Abstract

L'invention concerne un capteur piézorésistif, un dispositif de mesure de pression et un dispositif électronique, se rapportant au domaine technique des dispositifs électroniques. Le capteur piézorésistif comprend des substrats (12), et des unités de détection piézorésistives de type en demi-pont; chacune des unités de détection piézorésistives de type en demi-pont comprend deux bras de pont (6, 7), les deux bras de pont étant connectés en série; des extrémités d'acquisition de signal (IN) sortent des extrémités de liaison des deux bras de pont (6, 7); des extrémités d'application de signal d'excitation sont sorties à partir des extrémités d'ouverture des deux bras de pont (6, 7) respectivement; chacun des bras de pont (6, 7) comprend au moins une unité de résistance (101, 102, 103, 104); les unités de résistance (101, 102, 103, 104) sont disposées sur les substrats (12); et chacun des bras de pont (6, 7) comprend le même nombre des unités de résistance (101, 102, 103 104). Le capteur piézorésistif peut inhiber la dérive de température et augmenter le sémaphore tout en mettant en oeuvre la fonction de mesure de pression; et le capteur piézorésistif a une exigence faible pour l'espace interne de l'ensemble du dispositif électronique et peut être facilement popularisé.
