操作开关,用于用户输入控制信号;

根据本发明的实施例的技术方案,通过在操作开关和控制器之间电连接延时控制电路,从而根据操作开关输入的控制信号的持续时间的长短向控制器输出复位触发信号,以使电池的硬件复位。这样就避免了再单独设置复位按键的弊端,节省了成本,并且,由于控制信号需要超过第一预设时间延时控制电路才能生成复位触发信号,因而硬件复位功能也就不会被误触发。

下面结合附图,对本发明的一些实施方式作详细说明。在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
实施例一
图1为本实施例提供的电池管理系统,如图1所示,本实施例提供的电池管理系统100,包括:操作开关110、延时控制电路130及控制器150。其中,用户可以控制操作开关110,以输入控制信号;延时控制电路130分别与操作开关110,和用于控制电池或/及电池内的电芯200的控制器150电连接,用于在用户通过操作开关110输入的控制信号持续输入延时控制电路130
的时间超过第一预设时间时产生复位触发信号,以将该复位触发信号输出给控制器150,从而使控制器150复位。
具体的,操作开关110可以是现有技术中任意类型的开关,例如可以是微动开关,船型开关,钮子开关,拨动开关,按钮开关,按键开关,触摸开关,薄膜开关和点开关中的任意一种。在进行电路连接时,操作开关110的两端可以分别与电源正极和电源地电连接。可以理解,这种电连接,可以是直接电连接,也可以是间接电连接。在本实施例中,用户对操作开关110的操作可以是包括闭合、断开的任意可能的操作措施,在本实施例中不对其进行限制。在本实施例及以下实施例中,将以操作开关110闭合和断开(以及通/断)为例进行介绍,本领域技术人员可以根据以下描述选择任意对操作开关110的合适操作措施。
控制器150可以是现有技术中用于控制电池的任意单片机或者CPU,该控制器150可以包括:硬件复位接口和I/O接口。其中,硬件复位接口与延时控制电路130电连接,I/O接口与操作开关110电连接。这样,当用户通过操作开关110的通/断输入控制信号时,延时控制电路130在输入的控制信号持续时间超过第一预设时间时,就会向硬件复位接口输入复位触发信号,以使控制器150复位。应该理解,控制器150也可以是控制电池内的电池芯片,或者同时控制电池和电池内的芯片。
在一些实施例中,当用户通过操作开关110的通/断执行不同的操作状态时,控制器150也可以通过I/O接口接收这些操作状态发出的不同信号,从而选择性地输出电池的当前剩余电量、电池寿命或控制该电池开关机。在本实施例中,操作开关110的操作状态可以包括:连续操作次数,单次操作持续时间和相邻操作的间隔时间中的至少一种。例如,当通过操作开关110的通/断来输出控制信号时,连续操作次数可以是操作开关110的闭合次数,每次闭合的持续时间,以及相邻两次闭合时的间隔时间。应该理解,控制器150识别操作开关110的不同操作状态也可以是通过控制器150上的其他接口、部件,或者也可以是与控制器150连接的其他部件。
延时控制电路130可以是现有技术中能够实现延时控制的任意电路,例如三极管电路、开关管电路或者其他类似电路。本实施例的延时控制电路130包括:用于输出低电平复位信号的低压控制电路,或者用于输出高电平复位
信号的高压控制电路。这样,用户通过操作操作开关110输入控制信号达到第一预设时间时,延时控制电路130可以向控制器150,例如硬件复位接口,输入一个低电平或者高电平信号,从而使控制器150复位。
较为优选地,延时控制电路130从输入输出而言,可以包括:输入端、接地端及输出端。其中,延时控制电路130的输入端,用于与操作开关110的一端电连接,这一端可以与电源正极直接或者间接电连接;延时控制电路130的接地端,用于与操作开关110的另一端电连接,这一端可以与电源地直接或者间接电连接;延时控制电路130的输出端,用于与控制器150电连接,例如可以与控制器150的硬件复位接口电连接。这样,当用户对操作开关110进行操作以输入控制信号时,当连续输入控制信号超过第一预设时间时,延时控制电路130的输出端向控制器150输出复位触发信号,以使控制器150复位。
