密封圈设置于第一横向限位环体与所述第二横向限位环体之间,即密封圈 设置在第一横向限位环体、第二横向限位环体、第一竖直限位环体以及下筒形成的矩形封闭空间内;转动轴承则设置于所述第一竖直限位环体、第二横向限位环体以及下筒外壁组合形成的空间区域内,该种设置不仅能够起到良好的密封性,同时还能保证洗涤后筒相对于洗涤前筒旋转。
可选地,所述第二密封圈为唇形密封圈。
唇形密封圈具有自密封作用,依靠工作压力作用唇部,使得唇部压紧密封耦合面,而且能够自动补偿磨损量,具有较好的密封性。
可选地,所述洗涤后筒上设置有进水孔和出水孔,所述出水孔通过排水连接管与排水阀相连。
由于洗涤后筒不转动,因此将进水孔和出水孔设置在洗涤后筒上不会出现连接处不能对准或者对准后漏水的问题。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1-3所示,本实施例提供了一种滚筒洗衣机,该滚筒洗衣机不需要定期清洗洗涤筒外壁或内壁上的污垢,同时还能更为省水。该滚筒洗衣机包括洗衣 机外壳1,洗衣机外壳1内设置有洗衣滚筒用于转动清洗衣物,洗衣滚筒包括洗涤前筒21和洗涤后筒22,其中洗涤前筒21与洗涤后筒22动态密封连接,且洗涤前筒21相对洗涤后筒22可转动,洗涤前筒21转动过程中洗涤后筒22静止,进而能够保证洗衣滚筒内的水随着洗涤前筒21转动,起到洗涤衣物的作用;洗涤前筒21通过皮带3与电机4相连,且洗涤前筒21可随电机4转动,即皮带3随电机4转动而转动,电机4带动洗涤前筒21转动时,洗涤后筒22静止,由于洗涤后筒22静止,注水和排水均无需定位,因此,本实施例中洗涤后筒22上设置有进水孔221和出水孔222,出水孔222通过排水连接管5与排水阀51相连。洗涤完成后,污水通过出水孔222和排水阀51进入排水管52排出洗衣机外。
为了使洗衣滚筒内的水随洗涤前筒21转动,本实施例中洗涤后筒22长度h小于洗涤前筒21长度H。其中洗涤后筒22长度可以尽可能的小,但是需要注意的是,该洗涤后筒22的长度应不影响设置出水孔222和进水孔221。该洗涤后筒22可以通过弹簧或减震器柔性的固定在洗衣机外壳1内,也可以是完全硬性的牢牢的固定在洗衣机外壳1内。
本实施例中洗涤后筒22以及洗涤前筒21均为无孔结构筒,即洗涤后筒与洗涤前筒的侧壁上均没有设置孔,而洗涤后筒22上设置有进水孔221和出水孔222。该种结构能够保证洗涤前筒21在旋转后无需进行定位就能够注水或排水。能够防止水从侧壁孔流出引起桶壁污垢堆积,还能够省水。同时洗涤前筒22与洗涤后筒21筒外不会有水浸泡,进而使洗涤前筒21旋转过程中不会受到孔内通过的水的阻力,使旋转更顺畅。
同时洗涤前筒21为无孔结构筒,进水完成后,排水泵或者排水阀未启动处于密封状态,洗涤剂及洗涤水都密封存在洗涤前后筒内,洗涤衣物也放置于洗涤前后筒内。该种结构能够实现盛水筒和盛衣物筒为一体设计,防止水流出洗涤筒外壁导致外壁积累污垢,同时还能够省水。
洗衣机外壳1一侧设置有投入口,投入口处设置有门窗8,洗涤前筒21靠近门窗8的一侧还设有密封门7用于密封洗衣滚筒,密封门7与洗涤前筒21铰接连接,进而能够保证密封门7打开。洗涤前筒21与密封门7相接触的侧壁或密封门7与洗涤前筒21相接触的侧壁上设置有密封凹槽212,密封凹槽212内设置有第一密封圈61(参考图2)。进而使密封门7关闭后与洗涤前筒21之间能够实现静态密封,确保洗涤滚筒无漏水问题。用户打开门窗8,再打开密封门 7,即可实现洗涤衣物取放。
当然其他实施例中还可以是密封门7与门窗8连接,且密封门7相对于门窗8可转动,即密封门7与门窗8通过轴连接,密封门7能够将洗涤前筒21前端封堵,使密封门7和洗涤前筒21二者形成密封腔室,防止洗涤水流出。这样打开门窗8可以一起打开密封门7,进而实现洗涤衣物取放,使用户使用洗衣机更为方便。
上述洗涤前筒筒21内侧壁上设置有至少一根的提升筋211。设置提升筋211的目的是在洗涤过程中将衣物通过提升筋提升后再急速降落,使得内部的衣物更好的被提高跌落摔打洗涤。
为了保证洗涤后筒22与洗涤前筒21能够相对转动,本实施例中洗涤后筒22与所述洗涤前筒21通过转动轴承10连接,其中所述洗涤后筒22套设于所述转动轴承10内圈,所述洗涤前筒21与所述转动轴承10外圈配合,所述洗涤前筒21与所述洗涤后筒22之间设置有第二密封圈62。
如图3所示,为了防止洗涤前筒21与洗涤后筒22之间的连接处发生漏水,所述洗涤前筒21与所述洗涤后筒22的连接处设置有截面为F形的限位环213;其中,所述限位环213包括第一竖直限位环体2131、设置于所述第一竖直限位环体2131顶部的第一横向限位环体2132以及与所述第一横向限位环体2132平行设置的第二横向限位环体2133;所述第二密封圈62设置于所述第一横向限位环体2132与所述第二横向限位环体2133之间,所述转动轴承10设置于所述第一竖直限位环体2131、第二横向限位环体2133以及洗涤后筒22外壁组合形成的空间区域内。所述第二密封圈62为唇形密封圈。限位环213与洗涤前筒21为一体式结构,该种结构能够使得洗涤前筒21与限位环213之间密封性更佳。
洗涤前筒21与洗涤后筒22通过转动轴承10连接,能够有效的保证洗涤前筒21相对于洗涤后筒22旋转,同时洗涤后筒22与洗涤前筒21之间设置有密封圈,能够防止洗衣滚筒内的水流出滚筒外而影响洗衣机工作。
