如图1a所示为实现本发明实施例的系统架构,参照图1a,其示出一个用于在终端7上进行管理各种应用程序(APP,Application)(例如,游戏应用)的客户端与第一服务器8的信息交互。其中,终端7和第一服务器8 都可以为多个。上述系统包括一个或多个安装有客户端的终端7以及一个或多个第一服务器,这些终端7与第一服务器8通过网络10连接。终端中安装有可进行或管理各种应用的客户端。其中,上述客户端可以为终端中安装的手机管家等软件。在本发明实施例提供的信息推送方法中,网络侧第一服务器8可以与终端9进行信息的交互,获取响应结果,并将响应结果推送至终端7上的客户端中,使得用户在使用客户端的时候,可以从第一服务器中获取到与用户在终端7上的输入信息相对应的响应结果,以完成终端上的操作响应。
本发明的实施例提供一种信息处理方法,该方法由终端(即计算机终端设备)执行,该终端包括有一个或多个处理器以及存储器,以及一个或一个以上的程序,其中,一个或一个以上的程序存储于存储器中,程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的单元,一个或多个处理器被配置为执行指令。本发明实施例也可以不局限于执行主体为终端。
参照图1b所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101、获取输入信息。
其中,输入信息是针对终端上的预设应用程序的当前显示界面输入产生的。
具体的,步骤101采集用户输入的输入信息是可以由终端实现;终端可以是任何能够安装应用程序的终端,例如可以是智能终端。预设应用程序可以是预先设置的并具有本发明中提供的信息处理方法所实现的功能的应用程序,例如该预设应用程序可以是应用宝。输入信息可以是包含有用户需要终端实现的功能的任何形式的信息,例如,该输入信息可以是包含有相应信息的语音、文字、图片等形式的信息;语音信息可以是用户通过麦克风等输入至终端的,文字信息可以是用户通过键盘、触控等方式输入至终端的,图片信息可以是用户通过发送图片给终端的方式输入至终端的。 例如,该输入信息可以是“下载美图秀秀”等信息。
步骤102、基于输入信息,从第一服务器获取与输入信息对应的响应结果。
具体的,步骤102基于输入信息,获取与输入信息对应的响应结果是可以由终端实现;输入信息中包括有用户需要终端实现的功能的信息,终端获取到用户的输入信息后可以对该输入信息进行解析,得到该输入信息中的语义信息,并根据语义信息获取用户需要的响应结果。
步骤103、在终端的预设应用程序的第一显示界面上,显示响应结果。
其中,第一显示界面为与产生输入信息的显示界面相同的显示界面。
具体的,步骤103在终端的预设应用程序的第一显示界面上,显示响应结果是可以由终端实现的;终端获取到与用户的需求对应的响应结果后,将该响应结果显示在终端的预设应用程序的与采集输入信息的显示界面相同的显示界面上。
步骤104、接收针对响应结果的操作指令。
具体的,步骤104接收针对响应结果的操作指令是可以由终端实现的。
这里的操作指令可以为触控操作,触控操作作为用户对终端的触控产生的,例如,双击、单击或滑动操作等,本发明实施例不作限制。
步骤105、根据操作指令,在第一显示界面上执行与输入信息对应的操作。
具体的,步骤105响应操作指令,在第一显示界面上执行与输入信息(输入信息与响应结果对应)对应的操作是可以由终端来实现的;终端接收到用户的触控操作(即操作指令)后,可以响应该触控操作在终端的预设应用程序的与采集输入信息的显示界面相同的显示界面上执行与输入信息对应的操作,该操作可以是用户需要终端实现的功能的操作。
可以理解的是,本发明实施例提供的一种信息处理方法,适用于在计 算机终端中执行,包括:获取输入信息,其中,输入信息是在一客户端的当前显示界面输入产生的;基于输入信息,从服务器获取与输入信息对应的语义识别结果,以及获取与语义识别结果对应的响应结果,并将响应结果显示在所述当前显示界面上;以及,针对响应结果的操作指令,在当前显示界面上执行与输入信息对应的操作,并显示操作结果。
需要说明的是,输入信息的输入方式可以包括触控输入、按键输入、语音输入至少其中之一者,本发明实施例不作限制。