另外,在一些实施例中,电池管理系统100还可以包括:第一电容,该第一电容的正极和负极分别与操作开关110的两端电连接,从而可以通过第一电容在操作开关110的闭合状态输出高电平信号或者低电平信号。例如,可以将延时控制电路130的输入端与第一电容的正极电连接,则,当将操作开关110闭合时,可以通过第一电容往延时控制电路130的输入端输入低电平信号;当将操作开关110断开时,可以通过第一电容往延时控制电路130的输入端输入高电平信号。当然,应该理解,上述操作开关110闭合状态与第一电容输出的电平信号高低的对应状态仅是举例,并非对本实施例的具体限制,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况选择任意合适的对应关系。
本实施例的电池管理系统,通过在操作开关和控制器之间电连接延时控制电路,从而根据操作开关输入的控制信号的持续时间的长短向控制器输出复位触发信号,以使电池的硬件复位。这样就避免了再单独设置复位按键的弊端,节省了成本,并且,由于控制信号需要超过第一预设时间延时控制电路才能生成复位触发信号,因而硬件复位功能也就不会被误触发。
实施例二
图2是本实施例提供的延时控制电路的示意图,如图2所示,本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上,提供一种可选的延时控制电路。
本实施例的电池管理系统100,其延时控制电路130可以包括:第一开关133和延时电路131。其中,延时电路131的输入端与第一电容的正极电连接;延时电路131的输出端与第一开关133的输入端电连接;延时电路131的接地端和第一开关133的接地端与电源地电连接;第一开关133的输出端,用于与所述控制器150电连接。
具体的,第一开关133可以包括MOS管、结型场效应管和三极管中的至少一种。当然,在延时控制电路130中使用MOS管、结型场效应管或者三极管进行电连接时,可以根据本发明的构思按照具体使用的电子元器件的类型按照本领域公知常识进行连接。此外,本实施例中的MOS管可以是N沟道MOS管,也可以是P沟道MOS管;三极管也可以是NPN型三极管或者是PNP型三极管。
例如,当第一开关133为MOS管或者结型场效应管时,其栅极与延时电路131的输出端电连接,其源极与电源地电连接,其漏极与控制器150电连接。较为优选地,前述MOS管或者结型场效应管的漏极还通过上拉电阻与电源正极电连接,并且其漏极还与一电容的正极电连接,该电容的负极与电源地电连接。应该理解,以上仅详细介绍了一种具体的N沟道MOS管和结型场效应管的电路,当选用其他类型的MOS管或者结型场效应管时,本领域技术人员可以根据现有技术指示对其电连接关系进行简单替换,而这些替换应该在本发明的保护范围之内。
又例如,当第一开关133为三极管时,其基极与延时电路131的输出端电连接,其发射极与电源地电连接,其集电极与控制器150电连接。较为优选地,前述三极管的集电极还通过上拉电阻与电源正极电连接,并且其集电极还与一电容的正极电连接,该电容的负极与电源地电连接。应该理解,以上仅详细介绍了一种NPN型三极管的电路,当选用其他类型的三极管时,本领域技术人员可以根据现有技术指示对其电连接关系进行简单替换,而这些替换应该在本发明的保护范围之内。
延时电路131则可以是现有技术中能够控制MOS管、结型场效应管或者三极管开断的任意单个或者多个电子元器件组成的电路。这样,用户通过操作上述操作开关110,就可以将操作开关110的控制信号通过MOS管、结型场效应管或者三极管的通断输出到控制器150,从而控制控制器150复位。
在一些可选的实施方式中,延时电路131可以包括第二电容,该第二电容的正极与第一电容的正极以及第一开关的输入端电连接,第二电容的负极与电源地电连接。通过在延时电路131中设置第二电容,可以根据实际需要控制第二电容的电容量以获得符合设计要求的延时时间。
具体的,当第一开关133为MOS管或者结型场效应管时,其栅极还可以与第二电容的正极电连接,其源极和第二电容的负极均与电源地电连接。当第一开关为三极管时,其基极与还可以与第二电容的正极电连接,其发射极极和第二电容的负极均与电源地电连接。
本实施例的电池管理系统,其延时控制电路包括第一开关和延时电路,从而可以通过第一开关的通断将用户的控制信号依次由延时电路和第一开关输出到控制器,例如输出到控制器的硬件复位接口,以使控制器复位。
