一种高弹回复性复合材料
本申请要求于2017年02月17日提交中国专利局、申请号为201720146940.0、发明名称为“一种高弹回复性复合材料”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及纺织领域,特别涉及一种高弹回复性复合材料。
背景技术
在纺织品中,运动衣、休闲衣、塑身衣等产品迅速发展,广受消费者的青睐。人们越来越注重此类服装的舒适性、功能型、服用性、健康性和安全性。它们的服装面料也较有弹性。在体育运动中,服装与肌肤间形成的微气候的改善,以及对肌肉的支撑作用,可提高短跑和篮球比赛中运动员的肌肉力量;在饱餐后可舒展裤腰让人感到舒适、愉快。
近年来,越来越多的人热爱塑身衣。塑身衣是依据人体工程学的原理立体剪裁而成,更符合人体结构属性,主要具有调整体内多余的脂肪分布,塑造迷人的曲线美,对女性丰胸、收腹、减腰、提臀、美腿等效果比较显著彰显女性的性感迷人风采。运动塑身衣适用于从事于体操、乒乓球、羽毛球、爬山、爬山、跑步、骑车、或游泳等运动时穿着,用来保护肌肤活力,促进新陈代谢,对机体内部进行调整,协调身体统一,减少空气水流阻力。满足不同运动的需求,即有足够压力,又不会影响动作的准确,体能的发挥。以前传统的腰衬已不能满足这类服装的要求,通常还选择纱支比较粗的,整理时加硬挺剂,这样的衬布和面料压烫后手感比较厚实、硬挺、没有弹性。当人们在饱餐后,有压迫感,感觉不舒服。对于运动、休闲装而言,高弹性及弹性回复性、舒适性显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本申请的目的是为了满足服装发展需求,提供一种和面料复合后能随面料变化而变化,较好的保持面料原有性能的高弹回复性复合材料。为达到上述目的,本申请提供一种高弹回复性复合材料,包括:基布层;基布层相对的两个表面中,至少其中的一个表面上具有胶层;其中,所述基布层为高弹回复性织物。
优选的,所述高弹回复性织物为包含高弹性纤维的织物。
优选的,所述高弹性纤维为氨纶,聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯纤维、高弹聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维。
优选的,所述织物为针织织物或梭织织物。
优选的,所述基布层的单位面积的质量为60g/m2-280g/m2。
优选的,所述胶层为热熔性粘合树脂层。
优选的,所述热熔性粘合树脂选自于聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、聚酰胺、聚酯、或聚乙烯的一种或多种。
优选的,所述胶层的单位面积涂覆量为10g/m2-30g/m2。
优选的,所述复合材料为腰衬。
本申请还提供一种服装复合布料,包括:面料;上述高弹回复性复合材料;其中,所述面料与高弹回复性复合材料通过高弹回复性复合材料的胶层粘合。
与现有技术相比,本申请的高弹回复性复合材料具有以下优点:具有高弹回复性,填补了市场上,高弹回复性面料没有相应的高弹回复性复合材料来匹配,特别是裤子没有对应的高弹回复性腰衬这方面的空白,提高了产品的配伍性,使服装保型性好,起到良好的收腹、包臀的功效,充分塑造人体优美的体型。

具体实施方式
根据背景技术描述,传统的衬布和面料压烫后手感比较厚实、硬挺、没有弹性,无法满足弹性面料高弹回复的要求,从而影响服装在舒适度、优美体型塑造等方面的要求。
因此,对应于服装的发展需求,有必要寻求一种能与高弹回复性面料相配合的高弹回复性复合材料,从而满足运动、休闲、塑身等服装对舒适感的要求,能够伸缩自如。
为解决以上问题,本申请提供一种高弹回复性复合材料,包括:基布层;基布层相对的两个表面中,至少其中的一个表面上具有胶层;其中,所述基布层为高弹回复性织物。本申请的高弹回复性复合材料的基布层设置为高弹回复性织物,因此在和高弹回复性面料复合后能随面料的变化而变化,较好的保持面料原有的高弹回复性能。
为使本申请的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本申请的具体实施方式做详细的说明。
需要说明的是,本申请中提到的“多种”均指大于或等于两种。

如图1,所述高弹回复性复合材料包括:
基布层11;
基布层11相对的两个表面中,至少其中的一个表面上具有胶层12;
其中,所述基布层11为高弹回复性织物。
本实施例中,所述基布层11为有纺织物,通过纱线纺织而成。对于所述有纺织物所采用的制备方法没有特别要求,可以是针织织物,也可以是梭织织物。所用的纱线也无特别限定,可以是长纤维纱、短纤维纱或短纤维与长纤维组合纱。
在有些实施例中,所述基布层11也可以为无纺织物,对于所述无纺织物也没有特别限定。
本实施例中,所述高弹回复性织物为包含高弹性纤维的织物,例如,可以是高弹性纤维包覆纱织物或高弹性纤维包纱芯织物。所述高弹性纤维优选为氨纶、高弹聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维、高弹聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯纤维、高弹聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维,由于氨纶弹性回复性高,所以所述高弹性纤维进一步选为氨纶。
