本发明涉及一种汽车配件,尤其涉及一种加装于汽车传统的点烟接口的带备用接口的插接式显示仪,还涉及一种应用该显示仪的胎压状态仪。
背景技术
外置式胎压计的应用越来越广泛,其基本原理为安装在轮胎轮毂上的内置式传感器,包括感应气压的电桥式电子气压感应装置,将气压信号转换为电信号,通过无线发射装置将信号发射到接收器上,在接收器的显示器上显示各种数据变化或以蜂鸣等形式,提醒驾车者,并在轮胎漏气和压力变化超过安全门限时进行报警,以保障行车安全。
轮胎状态的显示及报警装置通常加装到驾驶室前台,通过连接线连接车辆电瓶达到装置的供电,这样的装置及其连接线不仅占用驾驶室空间,容易被驾驶员碰到连接线,而且驾驶室前台上的装置容易干扰驾驶员注意力而影响汽车的行驶安全。业内就此提出不少将胎压监控功能集成到汽车仪表台的方案,本申请人也曾提出利用汽车点烟口取电实现胎压监控的方案,前者成本大,不适用于已经进入市场的汽车产品,后者则占用了汽车的点烟口,不方便车主使用其它显示组件。
具体而言,本申请人提出的在汽车点烟口实现取电的方案,其中的显示仪与其取电插头作为一个整体,显示仪基本与点烟口取电插头的轴向相垂直,并且固定其上,会导致几方面的不便:
其一,固定连接的显示仪,只能从一个角度为用户呈现数据,缺少灵活性,用户不得不屈就于显示仪的可视范围进行显示内容的读取。
其二,由于显示仪与取电插头是固定连接的,而显示仪占据相对较宽大的空间,这样,同一尺寸的显示仪不一定适配于具有不同仪表台流线设计的汽车,而且,也容易影响取电接口外围的空间使用,从而影响驾驶员的操作,例如,容易阻挡档位操纵杆的推进操作。
其三,汽车上仅有的一个或两个取电接口一旦被该显示仪占用,则无法为其它设备提供电源接口,显然,对于有限资源的利用而言,缺乏效率。
技术问题
本发明的首要目的是克服上述不足,提供一种可以调节显示角度以优化汽车内部仪表台周围空间和取电接口资源利用的带备用接口的接插式显示仪。
技术解决方案
本发明的另一目的在于应用所述显示仪,提供一种胎压状态仪。
为达到以上技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种带备用接口的插接式显示仪,包括显示组件和取电插头,所述显示组件包括外壳和装设在外壳内部用于实现显示功能的显示屏,所述取电插头用于与汽车取电接口相插接以实现取电并为所述显示屏供电,其中,所述显示组件的外壳与取电插头外露端的侧边相枢设;所述取电插头外露端的端面设有与汽车取电接口电性连接的备用接口。
具体地,所述外壳的底部,靠近其一侧边周缘处,设有提供枢接孔的耳部;所述取电插头的外露端的侧边周缘处,设有提供枢接孔的耳部;所述外壳的耳部与取电插头的耳部彼此的枢接孔同轴设置,由一转动轴穿过各枢接孔实现枢设。
可选择地,所述外壳的底部,在其一侧边周缘处,设有提供枢接孔的耳部;所述取电插头的外露端的侧边周缘处,设有提供枢接孔的耳部;所述外壳的耳部与取电插头的耳部彼此的枢接孔同轴设置,由一转动轴穿过实现枢设。
更优地,所述外壳耳部和取电插头耳部的接触处设有摩擦垫
进一步地,所述显示组件的外壳包括底座、上壳和上壳盖,所述底座和上壳扣合形成容纳空间用于装设显示屏,所述上壳盖设有透明窗以供显示屏暴露。
进一步地,所述取电插头还包括:
转换电路,用于从汽车取电接口取电并为所述备用接口提供电源;
正极连接件,其连通所述转换电路和汽车取电接口的正极;
负极连接件,其连通所述转换电路和汽车取电接口的负极;
下壳,插入汽车取电接口,其内部空间用于容纳所述转换电路、正极连接件和负极连接件;
下壳盖,盖合在所述下壳外露端上以提供外露端的端面。
具体地,所述转换电路集成于两片平行设置的电路板上,所述备用接口被夹持在该两片电路板之间。优选地,所述备用接口为USB插座。
所述正极连接件包括正极顶针和正极弹片,所述正极顶针一端伸出该取电插头与汽车取电接口的正极接触,另一端位于所述两转换电路板之间,所述正极弹片连通所述正极顶针与所述其中的一块转换电路板。
所述负极连接件包括负极弹片和弹簧支架,所述负极弹片部分露出所述下壳外与汽车取电接口的负极接触,该负极弹片装设在所述弹簧支架上,设置在所述两转换电路板之间,并与该转换电路板电性连接,所述弹簧支架还用于保持该负极弹片与正极顶针和正极弹片的隔离。
一种胎压状态仪,包括胎压监控电路和胎压信号接收天线,其中,其采用前述的带备用接口的插接式显示仪,所述胎压监控电路和胎压信号接收天线设置在所述显示组件内部。