实施例三
图3为本实施例提供的延时控制电路的示意图,如图3所示,本实施例是在上述实施例二的基础上,提供一种包括可输出低电平复位信号延时控制电路的电池管理系统。
本实施例的电池管理系统100,其延时电路131可以包括二极管D1,该二极管D1的输入端与第二电容C2的正极以及第一开关133(图3中用Q1表示)的输入端电连接,其输出端与第一电容C1的正极电连接。
作为可选的实施方式,该延时电路131还可以包括第一电阻R2,该第一电阻R2的两端分别与前述二极管D1的输入端和输出端电连接,以保护该二极管D1,避免其在第二电容C2放电时被击穿,提高系统的稳定性和寿命。
进一步,在一些可选的示例中,第一开关Q1的输出端通过上拉电阻R3与电源正极电连接。同理的,操作开关110(图3中用S1表示)与第一电容C1的电连接端还通过上拉电阻R1与电源正极电连接。
在一种具体的实施例中,如图3所示,第一开关Q1可以为MOS管。操作开关S1和第一电容C1并联在电源正极和电源地之间;二极管D1的输出端与第一电容C1的正极电连接,第一电容C1的负极分别与第二电容C2的正极和MOS管的栅极电连接;第一电阻R2的两端分别与二极管D1的输出端和输入端电连接;第二电容C2的负极与MOS管的源极共同与电源地电连
接;MOS管的漏极通过上拉电阻R3与电源正极电连接,且该漏极还与控制器150的硬件复位接口电连接,以通过该硬件复位接口控制前述控制器150复位。
本实施例的电池管理系统,其通过二极管与第二电容的配合,可以方便的实现当用户通过操作开关持续输入控制信号达到第一预设时间时,通过第一开关向控制器输出复位触发信号,以使控制器复位。在此基础上,通过调整第二电容的电容量即可轻松实现第一预设时间长短的控制。
实施例四
图4为本实施例提供的一种延时控制电路的示意图;图5为本实施例提供的另一种延时控制电路的示意图;图6为本实施例提供的再一种延时控制电路的示意图。
如图4至图6所示,本实施例是在上述实施例二的基础上,提供一些包括可输出高电平复位信号延时控制电路的电池管理系统。
本实施例的电池管理系统100,其延时电路131还可以包括第二开关,该第二开关的输入端与第一电容C1的正极电连接,该第二开关的接地端与电源地电连接,该第二开关的输出端与第二电容C2的正极、第一开关的输入端电连接。
具体的,请参考图4,第二开关Q3可以是MOS管(图中位于左侧的MOS管),该MOS管的栅极与第一电容C1的正极电连接,该MOS管的源极基地,该MOS管的漏极分别与第二电容C2的正极以及第一开关133(图4中用Q2表示)的输入端电连接。更具体的,第一开关Q2也可以是MOS管(图中位于右侧的MOS管)。在连接时,操作开关110(图4中用S1表示)和第一电容C1并连在电源正极和电源地之间;左MOS管Q3的栅极通过第一电阻R2与第一电容C1的正极电连接,其源极接地,其漏极分别与右MOS管Q2的栅极、第二电容C2的正极以及与上拉电阻R4的一端电连接,该上拉电阻R4的另一端与电源正极电连接;右MOS管Q2的源极与第二电容C2的负极均与电源地电连接,其漏极分别与控制器150、第三电容C3的正极以及上拉电阻R3的一端电连接;上拉电阻R3的另一端与电源正极电连接;第三电容C3的负极与电源地电连接。此外,操作开关110(图4中用
S1表示)和第一电容C1正极的连接端可以通过上拉电阻R1与电源正极电连接。
再请参考图5,其与上述图4的区别在于将第一开关Q2和第二开关Q3分别替换为结型场效应管Q4和结型场效应管Q5。
又请参考图6,其与上述图4的区别在于将第一开关Q2和第二开关Q3分别替换为三极管Q6和三极管Q7。其中,左三极管Q7的基极通过第一电阻R2与第一电容C1电连接,其发射极与电源地电连接,其集电极分别与右三极管Q6的基极、第二电容C2的正极以及与上拉电阻R4的一端电连接,该上拉电阻R4的另一端与电源正极电连接;右三极管Q6的发射极与第二电容C2的负极均与电源地电连接,其集电极分别与控制器150、第三电容C3的正极以及上拉电阻R3的一端电连接;上拉电阻R3的另一端与电源正极电连接。
本实施例的电池管理系统,其通过设置两个开关来实现延时控制功能,延时控制的效果好。进一步,通过调整上拉电阻与第二电容之间的比值可以非常方便的实现不同的延时时间配置。