洗涤前筒21在旋转时,处于低速洗涤时,转速在0-200转/分钟;处于高速脱水甩干时,转速在600-1800转/分钟。上述第二密封圈62可以为唇型密封圈,该种密封圈具有自密封作用,依靠工作压力作用唇部,使得唇部压紧密封耦合面,而且能够自动补偿磨损量。上述工作压力来源于洗涤前筒21与洗涤后筒22的预压紧力、洗涤前筒21自身重力以及内部液体的工作压力。第二密封圈62种类可以是Y型、V形、U形、J形或L形。
洗涤前筒21与洗涤后筒22的转动连接(动态连接)为轴承连接,洗涤前筒21与洗涤后筒22分别连接了轴承外圈和内圈,其中转动轴承可挑选的种类多种多样,上述转动轴承9包括所有轴承,如球轴承、滚子轴承。本实施例中轴承类型可以为圆锥滚子轴承、圆柱滚子轴承或圆珠滚子轴承等。本实施例中选用圆锥滚子轴承,其中该圆锥滚珠轴承包括轴承内圈、轴承支架、圆锥滚子和轴承外圈。
如图1所示,该滚筒洗衣机注水时通过洗衣机外壳1上设置的进水阀92进入洗衣机内,其中进水阀92连接自来水管路,所述进水阀92通过进水管道93与洗涤剂盒9连接,所述洗涤剂盒9通过注水管91与所述进水孔221连接。自来水依次通过进水阀92、进水管道93和洗涤剂盒9后进入洗涤后筒22内。
该洗衣机外壳1的底部还设置有底盘12,底盘12底部设置有用于支撑洗衣机整体的地脚13,洗衣机外壳1顶部设置有上台面板14。
实施例2
本实施例中与实施例1不同之处在于,洗衣滚筒中心轴线相对于水平面倾斜设置。
如图4所示,为了实现取放衣物方便,其中,洗衣滚筒中心轴线与水平面倾斜设置,洗衣滚筒中心轴线与水平面的夹角为α,且0≤α<90°。
图5所示,该实施例中转动轴承10为圆柱滚子轴承。当然其他实施例中还可以为球轴承(参考图6)。
工业实用性
本公开的滚筒洗衣机,不需要定期清洗洗涤筒外壁或内壁上的污垢,且更加省水。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机,包括洗衣机外壳(1),所述洗衣机外壳(1)内设置有洗衣滚筒,所述洗衣滚筒包括洗涤前筒(21)和洗涤后筒(22),所述洗涤前筒(21)与所述洗涤后筒(22)密封连接,且所述洗涤前筒(21)相对洗涤后筒(22)可转动,所述洗涤前筒(21)可随电机(4)转动,在所述洗涤前筒(21)随电机(4)转动时,所述洗涤后筒(22)静止。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其中,所述洗涤后筒(22)长度小于所述洗涤前筒(21)长度。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的滚筒洗衣机,其中,所述洗衣机外壳(1)设置有投入口,所述投入口处设置有门窗(8),所述洗涤前筒(21)靠近所述门窗(8)的一侧还设有密封门(7)设置为密封洗衣滚筒,所述洗涤前筒(21)与所述密封门(7)相接触的侧壁或所述密封门(7)与所述洗涤前筒(21)相接触的侧壁上设置有密封凹槽(212),所述密封凹槽(212)内设置有第一密封圈(61)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滚筒洗衣机,其中,所述密封门(7)与所述洗涤前筒(21)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其中,所述洗衣滚筒中心轴线相对于水平面倾斜设置,所述中心轴线与水平面夹角为α,且0≤α<90°。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其中,所述洗涤前筒(21)为无孔结构筒。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的滚筒洗衣机,其中,所述洗涤前筒(21)与所述洗涤后筒(22)通过转动轴承(10)连接,所述洗涤前筒(21)与所述洗涤后筒(22)之间设置有第二密封圈(62)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的滚筒洗衣机,其中,所述洗涤前筒(21)与所述洗涤后筒(22)的连接处设置有截面为F形的限位环(213);
    所述限位环(213)包括第一竖直限位环体(2131)、设置于所述第一竖直限位环体(2131)顶部的第一横向限位环体(2132)以及与所述第一横向限位环体(2132)平行设置的第二横向限位环体(2133);
    所述第二密封圈(62)设置于所述第一横向限位环体(2132)与所述第二横向限位环体(2133)之间,所述转动轴承(10)设置于所述第一竖直限位环体(2131)、第二横向限位环体(2133)以及洗涤后筒(22)外壁组合形成的空间区域内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的滚筒洗衣机,其中,所述第二密封圈(62)为唇形密封圈。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其中,所述洗涤后筒(22)上设置有进水孔(221)和出水孔(222),所述出水孔(222)通过排水连接管(5)与排水阀(51)相连。
