Description

신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법 및 신축성 플랫폼
본 실시예는 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법 및 신축성 플랫폼에 관한 것이다.
전자소자나 회로를 구성하는 물질이나 재료들은 대부분 영률(Young's Modulus)이 큰 물질이어서 단단하지만 신축성은 가지고 있지 않아 외부 변형에 쉽게 부서진다. 신축성 전자소자나 회로를 구현하기 위해서는 변형에 민감한 소자나 물질들을 신축 환경에서의 변형으로부터 보호할 수 있는 스트레인(strain) 분산구조가 필요하다.
종래의 단단한 아일랜드가 삽입된 신축성 플랫폼은 낮은 스트레인 영역에서만 안정적으로 동작한다. 또한 신축성 기판 위에 소자를 구현해야 하기 때문에 표면에너지 차이에서 기인하는 문제 등으로 인해 소자 제작 방식이 까다롭다. 다른 플랫폼 제작방식은 영률이 큰 물질을 직접 신축성 기판 위에 제작하고 이를 패터닝할 수 있으나, 이러한 경우 신축성 기판 위에 제작 가능한 물질의 종류가 제한적이라는 한계가 있으며 포토리소그래피, 마스크 등의 비교적 복잡한 패터닝 기술이 요구된다.
본 실시예는 종래 기술의 한계와 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 본 실시예의 주된 목적 중 하나는 높은 스트레인이 제공되어도 안정적으로 동작할 수 있는 플랫폼과 그 제조 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
일 실시예에 의한 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법은: (a) 리지드 부재(rigid member)의 일면에 접착층(adhesive layer)을 형성하는 단계와, (b) 신축성 기판(stretchable substrate)의 일면과 접착층 표면에 불완전한 결합이 형성되도록 개질하는 단계 및 (c) 개질된 신축성 기판의 일면과 접착층 표면 사이에 공유 결합이 형성되도록 접합하는 단계를 포함한다.
다른 실시예에 의한 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법은: (a) 리지드 부재(rigid member)의 일면에 접착층(adhesive layer)을 형성하는 단계와, (b) 완충 패턴(buffer pattern)의 일면과 접착층의 일면에 불완전한 결합이 형성되도록 개질하는 단계와, (c) 개질된 완충 패턴의 일면과 접착층의 일면을 접합하는 단계와, (d) 완충 패턴의 타면과 신축성 기판의 일면에 불완전한 결합이 형성되도록 개질하는 단계 및 (e) 완충 패턴의 타면과 신축성 기판의 일면을 접합하는 단계를 포함한다
일 실시예에 의한 신축성 플랫폼은: 신축성 기판(stretchable substrate)과, 신축성 기판 상에 위치하는 리지드 부재(rigid member) 및 신축성 기판과 리지드 부재 사이에 위치하여 신축성 기판과 리지드 부재를 결합하는 접착층(adhesive layer)을 포함하며, 접착층은 신축성 기판과 공유 결합을 이루어 신축성 기판과 리지드 부재가 결합된다.
다른 실시예에 의한 신축성 플랫폼은: 신축성 기판(stretchable substrate)과, 신축성 기판 상에 위치하는 리지드 부재(rigid member)와, 리지드 부재와 신축성 기판의 사이에 위치하는 완충 패턴(buffer pattern)과, 리지드 부재와 완충 패턴 사이에 위치하여 리지드 부재와 완충 패턴을 결합하는 접착층(first adhesive layer)을 포함하며, 접착층은 완충 패턴과 공유 결합을 이루어 리지드 부재와 완충 패턴을 결합한다.
큰 스트레인이 제공되어도 안정적으로 동작하는 플랫폼과 그 제조 방법을 제공한다.

