本发明的另一实施方式在于提供一种信息播放系统,用以便利地显示信息。根据一具体实施例,本发明的信息播放系统包含远端服务器、数字信息输入装置、至少一个移动通信装置以及至少一个影像显示屏幕,其中,数字信息输入装置与远端服务器连接,各移动通信装置可与远端服务器沟通,各影像显示屏幕可分别与移动通信装置沟通。于本具体实施例中,一使用者可通过数字信息输入装置输入数字信息至远端服务器,而各移动通信装置可从远端服务器接收数字信息。各移动通信装置中可设置一移动应用程序,用以控制移动通信装置将所接收到的数字信息以及一指令传送出去。各影像显示屏幕可接收移动通信装置所传送出的指令与数字信息,并且根据指令播放数字信息。
根据另一具体实施例,上述数字信息可为影像文件、文本文件以及影音文件中的一者。
根据另一具体实施例,上述数字信息输入装置可为台式电脑、平板电脑及智能手机中的一者。
根据另一具体实施例,上述数字信息输入装置中设置有数字信息输入软件以供输入数字信息。
根据另一具体实施例,上述远端服务器中设置有数字信息输入软件以供数字信息输入 装置输入数字信息。
根据另一具体实施例,上述移动通信装置可为智能手机、具有通信功能的平板电脑、具有通信功能的智能眼镜以及具有通信功能的智能头盔中的一者。
根据另一具体实施例,上述影像显示屏幕可为LED看板、OLED看板、LCD看板、带有显示面板的手机、电脑及电视中的一者。
根据另一具体实施例,上述影像显示屏幕可根据其播放数字信息的次数及时间产生并回传信息至移动通信装置。
根据另一具体实施例,上述移动通信装置根据接收到的信息发送通知给远端服务器,而远端服务器则可根据此通知来核对影像显示屏幕播放数字信息的次数及时间。
根据另一具体实施例,上述各移动通信装置可分别与各影像显示屏幕互相连接形成至少一个智能装置。
根据另一具体实施例,上述信息播放系统可进一步包含至少一个接收装置,分别连接各影像显示屏幕。各接收装置可分别与各移动通信装置沟通以自移动通信装置接收指令以及数字信息,并将两者传送至对应的影像显示屏幕。
本发明的另一实施方式在于提供一种信息播放系统,用以便利地显示信息。根据一具体实施例,本发明的信息播放系统包含远端服务器、数字信息输入装置、至少一个移动通信装置以及至少一个影像显示屏幕,其中,数字信息输入装置与远端服务器连接,各移动通信装置可与远端服务器沟通,各影像显示屏幕可分别与远端服务器及移动通信装置沟通。于本具体实施例中,一使用者可通过数字信息输入装置输入数字信息至远端服务器。各移动通信装置可从远端服务器接收一第一信息,且各移动通信装置中可设置一移动应用程序,用以控制移动通信装置根据所接收到的第一信息传送一指令。各影像显示屏幕可接收移动通信装置所传送出的指令,接着根据指令从远端服务器接收数字信息并根据指令播放数字信息。
根据另一具体实施例,上述影像显示屏幕可根据其播放数字信息的次数及时间产生并回传一第二信息至移动通信装置。
根据另一具体实施例,上述移动通信装置根据接收到的第二信息发送通知给远端服务器,而远端服务器则可根据此通知来核对影像显示屏幕播放数字信息的次数及时间。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,图1是示出的根据本发明的一具体实施例的移动信息播放系统1的示意图。如图1所示,移动信息播放系统1包含远端服务器10、数字信息输入装置12、至少一个移动通信装置14、至少一个载具16以及至少一个影像投射装置18,其中,远端服务器10与数字信息输入装置12互相连接,远端服务器10可与移动通信装置14互相沟通,影像投射装置18设置于载具16上并且可与移动通信装置14互相沟通。
数字信息输入装置12连接于远端服务器10,因此信息的提供者可利用数字信息输入装置12输入数字信息S至远端服务器10。数字信息输入装置12于实务中可为台式电脑、平板电脑、智能手机的其中一者,更甚者,可为任何能用来输入数字信息的电子装置。上述信息的提供者于实务中可为广告主或者是接受广告委托的广告代理商,所输入的数字信息则可为广告信息,可为影像文件、文本文件及影音文件的其中一者或其组合。换言之,一广告主或广告代理商可通过数字信息输入装置输入其广告信息至远端服务器。
于本具体实施例中,数字信息输入装置12中可设置数字信息输入软件以供数字信息提供者输入其数字信息S,此数字信息输入软件可以提供一个便利的接口,令数字信息提供者输入数字信息S时不需复杂操作即可简易地输入数字信息。于另一具体实施例中,数字信息输入软件也可建立于远端服务器中,远端服务器通过数字信息输入软件提供接口给数字信息装置,而令数字信息提供者可通过数字信息装置操作此接口输入数字信息。
