人体在运动时,皮肤与人体之间的热湿平衡会被打破,若肩带不能进行透气、透湿,势必会降低了舒适度。虽然肩带相对其它部位与人体的接触面积小,但是肩带对人体产生的压力比较大,若不对肩带进行处理,便无法提高穿着舒适度,特别对于运动型内衣。在本申请中,由于设置了绒面层,相当于增大了肩带的厚度,理论上是降低了透气透湿效果的,因此,本申请中,所述绒面层包括多段相间隔的绒面构成,通过多段的绒面设置,使得每段绒面之间形成透气透湿的通道,使得皮肤产生的热湿能通过此通道排走。此外,由于绒面层弹性不足,因此会显著影响里层弹性织带的弹性,而通过多段绒面的结构设置克服这一缺点,能最大限度的保持里层弹性织带的弹性表现,避免由于绒面层的设置降低弹性效果。
如上所述,除了肩带的两侧形成开口外,沿肩带长度方向的肩带末端,至少其中一端的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带可相互分离,进一步的提高了肩带与其他部位的缝合效率。
一种运动内衣,包括:
罩杯主体,分为左罩杯部和右罩杯部;
连接于罩杯主体的肶部,分为与左罩杯部连接的左肶部,以及与右罩杯部连接的右肶部;
连接于罩杯主体下沿和肶部下沿的弹性封闭状捆绑部;
上述的双Y型肩带,分为左肩带和右肩带;
所述左肩带的一端连接至左罩杯部,另一端连接至右肶部的末端,所述右肶部的末端嵌入至左肩带的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带之间;
所述右肩带的一端连接至右罩杯部,另一端连接至左肶部的末端,所述左肶 部的末端嵌入至右肩带的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带之间。
使用者在运动过程中,乳房是呈“∞”型左右摆动,而不是普通动作(如步行)中的上下晃动,这种现象在高强度运动中更是如此,如跑步、跳绳等,乳房的左右摆动极易损伤乳房纤维,造成不可逆的损伤,导致乳房下垂等不良后果。因此如何防止乳房的左右摆动是一款运动内衣较为重要的一点。因此,本申请中通过将左肩带和右肩带交叉设置,克服上述问题。当乳房向左摆动时,右肶部拉伸,此时左肩带对右肶部提拉。通过这样的结构,其一,可防止肩带的脱落,其二,可最大限度的通过限制乳房的摆动,控制乳房的位移,避免乳房肌肉和韧带的损伤。
本申请的运动内衣中,左肶部和右肶部的末端是分离的而不是连接在一起,左肶部通过右肩带提拉,右肶部通过左肩带提拉,这种结构有如下优点:在运动过程中,使用者的乳房是呈左右摆动的,由于内衣的弹性封闭状捆绑部要起到支撑乳房、防止内衣底沿向上滑动的作用,使得其要具有一定的弹性束缚力,若此时左肶部和右肶部的末端是连接在一起的,当乳房向左摆动时,右肶部的变形拉舍和捆绑部的变形拉伸施加给人体的束缚力和大大超过单纯的捆绑部施加的束缚力,容易造成使用者胸闷,甚至呕吐感。本申请中,左肶部和右肶部虽然没有连接,但分别通过右肩带和左肩带的斜向提拉,并不会降低内衣的固定作用。
正如上说,在运动中,使用者的乳房是呈“∞”型左右摆动,除了左右摆动还存在从上下摆动过渡到左右摆动的过程,在一些极端的情况下,上下摆动时,运动内衣有几率向上滑动,使得乳房露出。为了克服这一问题,需要增强捆绑部的弹性束缚,但是这样导致的不良影响就是会造成胸闷,由于这些极端的情况出现的几率较低,一些厂商在制备内衣时并不会给予过多的关注。本申请中,通过设置弹性连接带,分为左弹性连接带和右弹性连接带;所述左弹性连接带的一端连接至左肶部的上沿,另一端嵌入至左肩带的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带之间缝合连接;所述右弹性连接带的一端连接至右肶部的上沿,另一端嵌入至右肩带的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带之间缝合连接。通过以上结构,使得内衣的固定效果更佳。当乳房向左下方摆动时,左肩带和右弹性连接带对右肶部实现斜上方提拉,不同于传统横向束缚捆绑,这样除了防止内衣上滑外,能减少胸闷感。
本申请中,由于左弹性连接带和右弹性连接带的其中一个作用在于实现对左肶部和右肶部的斜上方提拉,当所述左弹性连接带与左肶部之间形成呈锐角的夹角,使得左弹性连接带向右肶部一侧倾斜;所述右弹性连接带与右肶部之间 形成呈锐角的夹角,使得右弹性连接带向左肶部一侧倾斜时,实现提拉的效果最好。再者,左弹性连接带对左肶部的提拉是左肩带实现的,右弹性连接带对右肶部的提拉是右肩带实现的,左弹性连接带和左肩带位于同一侧,右弹性连接带和右肩带位于同一侧,因此在左弹性连接带和右弹性连接带的作用下,相对于没有左弹性连接带和右弹性连接带存在的情况下,在一定情况下,左肩带和右肩带在弹性连接带的影响下存在一定几率松脱,本申请中通过将夹角设置成锐角,除了能提高肶部的提拉效果外,还能防止肩带的松脱。