어떤 구성요소가 다른 구성요소에 "상부에" 또는 “위에”있다고 언급된 때에는, 그 다른 구성요소의 바로 위에 있을 수도 있지만, 중간에 다른 구성요소가 존재할 수도 있다고 이해되어야 할 것이다. 반면에, 어떤 구성요소가 다른 구성요소에 "접촉하여" 있다고 언급된 때에는, 중간에 다른 구성요소가 존재하지 않는 것으로 이해되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 구성요소들 간의 관계를 설명하는 다른 표현들, 즉 "개재하여"와 "바로 ~개재하여", "~사이에"와 "바로 ~ 사이에" 또는 "~에 이웃하는"과 "~에 직접 이웃하는" 등도 마찬가지로 해석되어야 한다.
단수의 표현은 문맥상 명백하게 다르게 뜻하지 않는 한 복수의 표현을 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 하고, "포함하다" 또는 "가지다" 등의 용어는 설시된 특징, 숫자, 단계, 동작, 구성요소, 부분품 또는 이들을 조합한 것이 존재함을 지정하려는 것이지, 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 특징들이나 숫자, 단계, 동작, 구성요소, 부분품 또는 이들을 조합한 것들의 존재 또는 부가 가능성을 미리 배제하지 않는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.
각 단계들은 문맥상 명백하게 특정 순서를 기재하지 않은 이상 명기된 순서와 다르게 일어날 수 있다. 즉, 각 단계들은 명기된 순서와 동일하게 일어날 수도 있고 실질적으로 동시에 수행될 수도 있으며 반대의 순서대로 수행될 수도 있다.
여기서 사용되는 모든 용어들은 다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미를 가진다. 일반적으로 사용되는 사전에 정의되어 있는 것과 같은 용어들은 관련 기술의 문맥상 가지는 의미와 일치하는 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 본 출원에서 명백하게 정의하지 않는 한 이상적이거나 과도하게 형식적인 의미를 지니는 것으로 해석될 수 없다.
본 개시의 실시예들을 설명하기 위하여 참조되는 도면은 설명의 편의 및 이해의 용이를 위하여 의도적으로 크기, 높이, 두께 등이 과장되어 표현되어 있으며, 절대적으로 비율에 따라 확대 또는 축소된 것이 아니다. 또한, 도면에 도시된 어느 하나의 구성요소는 의도적으로 축소되어 표현하고, 다른 구성요소는 의도적으로 확대되어 표현될 수 있다.
제1 실시예
이하에서는 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 의한 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법 및 신축성 플랫폼을 설명한다. 도 1 내지 도 4는 본 실시예에 의한 신축성 플랫폼의 형성 방법을 설명하기 위한 공정 단면도이다.
리지드 부재(rigid member, 200)에 접착층(adhesive layer, 300)을 형성한다. 도 1을 참조하면, 리지드 부재(200)의 일면(201)을 자외선(UV, ultraviolet), 오존(O3, ozone) 또는 플라즈마로 처리하여 표면을 개질한다. 일 예로, 표면 개질 과정에 의하여 리지드 부재(200) 일면(201)의 성질을 소수성(hydrophobic)에서 친수성(hydrophilic)으로 변화시킬 수 있다. 일 실시예로, 리지드 부재(200)는 플라스틱, 종이, 금속, 폴리이미드, 금속 박막, 유리 등의 다양한 재질로 형성할 수 있으며, 리지드 부재(200)는 후술할 기판(100) 및 완충 패턴(400, 도 5 참조)보다 큰 영률을 가진다.
도 2를 참조하면, 개질된 리지드 부재(200)의 일면(201)에 접착층(300)을 형성한다. 표면 개질에 의하여 접착층(300)이 리지드 부재(200)의 일면(201)에 형성될 수 있다. 일 실시예로, 접착층(300)은 실란 계열의 유기물로 형성될 수 있으며, 일 예로, 접착층(300)은 아미노실란(aminosilane) 계열의 물질(APTES((3-Aminopropyl)triethoxysilane)), (APTMS((3-Aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane)), (3-Aminopropyl(diethoxy)methylsilane), Ethyltrimethoxysilane 등을 포함할 수 있다.
일 예로, 접착층(300)은 드롭 캐스팅(drop casting), 스핀 코팅(spin coating) 및 닥터 블레이드(doctor blade) 등의 방법 및/또는 장치를 활용하여 리지드 부재의 표면(201)에 형성될 수 있다.