移动通信装置14可为各种便携式电子装置,例如智能手机、具有通信功能的平板电脑,或者是具通信功能的智能眼镜、具通信功能的智能手表或具通信功能的智能头盔等可穿戴式的电子装置。近年来电子产业发展蓬勃迅速,各种可穿戴物件可与电子装置及无线传输技术结合而成为智能的可穿戴物件,这些智能的可穿戴物件皆可做为本发明的移动通信装置之用。移动通信装置14中可设置一移动应用程序,此移动应用程序可处理并控制 移动通信装置14于移动信息播放系统1中执行的各种功能。详言之,移动应用程序可控制移动通信装置14与远端服务器沟通10沟通以自远端服务器10接收数字信息S,接着,移动应用程序可控制移动通信装置14将接收到的数字信息S以及一指令传送出去。于实务中,移动通信装置14可通过各种无线通信技术接收及传送数字信息S和指令。
移动通信装置14可与设置于载具16上的影像投射装置18沟通,同样地,可通过各种无线通信技术令移动通信装置14传送数字信息S及指令至影像投射装置18。影像投射装置18可根据所接收到的指令,将数字信息S投射到影像显示区域中。于实务中,载具16可为汽车、摩托车、脚踏车、火车、无人机或者是可穿戴物件,而影像显示区域可为地面、墙面、屋内天花板、车内天花板或是投影幕,因此,移动信息播放系统1可通过载具16将数字信息S投影在城市中各种不同位置,以达到良好的广告效果。
于本具体实施例中,移动通信装置14、载具16以及影像投影装置18的数量并不限于图1中的数量。于实务中,安装了上述移动应用程序的移动通信装置14,均可通过此移动应用程序与远端服务器10与载具16上的某一影像投射装置18沟通,以接收数字信息S并将其传送至影像投射装置18令影像投射装置18投射于载具16上(例如汽车内车顶)或载具16附近的影像显示区域上。举例来说,任一移动通信装置14(例如手机或平板电脑)的使用者可下载并安装移动应用程序,接着使用者再于其载具16上安装影像投射装置18并使其与使用者的移动通信装置14进行连结。当各种设定完成后,使用者以移动通信装置14自远端服务器10接收广告信息,接着再利用移动通信装置14控制其载具16于特定时间段,例如行车时或停于路边时,将广告信息投射在载具上(例如汽车内车顶)或载具附近的影像显示区域以获得广告效果,并可藉此收取部分广告收益。
于本具体实施例中,同一个载具16上也可不限定影像投射装置18的数量,可依使用者需求购入及安装于载具16上的不同位置以投射数字信息S至不同的影像显示区域。举例而言,在一辆汽车的正面、侧面或背面以及车子内部都可安装影像投射装置,以对汽车的正面、侧面或背面的地面或墙面、或车子内部车顶投射数字信息。同一载具16上甚至是不同载具16上的各个影像投射装置18也可分别连接到同一移动通信装置14,使同一移动通信装置14可同时或分别控制各个影像投射装置18投射数字信息S于不同的影像显示区域中。
请参阅图2,图2是示出的图1的移动信息播放系统1的不同载具16的示意图。如图2所示,载具16可为汽车、机车、脚踏车、火车、无人机或是可穿戴物件等,而影像投射装置18则可设置在上述不同的载具16上,以更便利及广泛地投射广告信息。请注意,于图2的具体实施例中,可穿戴物件套于使用者的上衣外部,但实务中并不限于此,任何可供人穿戴的物件,例如头盔、帽子、背包甚至鞋子等,都可以装设影像投射装置18而做为载具16使用。
请再参阅图1,如图1所示,影像投射装置18可记录其播放数字信息S的次数与时间,并且根据播放次数与时间产生信息回传给移动通信装置14。移动通信装置14可再根 据与播放次数及时间有关的信息发送通知给远端服务器10,远端服务器10接收到通知后可根据此通知核对此影像投射装置18播放数字信息S的次数与时间。于实务中,远端服务器10于核对后可统计拨放次数和时间,可做为之后计算广告收益的依据。
此外,于实务中,上述播放次数与时间也可提供给另一个计算系统以做为统计数据。举例来说,上述的载具16可为计程车或出租车,而计程车上设置的影像投射装置18根据其播放数字信息S的次数与时间产生信息传送给所属车行的管理系统(亦即上述的计算系统),接着管理系统根据收到的信息核对此影像投射装置18播放数字信息S的次数与时间,并可于核对后统计拨放次数和时间,以做为之后计算广告收益的依据。
