本发明实施例公开了一种户外显示屏与物联网结合的信息推送系统及方法,能够使外界及时知晓某一个高层建筑的电梯存在火灾隐患,防止造成被困人员的生命危险。以下分别进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明实施例公开的一种户外显示屏与物联网结合的信息推送系统的结构示意图。如图1所示,该一种户外显示屏与物联网结合的信息推送系统可以包括:
火灾预警平台101,用于获取其所在城市已登记的各高层建筑通过物联网上报的所述各高层建筑内部的红外热成像图;
所述火灾预警平台101,还用于针对每一所述高层建筑,根据所述高层建筑内部的红外热成像图判断所述高层建筑内部是否存在火灾隐患,如果是,将通知消息通过物联网发送至户外显示屏监控平台102;所述通知消息包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称以及存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑周边的街道名称;
所述户外显示屏监控平台102,用于根据其监控到的处于工作状态的户外显示屏的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标户外显示屏103,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标户外显示屏103发送火灾预警信息,所述火灾预警信息包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称;

    火灾预警平台,用于获取其所在城市已登记的各高层建筑通过物联网上报的所述各高层建筑内部的红外热成像图;
    所述火灾预警平台,还用于针对每一所述高层建筑,根据所述高层建筑内部的红外热成像图判断所述高层建筑内部是否存在火灾隐患,如果是,将通知消息通过物联网发送至户外显示屏监控平台;所述通知消息包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称以及存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑周边的街道名称;
    所述户外显示屏监控平台,用于根据其监控到的处于工作状态的户外显示屏的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标户外显示屏,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标户外显示屏发送火灾预警信息,所述火灾预警信息包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称;
    所述目标户外显示屏,用于输出所述火灾预警信息;
    其中,通过物联网向所述目标户外显示屏发送火灾预警信息包括:
    所述车辆监控平台调用所述目标户外显示屏设置的通讯端口,并判断所述目标户外显示屏的通讯端口是否设置有预警信息允许接收时段,如果所述目标户外显示屏的通讯端口设置有预警信息允许接收时段,判断所述车辆监控平台显示的当前时间是否位于所述预警信息允许接收时段内,如果是,通过物联网向所述目标户外显示屏发送火灾预警信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的户外显示屏与物联网结合的信息推送系统,其特征在于:
    所述户外显示屏监控平台,还用于在判断不存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标户外显示屏时,计算所述城市已登记的各个扬声器设备的位置信息 与所述高层建筑的位置信息之间的直线距离;
    所述户外显示屏监控平台,还用于根据所述每一所述扬声器设备的位置信息与所述高层建筑的位置信息之间的直线距离,判断是否存在与所述高层建筑的位置信息之间的直线距离小于指定阈值的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送火灾预警语音,所述火灾预警语音包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称;
    所述目标扬声器设备,用于播放所述火灾预警语音;
    其中,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送火灾预警语音包括:
    所述车辆监控平台调用所述目标扬声器设备的通讯端口,并判断所述目标扬声器设备的通讯端口是否设置有预警语音允许接收时段,如果所述目标扬声器设备的通讯端口设置有预警语音允许接收时段,判断所述车辆监控平台显示的当前时间是否位于所述目标扬声器设备的预警语音允许接收时段内,如果是,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送火灾预警语音。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的户外显示屏与物联网结合的信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述通知消息还包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑内部的人员数量;所述火灾预警信息还包括所述存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑内部的人员数量;所述火灾预警语音还包括所述存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑内部的人员数量。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的户外显示屏与物联网结合的信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述通知消息还包括所述存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的火灾隐患位置;所述火灾预警信息还包括所述存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的火灾隐患位置;所述火灾预警语音还包括所述存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的火灾隐患位置。
  5. 一种户外显示屏与物联网结合的信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方 法包括:
    火灾预警平台获取其所在城市已登记的各高层建筑通过物联网上报的所述各高层建筑内部的红外热成像图;

    所述户外显示屏监控平台根据其监控到的处于工作状态的户外显示屏的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标户外显示屏,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标户外显示屏发送火灾预警信息,所述火灾预警信息包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称;
    所述目标户外显示屏输出所述火灾预警信息;
    其中,通过物联网向所述目标户外显示屏发送火灾预警信息包括:
