Description

移动灯具的转轴结构 技术领域
本发明涉及便携式装置领域,具体涉及一种移动灯具的转轴结构。
背景技术
移动灯具产品为人们日常生活和工作提供了非常多的便利,是广泛使用的工具之一,应用场景包括夜行照明、修理照明等等。移动灯具产品通常需要随身携带,因此易于收纳便是其关键的功能需求之一。另外,在修理照明使用场景,能够任意调节灯光照射方向,为修理操作提供最佳的照明角度,也是非常重要的功能。但是,现有的移动照明产品,通常无法兼具以上两种功能。薄型化可折叠的移动灯具通常只能绕一个平行于其本体的轴进旋转折叠,发光面无法绕第二个轴旋转,无法满足照射方向调节的需求。具有发光面可绕两个轴分别旋转功能的移动灯具,通常都是圆柱状外形,无法实现折叠收纳。鉴于此,有必要提供一种既能折叠收纳,又具有发光面可绕两个轴旋转功能的移动灯具技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种移动灯具的转轴结构,用以解决移动灯具面临的上述的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种移动灯具的转轴结构,包括灯体部分和底座部分,灯体部分可相对底座部分旋转,底座部分包括第一外壳、第二外壳、转轴部和旋转壳,转轴部位于第一外壳、第二外壳和旋转壳合围所形成的空腔内,旋转壳可相对于第一外壳、第二外壳做旋转运动。
进一步,所述转轴部包含第一固定板、连接板和第二固定板,所述连接板中部折弯90度,连接板的一端与第一固定板通过第一转轴连接固定,连接板的另一端与第二固定板通过第二转轴连接固定,连接板可相对于第一固定板以第一转轴旋转,第二固定板可相对于连接板以第二转轴旋转。

  6. 根据上述任一项权利要求所述的移动灯具的转轴结构,其特征在于,所述第一固定板的定位孔与第一外壳和/或第二外壳腔体内部的定位柱在位置上一一对应,通过螺栓或螺钉将定位孔与定位柱固定连接。
  7. 根据上述任一项权利要求所述的移动灯具的转轴结构,其特征在于,第二固定板分为上部、中部和下部三个部分,上部为板条形状用于与灯体部分连接,中部和下部为柱状结构,下部形成为第二转轴的螺柱部分,下部的直径小于中部,中部穿过旋转壳的圆形通孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的移动灯具的转轴结构,其特征在于,第二固定板的上部两侧设有缺口。
  9. 根据上述任一项权利要求所述的移动灯具的转轴结构,其特征在 于,第一外壳和第二外壳具有基本上对称的外形结构,组合后,其下部为大致圆柱体,上部设有突出的弧形部,用于容纳第一转轴部,第一外壳和第二外壳组合所形成的外轮廓上设有开口,所述开口位于弧形部上,用于容纳旋转壳并配合旋转壳的旋转运动。
  10. 根据上述任一项权利要求所述的移动灯具的转轴结构,其特征在于,第一转轴和第二转轴的轴线相互垂直,但二者并不位于同一平面内。
  11. 根据上述任一项权利要求所述的移动灯具的转轴结构,其特征在于,第一转轴和第二转轴上分别设有阻尼件,旋转壳的圆柱形筒体外部设有两圈引导条。
  12. 根据上述任一项权利要求所述的移动灯具的转轴结构,其特征在于,所述第一转轴的转动角度范围为0~300度,所述第二转轴的转动角度范围为0~360度。
  13. 根据上述任一项权利要求所述的移动灯具的转轴结构,其特征在于,所述第一转轴的转动角度范围为0~360度,所述第二转轴的转动角度范围为0~360度。
