본 발명의 기술적 특징은 가방 내부의 메인수납공간과 외부가 연결되는 관통구가 형성된 판상부재가 가방의 전면부 또는 후면부의 일부를 이루도록 형성함으로써 가방 내부의 메인수납공간을 열지 않고도 메인수납공간에 수납된 물건을 외부에서 뺄 수 있는 구조를 갖는 비개폐식 물품인출이 가능한 가방에 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 비개폐식 물품인출이 가능한 가방은 백팩을 포함하여 모든 형태의 가방에 적용이 가능한 것이지만, 일 구현예로서 백팩에 적용된 도 1 내지 도 5를 참조하여 본 발명을 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 가방의 외부 사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1에 도시된 가방 내부에 형성된 메인수납공간을 개방시킨 상태가 도시된 사시도이며, 도 3은 도 1에 도시된 가방 내부의 메인수납공간과 외부가 연결되는 관통구가 형성된 판상부재가 가방의 전면부의 일부를 이루는 상태로 도시된 것이다. 도 4 는 도 3에 도시된 판상부재 일부가 가방의 전면부에서 분리되어 메인수납공간이 개방된 상태를 보여주는 사시도이고, 도 5는 도 1에 도시된 가방에서 판상부재를 덮는 덮개부재가 탈부착 가능함을 보여주는 사시도이다.
도 1 내지 도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 비개폐식 물품인출이 가능한 가방(1)은 가방본체(100), 판상부재(151), 제2개폐부재(152), 및 덮개부재(160)를 포함한다.
먼저, 가방본체(100)는 내부에 폐쇄된 메인수납공간(110)을 갖는데, 메인수납공간(110)은 가방본체(100)의 상면부(130), 좌우측면부(140, 140'), 전면부(150), 후면부, 저면부에 의해 형성되므로, 가방본체(100)의 형상 및 크기에 따라 그 형상 및 크기가 결정된다. 제1개폐부재(120)는 메인수납공간(100)을 개폐시켜 메인수납공간(100)을 외부에 노출시키거나 외부와 단절시키는데, 메인수납공간 (100)에 수납된 물건의 인출이 용이하도록 양측면부(140, 140') 및 상면부(130) 중 하나 이상의 일부 또는 모든 영역에 형성될 수 있다.
판상부재(151)는 가방본체 전면부(150) 또는 후면부의 일부영역을 구성하는 요소로서, 판상부재의 일부 모서리 또는 일부 외주연을 제외한 나머지 모서리 또는 나머지 외주연이 가방본체 전면부(150) 또는 후면부에서 제2개페부재(152)에 의해 분리 가능하게 설치된다.
판상부재(151)의 메인수납공간(110)과 접하는 내측표면에는 수납주머니(151a)가 1개 이상 형성되는데, 수납주머니(151a)는 일 구현예로서 늘어날 수 있는 망사소재를 판상부재(151)의 내측 표면에 박음질하여 상부가 개방된 망사포켓으로 형성될 수 있다.
1개 이상의 관통구(151b)가 수납주머니(151a)와 대응되는 위치에 판상부재(151)를 관통하여 형성될 수 있는데, 특히 관통구(151b)는 수납주머니(151 a)에 수납된 물건을 제1개폐부재(120)를 열지 않고 외부에서 인출 가능한 위치에 형성된다.
예를 들어, 본 발명의 비개폐식 물품인출이 가능한 가방(1)의 용도가 유아용품 중 기저귀(200)와 물티슈(300)를 수납하고자 하는 것일 경우, 일 구현 예로서 판상부재(151)의 내측에 폭이 넓은 수납주머니(151a)에는 기저귀(200)를 수납하고 폭이 좁은 수납주머니(151a)에는 물티슈(300)가 수납되도록 서로 다른 폭을 갖는 2개의 수납주머니(151a)가 나란히 형성되고, 관통구(151b)의 형성위치는 도 3 에 도시된 바와 같을 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로는, 폭이 넓은 수납주머니(151a)에 수납되는 물건이 기저귀(200)이므로, 관통구(151b)는 판상부재(151) 내측에 형성된 수납주머니(151a)의 하부측에 대응되는 위치에 가로가 길고 세로가 짧은 납작한 타원형상으로 형성될 수 있고, 폭이 작은 수납주머니(151a)에 수납되는 물건이 물티슈(300)이면, 관통구(151b)는 수납주머니(151a)에 수납된 물티슈(300)의 중앙에 대응되는 위치에 폭이 짧고 길이가 긴 타원형상으로 물티슈(300)의 구멍입구가 보이도록 형성될 수 있다.
