作为一种可选实施方式,连接件300包括连接主管310和与洗涤剂定量仓200数量相同的分配支管330,连接主管310分别与洗涤剂储存仓100、多个分配支管330连通,每个分配支管300还与一个洗涤剂定量仓200连通.
作为一种可选实施方式,洗涤剂储存仓100与洗涤剂定量仓200通过连接件300连通。连接件300具有相互连通的连接主管310和分配管320,连接主管310还与洗涤剂储存仓100的储存仓出口连通,分配管320还与所有洗涤剂定量仓200的定量仓进口212连通。连接主管310将洗涤剂从洗涤剂储存仓100中引入分配管320中,在分配管320中分流至各个洗涤剂定量仓200中。
进一步的,作为一种可选实施方式,分配管320为环形,环形的分配管320与连接主管310通过若干个分配支管330连通。环形的分配管320能够节省占用空间,进一步的通过分配支管330连通连接支管与环形的分配管320,能够提高洗涤剂通过连接主管310、分配管320分流制洗涤剂定量仓200中的效率。
进一步的,作为一种可选实施方式,分配支管330在连接主管310与环形的分配管320之间呈锥形分布。
进一步的,作为一种可选实施方式,连接主管310与洗涤剂储存仓100的连接处设置有倒锥形导流部311并通过锥形导流部与洗涤剂储存仓100的储存仓出口连接。倒锥形导流部311有利于洗涤剂通过储存仓出口进入连接主管310中。
进一步的,作为一种可选实施方式,洗涤剂储存仓100底部设置有锥形导流部,储存仓出口设置在锥形导流部的中心,有利于洗涤剂通过储存仓出口进入连接主管310中。
作为一种可选实施方式,连接件300为一体结构。进一步的,连接件300与洗涤剂储存仓100或洗涤剂定量仓200也为一体结构。
作为一种可选实施方式,洗涤剂定量仓200通过出料管400将定量的洗涤剂排入洗衣机中。出料管400具有出料主管410和出料支管420,每个出料支管420对应连接一个洗涤剂定量仓200,出料支管420还与出料主管410连通,出料主管410设有洗涤剂出口。出料支管420将洗涤剂定量仓200中的洗涤剂汇合至出料主管410中,并通过出料出管的洗涤剂出口排入洗衣机中。
进一步的,作为一种可选实施方式,出料支管420在洗涤剂定量仓200与出料主管410之间呈锥形排布。
作为一种可选实施方式,洗涤剂储存仓100或连接件300内设置有第二检测装置,优选的,设置在连接件300的连接主管310中,第二检测装置用于检测洗涤剂储存仓100或连接件300内的洗涤剂高度,当洗涤剂储存仓100或连接件300中的洗涤剂低于预设高度时,第二检测装置能够传递信号至洗衣机的控制装置,控制装置进行报警, 提醒添加洗涤剂。
本公开还提供一种洗衣机,洗衣机包括如上的洗涤剂投放装置、内筒以及控制装置,洗涤剂投放装置的洗涤剂出口连通内筒,洗涤剂投放装置与控制装置信号连接。
进一步的,上述洗衣机中的洗涤剂投放装置的工作原理如下:
洗涤剂储存仓100中添加洗涤剂,启动洗衣机,洗涤剂投放装置启动,出料开关关闭,进料开关打开,洗涤剂储存仓100中的洗涤剂通过连接件300进入洗涤剂定量仓200中,当洗涤剂定量仓200的第一检测装置检测到对应的洗涤剂定量仓200中的洗涤剂达到预设量时,关闭对应的进料开关。
当洗衣机运行洗衣程序时,对待洗涤衣物进行称重,根据待洗涤衣物的重量选择需要添加的洗涤剂量,并打开对应数量的洗涤剂定量仓200的出料口投放洗涤剂;当洗涤剂定量仓200中的洗涤剂被投放后,对应的出料开关关闭,对应的进料开关打开,洗涤剂储存仓100中的洗涤剂加入洗涤剂定量仓200中,当洗涤剂定量仓200的第一检测装置检测到对应的洗涤剂定量仓200中的洗涤剂达到预设量时,关闭对应的进料开关,洗涤剂定量仓200添加洗涤剂完毕,以供再次使用。
以第二检测装置设置在连接件300的连接主管310为例,当第二检测装置检测到连接主管310中的洗涤剂低于预设高度时,第二检测装置发送信号至洗衣机的控制装置,控制装置进行报警,提醒添加洗涤剂。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。相反,当元件被称作“直接在”另一元件“上”时,不存在中间元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
在本公开描述中,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