本发明的实施例所提供的信息处理方法,获取输入信息,输入信息是针对终端上的预设应用程序的当前显示界面输入产生的,基于输入信息从第一服务器获取与输入信息对应的响应结果,在预设应用程序的第一显示界面上显示响应结果,第一显示界面为与产生输入信息的显示界面相同的显示界面,接收针对响应结果的操作指令,根据操作指令,在第一显示界面上执行与输入信息对应的操作;这样,在与对应的应用程序的聊天界面进行输入信息输入后,终端可以直接在对应应用程序的聊天界面上完成所需要的操作,解决了现有技术方案中需要进行多个页面跳转才能实现相应功能的问题,减少了操作流程,降低了操作复杂度,提高了工作效率。
基于前述实施例,本发明的实施例提供一种信息处理方法,参照图2所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤201、终端获取输入信息。
其中,输入信息是针对终端上的预设应用程序的当前显示界面输入产生的。
具体的,如果输入信息是语音信息,则终端接收到该语音信息后需要对该语音信息进行语音识别,将语音信息转换为文字信息。
步骤202、终端发送用于获取响应信息的获取请求至第一服务器。
其中,获取请求中携带有输入信息。
具体的,该获取请求是终端接收到输入信息后产生的。
步骤203、第一服务器接收终端发送的用于获取响应结果的获取请求。
其中,获取请求是输入输入信息至终端后由终端产生的。
步骤204、第一服务器响应获取请求,对获取请求进行解析,获取该获取请求中的输入信息。
具体的,第一服务器接收到终端发送的获取请求后,可以对该获取请求进行解析,进而得到该获取请求中的输入信息。
步骤205、第一服务器基于输入信息,获取与输入信息对应的响应信息。
其中,响应信息是与响应结果相关的信息。
具体的,第一服务器解析得到获取请求中的输入信息后,可以根据该输入信息获取到用户需要终端实现的功能,并获取与用户需要终端实现的功能对应的响应信息。该响应信息可以是生成响应结果的信息,如果用户输入的输入信息是“帮我下载QQ”,此时的响应信息可以是与QQ相关的下载信息,可以包括:包名、大小、图标、版本号、标识、签名信息、下载链接等信息。
步骤206、第一服务器发送响应信息至终端。
步骤207、终端接收第一服务器发送的响应信息。
步骤208、终端基于该响应信息,生成与输入信息对应的响应结果。
具体的,终端接收到第一服务器发送的响应信息后,可以根据该响应信息生成用户需要的响应结果,并将生成的响应结果显示在终端的当前显示界面上。其中,终端的当前显示界面为与用户产生输入信息的显示界面相同的显示界面。例如,如果用户输入的输入信息是“帮我下载QQ”,响应信息是与QQ相关的下载信息,此时生成的响应结果(即显示在终端的与用户产生输入信息的显示界面相同的显示界面)是用于下载QQ的图标。
步骤209、终端在终端的预设应用程序的第一显示界面上显示该响应结 果。
其中,第一显示界面为与产生输入信息的显示界面相同的显示界面。
步骤210、终端接收针对响应结果的操作指令。
具体的,用户可以触控终端的当前显示界面即预设应用程序的显示界面上的QQ的下载图标中的下载按钮,生成操作指令(触控操作)。
步骤211、终端根据操作指令,在第一显示界面上执行与输入信息对应的操作。
具体的,用户触控下载按钮之后,终端直接在当前显示界面(与用户产生输入信息的显示界面相同的显示界面)上进行QQ的下载操作,最终完成QQ的下载。

b2、若语义信息中包括有预设关键信息,确定语义信息的匹配度满足预设条件。
步骤307、若语义信息的匹配度满足预设条件,第一服务器在第一服务器的第一语义信息库中获取响应信息。
具体的,以用户输入的输入信息为“手机加速”为例进行说明,用户输入“手机加速”的文字信息给终端后,终端将该信息发送给业务服务器,业务服务器对该文字信息进行语义识别之后,将其与自己的第一语义信息库进行比较,在第一语义信息库中能够识别到该信息,此时就会返回生成一键加速功能的相关信息给终端,如图4a中所示,终端根据一键加速功能的相关信息生成一键加速图标并显示在用户与终端当前的聊天界面上。
以用户输入的输入信息为“帮我下载相机应用1”为例进行说明,用户输入“帮我下载相机应用1”的文字信息给终端后,终端将该信息发送给业务服务器,业务服务器对该文字信息进行语义识别之后,将其与自己的第一语义信息库进行比较,在第一语义信息库中能够识别到该信息,此时就会返回生成相机应用1下载图标的相关信息给终端,如图4b中所示,终端根据相机应用1下载图标的相关信息生成相机应用1的下载图标并显示在用户与终端当前的聊天界面上。
以用户输入的输入信息为“垃圾清理”为例进行说明,用户输入“垃圾清理”的文字信息给终端后,终端将该信息发送给业务服务器,业务服务器对该文字信息进行语义识别之后,将其与自己的第一语义信息库进行比较,在第一语义信息库中能够识别到该信息,此时就会返回生成清理垃圾图标的相关信息给终端,如图5a中所示,终端根据生成清理垃圾图标的相关信息生成垃圾清理图标并显示在用户与终端当前的聊天界面上。
