Description
本发明属于游戏设备领域,尤其是涉及 一种来电提醒技术的数据采集方法以及 VR 。
现在企业申请的专利数量越来越多,而且将专利用在市场上、产品中的情形也越来越多。
根据国家知识产权的数据库显示,OPPO公司在2014年申请的发明专利数为938个,而同期的腾讯公司的发明专利数为1447个。这两家公司的发明中,有关于用户体验和用户直接操作相关的发明专利约占总数的80%左右。当然包括其他以用户体验为主的公司的类似专利申请也是具有很大的数量级,比如小米公司等。
考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
所以需要有一种方法能够通过实在的数据,及时评估相关技术的市场接受度或价值,同时,为了使得本人的上一个申请《 一种手机来电提醒的方法以及 VR 头盔

本发明实施例提供了一种来电提醒技术的数据采集方法 , 目的在于
针对人们在使用VR进行游戏时容易忽略手机来电从而漏接重要电话的缺陷,提供一种结合蓝牙信号技术提醒当前来电的方法
,同时也可以方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况 。
本发明是这样实现的:一种来电提醒技术的数据采集方法,包括以下步骤:
记录 VR 蓝牙信号接收器与手机蓝牙信号发射器的匹配关系;
监测到用户开始使用 VR 头盔后,打开其蓝牙信号接收器,与手机连接;
判断当前是否接收到手机来电蓝牙信号;
若否,保持原样;
若是,根据手机来电蓝牙信号,在 VR
显示器上显示来电联系人,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 VR 头盔,包括:
记录单元,连接单元,判断单元,提醒单元,技术数据采集单元,其中:

蓝牙信号接收器与用户 A 的手机蓝牙信号发射器的匹配关系。
在步骤 S102 中,监测到用户开始使用 VR 头盔后,打开其蓝牙信号接收器,与手机连接。
根据现有技术,用户 A 佩戴头盔后, VR 配备的陀螺仪探测出头盔持续晃动,说明用户 A 正在使用
VR 头盔,此时打开其蓝牙信号接收器,根据 VR 蓝牙信号接收器与用户 A 的手机蓝牙信号发射器的匹配关系,与手机连接。
在步骤 S103 中,判断当前是否接收到手机来电蓝牙信号。

的手机当前没有电话打入,用户不需要关注,可以继续使用 VR 。
在步骤 S105 中,若判断出接收到手机来电蓝牙信号,根据手机来电蓝牙信号,在 VR
显示器上显示来电联系人,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
若当前用户 A 的手机有电话打入,手机蓝牙则向 VR 发送蓝牙信号, VR
自动根据该手机来电蓝牙信号,在 VR 显示器上显示来电联系人,以提醒用户当前有电话打入,避免用户由于听不到手机铃声而错过重要手机来电的情况。
所述技术使用数据为用户使用该技术的数据,即所述方法走完前几个步骤时产生的数据,所述数据包括用户使用该技术的次数(如在一定时间内是第几次使用该技术);使用该技术的具体时间点;使用该技术前后用户的相关操作等有助于技术提供方更好的评价技术的市场价值,并根据所述反馈更好的改进技术的数据。