本实施例中,所述包含高弹性纤维的织物中,除高弹性纤维以外的其他纤维没有特别限制。可以选用天然纤维,例如棉、毛、真丝或麻等,也可以是化学合成纤维,例如聚酯或聚酰胺等,还可以是天然纤维与化学合成纤维的复合纤维。
本实施例中,所述高弹性纤维在整个纤维中的质量百分比可根据实际的弹性回复要求以及生产成本的控制进行调节,比如可以为1%、3%、5%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%、或100%等。
在有些实施例中,所述高弹回复性织物也可以为聚酯纤维或聚酰胺纤维的针织织物,通过配合聚酯纤维或聚酰胺纤维的弹性和针织网眼的密度从而使所述针织织物具有相应的高弹回复性。
根据需要,本申请的高弹回复性复合材料中选用的纤维中可以添加有常用的助剂(如抗氧剂)、功能性添加剂(如抗静电添加剂)或填料(如碳酸钙)。
本申请的高弹回复性复合材料的所述基布层11可以根据需要选 择适当的组织结构,例如可以为平纹、斜纹或乱纹织物。
在有些实施例中,所述基布层11也可以由包含有其他的功能性膜层或涂层,例如防水层,抗静电层等的织物。
本申请的高弹回复性复合材料对于基布的重量没有特别的限定,但考虑到所述基布层11的单位面积的重量过高会导致成本的提高和尺寸过厚从而影响其使用,过轻又容易导致达不到其效果,所以在有些实施例中,所述基布层11的单位面积的重量为60g/m2-280g/m2,例如具体可以为60g/m2、70g/m2、80g/m2、90g/m2、100g/m2、110g/m2、120g/m2、130g/m2、140g/m2、150g/m2、160g/m2、170g/m2、180g/m2、190g/m2、200/m2、210g/m2、220g/m2、230g/m2、240g/m2、250g/m2、260g/m2、270g/m2或280g/m2等。
本申请的高弹回复性复合材料的胶层12是为了实现基布层11与其他布料的贴合,从而制成服装面料。
本实施例中,在基布层11的一个表面上具有胶层12。
在有些实施例中,可以在基布层11的两个相对表面上具设置胶层12。两个相对表面上的胶层可以相同,也可以不同。
本实施例中,如图2,所述胶层12呈散点状排列于基布层11的一个表面上,所述排列可以为等间距排列,也可以为非等间距随机排列。为实现更好的粘合均匀性,所述排列可以为等间距排列。其中,所述胶层的颗粒的密度可以根据实际情况进行选择。通常,所述散点状胶层颗粒的密度不宜过小,也不宜过大,如果密度过大,在与其他布料粘合制成衣物后,会影响衣物的舒适度或者手感;如果所述胶层颗粒的密度过小,会造成与布料之间的粘附性差。
本实施例中,所述胶层12的胶层颗粒的形状为椭球形。
在有些实施例中,所述胶层12的胶层颗粒的形状还可以为球形、半球形、半椭球形等规则形状或其它的不规则形状,也可以是多种形状的组合。
在有些实施例中,所述胶层12也可以以其它形式设置于所述基布层的至少一个表面上,例如,可以是连续胶层。
在有些实施例中,所述胶层12为两层以上的胶层组成的复合胶层,根据需求,可以为各种形式的胶层组合。
本实施例中,所述胶层12为热熔性粘合树脂层。作为举例,所述热熔性粘合树脂可以选自于聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、聚酰胺、聚酯、聚乙烯或聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种,或者所述热熔性粘合树脂也包含选自于聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、聚酰胺、聚酯、聚乙烯和聚乙烯醇中至少两种的共聚物。
在有些实施例中,所述胶层12为反应性热熔性粘合树脂层。反应性热熔性粘合树脂层在进一步与其他布料贴合时,可以增加其粘合力。作为反应性热熔性粘合树脂层的具体举例,可以在热熔性粘合树脂(例如,上面提到的热熔性粘合树脂的具体实例)中添加具有反应性官能团的化合物,例如,异氰酸酯或环氧基等,从而使得加热后更容易交联固化。又例如,在所述热熔性粘合树脂中添加感光剂,如芳香族羰基化合物,从而在光照下促进光交联反应。

本申请的高弹回复性复合材料的胶层12的设置方式没有特别限定。进一步但不限于如下的方式进行举例说明,例如可以采用如下的浆点式涂层,将胶(基浆)以点状涂布在基布层的一个表面上,烘干、烧结、冷却固化;又如可以采用如下的3P涂层,将胶(基浆)以点状涂布在基布层的一个表面上烘干、烧结、冷却固化,另一层胶(基浆)在所述点状胶层上涂覆并烘干。
所述胶层12的单位面积涂覆量不宜过少,也不宜过多。如果涂覆量过少,所述胶层12的单位面积重量过轻,则所述胶层12粘性不足,在进一步与面料贴合时,容易导致基布11与面料分离;如果涂 覆量过多,所述胶层12的单位面积重量过重,在进一步与面料贴合后,会影响最终制成的衣物的手感或舒适度。
为此,本实施例中,所述胶层12的单位面积涂覆量在10g/m2-30g/m2,例如为10g/m2、15g/m2、25g/m2或30g/m2等。
本申请的高弹回复性复合材料,考虑到通常裤子没有相应的弹性回复腰衬相匹配的问题,所述高弹回复性复合材料优选为腰衬。

