技术领域
本发明涉及互联网技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种广告展示控制方法、设备、服务器及客户端。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展,几乎所有互联网应用(例如浏览器、门户网站、新闻应用、游戏应用等)都会投放互联网广告,互联网广告是通过互联网应用在其客户端的应用界面中提供广告位,以供有广告需求的用户例如广告主、广告商发布广告。互联网广告已经成为产品或服务推广的常用手段。同时,互联网广告也成为互联网应用营收的主要来源之一,如何利用互联网应用的应用界面的广告位以获取营收最大化,也成为是互联网应用的运营方的关注焦点:如果展示的广告过少,没有合理利用应用界面的广告位,影响运营收益;但如果展示广告过多,往往会影响该互联网应用的用户使用体验,出现用户活跃度下降、用户数量减少等流失用户的现象,同时也会因为流失用户而影响广告效果,进而流失广告商。
目前,针对上述的问题,互联网应用通常是不主动控制其客户端的应用界面上广告位中广告展示,而是针对每个广告位提供广告展示关闭的功能,以供用户在被广告影响使用体验时,通过点击等操作手动关闭某个广告位中展示的广告(如图1或图2所示)。但是在实际应用中,用户在使用互联网应用期间被对应的应用界面展示的某条广告影响了体验感受时,其主动关闭该条广告展示的概率较低,而是更倾向于直接该互联网应用,甚至会卸载、删除该互联网应用,并且即使用户主动选择关闭该条广告后,应用界面中还存在其他广告位中展示的广告,因此这没有实际改善用户因为广告展示带来的不佳的用户体验。
因此,有必要针对上述现有技术中存在的问题进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于控制广告展示的新技术方案。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种广告展示控制方法,包括:
通过至少一个客户端获取用户质量,
其中,所述用户质量至少包括整体用户质量和个体用户质量的其中之一,所述整体用户质量用于表征多个所述客户端对应的整体用户群的用户体验,所述个体用户质量用于表征每个所述客户端对应的个体用户的用户体验;
当所述用户质量满足预设的关闭广告展示条件时,向对应的所述客户端发送广告展示关闭指令,以使得所述客户端的应用界面中的已开启广告展示的第一广告位,关闭广告展示;以及
当所述用户质量满足预设的开启广告展示条件时,向对应的所述客户端发送广告展示开启指令,以使得所述客户端的应用界面中的已关闭广告展示的第二广告位,开启广告展示。
可选地,
所述用户质量至少包括整体用户质量;
所述关闭广告展示条件至少包括所述整体用户质量低于整体关闭阈值;

本发明的发明人发现,在现有技术中,尚未存在一种广告展示控制方法及设备、客户端及服务器,可以通过获取的用户质量来控制应用界面中广告位的广告展示的开启或关闭,以此改善广告展示不当所带来的不佳用户体验。因此,本发明所要实现的技术任务或者所要解决的技术问题是本领域技术人员从未想到的或者没有预期到的,故本发明是一种新的技术方案。

在本发明实施例中提供一种广告展示控制方法,总体构思是根据通过客户端获取 的用户质量,控制客户端的应用界面中广告的展示,以改善广告展示不当给用户带来的不佳体验,并且能合理利用应用界面的广告位获取营收最大化。
所述广告展示控制如图4所示,包括:

其中,所述客户端是对应的互联网应用的面向用户提供本地应用服务的软件程序,所述互联网应用可以是浏览器、具有网络浏览功能的应用例如新闻应用、游戏应用、社交应用(例如微博),还可以是门户网站等。

