이러한 임부복에 대해 등록디자인 30-0313593호에 개시되어 있다.
등록디자인 30-0313593에 개시된 임부복은 임신부의 엉덩이와 다리를 감싸는 하의본체와, 이 하의본체의 상단에 임신부 배를 감싸도록 형성된 복대부와, 복대부의 상단에 형성된 탄성밴드부를 포함하도록 구성된다.
하지만, 이러한 기존 임부복은 임신부 용도로만 사용할 수 있도록 제작되기 때문에, 임신시 사용하다가 출산 후에는 평상복으로 사용할 수 없는 것에 아쉬움이 있었다.

상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안의 평상복으로 사용이 가능한 임부복은 하의 본체부; 상기 하의 본체부의 상단에 연장되도록 형성되어 임신부의 배를 감싸도록 형성되는 복대부; 상기 복대부의 상단에 형성되는 임부복용 밴드; 상기 하의 본체부의 상단에 형성되며, 상기 복대부의 하단부를 외측에서 감싸도록 형성되어, 임부복으로 사용시 임신부의 태아의 아래를 받쳐 지지해주고 상기 복대부를 제거하여 평상복으로 사용시, 평상복의 밴드로서의 기능을 갖는 평상복용 밴드;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

구체적으로 원단(A)은 스판덱스 사 등의 신축원사을 직조하여 형성된 직조물로 구성된다. 이때, 복대부(120), 임부복용 밴드(130), 평상복용 밴드(140) 모두가 탄력성을 갖도록 구성되되, 복대부(120)의 탄력도 보다는 임부복용 밴드(130)와 평상복용 밴드(140)의 탄력도가 높도록 구성되도록 구성될 수 있다.
이 원단(A)에는 복대부(120)와 평상복용 밴드(140) 사이에 시접원단부(125)가 형성되어 복대부(120)와 평상복용 밴드(140)가 시접원단부(125)에 의해 서로 연결되도록 구성되며, 도 5의 우측부분과 같이, 이 시접원단부(125)를 폭 중간라인(L)을 기준으로 접은 후 접혀진 시접원단부(125)를 도 6과 같이, 하의 본체부(110)의 상단에 재봉에 의해 시접처리해 줌으로써 하의 본체부(110)의 상단에 복대부(120)와 평상복용 밴드(140)가 결합될 수 있다.
한편, 본 고안의 원단(A)은 복대부(120)의 후면부(122)에 띠형태의 허리 보강밴드부(127)가 형성된다. 이 허리 보강밴드부(127)는 도 7 및 도 8과 같이 본 고안을 임부복 형태로 착용시, 임신부의 허리를 받쳐 지지해 줌으로써 임신부의 활동성을 더욱 좋게 해준다.
이 허리 보강밴드부(127)는 신축원사로 복대부(120)를 직조하면서, 허리보강밴드부(127)의 직조시 신축원사보다 고 탄력의 고신축사를 신축원사와 함께 직조함으로써 형성시킬 수도 있고, 별도의 탄력패드를 복대부(120)의 후면에 재봉질이나 접착제 등을 통해 부착시키는 방식으로 형성시킬 수도 있다.
또한, 복대부(120)의 상단과 임부복용 밴드(130) 사이에는 복대부(120) 보다 탄력도가 강한 복대상단 보강밴드부(130)가 형성될 수 있다. 이 보강밴드부(130)는 임신부의 부른 배 상단부에 탄력으로 밀착됨으로써 임부복용 밴드(130)와 더불어 복대부(120)가 아래로 흘러내리는 것을 막아주는 보조적인 밴드역할을 하게 된다.
한편, 도 4 및 도 5와 같이, 본 고안에서 복대부(120)의 전면부(121)와 후면부(122), 그리고 시접원단부(125) 사이에는 이 세 부재를 연결하는 연결원단부(126)가 일체로 형성될 수 있다.