有益效果
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有如下优势:
(1)本发明的带备用接口的插接式显示仪,在汽车取电接口以插接形式取电,避免在驾驶室挡风玻璃处引入显示组件而干扰驾驶员注意力。
(2)该显示仪可绕相对于取电插头进行一定角度的翻转操作,使该显示仪能在一定的角度范围内以任意角度倾斜放置,以方便驾驶员调节观看显示仪的显示内容。
(3)引入备用接口能弥补因汽车取电接口被所述显示组件占用而不能给其他取电设备供电的不足,且该插座采用在电子设备中广泛使用的USB插座,方便为多种不同的电子设备提供电力。
(4)该USB插座设置在取电插头的轴向上并外露于端面,一方面当显示组件与该端面相盖合时可由所述显示仪遮盖隐藏,另一方面,当显示组件与该端面相远离,即显示组件被翻开时,插入该USB插座的USB插头与所述显示仪并行不悖,基本不增加该USB插头在本发明占据的空间,也不增加该USB插头在驾驶室所占据的空间,因而,可翻转的显示组件与隐藏在取电插头内的备用接口互不干扰且相得益彰。
(5)本发明带备用接口的插接式显示仪应用较广泛,不仅可用作胎压状态仪用于检测汽车胎压,也可以进一步与其他适于车载的电子设备,例如MP3、导航仪等集成,因而便于规模化生产。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明的实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
请参考图1,本发明带备用接口的插接式显示仪的立体结构示意图中,包括了插入汽车取电接口的取电插头2和设置在该取电插头2上方的显示组件1,该显示组件1依靠所述取电插头2供电,以实现其功能。
请参考图2,所述显示组件1包括由多部件组装而成的外壳11及包含在该外壳11内部的电子器件。所述外壳11包括上壳111、底座112、上壳盖113和透明元件114,该外壳11可呈方形(如图2所示),也可呈圆形;所述上壳111和底座112上下扣合形成容纳空间,用于装设所述电子器件,具体地,该电子器件包括显示屏12,用于实现数据或图像等视频信息的显示,该显示屏12包括控制电路121及与该控制电路121电性连接的LCD屏123和背光板122,所述控制电路121设置在所述底座112上,通过所述底座112上的若干限位槽将该控制电路121固定,所述背光板122叠放设置在所述控制电路121上,所述LCD屏123叠放设置在所述背光板122上,该控制电路121整合输入该电路的信号后通过所述LCD屏123显示,并打开所述背光板122为所述LCD屏123提供照明。为了方便驾驶员观看所述显示屏12所显示的图像,同时保护所述显示屏12,所述显示屏12上方罩设有透明元件114,该透明元件114由套设在所述上壳111上的上壳盖113固定,上壳111开孔并装设所述透明元件114即形成一透明窗。
在本实施例中,所述显示组件1通过增设其它功能部件进一步形成了胎压状态仪,该胎压状态仪除了显示屏12外,还包括胎压监控电路和胎压信号接收天线。所述胎压监控电路与显示屏12的控制电路121整合,共同印制在同一块电路板上。所述胎压信号接收天线被制成片状的天线压片13,如图2所示,该天线压片13贴紧所述显示仪的上壳111的边框设置,其呈方框状,并向下延伸出若干用于卡扣固定的支撑脚131,所述背光板122的边沿设置有若干供所述天线压片支撑脚131定位的固定架1221,所述天线压片13通过所述背光板122的固定架1221的定位后与卡扣在该背光板122下方的控制电路121电性连接;若所述外壳11呈圆形,该天线压片13也相应地呈圆环状。所述胎压信号接收天线从空中接收汽车胎压计辐射的包含胎压数据的信号后,提供给所述胎压监控电路,胎压监控电路解析该胎压数据信号,并经所述控制电路将其中的胎压信息输出给所述显示屏进行显示。
请继续参考图2,所述取电插头2包括:
备用接口,本实施例中是USB插座231;
转换电路23,本实施例中具体是一种USB转换电路23,用于从汽车取电接口取电,其与所述USB插座231在电性上相连接,集成在两个转换电路板232和233上,该两个转换电路板焊接在该USB插座231的两面上;