实施例五
继续参考图1至图6,本实施例是在以上任一实施例的基础上,当用户通过操作开关S1输入的控制信号持续输入第二预设时间时,选择性地输出电池的当前剩余电量或电池寿命。例如,当用户闭合操作开关S1并持续第二预设时间后,控制器150就可以输出电池当前的剩余电量或者电池寿命。较为优选地,将第一电容的正极与控制器150电连接,当然,也可以是操作开关的一端与控制器电连接,或者其他能够实现上述控制原理的任意电连接方式。
进一步,第二预设时间小于第一预设时间,从而可以避免在正常操作时误启动硬件复位功能。较为优选地是,第一预设时间远大于第二预设时间,例如,第一预设时间可以是第二预设时间的几倍,以尽量减少复位操作被误触发的可能。
进一步,控制器150输出电池当前剩余电量时用户输入控制信号的持续时间,可以与控制器150输出电池寿命时用户输入控制信号的持续时间不同。较为优选地,输出剩余电量时控制信号持续输入的时间小于输出电池寿命时
控制信号持续输入的时间不同。例如,当操作开关S1闭合5s时,控制器150输出电池的当前剩余电量,而当操作开关S1闭合10s时,控制器150输出电池寿命。
本实施例的电池管理系统,通过操作开关的不同操作状态,可以选择性地显示电池的当前剩余电量或者电池寿命,丰富了系统功能。
实施例六
继续参考图1至图6,本实施例是在以上任一实施例的基础上,控制器150在操作开关S1连续操作多次时控制电池开启或者关闭。例如,控制器150可以在操作开关S1闭合、关断、再闭合这种连续操作中按照一定的预设标准控制电池开启或者关闭。较为优选地,将第一电容的正极与控制器150电连接,当然,也可以是操作开关的一端与控制器电连接,或者其他能够实现上述控制原理的任意电连接方式。
进一步,每次操作开关110的操作时间均小于前述第一预设时间,且每次操作开关S1的操作时间相同或者不同。具体的,当控制器150根据操作开关S1通断次数来控制电池开启或者关闭时,每次操作开关S1闭合的时间均要小于前述第一预设时间,以免控制器150重启。当然,每次操作开关S1的闭合时间可以相同或者不同,这个可以根据实际需要进行配置。
进一步,操作开关S1的操作次数为两次。以对操作开关S1的操作为开/闭该操作开关S1为例,当操作开关S1连续执行了闭合、断开、再闭合的操作时,则控制器150控制电池开启或者关闭。一种可选的方式是,第一次操作该操作开关S1的时间小于第二次操作该操作开关S1的时间,且第二次操作该操作开关S1的时间小于前述第一预设时间。例如,以操作该操作开关S1开/闭为例,操作开关S1第一次闭合的时间可以为5s,然后断开,接着再闭合10s,并且第二次闭合的10s时间小于第一预设时间。另一种可选的方式是,第一次操作该操作开关S1的时间小于第二次操作该操作开关110的时间,且第二次操作该操作开关S1的时间小于前述第一预设时间。例如,以操作该操作开关S1开/闭为例,操作开关S1第一次闭合的时间可以为10s,然后断开,接着再闭合5s,并且第一次闭合的10s时间小于第一预设时间。
进一步,操作开关S1两次操作的时间间隔小于预设的误触时间。以作该
操作开关S1开/闭为例,操作开关S1两次闭合之间的断开时间应该尽可能小一些,以避免存储、运输或者其他场景下的误操作。
本实施例的电池管理系统,通过操作开关的连续操作情况来控制电池的开启或者关闭,方便简单易行。
实施例7
图7为本实施例提供的电池的结构示意图,如图7所示,本实施例的电池300,包括:壳体310、电芯330以及以上任一实施例的电池管理系统350(上述实施例中用100标示)。其中,壳体310形成有容纳电芯330的容纳腔;电池管理系统350固定在壳体310上,且与电芯330通信连接。
具体的,壳体310可以是封闭的壳体,也可以是具有开口的壳体,并且在本实施例中对壳体310的形状、大小和细部结构不作具体限定,本领域技术人员可以参考现有技术中的电池壳体。
电芯330可以是一个或者多个,按照任意方式收纳在壳体的容纳腔中。相邻两个电芯330之间可以直接接触,也可以间隔一定距离以形成散热风道。
电池管理系统350可以以现有的任意方式固定在壳体上,该电池管理系统350的结构、功能和效果与上述实施例相同,具体可参看上述实施例,在此不再进行赘述。

