Description

摄影滑轨的传动方式快速转换结构
本发明涉及一种摄影器材,尤其是指摄影滑轨。
我们知道,目前市面上的摄影滑轨,主要有纯手动式、纯电动式、既可手动又可电动的三种:对于纯手动式滑轨,可能要借助飞轮来储能使滑行比较平稳;对于纯电动式滑轨,用自带电池或外接市电驱动马达来带动滑块滑行;对于既可手动又可电动的那种摄影滑轨,就需要有专门的转换结构来安装飞轮、电动模组;当前,既可手动、又可电动的摄影滑轨,采用的是皮带或同步带等传动带的传动方式,当飞轮与电动模组在切换时,需要拆装很多配件,这样使得在转换传动方式时拆装比较繁琐、不方便;另外,带传动在运行时容易产生抖动,影响了拍摄效果;而且,皮带、同步带等传动带的长度是不可调的,这样当摄影滑轨要接驳或减少一段或多段轨道来增长或缩短滑轨长度,以便于携带和满足拍摄需求时,就会更麻烦和更费时,因为要先拧松螺丝取出和原来的传动带等零部件,再接好所要长度的滑轨,然后才能再装上新的传动带、拧紧螺丝等一系列的繁琐操作。为此,本申请人对既可手动、又可电动的摄影滑轨进行了改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构更合理、传动方式的转换更方便和快速的摄影滑轨的转换结构。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种摄影滑轨的传动方式快速转换结构,包括长条的轨道、安装在该轨道两端的支架模组、在该轨道上滑行的滑块模组、滑块传动结构、飞轮模组和电动模组,其中:
在所述滑块模组的前侧面中设有飞轮锁扣结构和电动模组锁扣结构;
所述滑块传动结构设在该滑块模组中,其包括设在轨道底面上的齿条、设在该滑块模组内的变速箱,以及外露出该变速箱底部并与该齿条啮合的齿轮;所述变速箱的输出轴露出到该滑块模组的开口槽中后装有爪盘式变速箱联轴器;
在所述飞轮模组上设有能与该变速箱联轴器的爪盘咬合对接的爪盘式飞轮联轴器;所述飞轮模组在正对该滑块模组的那一侧设有能与该飞轮锁扣结构扣合在一起的飞轮固定扣;
在所述电动模组的驱动轴上设有能与该变速箱联轴器的爪盘咬合对接的爪盘式电动联轴器;所述电动模组在正对该滑块模组的那一面上设有能与该电动模组锁扣结构扣合在一起的电动模组固定扣。
在对上述摄影滑轨的传动方式快速转换结构的改进方案中,所述飞轮锁扣结构包括飞轮固定扣锁定销和使该飞轮固定扣锁定销往外复位的飞轮固定扣锁定销复位簧,它们设在滑块模组的横槽中;在所述滑块模组3的前侧面上设有供该飞轮固定扣插入来钩在该飞轮固定扣锁定销上的飞轮固定扣插入孔。

在对上述摄影滑轨的传动方式快速转换结构的改进方案中,所述支架模组通过公、母对接头和公、母对接扣与轨道连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:由于在电动模组、飞轮模组上均设有能与滑块传动结构的爪盘式联轴器咬合的爪盘联轴器,和与滑块模组中的锁扣结构插入扣合在一起的固定扣,这样就可以通过插拔方式进行传动方式的转换,而无需拧松螺丝拆下原来的飞轮或电动模组后才能再换上新的电动或飞轮模组、最后才拧紧螺丝,因此本发明的结构更合理、传动方式的转换更方便和快速;另外,采用齿轮、齿条来传动,比起传动带传动的方式,其在拆装、维护时更快捷、简单。