正极连接件24,电性上连通所述USB转换电路23和汽车取电接口的正极,包括正极弹片241和正极顶针242,请参考图3A和图3B,所述正极顶针242一端与汽车取电接口的正极接触,另一端置于所述转换电路板232和233之间,所述正极弹片241由金属薄片制成,形成有弹性的立体结构,该金属薄片一端固定在转换电路板233上,依靠其弹性形变所形成的弹力,紧贴所述正极顶针242位于两转换电路板间的一端,将所述正极顶针242与转换电路板233电性连通;
负极连接件25,连通所述USB转换电路和汽车取电接口的负极,其包括负极弹片251和弹簧支架252,请参考图4,所述负极弹片251由金属薄片制成,形成有弹性的立体结构,其中段向外突出与汽车取电接口的负极接触;该金属薄片两端固定在所述弹簧支架252上,所述弹簧支架252设置在所述转换电路板232和233之间,用于维持所述负极弹片251的立体结构和固定该负极弹片251在取电插头2中的位置,还用于保持该负极弹片251与所述正极顶针242或正极弹片241的隔离,避免短路;所述负极弹片251通过所述弹簧支架252与转换电路板232和233电性连通,最终连通USB转换电路23与汽车取电接口的负极;
下壳21,用于容纳所述USB转换电路23、正极顶针242、正极弹片241、负极弹片251和弹簧支架252,所述下壳21呈圆筒状,其内部形成容纳空间,该下壳21的上半部分侧壁有一开口211,用于装配所述负极弹片251,并为该负极弹片251向所述下壳21外突出预留开口;由于确定了所述负极弹片251的装配位置,因此所述USB转换电路23的装配位置也就固定了,即所述USB转换电路23垂直放置,其USB插座231向上,并与所述负极弹片251设置在同一平面上,该平面为所述开口211和下壳21的轴线所在的平面;所述下壳21的下半部分向内收缩,在轴线处形成一中央通孔212,供所述正极顶针242穿过;
下壳盖22,盖合在所述下壳21端面上,外露在汽车取电接口外,并形成一与所述显示组件1底座112配合的平台;请参考图3A、图3B、图4A、图4B和图5,所述下壳盖22上半部分为方形,与所述底座112的形状配合,下半部分为圆柱形,与所述下壳21的形状配合;该下壳盖22中央轴向设有一矩形通孔224,用于套设容纳在所述下壳21的USB转换电路23的USB插座231,该USB插座231在此矩形通孔224处开放作为备用接口使用;
硅胶圈26,用于固定该取电插头在汽车取电接口的位置,;所述硅胶圈26紧密套设在所述下壳21的上半部,该硅胶圈26的高度从上到下不超过所述负极弹片251突出处,该取电插头插入汽车取电接口时,所述硅胶圈26填充了取电插头外壁和取电接口的内壁的缝隙,避免了该取电插头的松动。
所述显示组件1和取电插头2通过枢接结构连接,具体地,请参考图5,所述下壳盖22,在其所提供的取电插头的外露端端面的一侧周缘处设有一对第一枢接部221,即如图5所示形成一对带水平通孔的耳部,两耳部中间留有一段凹槽2211,相应地,所述底座112在同侧靠近其底座底面周缘处(或直接设置在其周缘处而非靠近)设有与所述第一枢接部221配合的一对第二枢接部1121,即如图5所示形成一带水平通孔的耳部,该耳部可纳入所述凹槽2211中,并且其通孔可与第一枢接部221的通孔同轴贯通,供转动轴222置入,显示组件与取电插头之间即可绕轴相对转动;更优地,所述第二枢接部1121与凹槽2211的接触弧面间设有一摩擦垫223,以增大第一枢接部221和第二枢接部1121间的摩擦力,使所述底座112可绕该转动轴222在所述下壳盖22上以任意倾角斜放。
所述显示组件1与USB转换电路23在整个显示仪中以并联方式连接,如前所述,所述USB转换电路23通过正极连接件24和负极连接件25分别与汽车取电接口的正极和负极连接,而所述显示组件1则通过引线(未图示)以公知的方式与汽车取电接口的正极和负极实现电性连接,本实施例中,所述下壳盖22在其矩形通孔224和第二枢接部1121之间设有一通孔,供引电的导线穿过并连接至所述显示组件1,以实现取电。
本显示仪还设有若干辅助部件14,包括用于扣合所述底座112和下壳盖22的按键扣141及配套的弹簧142,用于切换所述显示屏12显示内容的按钮143,用于指示通电与否的指示灯145。
根据以上的结构描述,本发明带备用接口的插接式显示仪,具体地,当其为胎压状态仪时,使用时,将所述取电插头2插入汽车汽车取电接口,通电后显示屏12启动,驾驶员可根据需要掀起所述显示组件1部分,使该显示组件1的显示面板便于观看,此时,原本被该显示组件1遮盖的USB插座231露出,可供使用。