본 고안에서는 평상복용 밴드(140), 시접원단(125), 허리보강밴드부(127), 복대부(120), 복대상단 보강밴드부(135), 임부복용 밴드(130), 연결원단부(126) 등에 하나의 원단(A)에 일체형으로 형성된 형태로 구성되며, 이 원단(A)은 신축원사를 직조하여 형성된 직조물 형태로 이루어질 수 있으며, 이 원단(A)의 직조시, 복대부(120)에 대해 임부복용 밴드(130)와 평상복용 밴드(140)의 원사직조밀도를 조밀하게 하여 복대부(120)에 대해 임부복용 밴드(130)와 평상복용 밴드(140)의 탄력도가 더 강하도록 형성시킬 수 있고, 마찬가지로, 복대부(120)에 대해 복대상단 보강밴드부(135) 및 허리보강밴드부(127)를 탄력도가 더 강하도록 조밀하게 형성시킬 수 있다.
한편, 본 고안은 사용자가 본 고안의 임부복을 임부복 형태로 사용하다가 출산한 후에는 복대부(120)와 연결된 시접원단(125)을 절단해 줌으로써, 복대부(120)를 하의본체부(110)에서 제거하고, 하의본체부(110)에 평상복용 밴드(140) 만이 결합된 상태에서 평상복으로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
아울러, 상기에서 본 고안은 평상복용 밴드(140)와 복대부(120)가 시접원단부(125)에 의해 연결된 일체형으로 이루어지고, 이 시접원단(125)을 하의 본체부(110)의 상단에 재봉에 의해 시접처리하는 것으로 설명하였으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 고안에서 평상복용 밴드(140)는 복대부(120)가 일체로 구비되지 않고 별도로 구성되어, 복대부(120)와 평상복용 밴드(140)가 각각 개별적으로 하의 본체부(110)의 상단에 재봉질에 의해 시접처리 되어 형성될 수도 있음은 물론이다.
이상, 본 고안을 본 고안의 원리를 예시하기 위한 바람직한 실시 예와 관련하여 도시하고 또한 설명하였으나, 본 고안은 그와 같이 도시되고 설명된 그대로의 구성 및 작용으로 한정되는 것이 아니다. 오히려 첨부된 실용신안등록청구범위의 사상 및 범주를 일탈함이 없이 본 고안에 대한 다수의 변경 및 수정 가능함을 당업자들은 잘 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 그러한 모든 적절한 변경 및 수정과 균등물들도 본 고안의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 하의 본체부;
    상기 하의 본체부의 상단에 연장되도록 형성되어 임신부의 배를 감싸도록 형성되는 복대부;
    상기 복대부의 상단에 형성되는 임부복용 밴드;
    상기 하의 본체부의 상단에 형성되고, 상기 복대부의 하단부를 외측에서 감싸도록 겹쳐지게 형성되며, 임부복으로 사용시 임신부의 태아의 아래를 받쳐 지지해주고 상기 복대부를 제거하여 평상복으로 사용시, 평상복의 밴드로서의 기능을 갖는 평상복용 밴드;를 포함하며,
    상기 복대부와 상기 평상복용 밴드 사이에는 시접원단이 형성되어, 상기 시접원단에 의해 상기 복대부와 상기 평상복용 밴드는 일체형으로 연결된 형태로 이루어지며,
    상기 시접원단을 접어 상기 평상복용 밴드가 상기 복대부에 겹쳐진 상태에서 상기 시접원단을 상기 하의 본체부의 상단에 시접되게 재봉질로 고정시킴으로써, 상기 복대부와 상기 평상복용 밴드가 상기 하의 본체부의 상단에 결합되도록 구성되는 것이며,
    임부복으로 사용하다가 출산 후에는 상기 복대부와 연결된 상기 시접원단을 절단하여, 상기 복대부를 상기 하의본체부에서 제거하고, 상기 하의본체부에 상기 평상복용 밴드만 결합된 상태에서 평상복으로 사용하는 것이며,
    상기 복대부의 후면부상에는 임신부의 허리를 받쳐주기 위하여 상기 복대부 보다 탄력도가 강한 띠형상의 허리 보강밴드부가 형성되며
    상기 복대부의 상단과 상기 임부복용 밴드에는 상기 복대부 보다 탄력도가 강한 복대상단 보강밴드부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 평상복으로 사용이 가능한 임부복.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 하의 본체부는 치마형태 또는 바지형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 평상복으로 사용이 가능한 임부복.