请参阅图3,图3是示出的根据本发明的另一具体实施例的移动信息播放系统2的示意图。如图3所示,本具体实施例与图1所示的具体实施例不同处,在于本具体实施例的移动通信装置24可以设置在载具26上,并与影像投射装置28连接。由于移动通信装置24设置于载具26,因此其与影像投射装置28之间可采有线连接的方式互相沟通。请注意,本具体实施例的移动信息播放系统2的各单元的功能及构造与上述具体实施例的相对应单元大体上相同,故于此不再赘述。
于本具体实施例中,移动通信装置24及影像投射装置28设置于载具26上,三者可形成一智能装置,例如智能汽车、智能摩托车、智能自行车或者是智能机器人。于实务中,移动通信装置24上的移动应用程序可用来规划智能装置的行进路线,并控制影像投射装置28于路线中播放数字信号S。
于实务中,使用者可利用上述各具体实施例的移动通信装置下载多种不同的数字信息,并自行控制或者是令移动通信装置中的移动应用程序排定影像投射装置播放不同数字信息的时间与顺序,借此可产生更多样化的广告效果,甚至可与广告的观众进行互动。举例来说,上述移动通信装置设置在载具上所形成的智能装置,可同时通过移动通信装置上的摄影镜头获取广告观众的影像,再由移动通信装置上的移动应用程序判断数字信息的观众的目前反应,接着根据此反应要求远端服务器提供对应的数字信息(或者是预先从远端服务器下载多个不同的数字信号,再根据观众的目前反应选出对应的数字信息),并将此对应的数字信息连同指令一并传送至影像投射装置,使影像投射装置可投射出与观众的反应对应的数字信息,藉此收到与观众互动的效果。
请参阅图4,图4是示出的根据本发明的另一具体实施例的信息播放系统3的示意图。如图4所示,本具体实施例的信息播放系统3包含远端服务器30、数字信息输入装置32、至少一个移动通信装置34以及至少一个影像显示屏幕36,其中,远端服务器30与数字信息输入装置32互相连接,远端服务器30可与移动通信装置34互相沟通,影像显示屏幕36与移动通信装置34互相沟通。
同样地,于本具体实施例中,数字信息输入装置32可用来输入数字信息S至远端服务器30,而至少一个移动通信装置34可分别从远端服务器30接收数字信息S。移动通信装置34中可分别设置有移动应用程序,以控制移动通信装置34接收数字信息S并将数字 信息S以及一指令传送出去。影像显示屏幕36可接收对应的移动通信装置34所发出的指令与数字信息S,并根据指令来播放此数字信息S。
本具体实施例中,信息播放系统3的远端服务器30、数字信息输入装置32以及移动通信装置34均与前述具体实施例的相对应单元在功能和型态上大体上相同,故于此不再赘述。影像显示屏幕36于实务中可为LED看板、OLED看板、LCD看板、带有显示面板的手机、电脑或者是电视,可分别设置于室内空间、室外广场、汽车内部或表面、摩托车表面、脚踏车表面、飞行机表面或者是可穿戴物件的表面上,以收得随处进行广告的效果。
同样地,影像显示屏幕36可根据所拨放的数字信息S的时间与次数产生一信息回传给移动通信装置34,而移动通信装置34则可根据此信息发送通知给远端服务器30,接着,远端服务器30根据此通知来核对影像显示屏幕36播放数字信息的次数与时间。于实务中,远端服务器30可统计拨放次数与时间,据以做为之后计算广告收益的依据。
于实务中,移动通信装置34也可与影像显示屏幕36互相连接而形成一智能装置。举例来说,影像显示屏幕36可设置于一汽车上,而此汽车同样提供连接模块供移动通信装置34设置于其上并连接影像显示屏幕36,而整体形成一个可自行接收、拨放数字信息或广告信息的智能汽车。
于另一具体实施例中,上述信息播放系统3可进一步包含至少一个接收装置38,其分别连接于各影像显示屏幕36。接收装置38可与移动通信装置34沟通,以从移动通信装置34获得数字信息S与指令,并将数字信息S与指令传送到对应的影像显示屏幕36进行播放。于实务中,接收装置38可通过任何无线信号传输技术与移动通信装置34进行沟通。
请参阅图5,图5是示出的根据本发明的另一具体实施例的信息播放系统4的示意图。如图5所示,本具体实施例的信息播放系统3包含远端服务器40、数字信息输入装置42、至少一个移动通信装置44以及至少一个影像显示屏幕46。远端服务器40与数字信息输入装置42互相连接,令一使用者或是广告提供者可通过数字信息输入装置42输入数字信息S至远端服务器40。远端服务器40可与移动通信装置44互相沟通,影像显示屏幕46可与移动通信装置44及远端服务器40互相沟通。