以用户输入的输入信息为“world”为例进行说明,用户首先进入终端的应用宝上的翻译界面,用户输入“world”给终端后,终端将该信息发送给业务服务器,业务服务器对该文字信息进行语义识别之后,将其与自己的第一语义信息库进行比较,在第一语义信息库中能够识别到该信息,此时就会返回该英文对应的中文信息给终端,如图5b中所示,终端根据英文对应的中文信息生成需要显示在终端的显示界面上的信息,并将该中文信息显示在用户与终端当前的聊天界面上。
基于前述实施例,在本发明的另一实施例中,参照图6所示,步骤306第一服务器判断语义信息的匹配度是否满足预设条件之后,即判断得到语义信息的匹配度不满足预设条件时可以执行步骤308~313:

具体的,以用户输入的输入信息为图片和对应图片的功能为例进行说明,用户输入图片和对应图片的功能信息给终端后,终端将该信息发送给业务服务器,业务服务器对该信息进行语义识别之后,将其与自己的第一语义信息库进行比较,在第一语义信息库中不能识别到该信息,此时就会将该图片信息和对应图片的功能信息发送至大数据服务器,大数据服务器对该信息进行语义识别之后,将其与自己的第二语义信息库进行比较,在第二语义信息库中能识别到该信息,此时就会返回能够生成相应图片的相关信息给终端,如图7b中所示,终端能够生成相应图片的相关信息生成对 图片进行处理后的图片并显示在用户与终端当前的聊天界面上。

本发明的实施例所提供的信息处理装置,接收第一服务器发送的用于获取响应结果的获取请求,获取请求中携带有输入信息,响应获取请求,对获取请求进行解析,获取该获取请求中的输入信息,基于输入信息获取与输入信息对应的响应信息,响应信息是与响应结果相关的信息,之后发送响应信息至第一服务器,这样,在与对应的应用程序的聊天界面进行输入信息输入后,终端可以直接在对应应用程序的聊天界面上完成所需要的操作,解决了现有技术方案中需要进行多个页面跳转才能实现相应功能的问题,减少了操作流程,降低了操作复杂度,提高了工作效率。
本发明的实施例提供一种终端7,该终端可以应用于图1b~3、6对应的实施例提供的信息处理方法中,参照图14所示,该终端包括:第一处理器71、第一通信接口72、第一存储介质74和显示器73,其中:
所述第一存储介质17中存储有所述第一处理器71可执行指令,所述显示器73和所述第一存储介质74通过第一通信总线72依赖所述第一处理器71执行操作,当所述指令被第一处理器71执行时,执行上述的终端侧所述的信息处理方法。
需要说明的是,本实施例中第一处理器、第一通信接口、第一存储介质和显示器之间的交互过程,可以参照图1b~3、6对应的实施例提供的一种信息处理方法中的交互过程,此处不再赘述。
本发明的实施例所提供的终端,获取输入信息,输入信息是针对终端上的预设应用程序的当前显示界面输入产生的,基于输入信息从第一服务器获取与输入信息对应的响应结果,在预设应用程序的第一显示界面上显 示响应结果,第一显示界面为与产生输入信息的显示界面相同的显示界面,接收针对响应结果的操作指令,根据操作指令,在第一显示界面上执行与输入信息对应的操作,这样,在与对应的应用程序的聊天界面进行输入信息输入后,终端可以直接在对应应用程序的聊天界面上完成所需要的操作,解决了现有技术方案中需要进行多个页面跳转才能实现相应功能的问题,减少了操作流程,降低了操作复杂度,提高了工作效率。
本发明的实施例提供一种第一服务器8,该第一服务器可以应用于图1b~3、6对应的实施例提供的信息处理方法中,参照图15所示,该第一服务器包括:第二处理器81、第二存储介质83和第二通信接口82,其中:
所述第二存储介质83中存储有所述第二处理器81可执行指令,所述第二存储介质83通过第二通信总线82依赖所述第二处理器81执行操作,当所述指令被第二处理器81执行时,执行上述的第一副武器侧所述的信息处理方法。
需要说明的是,本实施例中第二处理器、第二存储介质与第二通信接口之间的交互过程,可以参照图1b~3、6对应的实施例提供的一种信息处理方法中的交互过程,此处不再赘述。
本发明的实施例所提供的第一服务器,接收终端发送的用于获取响应结果的获取请求,获取请求是输入输入信息至终端后由终端产生的,获取请求中携带有输入信息,响应该获取请求,对获取请求进行解析,获取该获取请求中的输入信息,基于输入信息,获取与输入信息对应的响应信息;响应信息是与响应结果相关的信息,之后发送响应信息至终端,这样,在与对应的应用程序的聊天界面进行输入信息输入后,终端可以直接在对应应用程序的聊天界面上完成所需要的操作,解决了现有技术方案中需要进行多个页面跳转才能实现相应功能的问题,减少了操作流程,降低了操作复杂度,提高了工作效率。