实施例8
图8为本实施例提供的无人机的结构示意图,如图8所示,本实施例的无人机500可以包括动力套装510、飞行控制系统530、电池管理系统550(上述实施例中用100或者350标示)、机架570和电池590。
机架570可以包括机身和脚架(也称为起落架)。机身可以包括中心架以及与中心架连接的一个或多个机臂,一个或多个机臂呈辐射状从中心架延
伸出。在中心架上设有用于安装电池590的电池安装位,该电池安装位可以包括电池仓和电池安装座中的至少一种,且其可以位于中心架的内部或者是外部。脚架与机身连接,用于在无人机500着陆时起支撑作用。
动力套装510可以包括电子调速器(简称为电调)511、一个或多个螺旋桨513以及与一个或多个螺旋桨513相对应的一个或多个电机512,其中电机512连接在电子调速器511与螺旋桨513之间,电机512和螺旋桨513设置在对应的机臂上;电子调速器511用于接收飞行控制系统530产生的驱动信号,并根据驱动信号提供驱动电流给电机512,以控制电机512的转速。电机512用于驱动螺旋桨旋转,从而为无人机500的飞行提供动力,该动力使得无人机500能够实现一个或多个自由度的运动。在某些实施例中,无人机500可以围绕一个或多个旋转轴旋转。例如,上述旋转轴可以包括横滚轴、平移轴和俯仰轴。应理解,电机512可以是直流电机,也可以交流电机。另外,电机512可以是无刷电机,也可以有刷电机。
飞行控制系统530可以包括飞行控制器531和传感系统532。传感系统532用于测量无人机的姿态信息,即无人机500在空间的位置信息和状态信息,例如,三维位置、三维角度、三维速度、三维加速度和三维角速度等。传感系统532例如可以包括陀螺仪、电子罗盘、IMU(惯性测量单元,Inertial Measurement,Unit)、视觉传感器、全球导航卫星系统和气压计等传感器中的至少一种。例如,全球导航卫星系统可以是GPS(全球定位系统,Global Positioning System)或者北斗导航系统。飞行控制器531用于控制无人机500的飞行,例如,可以根据传感系统532测量的姿态信息控制无人机500的飞行。应理解,飞行控制器531可以按照预先编好的程序指令对无人机500进行控制,也可以通过响应来自操纵设备(图中未示出)的一个或多个控制指令对无人机500进行控制。
电池管理系统550可以单独设置,或者也可以集成在飞行控制系统530上,其结构、功能、效果与上述实施例相同,具体可参见上述实施例,该电池管理系统550与安装在电池安装位内的电池通信连接。
此外,作为一种可选的方式,电池管理系统550也可以如上述实施例所描述的那样固定在电池590的壳体上,也就是说,电池管理系统也可以和电池590形成整体结构,从而可以从电池仓或者电池安装座拆卸下来。
进一步,上述无人机还可以外接云台、拍摄设备以及显示设备。
本实施例的无人机,其机架上安装的电池管理系统,通过在操作开关和控制器之间电连接延时控制电路,从而根据操作开关输入的控制信号的持续时间的长短向控制器输出复位触发信号,以使电池的硬件复位。这样就避免了再单独设置复位按键的弊端,节省了成本,并且,由于控制信号需要超过第一预设时间延时控制电路才能生成复位触发信号,因而硬件复位功能也就不会被误触发。

- 一种电池管理系统,其特征在于,包括:操作开关,用于用户输入控制信号;延时控制电路,与所述操作开关电连接,用于产生复位触发信号;以及控制器,与所述延时控制电路电连接,所述控制器用于控制电池或/及电池内的电芯;其中,所述延时控制电路在所述控制信号持续输入的时间超过第一预设时间时,输入所述复位触发信号给所述控制器,使所述控制器复位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述延时控制电路包括:用于输出低电平复位信号的低压控制电路,或者用于输出高电平复位信号的高压控制电路。