도 3을 참조하면, 신축성 기판(stretchable substrate, 100)의 일면과 리지드 부재(200)에 형성된 접착층(300)의 일면에 각각 불완전한 결합이 형성되도록 신축성 기판(100)의 일면(101)과 리지드 부재(200)에 형성된 접착층(300)의 일면(301)을 개질한다. 일 실시예로, 신축성 기판(100)은 실리콘 계열의 탄성 중합체일 수 있으며, 일 예로, 신축성 기판은 PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane), 에코플렉스(ecoflex) 일 수 있다.
도 3으로 예시된 실시예에서, 신축성 기판(100)의 일면(101)과 접착층(300)의 일면(301)을 개질하는 과정은 플라즈마 체임버(chamber, 미도시)에서 신축성 기판(100)의 일면(101)과 접착층(300)의 일면(301)을 플라즈마 처리하여 수행될 수 있다. 일 예로, 플라즈마 처리 과정은 산소 플라즈마(oxygen plasma), 공기 플라즈마(air plasma) 및 다양한 플라즈마를 이용하여 수행될 수 있다.
플라즈마에 의한 표면 개질 과정에 의하여 신축성 기판(100)의 일면(101)을 형성하는 분자들의 결합이 파괴되어 불완전한 결합이 노출(L2)되고, 접착층(300)의 일면도 마찬가지로 접착층(300)을 형성하는 분자들의 결합이 파괴되어 노출(L1)된다. 도 3은 신축성 기판(100)의 일면(101)과 접착층(300)의 일면(301)을 형성하는 분자들의 결합이 파괴되어 노출된 것을 층 형태(layer shape)으로 표시하였으며, 용이한 이해를 위하여 그 두께를 과장되게 표시하였다.
도 4를 참조하면, 신축성 기판(100)과 접착층(300) 사이에 공유 결합이 형성되도록 표면 개질된 신축성 기판(100)의 일면(101)과 접착층(300)의 일면(301)을 접합한다. 접착층(300)의 표면과 신축성 기판의 표면에 노출된 불완전한 결합 영역은 상호 접합에 의하여 공유 결합 영역(C)을 형성한다. 일 실시예로, 신축성 기판(100)을 실리콘 계열의 탄성 중합체인 PDMS로 형성하고, 접착층(300)을 실리콘 계열의 유기물로 형성하면, 공유 결합 영역(C)에는 실리콘과 산소의 공유 결합의 일종인 실록산 결합(siloxane bonding, -Si-O-Si-O-)이 형성된다. 일 예로, 접합하는 과정은 가압하여 수행될 수 있으나, 다른 예로, 접합하는 과정은 비가압하여 수행될 수 도 있다.
공유 결합에 의하여 접착층(300)과 신축성 기판(100)은 화학적 결합인 공유 결합을 이루며, 종래 기술에 비하여 높은 스트레인을 가하여도 박리되지 않는다는 장점이 제공된다.
제2 실시예
이하에서는 도 5 내지 도 8를 참조하여 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 의한 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법을 설명한다. 다만, 간결하고 명확한 설명을 위하여 상술한 실시예와 동일한거나, 유사한 부분에 대하여는 설명을 생략할 수 있다.
도 5를 참조하면, 리지드 부재(200) 일면(201)에 형성된 접착층(300)의 일면(301)과 완충 패턴(400)의 일면(401)을 플라즈마로 처리한다. 위에서 설명된 실시예와 같이, 플라즈마 처리는 플라즈마 체임버 내에서 수행될 수 있으며, 산소 플라즈마, 에어 플라즈마 등의 플라즈마를 이용할 수 있다.
완충 패턴(400)은 실리콘 계열의 탄성 중합체로 형성될 수 있다. 일 실시예로, 완충 패턴(400)은 신축성 기판(100)에 비하여 큰 영률(Young's Modulus)값을 가진다.