本发明的实施例提供一种第二服务器9,该第二服务器可以应用于图1b~3、6对应的实施例提供的信息处理方法中,参照图16所示,该第二服务器包括:第三处理器91、第三存储介质93和第三通信接口92,其中:
所述第三存储介质93中存储有所述第三处理器91可执行指令,所述第三存储介质93通过第三通信总线92依赖所述第三处理器91执行操作,当所述指令被第三处理器91执行时,执行上述的第二服务器侧所述的信息处理方法。
需要说明的是,本实施例中第三处理器、第三存储介质与第三通信接口之间的交互过程,可以参照图1b~3、6对应的实施例提供的一种信息处理方法中的交互过程,此处不再赘述。

本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,应用于终端中,存储有机器指令,当所述机器指令被一个或多个第一处理器执行的时候,所述第一处理器执行终端侧对应的信息处理方法。
本发明实施例另提供一种计算机存储介质,应用于第一服务器中,存储有机器指令,当所述机器指令被一个或多个第二处理器执行的时候,所述第二处理器执行第一服务器侧对应的信息处理方法。
本发明实施例另提供一种计算机存储介质,应用于第二服务器中,存储有机器指令,当所述机器指令被一个或多个第三处理器执行的时候,所述第三处理器执行第二服务器侧对应的信息处理方法。
其中,计算机可读存储介质可以是磁性随机存取存储器(ferromagnetic random access memory,FRAM)、只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-Only Memory,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EPROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)、快闪存储器(Flash Memory)、磁表面存储器、光盘、或只读光盘(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM)等存储器。

工业实用性
本实施例中,在与对应的应用程序的聊天界面进行信息输入后,终端可以直接在对应应用程序的聊天界面上完成所需要的操作,解决了现有技术方案中需要进行多个页面跳转才能实现相应功能的问题,降低了操作复杂度,提高了工作效率。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,适用于在计算机终端设备中执行;所述方法包括:
    获取输入信息;其中,所述输入信息是针对终端上的预设应用程序的当前显示界面输入产生的;
    基于所述输入信息,从第一服务器获取与所述输入信息对应的响应结果;
    在所述预设应用程序的第一显示界面上,显示所述响应结果;其中,所述第一显示界面为与产生所述输入信息的显示界面相同的显示界面;
    接收针对所述响应结果的操作指令,根据所述操作指令在所述第一显示界面上执行与所述输入信息对应的操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述输入信息,获取与所述输入信息对应的响应结果,包括:
    发送用于获取响应信息的获取请求至第一服务器;其中,所述获取请求中携带有所述输入信息;
    接收所述第一服务器发送的所述响应信息;其中,所述响应信息是与所述响应结果相关的信息;
    基于所述响应信息,生成与所述输入信息对应的所述响应结果。
  3. 一种信息处理方法,适用于在第一服务器中执行,所述方法包括:
    接收终端发送的用于获取响应结果的获取请求;其中,所述获取请求是输入输入信息至终端后由终端产生的;所述获取请求中携带有输入信息;
    响应所述获取请求,对所述获取请求进行解析,获取所述获取请求中的所述输入信息;
    基于所述输入信息,获取与所述输入信息对应的响应信息;其中, 所述响应信息是与所述响应结果相关的信息;
    发送所述响应信息至所述终端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述输入信息,获取与所述输入信息对应的响应信息,包括:
