Abstract

微型扬声器,包括顶部开口的支架(1)、T铁(2)、磁铁(3)、华司(4)、膜片(5)、音圈(6)、护盖(7)和电路板(8),膜片(5)由球顶部(5-1)和连接在球顶部(5-1)周向上的折环部(5-2)构成,球顶部(5-1)截面和折环部(5-2)截面的线形均为多段弧形;支架(1)的内壁处在华司(4)上方形成一圈用于供膜片(5)连接的环形台阶(9),环形台阶(9)与华司(4)之间的落差高度为0.1mm-0.8mm,折环部(5-2)的边缘处的底部连接在环形台阶(9)的顶面上;护盖(7)罩扣在膜片(5)上方,护盖(7)在与球顶部(5-1)相对的中心处开设有直径为1mm-3mm的通孔(10)。该方案通过优化微型扬声器的结构及膜片(5)设计在满足入耳式耳机对微型扬声器输出频率响应特殊要求的同时,还具有高频段特有的双峰值高声压输出频率响应。另外其谐波失真在1.5以内。

Description

一种微型扬声器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及电声转换技术领域,具体涉及一种微型扬声器。
背景技术
众所周知,扬声器用于发声。
但是目前现有的扬声器在特定频率内2500±500Hz与8000±500Hz无法做到对称性的双峰值高声压输出频率响应,并且保证其20Hz至20KHz频率段总谐波失真1.5%以内。
现通过优化微型扬声器的结构及膜片设计来实现上述目的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提出一种用于入耳式耳机且具有高频段特有双峰值高声压输出频率响应和谐波失真在1.5以内的微型扬声器。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种微型扬声器,包括顶部开口的支架、T铁、磁铁、华司、膜片、音圈、护盖和电路板,所述T铁安装在所述支架中,所述磁铁为环形且套置在所述T铁上,所述华司连接在所述磁铁的顶部,所述磁铁和所述华司的内壁与所述T铁的中心柱的外壁之间形成供所述音圈上下运动的环形间隙,所述支架的内壁上且位于所述华司上方形成一圈用于供所述膜片连接的环形台阶,所述环形台阶与所述华司之间的落差高度为0.1mm-0.8mm,所述膜片的边缘底部连接在所述环形台阶的顶面上;
所述护盖罩扣在所述膜片上方,所述护盖的中心处开设有直径为1mm-3mm的通孔。
进一步的,所述膜片由球顶部和连接在所述球顶部周向上的折环部构成,所述音圈的顶部连接到所述膜片的底部,所述球顶部截面和所述折环部截面的线形均为多段弧形。
进一步的,所述音圈的顶部连接在所述球顶部与所述折环部之间的连接处的底部。
进一步的,所述膜片是由PAR材料层和PU材料层复合而成,所述膜片的顶面镀有金属钛涂层。
进一步的,所述音圈采用铜包铝漆包线绕制而成。
进一步的,所述支架的底部开设有通气孔,所述通气孔上蒙设有调音网布。
进一步的,所述折环部的边缘处设有一圈铜环,所述护盖的边缘压接在所述铜环上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型中的微型扬声器通过优化微型扬声器的结构及膜片设计在满足入耳式耳机对微型扬声器输出频率响应特殊要求的同时,还具有高频段特有的双峰值高声压输出频率响应。另外其谐波失真在1.5以内。

具体实施方式
实施例
根据图1和图2 所示,本实用新型中的微型扬声器,包括顶部开口的支架1、T铁2、磁铁3、华司4、膜片5、音圈6、护盖7和电路板8。
其中,T铁2安装在支架1中,磁铁3为环形且套置在T铁2上,华司4连接在磁铁3的顶部,磁铁3和华司4的内壁与T铁2的中心柱的外壁之间形成供音圈6上下运动的环形间隙。
膜片5由球顶部5-1和连接在球顶部5-1周向上的折环部5-2构成,当然也可以采用其它结构形式的膜片。
音圈6采用铜包铝漆包线绕制而成,音圈6的顶部连接到膜片5的底部。
球顶部5-1截面和折环部5-2截面的线形均为多段弧形,优选的:多段弧形为三段弧式,进一步地还可以在膜片5上设置加强肋纹环形阵列。
支架1的内壁处在华司4上方形成有一圈用于供膜片5连接的环形台阶9,环形台阶9与华司4之间的落差高度为0.1mm-0.8mm。
在连接时,折环部5-2的边缘处的底部连接在环形台阶9的顶面上。
护盖7罩扣在膜片5上方,护盖7在与球顶部5-1相对的中心处开设有直径为1mm-3mm的通孔10。
支架1的底部开设有通气孔,通气孔上蒙设有调音网布11。
膜片5是由PAR材料层和PU材料层复合而成,膜片5的顶面镀有金属钛涂层。
音圈6的顶部连接在球顶部5-1与折环部5-2之间的连接处的底部。
折环部5-2的边缘处设有一圈铜环12,护盖7的边缘压接在铜环12上。
如图3和图4所示,从测试数据上看,本实用新型中的扬声器实现了高频段的双峰值高声压的输出,同时保证了谐波失真在1.5以内。
本实用新型的不局限于上述实施例,本实用新型的上述各个实施例的技术方案彼此可以交叉组合形成新的技术方案,另外凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种微型扬声器,包括顶部开口的支架、T铁、磁铁、华司、膜片、音圈、护盖和电路板,所述T铁安装在所述支架中,所述磁铁为环形且套置在所述T铁上,所述华司连接在所述磁铁的顶部,所述磁铁和所述华司的内壁与所述T铁的中心柱的外壁之间形成供所述音圈上下运动的环形间隙,其特征在于:
    所述支架的内壁上且位于所述华司的上方形成一圈用于供所述膜片连接的环形台阶,所述环形台阶与所述华司之间的落差高度为0.1mm-0.8mm,所述膜片的边缘底部连接在所述环形台阶的顶面上;
    所述护盖罩扣在所述膜片上方,所述护盖的中心处开设有直径为1mm-3mm的通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述膜片由球顶部和连接在所述球顶部周向上的折环部构成,所述音圈的顶部连接到所述膜片的底部,所述球顶部截面和所述折环部截面的线形均为多段弧形。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述音圈的顶部连接在所述球顶部与所述折环部之间连接处的底部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述膜片是由PAR材料层和PU材料层复合而成,所述膜片的顶面镀有金属钛涂层。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述音圈采用铜包铝漆包线绕制而成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述支架的底部开设有通气孔,所述通气孔上蒙设有调音网布。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述折环部的边缘处设有一圈铜环,所述护盖的边缘压接在所述铜环上。
