所述存储器102、存储控制器103、处理器104、外设接口105、显示单元106及通信单元107各元件相互之间直接或间接地电性连接,以实现数据的传输或交互。例如,这些元件相互之间可通过一条或多条通讯总线或信号线实现电性连接。所述电子书写装置101包括至少一个可以软件或固件(firmware)的形式存储于所述存储器中或固化在所述电子终端100的操作系统(operating system,OS)中的软件功能模块。所述处理器104配置为执行存储器中存储的可执行模块,例如所述电子书写装置101包括的软件功能模块或计算机程序。
其中,存储器102可以是,但不限于,随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM),可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-Only Memory,PROM),可擦除只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EPROM),电可擦除只读存储器(Electric Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)等。其中,存储器102配置为存储程序,所述处理器104在接收到执行指令后,执行所述程序,本申请实施例任一实施例揭示的流过程定义的电子终端100所执行的方法可以应用于处理器104中,或者由处理器104实现。
处理器104可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。上述的处理器可以是通用处理器,包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称CPU)、网络处理器(Network Processor,简称NP)等;还可以是数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。可以实现或者执行本申请实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
所述外设接口105将各种输入/输入装置耦合至处理器104以及存储器102。在一些实施例中,外设接口105、处理器104以及存储控制器103可以在单个芯片中实现。在其他一些实例中,他们可以分别由独立的芯片实现。
显示单元106在所述电子终端100与用户之间提供一个交互界面(例如用户操作界面)或配置为显示图像数据给用户参考。在本实施例中,所述显示单元106可以是液晶显示器或触控显示器。若为触控显示器,其可为支持单点和多点触控操作的电容式触控屏或电阻 式触控屏等。支持单点和多点触控操作是指触控显示器能感应到来自该触控显示器上一个或多个位置处同时产生的触控操作,并将该感应到的触控操作交由处理器进行计算和处理。
所述通信单元107配置为通过所述网络与外界设备建立连接,从而实现所述电子终端100与外界设备之间的通信连接。例如,所述通信单元107可以利用所述射频单元发送的射频信号连接到网络,进而通过网络与外界设备建立通信连接。
第一实施例
请参阅图2,为本申请较佳实施例提供的应用于图1所示的电子终端的电子书写方法的流程图。下面将对图2所示的具体流程进行详细阐述。
步骤S101,建立透明书写层,并显示在所述电子终端的显示器中。
所述透明书写层为独立于所述电子终端100中的其它文件的电子文件的书写层。在一个实例中,所述透明书写层显示在所述电子终端的显示单元106的最上层。
步骤S102,接收电子笔在一数位板的书写区域进行的书写操作。所述电子笔直接或者间接与所述电子终端100通信连接。可选地,所述电子笔包括电磁笔芯。所述数位板的书写面上设有配置为识别所述电磁笔芯的磁性感应装置。所述数位板可采用电磁式感应原理,在光标定位及移动过程中,通过电磁感应来识别所述电子笔在所述数位板中执行的所述书写操作。所述数位板识别到所述电子笔在所述数位板的书写面中的书写操作后,将所述书写操作发送给所述电子终端100。
步骤S103,根据所述电子笔的书写操作在所述透明书写层中显示对应的书写内容。
在一种实施方式中,若所述显示单元106中显示有运行对象,则包括所述书写内容的透明书写层显示在所述运行对象上。当所述运行对象切换页面或者切换显示画面时,包括所述书写内容的透明书写层显示在切换后的运行对象的页面中。所述运行对象可以包括但不限于word文件、PPT文件、PDF文件、视频文件、动画文件、应用软件、网页和/或图片等。
在另一种实施方式中,若所述显示单元106中显示有运行对象,则包括所述书写内容的透明书写层显示在所述运行对象上。当所述运行对象切换页面或者切换显示画面时,所述包括所述书写内容的透明书写层随着所述运行对象的切换页面或者切换显示画面被清除。
再一种实施方式中,若所述显示单元106中显示有运行对象,则包括所述书写内容的透明书写层显示在所述运行对象上。当所述运行对象切换页面或者切换显示画面时,所述包括所述书写内容的透明书写层随着所述运行对象的切换页面或者切换显示画面被翻页。再次显示电子书写时显示的所述运行对象的页面时,恢复显示所述包括所述书写内容的透明书写层。