일 실시예로, 접착층(300)은 상술한 바와 같이 실란 계열의 유기물로 형성될 수 있으며, 일 예로, 아미노실란(aminosilane) 계열의 물질(APTES((3-Aminopropyl)triethoxysilane))등을 포함할 수 있다.
플라즈마에 의한 표면 개질 과정에 의하여 완충 패턴(400)의 일면(401)을 형성하는 분자들의 결합이 파괴되어 불완전한 결합이 노출(L3)되고, 접착층(300)의 일면도 마찬가지로 접착층(300)을 형성하는 분자들의 결합이 파괴되어 노출(L1)된다. 도 5은 신축성 기판(100)의 일면(101)과 접착층(300)의 일면(301)을 형성하는 분자들의 결합이 파괴되어 노출된 것을 층 형태으로 표시하였으며, 용이한 이해를 위하여 그 두께를 과장되게 표시하였다.
도 6을 참조하면, 완충 패턴(400)과 접착층(300) 사이에 공유 결합이 형성되도록 표면 개질된 완충(400)의 일면(401)과 접착층(300)의 일면(301)을 접합한다. 접착층(300)의 표면과 신축성 기판의 표면에 노출된 불완전한 결합 영역은 상호 접합에 의하여 공유 결합을 이루어 공유 결합 영역(C1)을 형성한다.
일 예로, 접착층(300)을 실란 계열의 유기물로 형성하면 플라즈마 표면 처리에 의하여 파괴된 실리콘의 공유 결합이 상호 접합에 의하여 완충 패턴(400)과 상호 결합되어 결합 영역(C1)을 형성한다. 결합 영역(C1)에는 완충 패턴(400)과 접착층(300)에 포함된 실리콘과 산소의 공유 결합의 일종인 실록산 결합(siloxane bonding, -Si-O-Si-O-)이 형성된다. 일 예로, 접합하는 과정은 가압하여 수행될 수 있으나, 다른 예로, 접합하는 과정은 비가압하여 수행될 수 도 있다.
도 7을 참조하면, 플라즈마를 이용하여 완충 패턴(400)의 타면(402)과 신축성 기판(100)의 일면을 표면처리 한다. 완충 패턴의 타면(402)와 신축성 기판(100)의 일면을 표면처리 하는 과정은 플라즈마 체임버(chamber) 내에서 산소 플라즈마(oxygen plasma), 공기 플라즈마(air plasma) 및 다양한 플라즈마를 이용하여 수행될 수 있다.
일 실시예로, 완충 패턴(400)과 신축성 기판(100)을 플라즈마로 표면처리하는 과정은 완충패턴(400)과 접착층(300)의 표면처리하는 과정과 동일한 과정으로 수행될 수 있다.
플라즈마에 의한 표면 개질 과정에 의하여 신축성 기판(100)의 일면(101)을 형성하는 분자들의 결합이 파괴되어 불완전한 결합이 노출(L2)되고, 완충 패턴(400)의 타면(402)도 마찬가지로 완충 패턴(400)을 형성하는 분자들의 결합이 파괴되어 노출(L4)된다. 도 7은 신축성 기판(100)의 일면(101)과 접착층(300)의 일면(301)을 형성하는 분자들의 결합이 파괴되어 노출된 것을 층 형태(layer shape, L)으로 표시하였으며, 용이한 이해를 위하여 그 두께를 과장되게 표시하였다.
도 8을 참조하면, 신축성 기판(100)과 완충 패턴(400) 사이에 공유 결합이 형성되도록 표면 개질된 신축성 기판(100)의 일면(101)과 완충 패턴(400)의 타면(402)을 접합한다. 완충 패턴(400)의 타면(402)과 신축성 기판(100)의 일면(101)에 노출된 불완전한 결합 영역은 상호 접합에 의하여 공유 결합 영역(C2)을 형성한다.
일 실시예로, 신축성 기판(100)과 완충 패턴(400)을 실리콘 계열의 탄성 중합체인 PDMS로 형성하면, 공유 결합 영역(C2)에는 실리콘과 산소의 공유 결합의 일종인 실록산 결합(siloxane bonding, -Si-O-Si-O-)이 형성된다.
