Abstract

La présente invention concerne des systèmes, des dispositifs et des procédés de surveillance de santé qui sont utilisés pour évaluer la santé fonctionnelle d'une liaison d'entraînement dans un aéronef. La liaison d'entraînement comporte, à chaque extrémité, un capteur magnétique et un aimant pour détecter un déplacement relatif, et au moins une jauge de contrainte sur la liaison d'entraînement pour détecter une charge exercée sur la liaison d'entraînement. Une baguette fournit de l'énergie, par l'intermédiaire d'une antenne sans fil de la liaison d'entraînement, pour utilisation dans le traitement de signaux de capteur de la liaison d'entraînement. Les rotors sont actionnés par l'intermédiaire d'une série de mouvements prescrits et les signaux provenant des capteurs sont enregistrés. Après la série de déplacements prescrits, les données provenant des signaux de capteur sont transmises à la baguette, une valeur de rigidité est calculée pour la liaison d'entraînement, et la valeur de rigidité calculée est comparée à un seuil de valeur de rigidité. Un état de santé de liaison d'entraînement est ensuite affiché à l'opérateur.
