Abstract

一种新型高频调谐滑动式电接触触头,包括在外套筒(3)与内套筒(5)之间滑动的调谐环(4);所述外套筒(3)套设在内套筒(5)上;所述调谐环(4)由内弹片(6)、上基座(7)、外弹片(8)与下基座(9)构成;所述上基座(7)与下基座(9)焊接为一体,内弹片(6)和外弹片(8)沿着轴向均匀排列,并焊接在下基座(9)上;所述上基座(7)上侧面焊接有拉杆(1),拉杆(1)上端通过电机驱动上、下运动,使调谐环(4)沿着拉杆(1)在外套筒(3)与内套筒(5)之间上、下滑动。该电接触触头,解决了回旋加速器高频系统调谐环调节过程中间隙过小,操作难度大等问题;整体结构简单紧凑、经济适用,有效地减少接触电阻产生的焦耳热,避免接触面熔焊或导电破坏,尤其适用于小间隙范围调谐。