완충 패턴(400)은 신축성 기판(100)의 영률값에 비하여 큰 영률값을 가지나, 리지드 부재(200)의 영률값에 비하여 작은 영률값을 가질 수 있다.
본 실시예에 의한 신축성 플랫폼에 의하면, 완충 패턴(400)에 의하여 신축 스트레스가 경감되므로 종래 기술에 의한 신축성 플랫폼에 비하여 더 큰 신축력에도 안정적으로 동작한다는 장점이 제공된다.
실험예
이하에서는 도 9를 참조하여 본 실시예에 의한 신축성 플랫폼의 실험예를 설명한다. 본 실험에서는, 액체 PDMS와 크로스 링커를 25:1의 비율로 혼합하고, 경화시켜 신축성 기판을 형성하였으며, 액체 PDMS와 크로스 링커를 10:1의 비율로 혼합하여 완충 패턴을 형성하였다. 도 9(a)로 도시된 실시예에서, 25um의 두께를 가지는 폴리이미드 필름으로 리지드 부재를 형성하였고, 도 9(b)로 도시된 실시예에서는 25um의 PEM 필름으로 리지드 부재를 형성하였다.
도 9(a)는 신축성 플랫폼에 신축력을 제공한 상태를 촬영한 상태를 도시한 도면이다. 도 9(a)를 참조하면, 0%의 신축력(strain)을 제공하였을 때 신축성 기판과 리지드 부재는 동일한 형태를 유지하는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 신축성 플랫폼에 제공되는 신축력을 증가시킴에 따라 신축성 기판의 형태가 신축력이 제공되는 방향을 따라 늘어나는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 또한, 최대 70%의 신축력을 제공하였을 때에도 리지드 부재가 신축성 기판이 서로 박리(delaminate)되지 않고 결합된 상태를 유지하는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
도 9(b)는 리지드 부재에 발광 소자를 배치한 상태에서 신축성 플랫폼에 신축력을 제공한 상태를 도시한 도면이다. 도 9(b) 좌측의 도면은 신축성 기판에 신축력을 제공한 상태를 도시한 도면이며, 도 9(b) 우측의 도면은 신축성 기판에 50%의 신축력을 제공한 도면이다. 우측의 도면에서 확인할 수 있는 바와 같이 50%의 신축력을 제공하여도 배선이 파괴되거나, 리지드 부재가 박리되지 않고 리지드 부재에 배치된 발광 소자가 발광하는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
본 발명에 대한 이해를 돕기 위하여 도면에 도시된 실시 예를 참고로 설명되었으나, 이는 실시를 위한 실시예로, 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 분야에서 통상적 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (20)

  1. (a) 리지드 부재(rigid member)의 일면에 접착층(adhesive layer)을 형성하는 단계와,
    (b) 신축성 기판(stretchable substrate)의 일면과 상기 접착층 표면에 불완전한 결합이 형성되도록 개질하는 단계 및
    (c) 개질된 상기 신축성 기판의 상기 일면과 상기 접착층 표면 사이에 공유 결합이 형성되도록 접합하는 단계를 포함하는 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 (a) 단계는,
    (a1) 상기 리지드 부재의 일면을 개질하는 단계와,
    (a2) 개질된 상기 리지드 부재의 일면에 접착층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 (a1) 단계는, 상기 리지드 부재의 일면을 오존(O3, ozone), 자외선(UV, ultra-violet) 및 플라즈마(plasma) 중 어느 하나로 처리하여 수행하고,
    상기 (a2) 단계는, 상기 리지드 부재의 일면에 실란 계열의 유기물 층을 형성하여 수행하는 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 (b) 단계는, 상기 신축성 기판(stretchable substrate)의 일면과 상기 접착층 표면을 플라즈마로 처리하여 불완전한 결합이 형성되도록 수행하는 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 플라즈마로 처리하는 과정은 공기 플라즈마, 산소 플라즈마 중 어느 하나로 처리하여 수행하는 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법.