本具体实施例与上一具体实施例不同处,在于本具体实施例的移动通信装置44由远端服务器接收到第一信息S1,而移动通信装置44中的移动应用程序则根据第一信息S1发送一指令至对应的影像显示屏幕46,接着,影像显示屏幕46根据此指令向远端服务器40直接要求并接收数字信息S,并且,再根据指令播放接收到的数字信息S。亦即,本具体实施例与上述具体实施例不同处在于移动通信装置44仅发送指令给影像显示屏幕46,由影像显示屏幕46直接从远端服务器40取得数字信息S。
综上所述,本发明的移动信息播放系统,可通过数字信息输入装置输入数字信息至远端服务器,而移动通信装置则可接收远端服务器的数字信息并控制影像显示屏幕或载具上的影像投射装置,使其影像显示屏幕或在载具附近播放数字信息。因此,广告主或广告代理商可简易地输入广告,而移动通信装置的使用者也可通过移动通信装置远端控制载具上 的影像投射装置或影像显示屏幕随时随地拨放广告,以收得良好的广告效益同时降低广告成本。
通过以上优选具体实施例的详述,希望能更加清楚描述本发明的特征与构思,而并非以上述所公开的优选具体实施例来对本发明的实施方式加以限制。相反地,其目的是希望能涵盖各种改变及等价的安排于本发明所欲申请的权利要求的实施方式内。

Claims (27)

  1. 一种信息播放系统,包含:
    一远端服务器;
    一数字信息输入装置,连接该远端服务器,该数字信息输入装置用来输入一数字信息至该远端服务器;
    至少一移动通信装置,与该远端服务器沟通以自该远端服务器接收该数字信息,该至少一移动通信装置中设置一移动应用程序,该移动应用程序控制该至少一移动通信装置传送该数字信息以及一指令;
    至少一载具;以及
    至少一影像投射装置,分别设置于该至少一载具上,用以自该至少一移动通信装置接收该指令以及该数字信息,并根据该指令投射该数字信息于至少一影像显示区域上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的信息播放系统,其中该数字信息是影像文件、文本文件及影音文件中的一者。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的信息播放系统,其中该数字信息输入装置是台式电脑、平板电脑、智能手机中的一者。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的信息播放系统,其中该数字信息输入装置中设置一数字信息输入软件以供输入该数字信息。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的信息播放系统,其中该远端服务器中设置一数字信息输入软件以供该数字信息输入装置输入该数字信息。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的信息播放系统,其中该至少一移动通信装置是智能手机、具通信功能的平板电脑、具通信功能的智能眼镜、具通信功能的智能手表以及具通信功能的智能头盔中的一者。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的信息播放系统,其中该载具是汽车、摩托车、脚踏车、无人机以及可穿戴物件中的一者。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的信息播放系统,其中该至少一影像显示区域包含地面、墙面、屋内天花板、车内天花板以及投影幕中的至少一者。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的信息播放系统,其中该至少一影像投射装置根据播放该数字信息的次数及时间产生一信息,并将该信息回传至该至少一移动通信装置。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的信息播放系统,其中该至少一移动通信装置根据该信息发送一通知至该远端服务器,该远端服务器根据该通知核对该至少一影像投射装置播放该数字信 息的次数及时间。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的信息播放系统,其中该至少一影像投射装置根据播放该数字信息的次数及时间产生一信息,并将该信息传送至一计算系统以供该计算系统核对该至少一影像投射装置播放该数字信息的次数及时间。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的信息播放系统,其中该至少一移动通信装置分别设置于该至少一载具上并与该至少一影像投射装置互相连接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的信息播放系统,其中该至少一载具、该至少一移动通信装置以及该至少一影像投射装置形成至少一智能装置,该至少一智能装置是智能汽车、智能摩托车、智能自行车以及智能机器人中的一者。