이 때, 도시하지는 않았으나 판상부재(151)의 내측면 중 기저귀가 수납되는 수납주머니(151a)가 형성되는 위치에 기저귀의 오염을 방지하기 위해 무 독성 투명시트가 더 형성될 수 있다.
제2개폐부재(152)는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 판상부재(151)의 일부 모서리 또는 일부 외주연을 제외한 나머지 모서리 또는 나머지 외주연에 설치되어 가방본체 전면부(150) 또는 후면부에서 판상부재(151)를 가방본체(100)의 전면부(150)에서 분리가능하게 계폐시킬 수 있으므로, 제1개폐부재(120)를 열지 않고도 메인수납공간(110)에 인접하여 형성된 수납주머니(151a)에 원하는 물건을 용이하게 수납할 수 있어 사용편의성이 매우 향상될 수 있다.
필요한 경우 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 판상부재(151)의 내측에 형성된 수납주머니(151a)가 형성된 공간을 메인수납공간(110)으로부터 구분하는 안감 부재(180)가 가방본체(100) 전면부(150) 또는 후면부에 인접하여 형성될 수 있는데, 이 경우 안감부재(180)는 메인수납공간(110)과 완전히 단절되지 않도록 도 2 및 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 안감부재(180)의 상부가 가방본체(100)와 결합되지 않고 개방된 상태로 형성된다. 안감부재의 상단부가 고무밴드와 같이 탄성있는 소재가 바이어스 형태로 덧대어져 형성될 수 있다. 여기서, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 안감부재(180)의 표면 중 메인수납공간(110)과 접하는 표면에 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 별도의 수납을 위한 주머니가 더 형성될 수 있다.
덮개부재(160)는 판상부재(151)에 형성된 관통구(151b)를 덮도록 가방본체(100) 전면부(150) 또는 후면부에 형성되므로, 가방본체(100)를 구성하는 전면부(150) 또는 후면부와 동일 평면상에 위치하지 않는다. 특히 덮개부재(160)가 전면부(150)에 형성되는 경우 덮개부재(160)의 상단부와 판상부재(151)의 상부영역에 형성되는 제3개폐부재(170)에 의해 탈부착 가능하도록 형성될 수 있는데, 이 경우 덮개부재(160)의 외부표면에 무늬패턴부(161)를 형성할 수 있다. 무늬패턴부(161)는 단색 또는 다양한 무늬 패턴이 형성될 수 있고, 무늬패턴부(161)에 따라 가방의 디자인이 달라지므로, 덮개부재(160)가 탈부착가능하게 형성되는 경우 무늬패턴부(161)에 서로 다른 무늬패턴이 형성된 2개 이상의 덮개부재(160)를 형성하게 되면 사용자는 하나의 가방으로 덮개부재(160)에 형성된 무늬패턴부(161)에 따라 2개 이상의 가방을 소유한 것과 같은 효과를 누릴 수 있다.
또한, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 덮개부재(160)의 하단부의 외측일부 및 그에 대응하는 판상부재(151)의 내측 또는 외측 중 어느 하나(153)는 자석이 설치되고 어느 하나(162)는 자석에 붙는 소재로 형성되어 덮개부재(160)의 하단부가 가방본체(100)에 부착되도록 할 수 있다.