进一步地,所述电子终端100在接收到指定指令后,启动书写设置界面,所书写设置界面中包括多种处理工具;在接收到对所述书写设置界面中的处理工具进行操作时,使所述处理工具执行对应的操作。在一个实例中,所述电子终端100的显示单元106中可包括有所述书写设置界面隐藏/显示按钮。所述指定指令为在接收到点击所述隐藏/显示按钮后触发的所述指定指令,启动所述书写设置界面。在所述书写设置界面为显示状态时,接收到点击所述隐藏/显示按钮后触发隐藏所述书写设置界面。在另一个实例中,所述指定指令为所述数位板上的指定按钮被点击或按压后发送给所述电子终端100的指令。所述书写设置界面可以包括:书写字体设置工具、历史记录查看工具、截屏工具、电子白板工具、字体/线条颜色设置工具、橡皮擦工具及清屏工具等。例如,所述书写设置界面上包括所述历史记录查看工具的按钮,所述按钮接收到用户的点击、按压或借助其他设置执行的操作后,显示书写的历史数据。例如,所述书写设置界面上包括所述电子白板工具的按钮,该按钮接收到用户的点击、按压或借助其他设置执行的操作后,在显示屏上显示一可用于书写的电子白板。当然,用户使用完所述电子白板后,可以通过设置在屏幕的其它按钮隐藏所述电子白板,例如所述电子白板上的“×”、“-”按钮等,当然也可以在再次接受到用户操作所述电子白板工具的按钮时隐藏所述电子白板。进一步地,在接收到用户操作所述电子白板工具的按钮时,还可以显示一选择窗口,所述选择窗口包括:“历史白板”及“新建白板”等。所述电子终端100也可接收所述电子笔通过在所述数位板上的执行对应的操作后发送对所述书写设置界面中的各个功能模块的操作指令。当然,也可以通过鼠标等输入设备发送对所述书写设置界面中的各个功能模块的操作指令。
根据本实施例中的方法,通过建立新的透明书写层,将书写的内容显示在所述透明书写层中,使电子书写不用基于电子终端显示的文件进行书写,从而可以实现电子终端中不管显示什么类型的文件都能够书写。另外,通过电子笔在数位板上书写,然后传输给所述电子终端进行显示,以方便演讲人员或授课人员可以在距离电子终端的有限范围内的任意地方实现书写,为便演讲人员或授课人员提供方便。
第二实施例
请参阅图3,为本申请较佳实施例提供的电子书写方法的流程图。本实施例与第一实施例类似,其不同之处在于,还将将透明书写层进行存储,以方便再次打开对应文件页面时,将书写内容同步进行加载。下面将对图3所示的具体流程进行详细阐述。
步骤S201,建立透明书写层,并显示在所述电子终端的显示器中。
步骤S202,接收电子笔在一数位板的书写区域进行的书写操作。
步骤S203,根据所述电子笔的书写操作在所述透明书写层中显示对应的书写内容。
本实施例的步骤S201-S203与第一实施例中的步骤S101-S103类似,关于本实施例的 上述步骤可进一步地参考第一实施例,在此不再赘述。
步骤S204,将包括所述书写内容的所述透明书写层进行存储。
在一种实施例中,可将所述透明书写层与所述电子终端100中当前显示的文件页面进行合成,得到包括所述书写内容的文件页面。然后,将包括所述书写内容的文件页面替换原来的文件页面进行存储,以使电子终端100再次显示所述文件页面时,在所述文件页面中可显示包括所述书写内容的透明书写层。在一个实例中,若当前显示的文件页面为图片,则将包括所述书写内容的透明书写层与所述图片合成新的图片,替换原来的图片进行存储。当然,也可以将包括所述书写内容的透明书写层与所述图片合成新的图片另存储为不同于原来的图片的另一图片文件。进一步地,所述文件页面的格式可以是PPT格式、WORD格式、PDF格式、图片格式、视频格式等任意格式。
在另一种实施方式中,还可以通过对电子终端100的显示内容通过截屏的方式得到当前显示的文件页面,实现对包括所述书写内容的所述透明书写层的存储。
根据本实施例中的方法,通过将包括所述书写内容的所述透明书写层进行存储可以使演讲人员或者授课人员在下次讲述与前面讲述过的文件页面时不用重复书写,减少演讲人员或者授课人员的重复操作,提高用户体验。
在其它方法实施例中,所述电子书写方法还可包括:接收一数位板发送的切换操作模式的信号;根据所述切换操作模式的信号侦测所述电子笔执行的操作;根据所述电子笔的操作控制电子终端执行预设的指定操作。例如,所述数位板上设置有切换按钮,所述电子终端100侦测到所述切换按钮被点击或按压时,切换所述电子笔的操作模式,使所述电子笔控制所述电子终端100中的光标的移动及执行对应的操作,所述电子终端100进一步地执行所述光标对应的操作。所述对应的操作可包括鼠标控制显示界面中的光标执行的任意操作。通过切换操作模式,使演讲人员或者授课人员不仅可以远程书写,还能够远程控制电子终端100,使演讲人员或者授课人员在演讲中需要操作电子终端100时,不用走到电子终端100附近进行操作。
在其它方法实施例中,所述透明书写层可包括至少两页书写页面,所述电子书写方法还可包括:接收所述电子笔通过执行预设操作发送的对所述透明书写层执行的翻页指令;侦测到所述翻页指令后,执行所述翻页指令对应的翻页操作并显示翻页后对应的书写页面。本实施例中,所述电子笔可以通过所述数位板切换成鼠标功能,从而实现对所述透明书写层的翻页操作。通过将所述透明书写层设置成多页,可以使演讲人员或者授课人员的可书写的版面更广,提高用户体验。
第三实施例
请参阅图4,是本申请较佳实施例提供的图1所示的电子书写装置101的功能模块示意 图。本实施例中的各个模块可配置为执行第一实施例和第二实施例中的步骤。所述电子书写装置101包括书写层建立模块1011、书写操作接收模块102及书写内容显示模块1013。