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述延时控制电路包括:输入端、接地端及输出端;所述延时控制电路的输入端,用于与所述操作开关的一端电连接;所述延时控制电路的接地端与所述操作开关的另一端电连接;所述延时控制电路的输出端,用于与所述控制器电连接;其中,所述延时控制电路在所述操作开关输入的控制信号超过第一预设时间时,向所述控制器输出复位触发信号,以使所述控制器复位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述电池管理系统还包括:第一电容,所述第一电容的正极和负极分别与所述操作开关的两端电连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述延时控制电路包括:第一开关和延时电路;所述延时电路的输入端与所述第一电容的正极电连接;所述延时电路的输出端与所述第一开关的输入端电连接;所述延时电路的接地端和第一开关的接地端与电源地电连接;所述第一开关的输出端,用于与所述控制器电连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述第一开关包括如下至少一种:MOS管、结型场效应管和三极管。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述延时电路包 括:第二电容,所述第二电容的正极与所述第一电容的正极以及所述第一开关的输入端电连接;所述第二电容的负极与电源地电连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述延时电路还包括:二极管,所述二极管的输入端与所述第二电容的正极以及所述第一开关的输入端电连接;所述二极管的输出端与所述第一电容的正极电连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述延时电路还包括:第一电阻,所述第一电阻的两端分别与所述第一开关的输入端、以及第一电容的正极电连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述延时电路还包括:第二开关,所述第二开关的输入端与所述第一电容的正极电连接;所述第二开关的接地端与所述电源地电连接;所述第二开关的输出端与所述第二电容的正极、所述第一开关的输入端电连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述第二开关包括如下至少一种:MOS管、结型场效应管和三极管。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述延时电路还包括:上拉电阻,所述上拉电阻的一端分别与所述第二开关的输出端、第二电容的正极以及第一开关的输入端电连接;所述上拉电阻的另一端用于与电源正极电连接。
- 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述操作开关包括如下至少一种:微动开关,船型开关,钮子开关,拨动开关,按钮开关,按键开关,触摸开关,薄膜开关和点开关。
- 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述 操作开关的两端分别用于与电源正极和电源地电连接。
- 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述控制器包括:I/O接口以及硬件复位接口,所述操作开关与所述I/O接口电连接,所述延时控制电路与所述硬件复位接口电连接。
- 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述控制器根据所述操作开关的不同操作状态,选择性地输出所述电池的当前剩余电量、电池寿命或控制所述电池开关机。
- 根据权利要求16所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述操作状态包括如下至少一种:连续操作次数,单次操作持续时间和相邻操作的间隔时间。
- 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述控制器在所述用户输入的控制信号持续输入第二预设时间时,选择性地输出所述电池的当前剩余电量或电池寿命。
- 根据权利要求18所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述第二预设时间小于所述第一预设时间。