    对所述输入信息进行语义解析,得到语义信息;
    判断所述语义信息的匹配度是否满足预设条件;
    若所述语义信息的匹配度满足所述预设条件,在所述第一服务器的第一语义信息库中获取所述响应信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述判断所述语义信息的匹配度是否满足预设条件之后,所述方法还包括:
    若所述语义信息的匹配度不满足所述预设条件,发送所述获取请求至第二服务器;
    接收所述第二服务器发送的所述响应信息;
    发送所述响应信息至所述终端。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述判断所述语义信息的匹配度是否满足预设条件,包括:
    判断所述语义信息是否与所述第一语义信息库中的信息匹配;
    若所述语义信息与所述第一语义信息库中的信息匹配,确定所述语义信息的匹配度满足所述预设条件;
    若所述语义信息与所述第一语义信息库中的信息不匹配,确定所述语义信息的匹配度不满足所述预设条件。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述判断所述输入信息的匹配度是否满足预设条件,包括:
    判断所述语义信息中是否包括有预设关键信息;
    若所述语义信息中包括有所述预设关键信息,确定所述语义信息的 匹配度满足所述预设条件;
    若所述语义信息中没有所述预设关键信息,确定所述语义信息的匹配度不满足所述预设条件。
  8. 一种信息处理方法,适用于在第二服务器中执行,所述方法包括:
    接收第一服务器发送的用于获取响应结果的获取请求;其中,所述获取请求中携带有输入信息;
    响应所述获取请求,对所述获取请求进行解析,获取所述获取请求中的所述输入信息;
    基于所述输入信息,获取与所述输入信息对应的响应信息;其中,所述响应信息是与所述响应结果相关的信息;
    发送所述响应信息至所述第一服务器。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述输入信息,获取与所述输入信息对应的响应信息,包括:
    对所述输入信息进行语义解析,得到语义信息;
    在第二服务器的第二语义信息库中获取与所述语义信息匹配的目标信息;
    基于所述目标信息,获取所述响应信息。
  10. 一种信息处理装置,所述装置包括:第一获取部分、第二获取部分、显示部分、第一接收部分和处理部分,其中:
    所述第一获取部分,配置为获取输入信息;其中,所述输入信息是针对终端上的预设应用程序的当前显示界面输入产生的;
    所述第二获取部分,配置为基于所述输入信息,从第一服务器获取与所述输入信息对应的响应结果;
    所述显示部分,配置为在所述预设应用程序的第一显示界面上显示所述响应结果;其中,所述第一显示界面为与产生所述输入信息的显示 界面相同的显示界面;
    所述第一接收部分,配置为接收针对所述响应结果的操作指令;
    所述处理部分,配置为根据所述操作指令,在所述第一显示界面上执行与所述输入信息对应的操作。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述第二获取部分包括:第一发送子部分、第一接收子部分和生成子部分,其中:
    所述第一发送子部分,配置为发送用于获取响应信息的获取请求至第一服务器;其中,所述获取请求中携带有所述输入信息;
    所述第一接收子部分,配置为接收所述第一服务器发送的所述响应信息;其中,所述响应信息是与所述响应结果相关的信息;
    所述生成子部分,配置为基于所述响应信息,生成与所述输入信息对应的所述响应结果。
  12. 一种信息处理装置,所述装置包括:第二接收部分、第三获取部分、第四获取部分和第一发送部分,其中:
    所述第二接收部分,配置为接收终端发送的用于获取响应结果的获取请求;其中,所述获取请求是输入输入信息至终端后由终端产生的;所述获取请求中携带有输入信息;
    所述第三获取部分,配置为响应所述获取请求,对所述获取请求进行解析,获取所述获取请求中的所述输入信息;
    所述第四获取部分,配置为基于所述输入信息,获取与所述输入信息对应的响应信息;其中,所述响应信息是与所述响应结果相关的信息;