상술된 제1개폐부재(120), 제2개폐부재(152) 및 제3개폐부재(170)는 일정공간을 개방하거나 폐쇄하는 공지된 모든 구성요소가 사용될 수 있는데, 일 구현예로서 지퍼, 똑딱이 단추 또는 벨크로부재 중 어느 하나로 구현될 수 있다.
이상의 구성을 갖는 본 발명의 비개폐식 물품인출이 가능한 가방 (1)은 유아를 동반한 엄마가 기저귀나 물티슈가 필요할 때, 약하게 자석으로 결합된 덮개부재(160)를 밀어서 도 3에 도시된 관통구(151a)로부터 기저귀나 물티슈를 간편하게 인출할 수 있으므로 사용편의성을 확보할 수 있다.
본 발명은 이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 바람직한 실시 예를 들어 도시를 설명하였으나, 상기한 실시 예에 한정되지 아니하며 본 발명의 정신을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 당해 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 다양한 변경과 수정이 가능할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 내부에 폐쇄된 메인수납공간을 갖고, 상기 메인수납공간을 개폐시키는 제1개폐부재가 양측면부 및 상면부 중 하나 이상의 일부 또는 모든 영역에 구비되는 가방본체;
    상기 가방본체 전면부 또는 후면부의 일부를 구성하고, 상기 메인수납공간과 접하는 내측표면에 1개 이상 형성되는 수납주머니 및 상기 수납주머니에 수납된 물건을 상기 제1개폐부재를 열지 않고 외부에서 인출할 수 있는 위치에 형성되는 1개 이상의 관통구를 구비하는 판상부재; 및
    상기 판상부재의 일부 모서리 또는 일부 외주연을 제외한 나머지 모서리 또는 나머지 외주연에 설치되어 상기 판상부재를 상기 가방본체 전면부 또는 후면부에서 분리가능하게 계폐시켜 상기 제1개폐부재를 열지 않고 상기 수납주머니에 원 하는 물건을 수납할 수 있는 제2개폐부재; 및
    상기 판상부재에 형성된 관통구를 덮도록 상기 가방본체 전면부 또는 후면부에 형성되는 덮개부재;를 포함하는 비개폐식 물품인출이 가능한 가방.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 덮개부재는 상기 덮개부재의 상단부와 상기 판상부재의 상부영역에 형성되는 제3개폐부재에 의해 탈부착 가능하며 외부표면에 무늬 패턴부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비개폐식 물품인출이 가능한 가방.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 덮개부재의 하단부의 외측일부 및 그에 대응하는 상기 판상부재의 내측 또는 외측 중 어느 하나는 자석이 설치되고 어느 하나는 상기 자석에 붙는 소재로 형성되어 상기 덮개부재의 하단부가 상기 가방본체에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비개폐식 물품인출이 가능한 가방.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 수납주머니에 수납되는 물건이 기저귀이면, 상기 관통구는 상기 수납주 머니의 하부측에 대응되는 위치에 가로가 길고 세로가 짧은 납작한 타원형상으로 형성되고, 상기 수납주머니에 수납되는 물건이 물티슈이면, 상기 관통구는 물티슈의 구멍입구에 대응되는 위치에 상기 구멍입구가 보이도록 폭이 짧고 길이가 긴 타원형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비개폐식 물품인출이 가능한 가방.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 메인수납공간으로부터 상기 수납주머니가 형성된 공간을 구분하는 안감 부재가 상기 가방본체 전면부 또는 후면부에 인접하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비개폐식 물품인출이 가능한 가방.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1개폐부재 및 제2개폐부재는 지퍼, 똑딱이 단추 또는 벨크로부재 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 비개폐식 물품인출이 가능한 가방.
  7. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 제3개폐부재는 지퍼, 똑딱이 단추 또는 벨크로부재 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 비개폐식 물품인출이 가능한 가방.
  8. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 가방본체의 후면부에 한 쌍의 어깨끈이 형성된 백팩인 것을 특징으로 하는 비개폐식 물품인출이 가능한 가방.