- 根据权利要求19所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,输出剩余电量时控制信号持续输入的时间与输出电池寿命时控制信号持续输入的时间不同。
- 根据权利要求20所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,输出剩余电量时控制信号持续输入的时间小于输出电池寿命时控制信号持续输入的时间不同。
- 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述控制器在所述操作开关连续操作多次时控制所述电池开启或关闭。
- 根据权利要求22所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,每次操作开关的操作时间均小于所述第一预设时间,且每次操作开关的操作时间相同或者不同。
- 根据权利要求23所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述操作开关的操作次数为两次。
- 根据权利要求24所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述操作开关第一次操作时间小于第二次操作时间,且第二次操作时间小于所述第一预设 时间。
- 根据权利要求24所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述操作开关第一次操作时间大于第二次操作时间,且第一次操作时间小于所述第一预设时间。
- 根据权利要求24所述的电池管理系统,其特征在于,所述操作开关两次操作的时间间隔小于预设的误触时间。
- 一种电池,其特征在于,包括:电芯、壳体以及电池管理系统;所述电池管理系统,包括:操作开关,用于用户输入控制信号;延时控制电路,与所述操作开关电连接,用于产生复位触发信号;以及控制器,与所述延时控制电路电连接,所述控制器用于控制电池或/及电池内的电芯;其中,所述延时控制电路在所述控制信号持续输入的时间超过第一预设时间时,输入所述复位触发信号给所述控制器,使所述控制器复位;所述壳体形成有容纳所述电芯的容纳腔;所述电池管理系统固定在所述壳体上,且与所述电芯通信连接。
- 根据权利要求28所述的电池,其特征在于,所述延时控制电路包括:用于输出低电平复位信号的低压控制电路,或者用于输出高电平复位信号的高压控制电路。
- 根据权利要求28所述的电池,其特征在于,所述延时控制电路包括:输入端、接地端及输出端;所述延时控制电路的输入端,用于与所述操作开关的一端电连接;所述延时控制电路的接地端与所述操作开关的另一端电连接;所述延时控制电路的输出端,用于与所述控制器电连接;其中,所述延时控制电路在所述操作开关输入的控制信号超过第一预设时间时,向所述控制器输出复位触发信号,以使所述控制器复位。
- 根据权利要求28所述的电池,其特征在于,所述电池管理系统还包括:第一电容,所述第一电容的正极和负极分别与所述操作开关的两端电连接。
- 根据权利要求31所述的电池,其特征在于,所述延时控制电路包括: 第一开关和延时电路;所述延时电路的输入端与所述第一电容的正极电连接;所述延时电路的输出端与所述第一开关的输入端电连接;所述延时电路的接地端和第一开关的接地端与电源地电连接;所述第一开关的输出端,用于与所述控制器电连接。
- 根据权利要求32所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一开关包括如下至少一种:MOS管、结型场效应管和三极管。
- 根据权利要求32所述的电池,其特征在于,所述延时电路包括:第二电容,所述第二电容的正极与所述第一电容的正极以及所述第一开关的输入端电连接;所述第二电容的负极与电源地电连接。
- 根据权利要求34所述的电池,其特征在于,所述延时电路还包括:二极管,所述二极管的输入端与所述第二电容的正极以及所述第一开关的输入端电连接;所述二极管的输出端与所述第一电容的正极电连接。
- 根据权利要求35所述的电池,其特征在于,所述延时电路还包括:第一电阻,所述第一电阻的两端分别与所述第一开关的输入端、以及第一电容的正极电连接。