  14. 一种信息播放系统,包含:
    一远端服务器;
    一数字信息输入装置,连接该远端服务器,该数字信息输入装置用来输入一数字信息至该远端服务器;
    至少一移动通信装置,与该远端服务器沟通以自该远端服务器接收该数字信息,该至少一移动通信装置中设置一移动应用程序,该移动应用程序控制该至少一移动通信装置传送该数字信息以及一指令;以及
    至少一影像显示屏幕,与该移动通信装置沟通以接收该指令及该数字信息,该至少一影像显示屏幕根据该指令播放该数字信息。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的信息播放系统,其中该数字信息是影像文件、文本文件及影音文件中的一者。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的信息播放系统,其中该数字信息输入装置是台式电脑、平板电脑、智能手机中的一者。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的信息播放系统,其中该数字信息输入装置中设置一数字信息输入软件以供输入该数字信息。
  18. 如权利要求14所述的信息播放系统,其中该远端服务器中设置一数字信息输入软件以供该数字信息输入装置输入该数字信息。
  19. 如权利要求14所述的信息播放系统,其中该至少一移动通信装置是智能手机、具通信功能的平板电脑、具通信功能的智能眼镜、具通信功能的智能手表以及具通信功能的智能头盔中的一者。
  20. 如权利要求14所述的信息播放系统,其中该至少一影像显示屏幕是LED看板、OLED 看板、LCD看板、带有显示面板的手机、电脑及电视中的一者。
  21. 如权利要求14所述的信息播放系统,其中该至少一影像显示屏幕根据播放该数字信息的次数及时间产生一信息,并将该信息回传至该至少一移动通信装置。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的信息播放系统,其中该至少一移动通信装置根据该信息发送一通知至该远端服务器,该远端服务器根据该通知核对该影像显示屏幕播放该数字信息的次数及时间。
  23. 如权利要求14所述的信息播放系统,其中该至少一移动通信装置与该至少一影像显示屏幕互相连接形成至少一智能装置。
  24. 如权利要求14所述的信息播放系统,进一步包含与该至少一影像显示屏幕连接的至少一接收装置,该至少一接收装置与该至少一移动通信装置沟通,以接收该指令以及该数字信息并将两者传送至该至少一影像显示屏幕。
  25. 一种信息播放系统,包含:
    一远端服务器;
    一数字信息输入装置,连接该远端服务器,该数字信息输入装置用来输入一数字信息至该远端服务器;
    至少一移动通信装置,与该远端服务器沟通以自该远端服务器接收一第一信息,该至少一移动通信装置中设置一移动应用程序,该移动应用程序根据该第一信息控制该至少一移动通信装置传送一指令;以及
    至少一影像显示屏幕,与该移动通信装置以及该远端服务器沟通,该至少一影像显示屏幕自该移动通信装置接收该指令,根据该指令自该远端服务器接收该数字信息,并且根据该指令播放该数字信息。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的信息播放系统,其中该影像显示屏幕根据播放该数字信息的次数及时间产生一第二信息,并将该第二信息回传至该至少一移动通信装置。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的信息播放系统,其中该至少一移动通信装置根据该第二信息发送一通知至该远端服务器,该远端服务器根据该通知核对该影像显示屏幕根据播放该数字信息的次数及时间。