所述书写层建立模块1011,配置为建立透明书写层,并显示在所述电子终端的显示器中。所述书写层建立模块1011配置为执行第一实施例中的步骤S101和第二实施例中的步骤S201。
所述书写操作接收模块1012,配置为接收电子笔在一数位板的书写区域进行的书写操作。所述书写操作接收模块1012配置为执行第一实施例中的步骤S102和第二实施例中的步骤S202。
所述书写内容显示模块1013,配置为根据所述电子笔的书写操作在所述透明书写层中显示对应的书写内容。所述书写内容显示模块1013配置为执行第一实施例中的步骤S103和第二实施例中的步骤S203。
根据本实施例中的装置,通过建立新的透明书写层,将书写的内容显示在所述透明书写层中,使电子书写不用基于电子终端显示的文件进行书写,从而可以实现电子终端中不管显示什么类型的文件都能够书写。另外,通过电子笔在数位板上书写,然后传输给所述电子终端进行显示,以方便演讲人员或授课人员可以在距离电子终端的有限范围内的任意地方实现书写,为便演讲人员或授课人员提供方便。
在其它实施例中,所述电子书写装置101还包括页面合成模块1014,配置为将所述透明书写层与所述电子终端中当前显示的文件页面进行合成,得到包括所述书写内容的文件页面进行保存。
在其它实施例中,所述电子书写装置101还包括:页面截屏模块,配置为对电子终端100的显示内容通过截屏的方式得到当前显示的文件页面。
在其它实施例中,所述电子书写装置101还包括:界面启动模块1015,配置为在接收到指定指令后,启动书写设置界面,所述设置界面中包括多种处理工具;操作执行模块1016,配置为在接收到对所述设置界面中的处理工具进行操作时,使所述处理工具执行对应的操作。
在其它实施例中,所述透明书写层包括至少两页书写页面,所述电子书写装置101还包括:翻页控制模块1017,配置为接收到所述电子笔通过执行预设操作发送的对所述透明书写层执行的翻页指令后;显示翻页后对应的书写页面。
在其它实施例中,所述电子书写装置101还包括:信号接收模块1018,配置为接收一数位板发送的切换操作模式的信号;终端控制模块1019,配置为根据所述切换操作模式的信号侦测到所述电子笔执行的操作后;根据所述电子笔的操作控制电子终端执行预设的指定操作。

工业实用性
本申请的电子书写方法、装置及电子终端,能够使电子书写不用基于电子终端显示的文件进行书写,从而可以实现电子终端中可在任意显示内容,不限制于文件类型、软件类 型、终端桌面等都能够书写。并且,能够方便演讲人员或授课人员可以在距离电子终端的有限范围内的任意地方实现书写,为演讲人员或授课人员提供方便。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子书写方法,其特征在于,应用于电子终端,该方法包括:
    建立透明书写层,并显示在所述电子终端的显示器中;
    接收电子笔在一数位板的书写区域进行的书写操作;以及
    根据所述电子笔的书写操作在所述透明书写层中显示对应的书写内容。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子书写方法,其特征在于,所述建立透明书写层,并显示在所述电子终端的显示器中的步骤中,所述透明书写层显示在所述电子终端的显示单元的最上层。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的电子书写方法,其特征在于,所述接收电子笔在一数位板的书写区域进行的书写操作的步骤中,所述电子笔包括电磁笔芯,所述数位板的书写面上设有识别所述电磁笔芯的磁性感应装置,所述磁性感应装置配置为在光标定位及移动过程中,通过电磁感应来识别所述电子笔在所述数位板中执行的所述书写操作。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的电子书写方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述电子笔的书写操作在所述透明书写层中显示对应的书写内容的步骤包括:
    当所述显示单元中显示有运行对象时,包括所述书写内容的透明书写层显示在所述运行对象上;其中,所述运行对象包括word文件、PPT文件、PDF文件、视频文件、动画文件、应用软件、网页和/或图片。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电子书写方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述电子笔的书写操作在所述透明书写层中显示对应的书写内容的步骤还包括:
    当所述运行对象切换页面或者切换显示画面时,所述包括所述书写内容的透明书写层显示在切换后的运行对象的页面中。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的电子书写方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述电子笔的书写操作在所述透明书写层中显示对应的书写内容的步骤还包括:
    当所述运行对象切换页面或者切换显示画面时,所述包括所述书写内容的透明书写层随着所述运行对象的切换页面或者切换显示画面被清除。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的电子书写方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述电子笔的书写操作在所述透明书写层中显示对应的书写内容的步骤还包括:
    当所述运行对象切换页面或者切换显示画面时,所述包括所述书写内容的透明书写层随着所述运行对象的切换页面或者切换显示画面被翻页;
    再次显示电子书写时显示的所述运行对象的页面时,恢复显示所述包括所述书写 内容的透明书写层。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的电子书写方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    将包括所述书写内容的所述透明书写层进行存储。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子书写方法,其特征在于,所述将包括所述书写内容的所述透明书写层进行存储的步骤包括:
    将所述透明书写层与所述电子终端中当前显示的文件页面进行合成,得到包括所述书写内容的文件页面;
    将包括所述书写内容的文件页面替换原来的文件页面进行存储,以使所述电子终端再次显示所述文件页面时,在所述文件页面中显示包括所述书写内容的透明书写层。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的电子书写方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    在接收到指定指令后,启动书写设置界面,所书写设置界面中包括多种处理工具;
    在接收到对所述书写设置界面中的处理工具进行操作时,使所述处理工具执行对应的操作。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电子书写方法,其特征在于,所述书写设置界面可以包括:书写字体设置工具、历史记录查看工具、截屏工具、电子白板工具、字体/线条颜色设置工具和/或橡皮擦工具及清屏工具。
  12. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的电子书写方法,其特征在于,所述透明书写层包括至少两页书写页面,该方法还包括:
    接收所述电子笔通过执行预设操作发送的对所述透明书写层执行的翻页指令;
    接收所述翻页指令后,执行所述翻页指令对应的翻页操作并显示翻页后对应的书写页面。
  13. 如权利要求1-12任一项所述的电子书写方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    接收一数位板发送的切换操作模式的信号;
    根据所述切换操作模式的信号侦测所述电子笔执行的操作;
    根据所述电子笔的操作控制电子终端执行预设的指定操作。
  14. 一种电子书写装置,其特征在于,应用于电子终端,该装置包括:
    书写层建立模块,配置为建立透明书写层,并显示在所述电子终端的显示器中;
    书写操作接收模块,配置为接收电子笔在一数位板的书写区域进行的书写操作;
    书写内容显示模块,配置为根据所述电子笔的书写操作在所述透明书写层中显示对应的书写内容。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电子书写装置,其特征在于,该装置还包括:
    页面合成模块,配置为将所述透明书写层与所述电子终端中当前显示的文件页面 进行合成,得到包括所述书写内容的文件页面。
  16. 如权利要求14或15所述的电子书写装置,其特征在于,该装置还包括:
    界面启动模块,配置为在接收到指定指令后,启动书写设置界面,所述设置界面中包括多种处理工具;
    操作执行模块,配置为在接收到对所述设置界面中的处理工具进行操作时,使所述处理工具执行对应的操作。
  17. 如权利要求14-16任一项所述的电子书写装置,其特征在于,所述透明书写层包括至少两页书写页面,该装置还包括:
    翻页控制模块,配置为接收到所述电子笔通过执行预设操作发送的对所述透明书写层执行的翻页指令后,显示翻页后对应的书写页面。
  18. 如权利要求14-17任一项所述的电子书写装置,其特征在于,该装置还包括:
    信号接收模块,配置为接收一数位板发送的切换操作模式的信号;
    终端控制模块,配置为根据所述切换操作模式的信号侦测到所述电子笔执行的操作后;根据所述电子笔的操作控制电子终端执行预设的指定操作。
  19. 一种电子终端,其特征在于,所述电子终端包括:
    存储器;
    处理器;以及
    电子书写装置,所述电子书写装置安装于所述存储器中并包括一个或多个由所述处理器执行的软件功能模块,所述电子书写装置包括:
    书写层建立模块,配置为建立透明书写层,并显示在所述电子终端的显示器中;
    书写操作接收模块,配置为接收电子笔在一数位板的书写区域进行的书写操作;
    书写内容显示模块,配置为根据所述电子笔的书写操作在所述透明书写层中显示对应的书写内容。
  20. 一种具有处理器可执行的非易失的程序代码的计算机可读介质,其特征在于,所述程序代码使所述处理器执行所述权利要求1-13任一项所述的电子书写方法。
