Description

LED显示屏 技术领域
本公开涉及显示屏技术领域,例如涉及一种LED显示屏。
背景技术
在相关技术中市场上使用的透明LED(light emitting diode)显示屏,采用LED灯条和金属结构相结合的方式,产品实现了一定的通透度,但是LED箱体还是由一些纵横交错铺设的金属结构组成,且电控部分通常设置在整块LED显示屏的一侧面的金属结构上,以此结构设计,极大的影响了透明LED显示屏的通透度,进而影响客户的购物体验,此外,由于缺少必要的防护措施,使得外露的LED灯条很容易损伤,进而存在较大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本公开的目的在于提出一种结构简单,安全可靠的LED显示屏。
本公开实施例提供一种LED显示屏,包括显示屏框体、平行间隔架设于所述显示屏框体两侧壁之间的多根LED灯条、与所述显示屏框体紧固的电控装置、以及至少设置于所述显示屏框体一侧面的透明防护板。
可选的,所述显示屏框体包括首尾依次相连的左边框、下边框、右边框、以及上边框。
可选的,所述显示屏框体还包括垂直架设于所述上边框和下边框之间的支撑梁。
可选的,所述左边框与所述支撑梁之间,以及所述右边框与所述支撑梁之间分别平行间隔架设有多根所述LED灯条,所述支撑梁两侧的相邻所述LED灯条均位于同一直线。
可选的,所述左边框和右边框的同一侧面沿长度方向分别设置有用于和所述LED灯条端部相配合的台阶。
可选的,与所述LED灯条端面相对的台阶壁的厚度大于等于1mm,小于等于10mm。
可选的,与所述上边框和/或下边框相配合的电控装置与所述显示屏框体的前后两侧面平齐。
可选的,与所述上边框和/或下边框相配合的电控装置凸设于所述显示屏框体的前侧面或后侧面。
可选的,所述透明防护板设置为亚克力板或玻璃。
可选的,所述电控装置包括铝挤型散热壳体,以及设置于所述铝挤型散热壳体内的驱动电源,所述驱动电源与设置于所述左边框和/或右边框内电路板电连接,所述电路板与所述LED灯条电连接。
本公开实施例包括显示屏框体、平行间隔架设于所述显示屏框体两侧壁之间的多根LED灯条、与所述显示屏框体紧固的电控装置、以及至少设置于所述显示屏框体一侧面的透明防护板。以此结构设计的LED显示屏,结构简单,通透性好,且安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过可选实施方式来说明本公开的技术方案。在不冲突的情况下,实施例和实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
如图1至图5所示,本实施例中提供了一种LED显示屏,包括显示屏框体、平行间隔架设于所述显示屏框体两侧壁之间的多根LED灯条、与所述显示屏框体紧固的电控装置、以及至少设置于所述显示屏框体一侧面的透明防护板5。可选的,结合图1和图3所示,所述显示屏框体包括首尾依次相连的左边框、下边框、右边框、以及上边框,所述显示屏框体还包括垂直架设于所述上边框和下边框之间的支撑梁3,所述左边框与所述支撑梁3之间,以及所述右边框与所述支撑梁3之间分别平行间隔架设有多根所述LED灯条2,所述支撑梁3两侧的相邻所述LED灯条2均位于同一直线。
为了方便LED灯条2的架设,结合图1、图3及图4所示,所述左边框和右边框的同一侧面沿长度方向分别设置有用于和所述LED灯条2端部相配合的台阶,与所述LED灯条2端面相对的台阶壁161的厚度大于等于1mm,小于等于10mm。本实施例中,该台阶壁161的厚度可选设置为3mm,因此厚度设置,能够使得相邻LED显示屏拼接后能够最大程度的减小拼接缝,有效降低拼接屏的显示暗区。
本实施例中电控装置包括铝挤型散热壳体41,以及设置于所述铝挤型散热壳体内的驱动电源42,所述驱动电源与设置于所述左边框和/或右边框内电路板电连接,所述电路板与所述LED灯条2电连接。
本公开中电控装置的安装有两种实现形式,实施例一:如图1至图2所示,可将电控装置安装至上边框和下边框与该LED显示屏同侧的一侧面上,并 将散热壳体41分别与上边框和下边框铰接,为了不影响播放效果,可选的凸设于与LED显示屏显示面相对的一侧面。且本实施例中的上边框13和下边框14的横截面分别呈L型设置,并分别与对应的左边框11和右边框12相配合。
实施例二:如图3至图5所示,可将电控装置固定至该LED显示屏的上下两端面,且使得散热壳体43的上下两侧面与该LED显示屏前后两侧面平齐。且本实施例中的上边框17和下边框18的横截面分别呈U型设置,并在U型侧壁上开设有用于卡接透明防护板的卡槽。上边框17和下边框18分别与对应的左边框15和右边框16相配合。
采用上述两种形式设置的LED显示屏,能够根据安装需要适用于不同幕墙或橱窗的安装。
为了防止该显示屏作为玻璃幕墙使用时,避免接触到LED灯条2,所述透明防护板5设置为亚克力板或玻璃。且分别安装于显示屏框体的正反两面。
采用上述方案设计的LED显示屏,将各个显示屏依次拼接,可形成如图6所示的安装效果,以此方式设计,能够将其应用于商店、展馆、办公室等所有橱窗8部位,在不改变应用场所原有装饰布局的情况下提供一种不影响视觉通透性的LED显示屏,且此结构可根据实际使用高度可以一体化制做,可适用各种不同高度的橱窗8场景,且在高度方向显示区域无任何横梁结构从而实现一种极致透明的效果。采用上述结构设计的拼接屏,如图7所示,由于相邻显示屏的边框边缘较薄,因此能够有效提升拼接后的显示效果,避免在拼缝处形成暗区。

工业实用性
本公开提供一种LED显示屏,以此结构设计的LED显示屏,结构简单,通透性好,且安全可靠。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LED显示屏,包括显示屏框体、平行间隔架设于所述显示屏框体两侧壁之间的多根LED灯条、与所述显示屏框体紧固的电控装置、以及至少设置于所述显示屏框体一侧面的透明防护板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED显示屏,其中,所述显示屏框体包括首尾依次相连的左边框、下边框、右边框、以及上边框。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种LED显示屏,其中,所述显示屏框体还包括垂直架设于所述上边框和下边框之间的支撑梁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种LED显示屏,其中,所述左边框与所述支撑梁之间,以及所述右边框与所述支撑梁之间分别平行间隔架设有多根所述LED灯条,所述支撑梁两侧的相邻所述LED灯条均位于同一直线。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种LED显示屏,其中,所述左边框和右边框的同一侧面沿长度方向分别设置有用于和所述LED灯条端部相配合的台阶。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种LED显示屏,其中,与所述LED灯条端面相对的台阶壁的厚度大于等于1mm,小于等于10mm。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种LED显示屏,其中,与所述上边框和/或下边框相配合的电控装置与所述显示屏框体的前后两侧面平齐。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种LED显示屏,其中,与所述上边框和/或下边框相配合的电控装置凸设于所述显示屏框体的前侧面或后侧面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED显示屏,其中,所述透明防护板设置为亚克力板或玻璃。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的一种LED显示屏,其中,所述电控装置包括铝挤型散热壳体,以及设置于所述铝挤型散热壳体内的驱动电源,所述驱动电源与设置于所述左边框和/或右边框内电路板电连接,所述电路板与所述LED灯条电连接。
