Abstract

The invention relates to the field of non-lethal, training, sports and playing firearms. The barrel of a sports weapon consists of chamber, the barrel channel, intended for the projectile, an additional channel, designed to pass most of the gas. Most of the generated propellant gases are sent to an additional channel (or channels) and expended on creating effects shot (sound shot, flame) and the work self-loading mechanism. The main idea of the invention - the barrel of a sports weapon - is the separation of the gas flow by means of several channels, one of which is intended for passing the projectile and a small part of the gas, and the other (or others), started from the channel for placing the cartridge, to outlet main part of the gas in the muzzle area of weapons and spending it on creating a shot effect (sound, flame) and the work of self-loading mechanism.

Description

The barrel of a sports weapon.
The invention relates to the field of non-lethal, training, sports and playing firearms.
A barrel for a firearm with a gas chamber is known, consisting of a barrel, a gas chamber with a gas outlet and a cylinder of a gas discharge engine, characterized in that the gas chamber is made integral with the opening into which the barrel enters, its parts, connected by threaded holes in one of the parts and fixed on the trunk by pins with interference fit located on the opposite side of the barrel bore (see patent RU 2478895 CI, IPC F41A21 / 28 dated August 10, 2011).
The closest to the proposed invention is the barrel of a firearm, which includes in the breech chamber a chamber with a bullet inlet, a combined central channel made of two parts - the first, rifled, coming from the bullet entrance of the chamber, and the second, smooth, bordering with the muzzle cut and having a length , exceeding the length of the threaded part, characterized in that the length of the threaded part is made equal to 3-15 diameters of the smooth part of the central channel, while the threaded and smooth parts of the central channel implemented cascading with reduced clearance channel to the muzzle (see. the useful model patent RU 89887 Ul, IPC F41A21 / 16 dated 25.06.2009).
A disadvantage of both known barrels is the absence of an additional gas channel starting from the chamber, intended for evacuation of gas emerging from the side openings in the cartridge of a non-standard construction, which has through holes in the housing and equipped with a nozzle or a partition (for example, RU useful model No. 1 16218 and cartridges that are fundamentally similar to it), the absence of an additional channel does not allow imitating all the factors of a firearm shot (sound of shot, flame departure) in the field of weapons muzzle cut, but at the same time to shoot by projectile with relatively small energy acceptable in military-sports games and training. The object of the present invention is the creation of the barrel with the chamber, which allows it to be used with cartridges of non-standard configuration (namely, cartridges having through holes, nozzle or partition) and completely imitating all the factors of the gunshot in the muzzle area of the weapon, to shoot by projectile with relatively low energy, acceptable in military sports games and training.
This problem is solved by the fact that the barrel has an additional channel starting from the chamber and, depending on the structure, is located either as an outer casing on the barrel channel intended for passing the projectile, or separately from the barrel channel for the projectile.
The technical result in solving this task is the creation of non-lethal, sports, training, gaming weapons and the adaptation of existing models of small arms for training and gaming purposes, weapons capable of firing projectile with relatively low energy acceptable to military sports games and exercises, but at the same time preserving all factors of the shot, in the field of a muzzle-cutting weapon - completely imitating the use of combat weapons.
The invention is explained in the drawings.
In FIG. 1 schematically depicts a barrel with a chamber and an additional channel made as an outer casing.
The barrel of the sports weapon 1, chamber 2, the barrel channel 3, intended for the projectile, an additional channel 4, designed to pass most of the gas.
The barrel channel 3, can be both rifled or smooth.
The chamber 2 of the barrel 1 can have any shape of the channel for placing the cartridge 5 - straight, conical, bottle - depending on the shape of the cartridge. The barrel of sports weapons works as follows.
A cartridge with lateral holes and a narrowed cross section (nozzle or partition) is placed in the chamber 2 in the channel for placing the cartridge 5, in such a way that the holes in the sleeve are located at the mouth of channel 4, after exposure to the primer igniter of the cartridge, an insignificant part of the formed propellant gases passing through the nozzle and acting on the projectile, causes the projectile to move and throws it out of barrel channel 3. Most of the generated propellant gases are sent to an additional channel (or channels) 4 and expended on creating effects shot (sound shot, flame) and the work self-loading mechanism.
Depending on the design features of the weapons adaptable to training (sports), additional channel 4 can be made separately from the barrel channel 3, but also start from channel for placing the cartridge 5, while maintaining its function of a channel for the passage of the greater part of the gunpowder (or other) gases, creating the effect of the shot and allows to work self-loading mechanism.
In some models of weapons for work the self-loading mechanism, the chamber 2 of the barrel 1 in the breech block can contain a piston. The piston can be a simple cylinder located between the mouth of the channel 4 and the gate (or action frame), with the ability to move and act on the gate (or action frame) under the influence of powder gases. Also, the piston can be a hollow cylinder located around the channel for placing the cartridge 5. The chamber 2 can be made telescopic, that is, the chamber consists of at least two parts, one of which can be displaced relative to the other under the influence of expanding powder gases. The chamber 2 can be provided with a gas chamber communicating with the mouth of the channel 4, and the piston is located on the gate or the action frame.
