传统的摩托车仪表大多采用机械指针指示,机械传动工作模式在长期使用时,机械零件容易磨损,松动,变形,指示指针容易抖动,指示精度低,严重时会停止工作。因此,为了避免现有技术中存在的缺点,有必要对现有技术做出改进。

一种摩托车仪表,包括安装壳、安装于所述安装壳内的控制组件、盖设于所述安装壳上的盖板及分别安装于所述安装壳上下两端的上壳体和下壳体,所述控制组件包括控制器及分别与所述控制器电连接的电路板及液晶显示屏,所述安装壳内还安装有霍尔传感器及信号传动机构,所述霍尔传感器安装于所述信号传动机构上,所述控制器与所述霍尔传感器电连接,所述信号传动机构与所述摩托车前轮的齿轮传动轴连接。
进一步, 所述信号传动机构包括支架及安装于所述支架上的转轴,所述转轴的上端设有转盘,所述转轴的下端与所述摩托车前轮的齿轮传动轴连接。
进一步, 所述安装壳与所述盖板之间设有卡接结构,所述卡接结构包括设于所述安装壳上端的卡扣及设于所述盖板下端的定位孔,所述卡扣卡接于所述定位孔内。
进一步, 所述盖板的两侧还包括有按钮,所述按钮与所述电路板电连接。
进一步, 所述安装壳开设有出线孔。
进一步, 所述上壳体上开设有 USB 接口,所述 USB 接口与所述控制器电连接。
进一步, 所述 USB 接口外套设有防尘盖。
进一步, 所述下壳体的底部还设有防震机构,所述防震机构包括支撑板及设于所述支撑板底部的防震垫,所述支撑板及防震垫通过螺钉与所述下壳体固定连接。
进一步, 所述安装壳内设有 GPS 定位模块,所述 GPS 定位模块与所述控制器电连接。

相对于现有技术,本发明通过液晶显示屏显示仪表数据,提高数据检测精度,减少机构零件磨损,提高使用寿命。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图 1 所示本发明的 一种摩托车仪表,包括安装壳 1 、安装于安装壳 1 内的控制组件、盖设于安装壳 1 上的盖板 2 及分别安装于安装壳 1 上下两端的上壳体 3 和下壳体 4 ,控制组件包括控制器及分别与控制器电连接的电路板 5 及液晶显示屏 6 ,安装壳 1 内还安装有霍尔传感器 7 及信号传动机构 8 ,霍尔传感器 7 安装于信号传动机构 8 上,控制器与霍尔传感器 7 电连接,信号传动机构 8 与摩托车前轮的齿轮传动轴连接。控制器接收霍尔传感器 7 的数据,再通过液晶显示屏 6 显示,提高数据显示精确度。
信号传动机构 8 包括支架及安装于支架上的转轴,转轴的上端设有转盘,转轴的下端与摩托车前轮的齿轮传动轴连接。霍尔传感器 7 通过信号传动机构 8 检测前轮转速。
安装壳 1 与盖板 2 之间设有卡接结构,该卡接结构包括设于安装壳 1 上端的卡扣 9 及设于盖板 2 下端的定位孔,卡扣 9 卡设于定位孔内。该卡接结构有利于加强安装壳 1 与盖板 2 之间的简便性和安装稳定性。
盖板 2 的两侧还包括有按钮 10 ,按钮 10 与电路板 5 电连接,该按钮 10 便于驾驶者操作。
安装壳 1 开设有出线孔。
上壳体 3 上开设有 USB 接口 11 ,该 USB 接口 11 与控制器电连接。为了提高防尘防水效果,该 USB 接口 11 外套设有防尘盖 12 。
下壳体 4 的底部还设有防震机构,该防震机构包括支撑板 13 及设于支撑板 13 底部的防震垫 14 ,支撑板 13 及防震垫 14 通过螺钉与下壳体 4 固定连接。该防震机构有利于提高摩托车仪表的使用稳定性。
安装壳 1 内设有 GPS 定位模块,该 GPS 定位模块与控制器电连接,便于摩托车定位。
盖板 2 上铺设贴膜 15 。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种摩托车仪表,其特征在于:包括安装壳、安装于所述安装壳内的控制组件、盖设于所述安装壳上的盖板及分别安装于所述安装壳上下两端的上壳体和下壳体,所述控制组件包括控制器及分别与所述控制器电连接的电路板及液晶显示屏,所述安装壳内还安装有霍尔传感器及信号传动机构,所述霍尔传感器安装于所述信号传动机构上,所述控制器与所述霍尔传感器电连接,所述信号传动机构与所述摩托车前轮的齿轮传动轴连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摩托车仪表,其特征在于:所述信号传动机构包括支架及安装于所述支架上的转轴,所述转轴的上端设有转盘,所述转轴的下端与所述摩托车前轮的齿轮传动轴连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的摩托车仪表,其特征在于:所述安装壳与所述盖板之间设有卡接结构,所述卡接结构包括设于所述安装壳上端的卡扣及设于所述盖板下端的定位孔,所述卡扣卡接于所述定位孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的摩托车仪表,其特征在于:所述盖板的两侧还包括有按钮,所述按钮与所述电路板电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的摩托车仪表,其特征在于:所述安装壳开设有出线孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的摩托车仪表,其特征在于:所述上壳体上开设有USB接口,所述USB接口与所述控制器电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的摩托车仪表,其特征在于:所述USB接口外套设有防尘盖。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的摩托车仪表,其特征在于:所述下壳体的底部还设有防震机构,所述防震机构包括支撑板及设于所述支撑板底部的防震垫,所述支撑板及防震垫通过螺钉与所述下壳体固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的摩托车仪表,其特征在于:所述安装壳内设有GPS定位模块,所述GPS定位模块与所述控制器电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的摩托车仪表,其特征在于:所述盖板上铺设贴膜。