具体实施方式
本发明为一种摄影滑轨的传动方式快速转换结构,如图1至10所示,包括长条的轨道1、安装在该轨道1两端的支架模组2、在该轨道1上滑行的滑块模组3、滑块传动结构4、飞轮模组5和电动模组6,其中:
在所述滑块模组3的前侧面中设有飞轮锁扣结构7和电动模组锁扣结构8;
所述滑块传动结构4设在该滑块模组3中,其包括设在轨道1底面上的齿条41、设在该滑块模组3内的变速箱42,以及外露出该变速箱42底部并与该齿条41啮合的齿轮43,齿轮、齿条的传动比起传动带传动的方式,在拆装、维护时更快捷、简单;所述变速箱42的输出轴露出到该滑块模组3的开口槽中后装有爪盘式变速箱联轴器421;
在所述飞轮模组5上设有能与该变速箱联轴器421的爪盘咬合对接的爪盘式飞轮联轴器51;所述飞轮模组5在正对该滑块模组3的那一侧设有能与该飞轮锁扣结构7扣合在一起的飞轮固定扣52,如图3、4所示;
在所述电动模组6的驱动轴上设有能与该变速箱联轴器421的爪盘咬合对接的爪盘式电动联轴器61;所述电动模组6在正对该滑块模组3的那一面上设有能与该电动模组锁扣结构8扣合在一起的电动模组固定扣62,在所述电动模组内设有马达和供电电源,这跟当前的电动模组一致,在此不作详述。
本发明在进行手动、电动传动的转换时,只要从滑块模组3上拔出飞轮模组5或电动模组6,然后将电动模组6的电动联轴器61或飞轮模组5的飞轮联轴器51对准变速箱联轴器421后开始插进去,这时电动模组固定扣62或飞轮固定扣52也开始插入滑块模组3中的电动模组锁扣结构8或飞轮锁扣结构7,当相对接的联轴器的爪盘咬合在一起时,固定扣也刚好与锁扣结构钩扣在一起,从而完成了传动方式的转换。从上可以看出,本发明通过插拔方式就可进行传动方式的转换,而无需拧松螺丝拆下原来的飞轮或电动模组后才能再换上新的电动或飞轮模组、最后才拧紧螺丝,因此本发明的结构更合理、传动方式的转换更方便和快速;另外,采用齿轮、齿条来传动,比起传动带传动的方式,其在拆装、维护时更快捷、简单。
由于飞轮锁扣结构7和电动模组锁扣结构8的原理是一样的,都是钩扣方式,这样它们可以共用一套结构,在本实施例中,由于电动模组外形比较宽,而飞轮模组较小,为此,将它们设为不共用的,以利于更好地锁住各自的模组。如图3至5所示,所述飞轮锁扣结构7有两套,分别包括飞轮固定扣锁定销71和使该飞轮固定扣锁定销71往外复位的飞轮固定扣锁定销复位簧72,它们设在滑块模组3的横槽31中,在所述滑块模组3的前侧面上设有供该飞轮固定扣52插入来钩在该飞轮固定扣锁定销71上的飞轮固定扣插入孔32。如图8至10所示,电动模组锁扣结构8有两套,分别包括水平摆动连接在该滑块模组3上的电动模组锁定钩81和锁定钩复位簧82,当要插拔电动模组时,用手按在电动模组锁定钩81上打开后,就可将电动模组的固定扣插入或拔出,然后松手即可。
轨道单元11可以采用一条,为便于携带摄影滑轨或可根据需要来调整摄影滑轨的长度,为此,优选地,将轨道单元设成多段式的,于是:所述轨道1由至少两段轨道单元11对接而成,所述齿条41分成一段一段并分别设在轨道单元11上,相邻轨道单元11相对端的齿条对接在一起,这样就不用象现阶段可增长、缩短滑轨长度的摄影滑轨那样,在调整滑轨长度时因为要拧动多颗螺丝、拆装和更换不同长度的传动带那么麻烦和费时,从而使用时更方便;在相邻轨道单元11之间通过至少两对相套接的公、母对接头9、10(在此为三对)来对接在一起;在相邻轨道单元11上还设有两对公、母对接扣20、30,如图11所示,这样当相邻的轨道单元之间的全部公、母对接头9、10套接在一起时,轨道单元对接端之间的齿条也刚好对接在一起,然后再用公、母对接扣20、30锁紧即可。
在本实施例中,所述支架模组2通过至少两套公、母对接头9、10和两对公、母对接扣20、30与轨道连接,如图1、6、11所示。

    在所述滑块模组(3)的前侧面中设有飞轮锁扣结构(7)和电动模组锁扣结构(8);
    所述滑块传动结构(4)设在该滑块模组(3)中,其包括设在轨道(1)底面上的齿条(41)、设在该滑块模组(3)内的变速箱(42),以及外露出该变速箱(42)底部并与该齿条(41)啮合的齿轮(43);所述变速箱(42)的输出轴露出到该滑块模组(3)的开口槽中后装有爪盘式变速箱联轴器(421);
    在所述飞轮模组(5)上设有能与该变速箱联轴器(421)的爪盘咬合对接的爪盘式飞轮联轴器(51);所述飞轮模组(5)在正对该滑块模组(3)的那一侧设有能与该飞轮锁扣结构(7)扣合在一起的飞轮固定扣(52);

  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的摄影滑轨的传动方式快速转换结构,其特征在于,所述轨道1由至少两段轨道单元(11)对接而成,所述齿条(41)分成一段一段并分别设在轨道单元(11)上,相邻轨道单元(11)相对端的齿条对接在一起;在相邻轨道单元(11)之间通过至少两对相套接的公、母对接头(9、10)来对接在一起;在相邻轨道单元(11)上还设有至少两对公、母对接扣(20、30)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的摄影滑轨的传动方式快速转换结构,其特征在于,所述支架模组(2)通过公、母对接头(9、10)和公、母对接扣(20、30)与轨道连接。