综上所述,本发明带备用接口的插接式显示仪与胎压状态仪体积小、功能多样、设计优化、使用方便和应用广泛。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但并不仅仅受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,均包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种带备用接口的插接式显示仪,包括显示组件和取电插头,所述显示组件包括外壳和装设在外壳内部用于实现显示功能的显示屏,所述取电插头用于与汽车取电接口相插接以实现取电并为所述显示屏供电,其特征在于:所述显示组件的外壳与取电插头外露端的侧边相枢设;所述取电插头外露端的端面设有与汽车取电接口电性连接的备用接口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的带备用接口的插接式显示仪,其特征在于:所述外壳的底部,靠近其一侧边周缘处,设有提供枢接孔的耳部;所述取电插头的外露端的侧边周缘处,设有提供枢接孔的耳部;所述外壳的耳部与取电插头的耳部彼此的枢接孔同轴设置,由一转动轴穿过各枢接孔实现枢设。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的带备用接口的插接式显示仪,其特征在于:所述外壳的底部,在其一侧边周缘处,设有提供枢接孔的耳部;所述取电插头的外露端的侧边周缘处,设有提供枢接孔的耳部;所述外壳的耳部与取电插头的耳部彼此的枢接孔同轴设置,由一转动轴穿过实现枢设。
  4. 取电插头如权利要求2或3所述的带备用接口的插接式显示仪,其特征在于:所述外壳耳部和取电插头耳部的接触处设有摩擦垫。
  5. 如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的带备用接口的插接式显示仪,其特征在于:所述显示组件的外壳包括底座、上壳和上壳盖,所述底座和上壳扣合形成容纳空间用于装设显示屏,所述上壳盖设有透明窗以供显示屏暴露。
  6. 如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的带备用接口的插接式显示仪,其特征在于,所述取电插头还包括:
    转换电路,用于从汽车取电接口取电并为所述备用接口提供电源;
    正极连接件,其连通所述转换电路和汽车取电接口的正极;
    负极连接件,其连通所述转换电路和汽车取电接口的负极;
    下壳,插入汽车取电接口,其内部空间用于容纳所述转换电路、正极连接件和负极连接件;
    下壳盖,盖合在所述下壳外露端上以提供外露端的端面。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的带备用接口的插接式显示仪,其特征在于:所述转换电路集成于两片平行设置的电路板上,所述备用接口被夹持在该两片电路板之间。
  8. 如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的带备用接口的插接式显示仪,其特征在于:所述备用接口为USB插座。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的带备用接口的插接式显示仪,其特征在于:所述正极连接件包括正极顶针和正极弹片,所述正极顶针一端伸出该取电插头与汽车取电接口的正极接触,另一端位于所述两转换电路板之间,所述正极弹片连通所述正极顶针与所述其中的一块转换电路板。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的带备用接口的插接式显示仪,其特征在于:所述负极连接件包括负极弹片和弹簧支架,所述负极弹片部分露出所述下壳外与汽车取电接口的负极接触,该负极弹片装设在所述弹簧支架上,设置在所述两转换电路板之间,并与该转换电路板电性连接,所述弹簧支架还用于保持该负极弹片与正极顶针和正极弹片的隔离。
  11. 一种胎压状态仪,包括胎压监控电路和胎压信号接收天线,其特征在于:其采用权利要求1-10任意一项所述的带备用接口的插接式显示仪,所述胎压监控电路和胎压信号接收天线设置在所述显示组件内部。
