运动鞋舌的装配是一项复杂的技艺,其装配步骤如下:

由前述可知,已知藉由人力翻转鞋舌的方法的作业效率较差、质量容易参差不齐,且无法藉由单一款式的计量器推顶鞋舌,为此,便需要一种用于翻转运动鞋舌的系统及组装运动鞋舌的设备及其使用方法。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于组装运动鞋舌设备及其使用方法,其主要目的是在不影响质量的情况下,以自动化方式组装运动鞋舌,以大幅提升作业效率。
本发明的另一目的在于能够装配多种不同形状、大小的鞋舌。
本发明另提供一种用于翻转运动鞋舌的系统,其主要目的是使翻转作业快速,且完整翻转而不会有折边。

二翻转装置10,各该翻转装置10分别具有一二维移动机构11、一旋转机构12及一夹持机构13,该二维移动机构11能够沿着一水平方向X及一垂直方向Y移动,该水平方向X及该垂直方向Y是相互垂直,该二维移动机构11具有一终端部112C,该终端部112C是能够同时沿着水平方向X及垂直方向Y移动,形成一平滑(smooth)的移动路线,该终端部112C亦能够单独沿着水平方向X或垂直方向Y移动;于本实施例中,该二维移动机构11是由一水平移动机构111及一垂直移动机构112组成,该垂直移动机构112具有一结合部112T、一垂直移动部112B及该终端部112C,该终端部112C及该结合部112T是设置于该垂直移动部112B,该结合部112T装设于该水平移动机构111,使该垂直移动机构112可沿着该水平方向X移动,该垂直移动部112B是可沿着该垂直方向Y位移,使该终端部112C能够沿着该水平方向X及垂直方向Y移动;
该旋转机构12装设于该二维移动机构11的终端部112C,该旋转机构12是能够沿着该水平方向X及该垂直方向Y构成的平面旋转,其旋转方向并不限于顺时针旋转或逆时针旋转;
该夹持机构13装设于该旋转机构12,该夹持机构13能够随着该旋转机构12沿着该水平方向X及该垂直方向Y构成的平面旋转、位移,该夹持机构13供以夹持该舌片T1;
一翻面装置20,设置于这两个翻转装置10的侧面,以对该接缝区T11施力,使该鞋舌T翻面,于本发明较佳实施例中,该翻面装置20为一空气喷枪21,该空气喷枪21藉由向该鞋舌T的接缝区T11吹出高压气流,以完成翻面作业,于本发明另一实施例中,如图7-1、7-2所示,该翻面装置20为一推抵件22,该推抵件22是供以伸入该鞋舌T,并推抵该鞋舌T的接缝区T11,以完成翻面作业,于另一实施例中,如图8-1至8-6所示,该翻面装置20为一撑张推抵件23,包含一控制部231及二撑张部232,这两个撑张部232具有相对的一枢设端232A及一推抵端232B,这两个撑张部232的枢设端232A是枢设于该控制部231,使该控制部231于拉引状态下,这两个撑张部232的推抵端232B撑开,进而推抵鞋舌T,以确保鞋舌T完全翻转;
一自动控制装置,内建有默认程序,该自动控制装置与该些翻转装置10、该翻面装置20控制连接,该自动控制装置用以控制该些翻转装置10、该翻面装置20配合作动。
本发明另提供一种用于组装运动鞋舌的设备,如图9所示,包括:
前述用于翻转运动鞋舌的系统;以及
一缝纫装置30,设置于这两个翻转装置10的一侧,于本实施例中,该缝纫装置30是位于这两个翻转装置10面对该翻面装置20的另一侧;该缝纫装置30具有一固定夹具31、一盖体32及一缝纫机33,该盖体32覆盖于该固定夹具31上,该鞋舌T是夹设于该固定夹具31及该盖体32之间,该固定夹具31可朝该翻转装置10往复位移,以抓取该鞋舌T,该缝纫机33设置于该固定夹具31的一侧,该缝纫机33用以缝合该鞋舌T;
该自动控制装置与该缝纫装置30控制连接,该自动控制装置用以控制该些翻转装置10、该翻面装置20及该缝纫装置30配合作动。
本发明另提供一种使用前述组装运动鞋舌的设备的方法,如图10所示,包括:
第一缝合步骤A,缝合二舌片T1轮廓的部分,使这两个舌片T1分别具有缝合的一端及未缝合的一端,于本实施例中,是缝合这两个舌片T1轮廓的一半,使这两个舌片T1轮廓的其中一半角成缝合的状态,另一半呈现未缝合的状态;