表1为本申请实施例高弹回复性复合材料的弹性回复性能表,表中PTT为聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯,PBT为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,PET为对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,弹性回复率根据ASTMD3107测定。
如表1,本实施例中,作为示例,高弹回复性复合材料的弹性回复率为96%、97%、98%和98%,远远高于通常复合材料的弹性回复率60-70%。对于本申请的高弹回复性复合材料,所述复合材料的弹性回复率可以根据实际情况进行设计,优选为80%以上,进一步优选为90%以上。
相应的本申请还提供一种服装复合布料。包括:面料;如前所述的高弹回复性复合材料;其中,所述面料与所述高弹回复性复合材料通过所述胶层粘合。
图3为本申请的服装复合布料一实施例的结构示意图。
如图3的服装复合布料,包括:
面料13;如前的高弹回复性复合材料,包括基布层11和胶层12;
其中,所述面料13与高弹回复性复合材料通过所述胶层12粘合。
本申请的服装复合布料,其中所述高弹回复性复合材料的基布层12的详细说明,如前所述。
本申请的服装复合布料,所述面料13与所述高弹回复性复合材料通过高弹回复性复合材料的胶层12粘合,通常为通过加热加压进行贴合。为保证良好的粘合度、平整度与舒适度,贴合后的胶层12最好为保持基本均匀连续,对于胶层12的进一步详细说明,如前所述。
本实施例中,所述服装复合布料的高弹回复性复合材料的基布层11为一表面具有胶层12与面料13粘合。
在另外的实施例中,所述服装复合布料的高弹回复性复合材料的基布层11相对的两表面都具有胶层12与面料13粘合,其中相对两表面的胶层12可以相同也可以不同,优选为相同,与基布层11相对的两表面胶层12粘合的面料13可以相同,也可以不同,优选为相同。
本申请的服装复合布料,所述面料优选为高弹回复性织物,其它没有特别限定,可以为有纺织物,也可以为无纺织物,可以为化学合成纤维形成的织物,还可以为天然纤维与化学合成纤维的复合纤维形成的织物。
本申请的高弹回复性复合材料,和高弹回复面性料复合后能随高弹回复性面料变化而变化,很好的保持面料原有性能,从而使服装具有很好的舒适性和保型性。
虽然本申请披露如上,但本申请并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本申请的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种高弹回复性复合材料,其特征在于,包括:
    基布层;
    基布层相对的两个表面中,至少其中的一个表面上具有胶层;
    其中,所述基布层为高弹回复性织物。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高弹回复性复合材料,其特征在于,所述高弹回复性织物为包含高弹性纤维的织物。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的高弹回复性复合材料,其特征在于,所述高弹性纤维为氨纶、高弹聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维、高弹聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯纤维、高弹聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的高弹回复性复合材料,其特征在于,所述织物为针织织物或梭织织物。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的高弹回复性复合材料,其特征在于,所述基布层的单位面积的质量为60g/m2-280g/m2。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的高弹回复性复合材料,其特征在于,所述胶层为热熔性粘合树脂层。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的高弹回复性复合材料,其特征在于,所述热熔性粘合树脂选自于聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、聚酰胺、聚酯、聚乙烯或聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的高弹回复性复合材料,其特征在于,所述胶层的单位面积涂覆量为10g/m2-30g/m2。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的高弹回复性复合材料,其特征在于,所述高弹回复性复合材料为腰衬。
  10. 一种服装复合布料,其特征在于,包括:
    面料;
    如权利要求1-9中任一项的高弹回复性复合材料;
    其中,所述面料与所述高弹回复性复合材料通过所述高弹回复性复合材料的胶层粘合。