同时,本说明书中所引用的如“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“中间”及“一”等的用语,亦仅为便于叙述的明了,而非用以限定本公开可实施的范围,其相对关系的改变或调整,在无实质变更技术内容下,当亦视为本公开可实施的范畴。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本公开的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本公开专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本公开构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本公开的保护范围。因此,本公开专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种洗涤剂投放装置,包括洗涤剂储存仓(100)以及至少一个洗涤剂定量仓(200);
    所述洗涤剂储存仓(100)用于储存洗涤剂;
    所述洗涤剂定量仓(200)用于容纳预设量的洗涤剂,所述洗涤剂定量仓(200)设置有定量仓进口(212)以及定量仓出口;
    所述定量仓进口(212)与所述洗涤剂储存仓(100)连通,所述定量仓进口(212)设置有进料开关;
    所述定量仓出口设置有出料开关。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂投放装置,其中,所述洗涤剂定量仓(200)还包括第一检测装置,所述第一检测装置用于检测所述洗涤剂定量仓(200)内洗涤剂的高度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂投放装置,其中,所述洗涤剂定量仓(200)为三个以上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂投放装置,其中,所述洗涤剂投放装置包括连接件(300),所述连接件(300)用于连通所述定量仓进口(212)与所述洗涤剂储存仓(100)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗涤剂投放装置,其中,所述连接件(300)包括连接主管(310)以及分配支管(330);
    所述连接主管(310)分别与所述洗涤剂储存仓(100)和分配支管(330)连通;
    所述分配支管(330)的个数与所述洗涤剂定量仓(200)的个数对应并分别与洗涤剂定量仓连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗涤剂投放装置,其中,
    所述连接件(300)还包括分配管(320);
    所述分配支管(330)还与所述分配管(320)连通;
    所述分配管(320)为环形,所述分配管与所有所述洗涤剂定量仓(200)连通。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的洗涤剂投放装置,其中,所述洗涤剂储存仓(100)或所述连接主管(310)设置有倒锥形导流部(311),所述洗涤剂储存仓(100)与所述连接主管(310)通过所述倒锥形导流部(311)连通。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的洗涤剂投放装置,其中,所述洗涤剂储存仓(100)或所述连接件(300)内设置有第二检测装置,所述第二检测装置用于检测洗涤剂储存仓(100)或所述连接件(300)内的洗涤剂高度。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂投放装置,其中,所述洗涤剂投放装置还包括出料管(400),所述出料管(400)包括出料主管(410)以及出料支管(420),所述出料主管(410)设置有洗涤剂出口,所有所述洗涤剂定量仓(200)的所述定量仓出口通过所述出料支管(420)与所述出料主管(410)连通。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂投放装置,其中,所述洗涤剂定量仓(200)包括定量仓体(211),所述定量仓体(211)顶部开设有定量仓进口(212),所述定量仓体(211)底部开设有定量仓出口。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂投放装置,其中,所述进料开关为电磁阀。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂投放装置,其中,所述出料开关包括活塞(213)、弹簧(215)以及电磁铁(214);
    所述活塞(213)具有封堵所述定量仓出口的第一工位以及避让所述定量仓出口的第二工位;
    所述电磁铁(214)通电时对所述活塞(213)施加从第一工位向第二工位移动的作用力,所述弹簧(215)对所述活塞(213)施加从第二工位向第一工位移动的作用力,当所述电磁铁(214)未通电时,所述弹簧维持所述活塞(213)位于第一工位上,当所述电磁铁(214)通电时,所述电磁铁(214)维持所述活塞(213)位于第二工位上。
  13. 一种洗衣机,包括如权利要求1所述的洗涤剂投放装置。