在本实施例中,可以通过监测至少一个客户端,根据客户端记录的对应的用户行为来计算或者统计用户质量,例如,互联网应用为浏览器,可以通过监测在多个终端设备上已安装的多个浏览器客户端的状态,收集实时的用户日志,统计或计算获取用户质量,例如,统计可以监测的在众多终端设备上全部已安装的所有浏览器客户端,得到当日活跃用户数、当周活跃用户数、当月活跃用户数作为浏览器的整体用户质量的一个指标,又或者计算当日活跃用户数与当月活跃用户数的比值得到日活粘度作为浏览器的整体用户质量的一个指标,或者统计某个终端设备上已安装的浏览器客户端 的当日使用时长、当周使用天数、当月使用天数作为该客户端的个体用户质量的一个指标,在此不一一列举。
用户质量表征用户通过客户端接收对应的互联网应用提供的应用服务获取的用户体验,获取用户质量,就能确定用户通过客户端获取互联网应用提供的服务时的用户体验的实时状态,使得可以在后续步骤中,根据用户质量控制客户端的应用界面的广告展示,可以有效改善广告展示不当给用户带来的不佳体验,同时能保证合理利用应用界面的广告位获取营收最大化。

而在本实施例中,预先设置所述关闭广告展示条件,该关闭广告展示条件是用于描述目客户端应被触发关闭广告展示时对应的用户质量的状态,例如,该关闭广告展示条件可以设置为用户质量低于关闭阈值,该关闭阈值是广告展示过多带来的用户体验较差时对应的用户质量取值,具体取值可以设置为对应的应用场景下的工程经验值或者实验仿真值。应当理解的是,该关闭广告展示条件除了预先设置之外,还可以在具体应用时,随着本实施例的广告展示控制方法的不断实施,被配置或者更新为更适用于对应的应用场景。
因此,在用户质量满足预设的关闭广告展示条件时,向对应的所述客户端发送广告展示关闭指令,该广告展示关闭指令中可以包含可以区分指示对应的每个客户端的客户端标识以及可以指示需要关闭的第一广告位的标识,使得对应的客户端的应用界面中的已开启广告展示的第一广告位,关闭广告展示,以此来改善因为客户端的应用界面中广告展示过多而带来的不佳的用户体验,提升对应的互联网应用的用户质量。
此外,触发被关闭广告展示的第一广告位可以是应用界面中显示排序最靠前的广告位,也可以是根据用户点击或者浏览行为选取的热度最高的广告位,或者是统计曝光量最大的广告位等等。
而关闭广告展示可以在应用界面上通过隐藏或者删除该第一广告位来实现,例如,客户端的应用界面为浏览器的首页页面,如图5所示的,其中第一广告位为图5中方框中的内容位,当用户质量满足预设的关闭广告展示条件时,将会触发向对应的浏览器的客户端发送广告展示关闭指令,使得浏览器的客户端的首页页面中的第一广告位关闭广告展示,如图6所示。

该整体关闭阈值可以根据过去N1天内的日均活跃用户数的分布选取,比如,N1的取值为30天,目标应用平台的过去30天内统计的日活用户数,是分布位于60万人次到100万人次之间30个离散的数值,其中均值是80万人次、高峰值是100万人次以及低峰值是60万人次,可以取分布中日活用户数较差的5%对应的取值为日活用户数对应的整体关闭阈值,认为当在30天中日活用户数较低的中的6天的日活用户数,能体现由于客户端的应用界面中展示过多广告带来整体用户群的用户体验不佳时对应的用户质量,例如,分布中日活用户数较差的5%的点,对应的日活用户数为70万人次,因此将日活用户数对应的整体关闭阈值设置为70万人次。而只要日活用户数低于70万人次,就会触发对该整体用户质量对应的多个客户端关闭第一广告位的广告展示。

步骤S4100,响应于从服务器接收的广告展示关闭指令,将本地的应用界面中已开启广告展示的第一广告位,关闭广告展示;
其中,所述服务器是对应的互联网应用的应用服务器,以支持通过客户端向用户提供应用服务,而实施本实施例广告展示控制方法的设备,通常是对应的客户端。
客户端的设备本地,通常具有面向用户的应用界面,可以通过运行该客户端的电子设备中的显示装置(例如手机屏幕、电脑屏幕等)呈现给用户,在客户端的应用界面中,会设置预定数目的用于投放广告的广告位,以供广告主投放广告以增加对应的互联网应用的营收。
而在本实施例中,所述广告展示关闭指令中,通常包含可以区分指示对应的每个客户端的客户端标识以及可以指示需要关闭的第一广告位的标识,使得接收广告展示关闭指令后,能对应将本地应用界面中已开启广告展示的第一广告位,关闭广告展示。
步骤S4200,响应于从服务器接收的广告展示开启指令,将本地的应用界面中已关闭广告展示的第二广告位,开启广告展示。
其中,该广告展示开启指令中可以包含可以区分指示对应的每个客户端的客户端 标识以及可以指示需要开启的第二广告位的标识,使得接收广告展示开启指令后,能对应将本地的应用界面中已关闭广告展示的第二广告位,开启广告展示。

