,第m次浸泡过程完成后,执行步骤S203;
S203、控制洗衣机进入第m次洗涤过程,第m次洗涤过程完成后,执行步骤S204;
S204、判断累计值m是否等于预设值,若否,累计值m增加1次,并再次执行步骤S202或步骤S203,若是,洗衣机洗涤程序完毕,进入下一个程序。
在上述技术方案中,累计值m初始化为1,m大于等于2,在洗衣机洗涤程序开启后,至少执行两次浸泡过程,相邻浸泡过程之间执行一次洗涤过程。
洗衣机的第一次浸泡过程为浸泡A单元和浸泡B单元的结合,浸泡A单元和浸泡B单元依照任意顺序执行,第二次浸泡过程为浸泡C单元;或者,第一次浸泡过程和第二次浸泡过程均为浸泡A单元、浸泡B单元和浸泡C单元叠加构成。当然,还可以是其他的组合方式,此处所列举的组合方式仅为本实施例的优选方式,并不用来限定本发明的保护范围。
本实施例中,洗涤程序开启后,一般在1分钟的进水过程之后,洗衣机先进入一段时间的第一次浸泡过程,之后洗衣机自动进入洗涤过程,让洗涤桶内的负载与洗涤剂和水充分接触并融合,然后再进入第二次浸泡过程,最后再进入下一步程序。另外,还可以在洗衣机上设置浊度传感器,该浊度传感器实时检测衣物负载的清洁度,如果清洁度未能达到预设阈值,就说明清洗不到位,需要继续进行洗涤,以满足预设阈值,这时,控制洗衣机循环执行步骤S202-S204,直至满足预设清洁度为止。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种洗衣机控制方法,洗衣机的洗涤程序包括洗涤过程和浸泡过程,其特征在于,所述洗涤程序包括至少两次洗涤过程,相邻洗涤过程之间执行一次浸泡过程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,在洗涤过程中,控制洗衣机至少以高洗涤转速的速度转动、和/或以中高洗涤转速的速度转动、和/或以低洗涤转速的速度转动;优选的,洗涤程序包括三次洗涤过程;在第一次洗涤过程中,控制洗衣机以高洗涤转速的速度转动,以使洗涤剂和/或洗衣粉快速溶解并与内桶中的负载充分接触,在第二次洗涤过程中,控制洗衣机以中高洗涤转速的速度转动,在第三次洗涤过程中,控制洗衣机以低洗涤转速的速度转动。
- 根据权利要求1或2任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法包括以下步骤,S101、启动洗衣机并开启洗涤程序,累计值n初始化为1;S102、控制洗衣机进入第n次洗涤过程,第n次洗涤过程完成后,执行步骤S103;S103、控制洗衣机进入第n次浸泡过程,第n次浸泡过程完成后,执行步骤S104;S104、判断累计值n是否等于预设值,若否,累计值n增加1次,并再次执行步骤S102;若是,洗衣机洗涤程序完毕,进入下一个程序。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述浸泡过程由具有不同水流强度的浸泡单元叠加构成,水流强度根据电机转速、和/或波轮转停比进行调整。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述浸泡过程包括浸泡A单元、浸泡B单元和浸泡C单元中的一种或其任意组合,浸泡A单元、浸泡B单元和浸泡C单元依次或任意顺序执行;其中,浸泡A单元、浸泡B单元和浸泡C单元分别具有不同的水流强度;优选的,洗涤程序包括三次洗涤过程,各次洗涤过程之后分别对应执行一次浸泡过程;第一次浸泡过程由浸泡A单元和浸泡B单元叠加构成,或者第一次浸泡过程为浸泡C单元,第二次浸泡过程和第三次浸泡过程均为浸泡C单元。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述浸泡A单元、浸泡B单元、浸泡C单元的水流强度根据电机转速、和/或波轮转停比进行调整,使浸泡A单元的水 流强度>浸泡B单元的水流强度>浸泡C单元的水流强度。
- 根据权利要求5或6任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述浸泡A单元、浸泡B单元、浸泡C单元中波轮的转停比分别为T 1、T 2、T 3,T 1、T 2、T 3均不相同。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,浸泡A单元中波轮的转动时间大于等于浸泡B单元中波轮的转动时间,浸泡A单元中波轮的停止时间小于等于浸泡B单元中波轮的停止时间;浸泡B单元中波轮的转动时间大于等于浸泡C单元中波轮的转动时间,浸泡B单元中波轮的停止时间小于等于浸泡C单元中波轮的停止时间。
- 根据权利要求2-8任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,在第一次洗涤过程之前,控制洗衣机执行浸泡过程。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法包括以下步骤,S201、启动洗衣机并开启洗涤程序,累计值m初始化为1;S202、控制洗衣机进入第m次浸泡过程,第m次浸泡过程完成后,执行步骤S203;S203、控制洗衣机进入第m次洗涤过程,第m次洗涤过程完成后,执行步骤S204;S204、判断累计值m是否等于预设值,若否,累计值m增加1次,并再次执行步骤S202或步骤S203,若是,洗衣机洗涤程序完毕,进入下一个程序。