优选的,所述左弹性连接带与左肶部的连接点距离左肶部的末端3~8cm;右弹性连接带与右肶部的连接点距离右肶部的末端3~8cm。左弹性连接带和右弹性连接带既要实现对左肶部和右肶部的提拉,也要防止肩带的脱落,通过如上结构的调整,使得左弹性连接带与左肩带的连接点/右弹性连接带与右肩带的连接点不至于过高而增加施加给肩膀的压力,也不至于过低而降低提拉效果。
所述左肶部和右肶部的上沿比下沿长,使得左肩带与右肩带形成的交叉点位于左肶部和右肶部的垂直方向上方1~3cm处。由于肩带需要对肶部实现斜上方的提拉,将左肶部和右肶部的末端设置成倾斜的,通过以上结构的调整,使得肩带对肶部提拉时,是沿肩带的长度方向实现拉伸,避免肩带出现横向的滑移,使得内衣的固定作用更加。
与现有技术相比,本申请具有如下有益效果:本申请中,通过表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带形成双Y型肩带,使得在缝合内衣时,能大大提高生产效率。通过在里层弹性织带的表面设置绒面,提高舒适感;将绒面设置成多段结构,保证里层弹性织带的回弹性不受影响。通过对运动内衣的改进,使得运动内衣更加适合女性,其具有优越的固定效果,且能避免束缚作用过大而导致的胸闷。

具体实施方式
为了让本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步阐述。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种双Y型肩带100,包括相互叠合缝制的表层弹性织带110和里层弹性织带120,所述表层弹性织带110和里层弹性织带120沿肩带长度方向缝合连接,使得缝合的部位121两侧的表层弹性织带110和里层弹性织带120可相互分离。在肩带与其它部位进行缝合连接时,其它部位可以直接嵌入到表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带之间,因此形成的缝合处并不会形成局部尖端。虽然这种方式也会导致局部的隆起,但是,由于通过表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带的包覆,隆起的部位过渡更加平顺,因此能降低使用者穿着的异物感。除此之外,这种结构在内衣缝合时,避免了使用额外的手段处理缝合处,能大大提高生产效率。缝合处也不会由于摩擦作用而导致缝合线的松动,不仅提高了舒适性,还增强了耐用度。
所述缝合的部位121沿肩带宽度方向居中设置。这样便使得肩带的两侧开口大小一致,在车缝时,不需要针对肩带的开口大的一侧或开口小的一侧进行选择,避免了生产出错,降低了不良率,提高了生产效率。
如图2所示,所述里层弹性织带120的表面设有绒面层。所述绒面层包括多段相间隔的绒面130构成。通过多段的绒面设置,使得每段绒面之间形成透气透湿的通道,使得皮肤产生的热湿能通过此通道排走
实施例2
如图3所示,一种运动内衣,包括罩杯主体,分为左罩杯部230和右罩杯部240;连接于罩杯主体的肶部,分为与左罩杯部230连接的左肶部270,以及与右罩杯部240连接的右肶部280;连接于罩杯主体下沿和肶部下沿的弹性封闭状捆绑部290;双Y型肩带,分为左肩带210和右肩带220;所述左肩带210的一端连接至左罩杯部230,另一端连接至右肶部280的末端,所述右肶部280的末端嵌入至左肩带210的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带之间;所述右肩带220的一端连接至右罩杯部240,另一端连接至左肶部270的末端,所述左肶部270的末端嵌入至右肩带220的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带之间。
还包括弹性连接带,分为左弹性连接带250和右弹性连接带260;所述左弹性连接带250的一端连接至左肶部270的上沿,另一端嵌入至左肩带210的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带之间缝合连接;所述右弹性连接带260的一端连接至右肶部280的上沿,另一端嵌入至右肩带220的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织 带之间缝合连接。