  1. 一种广告展示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过至少一个客户端获取用户质量,
    其中,所述用户质量至少包括整体用户质量和个体用户质量的其中之一,所述整体用户质量用于表征多个所述客户端对应的整体用户群的用户体验,所述个体用户质量用于表征每个所述客户端对应的个体用户的用户体验;
    当所述用户质量满足预设的关闭广告展示条件时,向对应的所述客户端发送广告展示关闭指令,以使得所述客户端的应用界面中的已开启广告展示的第一广告位,关闭广告展示;以及
    当所述用户质量满足预设的开启广告展示条件时,向对应的所述客户端发送广告展示开启指令,以使得所述客户端的应用界面中的已关闭广告展示的第二广告位,开启广告展示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    在所述用户质量至少包括整体用户质量时:
    所述关闭广告展示条件至少包括所述整体用户质量低于整体关闭阈值;和
    当所述整体用户质量低于整体关闭阈值时,对所述整体用户质量对应的多个所述客户端,触发执行所述将第一广告位关闭广告展示的步骤;以及
    所述开启广告展示条件至少包括所述整体用户质量高于整体开启阈值;和
    当所述整体用户质量高于整体开启阈值时,对所述整体用户质量对应的多个所述客户端,触发执行所述将第二广告位开启广告展示的步骤。

  11. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,
    在所述个体用户质量至少包括个体用户评价时,所述开启广告展示条件中的所述个体用户评价是使用对应客户端的用户对应用界面其他已开启广告展示的广告位的平均评价。
  12. 一种广告展示控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于从服务器接收的广告展示关闭指令,将本地的应用界面中已开启广告展示的第一广告位,关闭广告展示;以及
    响应于从服务器接收的广告展示开启指令,将本地的应用界面中已关闭广告展示的第二广告位,开启广告展示。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,

    在所述广告展示开启指令中,包含用于区分指示对应的每个客户端的客户端标识以及用于指示需要开启的第二广告位的标识,使得接收广告展示开启指令后,能对应将本地的应用界面中已关闭广告展示的第二广告位,开启广告展示。
  14. 一种广告展示控制设备,其特征在于,包括:
    用户质量获取单元,用于通过至少一个客户端获取用户质量,
    其中,所述用户质量至少包括整体用户质量和个体用户质量的其中之一,所述整体用户质量用于表征多个所述客户端对应的整体用户群的用户体验,所述个体用户质量用于表征每个所述客户端对应的个体用户的用户体验;
    触发关闭单元,用于当所述用户质量满足预设的关闭广告展示条件时,向对应的所述客户端发送广告展示关闭指令,以使得所述客户端的应用界面中的已开启广告展示的第一广告位,关闭广告展示;以及
    触发开启单元,用于当所述用户质量满足预设的开启广告展示条件时,向对应的所述客户端发送广告展示开启指令,以使得所述客户端的应用界面中的已关闭广告展示的第二广告位,开启广告展示。
  15. 一种广告展示控制设备,其特征在于,包括:
    关闭展示单元,用于响应于从服务器接收的广告展示关闭指令,将本地的应用界面中已开启广告展示的第一广告位,关闭广告展示;以及
    开启展示单元,用于响应于从服务器接收的广告展示开启指令,将本地的应用界面中已关闭广告展示的第二广告位,开启广告展示。
  16. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器和处理器,所述存储器用于存储指令,所述指令用于控制所述处理器进行操作以执行根据权利要求1-11中任意一项所述的方法。
  17. 一种客户端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器和处理器,所述存储器用于存储指令,所述指令用于控制所述处理器进行操作以执行根据权利要求12或13所述的方法。