夹持步骤B,通过该夹持机构13夹持该舌片T1,各该夹持机构13分别夹持一个该舌片T1未缝合的一端;
翻转步骤C,通过这两个翻转装置10的配合,使其中一个该舌片T1围绕另一个该舌片T1未缝合的一端翻转,于本实施例中,这两个夹持机构13分为一固定夹持机构131及一翻转夹持机构132,该翻转夹持机构132带动其中一个该舌片T1围绕该固定夹持机构131移动,使该翻转夹持机构132从该固定夹持机构131的其中一侧移动至该固定夹持机构131的另一侧;
翻面步骤D,由翻面装置20对这两个舌片T1的接缝区T11施予外力,使该鞋舌T翻面,于本实施例中,该翻面装置20为一空气喷枪21,该空气喷枪21藉由向该鞋舌T的接缝区T11吹出高压气流,以完成翻面作业,于另一实施例中,该翻面装置20为一推抵件22,该推抵件22是供以伸入该鞋舌T,并推抵该鞋舌T的接缝区T11,以完成翻面作业;
第二缝合步骤E,由该缝纫装置30将这两个舌片T1尚未缝合的外周缘缝合,于本实施例中,是将这两个舌片T1轮廓的另一半缝合。
由前述可知,本发明主要是藉由先将这两个舌片T1周围轮廓的一半缝合,将这两个舌片T1转移至该翻转装置10进行翻转,再藉由翻面装置20对这两个鞋舌T的接缝区T11施予外力,使这两个舌片T1的接缝区T11翻出,最后,再将这两个舌片T1转移至该缝纫装置30,将这两个舌片T1周围轮廓的另一半缝合以完全封闭该鞋舌T,进而达到以自动化方式组装运动鞋舌,大幅提升作业效率的效果。
再者,本发明于较佳实施例中是藉由吹气的手段进行翻面,因此能够不须做过多改变即能装配多种不同形状、大小的鞋舌。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种用于组装运动鞋舌的设备,供以夹持并翻转一鞋舌,其特征在于,该鞋舌由二舌片及一垫体构成,该垫体缝设于其中一个该舌片,这两个舌片的外周缘部分缝合,该舌片缝合的部分为一接缝区,而该用于组装运动鞋舌的设备,包括:
    二翻转装置,各该翻转装置分别具有一二维移动机构、一旋转机构及一夹持机构,该二维移动机构能够沿着一水平方向及一垂直方向移动,该水平方向及该垂直方向相互垂直,该二维移动机构具有一终端部,该终端部能沿着水平方向或垂直方向移动或同时沿着水平方向及垂直方向移动,形成一平滑的移动路线;该旋转机构装设于该二维移动机构的终端部,该旋转机构沿着该水平方向及该垂直方向构成的平面旋转;该夹持机构装设于该旋转机构,该夹持机构能随着该旋转机构沿着该水平方向及该垂直方向构成的平面旋转,该夹持机构供以夹持该舌片;
    一翻面装置,设置于这两个翻转装置的侧面,以对该接缝区施力,使该鞋舌翻面;
    一缝纫装置,用以夹取并缝合该鞋舌;以及
    一自动控制装置,内建有默认程序,该自动控制装置与该翻转装置、该翻面装置及该缝纫装置控制连接,该自动控制装置用以控制该些翻转装置、该翻面装置及该缝纫装置配合作动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于组装运动鞋舌的设备,其特征在于,该二维移动机构由一水平移动机构及一垂直移动机构组成,该垂直移动机构具有一结合部、一垂直移动部及该终端部,该终端部及该结合部设置于该垂直移动部,该结合部装设于该水平移动机构,使该垂直移动机构可沿着该水平方向移动,该垂直移动部可沿着该垂直方向位移,使该终端部能够沿着该水平方向及垂直方向移动。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的用于组装运动鞋舌的设备,其特征在于,该翻面装置为一空气喷枪,该空气喷枪藉由向该鞋舌的接缝区吹出高压气流,完成翻面作业。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的用于组装运动鞋舌的设备,其特征在于,该翻面装置为一推抵件,该推抵件供以伸入该鞋舌,并推抵该鞋舌的接缝区,以完成翻面作业。