所述左弹性连接带210与左肶部270之间形成呈锐角的夹角,使得左弹性连接带250向右肶部280一侧倾斜;所述右弹性连接带260与右肶部280之间形成呈锐角的夹角,使得右弹性连接带260向左肶部270一侧倾斜。
所述左弹性连接带250与左肶部270的连接点距离左肶部的末端5cm;右弹性连接带260与右肶部280的连接点距离右肶部的末端5cm。
所述左肶部270和右肶部280的上沿比下沿长,使得左肩带210与右肩带220形成对的交叉点(交叉位置的中心点)位于左肶部270和右肶部280的垂直方向上方1cm处。
上述实施例仅为本发明的其中具体实现方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些显而易见的替换形式均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种双Y型肩带,其特征在于,包括相互叠合缝制的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带,所述表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带沿肩带长度方向缝合连接,使得缝合的部位两侧的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带可相互分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双Y型肩带,其特征在于,所述缝合的部位沿肩带宽度方向居中设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的双Y型肩带,其特征在于,所述里层弹性织带的表面设有绒面层。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的双Y型肩带,其特征在于,所述绒面层包括多段相间隔的绒面构成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的双Y型肩带,其特征在于,沿肩带长度方向的肩带末端,至少其中一端的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带可相互分离。
  6. 一种运动内衣,其特征在于,包括:
    罩杯主体,分为左罩杯部和右罩杯部;
    连接于罩杯主体的肶部,分为与左罩杯部连接的左肶部,以及与右罩杯部连接的右肶部;
    连接于罩杯主体下沿和肶部下沿的弹性封闭状捆绑部;
    权利要求1~5任一项所述的双Y型肩带,分为左肩带和右肩带;
    所述左肩带的一端连接至左罩杯部,另一端连接至右肶部的末端,所述右肶部的末端嵌入至左肩带的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带之间;
    所述右肩带的一端连接至右罩杯部,另一端连接至左肶部的末端,所述左肶部的末端嵌入至右肩带的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的运动内衣,其特征在于,还包括弹性连接带,分为左弹性连接带和右弹性连接带;
    所述左弹性连接带的一端连接至左肶部的上沿,另一端嵌入至左肩带的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带之间缝合连接;
    所述右弹性连接带的一端连接至右肶部的上沿,另一端嵌入至右肩带的表层弹性织带和里层弹性织带之间缝合连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的运动内衣,其特征在于,所述左弹性连接带与左肶部之间形成呈锐角的夹角,使得左弹性连接带向右肶部一侧倾斜;所述右弹性连接带与右肶部之间形成呈锐角的夹角,使得右弹性连接带向左肶部一侧倾斜。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的运动内衣,其特征在于,所述左弹性连接带与左肶部的连接点距离左肶部的末端3~8cm;右弹性连接带与右肶部的连接点距离右肶部的末端3~8cm。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的运动内衣,其特征在于,所述左肶部和右肶部的上沿比下沿长,使得左肩带与右肩带形成的交叉点位于左肶部和右肶部的垂直方向上方1~3cm处。
