Description
The present invention relates to a cooker device comprising a telescopic rail.
In ovens, food products are cooked in a cooking chamber by being placed on the most suitable tray. The cooking chamber is enclosed by a body. The thermal insulation of the cooking chamber is thus provided. A plurality of guides are provided mutually on a plurality of elevations on the side walls of the cooking chamber. Trays are placed on said guides. Cooking in different intensities may be enabled by means of the guides being on different elevations. Placement of a tray on a guide is oftentimes difficult due to the friction between the guide and the tray. The tray being snagged on the guide may cause defects on the delicate food products placed in the cooking chamber. Telescopic rails are therefore used. The tray is fastened on a telescopic rail. When it is desired to remove the tray out of the cooking chamber, the telescopic rail is pulled to the front. By means of the telescopic rail moving more smoothly, the tray can be more conveniently placed into and removed out of the cooking chamber without damaging the delicate food products. However, stabilizing problems may be experienced when the telescopic rail is fixed on a guide. The telescopic rail cannot always provide stabilization due to its weight. Therefore, deformations may be observed on the guides and the telescopic rails over time, causing user discontent in terms of visual aesthetics.
State of the art German patent application no. DE102008031943 describes an oven comprising a telescopic rail.
The aim of the present invention is to realize a cooker device comprising an easy to use telescopic rail.
The cooker device realized to achieve the aim of the present invention and disclosed in the first claim and the dependent claims comprises a body and a cooking chamber provided on the body. The cooking chamber is shaped as an open box and has a base and two side walls. A plurality of guides located opposite each other are provided on the cooking chamber. The food products to be cooked placed on the tray are placed in the cooking chamber by means of the guides. The guides have different elevations according to cooking levels predetermined by the producer. The telescopic rail is provided on two mutual guides. The tray is placed on the telescopic rail, and moves towards the inside or the outside of the cooking chamber together with the telescopic rail.
The cooker device of the invention comprises an extension provided on the telescopic rail, enabling the telescopic rail to be stabilized. The extension extends from the telescopic rail towards the guide nearest to the telescopic rail.
In an embodiment of the invention, the cooker device comprises a telescopic rail having a first member fixed on the guide, a second member slidably moving on the first member, and a bearing member adjacent to the second member. The first member is fastened on the guide so as to be parallel to the side wall and the base. The second member slidably moves on the first member by means of a plurality of ball members provided between the first member and the second member. The tray is placed on the bearer member which is adjacent to the second member.
In an embodiment of the invention, the cooker device comprises a telescopic rail having a fastening member mounted to the guide via the first member. The fastening member is mounted on the guide nearest to the telescopic rail, and enables the first member to be fastened on the guide.
In an embodiment of the invention, the cooker device comprises a telescopic rail having an extension extending from the first member towards the fastening member. The extension enables the bearer member to be kept stabile, by contacting the fastening member.
In an embodiment of the invention, the cooker device comprises a protrusion provided on the extension. The protrusion extends from the extension towards the fastening member. By this, no space is left between the fastening member and the extension.
In an embodiment of the invention, the protrusion is made of elastic material. By this, deformation and sounds likely to occur due to the protrusion contacting the fastening member, is avoided.
In an embodiment of the invention, the extension is formed by the bearer member extending at least partially towards the fastening member. By this, an additional member is not used, facilitating assembly.
The cooker device realized to achieve the aims of the present invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein:

The cooker device (1) comprises a body (2); an open box shaped cooking chamber (5) provided on the body (2), in which the materials to be cooked are placed, having a base (3) and two side walls (4); a plurality of guides (6) provided mutually on the side walls (4) and positioned on different cooking elevations predetermined by the producer; and at least one telescopic rail (7) mounted on two mutual guides (6), on which a tray carrying the materials to be cooked is placed, and enabling the tray to be removed out of the cooking chamber (5) when pulled in the horizontal direction. The telescopic rail (7) is mounted on the guide (6). The food products are placed on the tray in order to be cooked. The tray is fastened on the telescopic rail (7). The tray being entered into and removed from the cooking chamber (5) is thus facilitated. (Figure 1, Figure 2)
The cooker device (1) of the invention comprises an extension (8) extending from the telescopic rail (7) to the guide (6) nearest to the telescopic rail (7), enabling the telescopic rail (7) to be stabilized. By means of the extension (8), undesired movements due to the weight of the tray or the own weight of the telescopic rail (7) are prevented, and the telescopic rail (7) is stabilized. The movements of the telescopic rail (7) into and out of the cooking chamber (5) is thus facilitated. (Figure 3)
In an embodiment of the invention, the cooker device (1) comprises a telescopic rail (7) having a first member (9) fixed on the guide (6), extending in parallel to the side wall (4) and the base (3), a second member (11) slidably moving on the first member (9) by means of a plurality of ball members (10) provided between the first member (9) and the second member (11), and a bearer member (12) on which the tray is placed, provided in parallel with the side wall (4) and adjacent to the second member (11). The second member (11) slidably moves on the first member (9) by means of the ball members (10) provided between the first member (9) and the second member (11). Friction is thus reduced, facilitating movement of the tray. The bearer member (12) on which the tray is placed, is integral with the second member (11).