    所述第一发送部分,配置为发送所述响应信息至所述终端。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述第四获取部分包括:第一处理子部分、判断子部分和第一获取子部分,其中:
    所述第一处理子部分,配置为对所述输入信息进行语义解析,得到 语义信息;
    所述判断子部分,配置为判断所述语义信息的匹配度是否满足预设条件;
    所述第一获取子部分,配置为若所述语义信息的匹配度满足所述预设条件,在所述第一服务器的第一语义信息库中获取所述响应信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述第四获取部分还包括:第二发送子部分和第二接收子部分,其中:
    所述第二发送子部分,配置为所述判断所述语义信息的匹配度是否满足预设条件之后,若所述语义信息的匹配度不满足所述预设条件,发送所述获取请求至第二服务器;
    所述第二接收子部分,配置为接收所述第二服务器发送的所述响应信息;
    所述第二发送子部分,还配置为发送所述响应信息至所述终端。
  15. 一种信息处理装置,所述装置包括:第三接收部分、第五获取部分、第六获取部分和第二发送部分,其中:
    所述第三接收部分,配置为接收第一服务器发送的用于获取响应结果的获取请求;其中,所述获取请求中携带有输入信息;
    所述第五获取部分,配置为响应所述获取请求,对所述获取请求进行解析,获取所述获取请求中的所述输入信息;
    所述第六获取部分,配置为基于所述输入信息,获取与所述输入信息对应的响应信息;其中,所述响应信息是与所述响应结果相关的信息;
    所述第二发送部分,配置为发送所述响应信息至所述第一服务器。
  16. 一种终端,包括:第一处理器、第一通信接口、第一存储介质和显示器,所述第一存储介质中存储有所述第一处理器可执行指令,所述显示器和所述第一存储介质通过第一通信总线依赖所述第一处理器执 行操作,当所述指令被第一处理器执行时,执行上述的权利要求1或2任一项所述的信息处理方法。
  17. 一种第一服务器,所述第一服务器包括:第二处理器、第二存储介质和第二通信接口,所述第二存储介质中存储有所述第二处理器可执行指令,所述第二存储介质通过第二通信总线依赖所述第二处理器执行操作,当所述指令被第二处理器执行时,执行上述的权利要求3至7任一项所述的信息处理方法。
  18. 一种第二服务器,所述第二服务器包括:第三处理器、第三存储介质和第三通信接口,所述第三存储介质中存储有所述第三处理器可执行指令,所述第三存储介质通过第三通信总线依赖所述第三处理器执行操作,当所述指令被第三处理器执行时,执行上述的权利要求8或9任一项所述的信息处理方法。
  19. 一种计算机存储介质,应用于终端中,存储有机器指令,当所述机器指令被一个或多个第一处理器执行的时候,所述第一处理器执行所述的权利要求1或2任一项所述的信息处理方法。
  20. 一种计算机存储介质,应用于第一服务器中,存储有机器指令,当所述机器指令被一个或多个第二处理器执行的时候,所述第二处理器执行所述的权利要求3至7任一项所述的信息处理方法。
  21. 一种计算机存储介质,应用于第二服务器中,存储有机器指令,当所述机器指令被一个或多个第三处理器执行的时候,所述第三处理器执行所述的权利要求8或9任一项所述的信息处理方法。
  22. 一种信息处理方法,适用于在计算机终端中执行,所述方法包括:
    获取输入信息,其中,所述输入信息是在一客户端的当前显示界面输入产生的;
    基于所述输入信息,从服务器获取与所述输入信息对应的语义识别结果,以及获取与所述语义识别结果对应的响应结果,并将响应结果显示在所述当前显示界面上;以及,
    针对所述响应结果的操作指令,在所述当前显示界面上执行与所述输入信息对应的操作,并显示操作结果。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中,所述输入包括触控输入、按键输入、语音输入至少其中之一者。
  24. 一种信息处理方法,适用于在计算机终端中执行,所述方法包括:
    获取输入信息,其中,所述输入信息是在一客户端的当前显示界面输入产生的;
    基于所述输入信息,从第一服务器获取与所述输入信息对应的语义识别结果;
    从第二服务器获取与所述语义识别结果对应的响应结果,并将响应结果显示在所述当前显示界面上;以及,
    针对所述响应结果的操作指令,在所述当前显示界面上执行与所述输入信息对应的操作,并显示操作结果。