- 根据权利要求34所述的电池,其特征在于,所述延时电路还包括:第二开关,所述第二开关的输入端与所述第一电容的正极电连接;所述第二开关的接地端与所述电源地电连接;所述第二开关的输出端与所述第二电容的正极、所述第一开关的输入端电连接。
- 根据权利要求37所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第二开关包括如下至少一种:MOS管、结型场效应管和三极管。
- 根据权利要求37所述的电池,其特征在于,所述延时电路还包括: 上拉电阻,所述上拉电阻的一端分别与所述第二开关的输出端、第二电容的正极以及第一开关的输入端电连接;所述上拉电阻的另一端用于与电源正极电连接。
- 根据权利要求28-39任一项所述的电池,其特征在于,所述操作开关包括如下至少一种:微动开关,船型开关,钮子开关,拨动开关,按钮开关,按键开关,触摸开关,薄膜开关和点开关。
- 根据权利要求28-39任一项所述的电池,其特征在于,所述操作开关的两端分别用于与电源正极和电源地电连接。

- 根据权利要求28-39任一项所述的电池,其特征在于,所述控制器在所述用户输入的控制信号持续输入第二预设时间时,选择性地输出所述电池的当前剩余电量或电池寿命。

- 根据权利要求46所述的电池,其特征在于,输出剩余电量时控制信号持续输入的时间与输出电池寿命时控制信号持续输入的时间不同。

- 根据权利要求28-39任一项所述的电池,其特征在于,所述控制器在所述操作开关连续操作多次时控制所述电池开启或关闭。
- 根据权利要求49所述的电池,其特征在于,每次操作开关的操作时间均小于所述第一预设时间,且每次操作开关的操作时间相同或者不同。
- 根据权利要求50所述的电池,其特征在于,所述操作开关的操作次数为两次。
- 根据权利要求51所述的电池,其特征在于,所述操作开关第一次操作时间小于第二次操作时间,且第二次操作时间小于所述第一预设时间。
- 根据权利要求51所述的电池,其特征在于,所述操作开关第一次操作时间大于第二次操作时间,且第一次操作时间小于所述第一预设时间。
- 根据权利要求51所述的电池,其特征在于,所述操作开关两次操作的时间间隔小于预设的误触时间。
- 一种无人机,其特征在于,包括:机架以及电池管理系统;所述电池管理系统,包括:操作开关,用于用户输入控制信号;延时控制电路,与所述操作开关电连接,用于产生复位触发信号;以及控制器,与所述延时控制电路电连接,所述控制器用于控制电池或/及电池内的电芯;其中,所述延时控制电路在所述控制信号持续输入的时间超过第一预设时间时,输入所述复位触发信号给所述控制器,使所述控制器复位;所述机架,设有用于安装电池的电池安装位;所述电池管理系统安装在所述机架,用于与所述电池通信连接。
- 根据权利要求55所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述延时控制电路包括:用于输出低电平复位信号的低压控制电路,或者用于输出高电平复位信号的高压控制电路。
- 根据权利要求55所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述延时控制电路包括:输入端、接地端及输出端;所述延时控制电路的输入端,用于与所述操作开关的一端电连接;所述延时控制电路的接地端与所述操作开关的另一端电连接;所述延时控制电路的输出端,用于与所述控制器电连接;其中,所述延时控制电路在所述操作开关输入的控制信号超过第一预设时间时,向所述控制器输出复位触发信号,以使所述控制器复位。
- 根据权利要求55所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述电池管理系统还包括:第一电容,所述第一电容的正极和负极分别与所述操作开关的两端电 连接。
- 根据权利要求58所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述延时控制电路包括:第一开关和延时电路;所述延时电路的输入端与所述第一电容的正极电连接;所述延时电路的输出端与所述第一开关的输入端电连接;所述延时电路的接地端和第一开关的接地端与电源地电连接;所述第一开关的输出端,用于与所述控制器电连接。