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的用于组装运动鞋舌的设备,其特征在于,该翻面装置为一撑张推抵件,该撑张推抵件包含一控制部及二撑张部,这两个撑张部具有相对的一枢设端及一推抵端,这两个撑张部的枢设端枢设于该控制部,使该控制部于拉引状态下,这两个撑张部的推抵端撑开,进而推抵鞋舌,使鞋舌完全翻转。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的用于组装运动鞋舌的设备,其特征在于,该缝纫装置具有一固定夹具、一盖体及一缝纫机,该盖体覆盖于该固定夹具上,该鞋舌夹设于该固定夹具及该盖体之间,该固定夹具可朝该翻转装置往复位移,以抓取该鞋舌,该缝纫机设置于该固定夹具的一侧,该缝纫机用以缝合该鞋舌。
  7. 一种使用如权利要求1的组装运动鞋舌的设备的使用方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一缝合步骤,缝合二舌片轮廓的部分,使这两个舌片分别具有缝合的一端及未缝合的一端;
    夹持步骤,通过二夹持机构夹持该舌片,各该夹持机构分别夹持一个该舌片未缝合的一端;
    翻转步骤,通过这两个翻转装置的配合,使其中一个该舌片围绕另一个该舌片未缝合的一端翻转;
    翻面步骤,由翻面装置对这两个舌片的接缝区施予外力,使该鞋舌翻面;
    第二缝合步骤,由该缝纫装置将这两个舌片尚未缝合的外周缘缝合。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的组装运动鞋舌的设备的使用方法,其特征在于,于该第一缝合步骤,二舌片轮廓的部分为这两个舌片轮廓的一半,使这两 个舌片轮廓的其中一半角成缝合的状态,另一半呈现未缝合的状态,于该第二步骤中将这两个舌片轮廓的另一半缝合。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的组装运动鞋舌的设备的使用方法,其特征在于,这两个夹持机构分为一固定夹持机构及一翻转夹持机构,该翻转夹持机构带动其中一个该舌片围绕该固定夹持机构移动,使该翻转夹持机构从该固定夹持机构的其中一侧移动至该固定夹持机构的另一侧。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的组装运动鞋舌的设备的使用方法,其特征在于,该翻面装置为一空气喷枪,该空气喷枪藉由向该鞋舌的接缝区吹出高压气流,完成翻面作业。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的组装运动鞋舌的设备的使用方法,其特征在于,该翻面装置为一推抵件,该推抵件伸入该鞋舌,并推抵该鞋舌的接缝区,完成翻面作业。
  12. 一种用于翻转运动鞋舌的系统,供以夹持并翻转一鞋舌,其特征在于,该鞋舌由二舌片及一垫体构成,该垫体缝设于其中一个该舌片,这两个舌片的外周缘部分缝合,该舌片缝合的部分为一接缝区,而该用于翻转运动鞋舌的系统,包括:
    二翻转装置,各该翻转装置分别具有一二维移动机构、一旋转机构及一夹持机构,该二维移动机构能够沿着一水平方向及一垂直方向移动,该水平方向及该垂直方向相互垂直,该二维移动机构具有一终端部,该终端部能沿着水平方向或垂直方向移动或同时沿着水平方向及垂直方向移动,形成一平滑的移动路线;
    该旋转机构装设于该二维移动机构的终端部,该旋转机构沿着该水平方向及该垂直方向构成的平面旋转;
    该夹持机构装设于该旋转机构,该夹持机构能随着该旋转机构沿着该水平方向及该垂直方向构成的平面旋转,该夹持机构供以夹持该舌片;
    一空气喷枪,设置于这两个翻转装置的侧面,该空气喷枪向该鞋舌的接缝区吹出高压气流;以及
    一自动控制装置,内建有默认程序,该自动控制装置与该翻转装置、该高压空气喷枪控制连接,该自动控制装置用以控制该些翻转装置、该空气喷枪配合作动。