  6. (a) 리지드 부재(rigid member)의 일면에 접착층(adhesive layer)을 형성하는 단계와,
    (b) 완충 패턴(buffer pattern)의 일면과 상기 접착층의 일면에 불완전한 결합이 형성되도록 개질하는 단계와,
    (c) 개질된 상기 완충 패턴의 상기 일면과 상기 접착층의 일면을 접합하는 단계와,
    (d) 상기 완충 패턴의 타면과 신축성 기판의 일면에 불완전한 결합이 형성되도록 개질하는 단계 및
    (e) 상기 완충 패턴의 타면과 상기 신축성 기판의 일면을 접합하는 단계를 포함하는 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 (c) 단계는, 상기 완충 패턴과 상기 접착층의 사이에 공유 결합이 형성되도록 수행하고,
    상기 (e) 단계는, 상기 완충 패턴과 상기 신축성 기판 사이에 공유 결합이 형성되도록 수행하는 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 (a) 단계는,
    (a1) 상기 리지드 부재의 일면을 개질하는 단계와,
    (a2) 개질된 상기 리지드 부재의 일면에 접착층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 (a1) 단계는, 상기 리지드 부재의 일면을 오존(O3, ozone), 자외선(UV, ultra-violet) 및 플라즈마(plasma) 중 어느 하나로 처리하여 수행하고,
    상기 (a2) 단계는, 상기 리지드 부재의 일면에 실란 계열의 유기물 층을 형성하여 수행하는 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 (b) 단계는, 상기 완충 패턴(buffer pattern)의 일면과 상기 접착층 표면을 플라즈마로 처리하여 불완전한 결합이 형성되도록 수행하고,
    상기 (d) 단계는, 상기 접착층의 타면과 신축성 기판의 일면을 플라즈마로 처리하여 불완전한 결합이 형성되도록 수행하는 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 플라즈마로 처리하는 과정은 공기 플라즈마, 산소 플라즈마 중 어느 하나로 처리하여 수행하는 신축성 플랫폼 형성 방법.
  12. 신축성 기판(stretchable substrate);
    상기 신축성 기판 상에 위치하는 리지드 부재(rigid member) 및
    상기 신축성 기판과 상기 리지드 부재 사이에 위치하여 상기 신축성 기판과 상기 리지드 부재를 결합하는 접착층(adhesive layer)을 포함하며, 상기 접착층은 상기 신축성 기판과 공유 결합을 이루어 상기 신축성 기판과 상기 리지드 부재를 결합시키는 신축성 플랫폼.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 리지드 부재의 영률(Young's modulus)은 상기 신축성 기판의 영률에 비하여 큰 신축성 플랫폼.
  14. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 접착층은 실란 계열의 유기물층이고, 상기 신축성 기판은 실리콘계 탄성 중합체 기판인 신축성 플랫폼.
  15. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 공유 결합은 실록산(siloxane) 결합을 포함하는 신축성 플랫폼.
  16. 신축성 기판(stretchable substrate);
    상기 신축성 기판 상에 위치하는 리지드 부재(rigid member);
    상기 리지드 부재와 상기 신축성 기판의 사이에 위치하는 완충 패턴(buffer pattern);
    상기 리지드 부재와 상기 완충 패턴 사이에 위치하여 상기 리지드 부재와 상기 완충 패턴을 결합하는 접착층(adhesive layer)을 포함하며, 상기 접착층은 상기 완충 패턴과 공유 결합을 이루어 상기 리지드 부재와 완충 패턴을 결합시키는 신축성 플랫폼.
  17. 제16항에 있어서,
    상기 리지드 부재의 영률은 상기 완충 패턴의 영률에 비하여 크고,
    상기 완충 패턴의 영률은 상기 신축성 기판의 영률에 비하여 큰 신축성 플랫폼.
  18. 제16항에 있어서,
    상기 신축성 기판과 상기 완충 패턴은 공유결합에 의하여 결합된 신축성 플랫폼.
  19. 제13항에 있어서,
    상기 접착층은 실란 계열의 유기물층이고, 상기 완충 패턴은 실리콘계 탄성 중합체이며, 상기 신축성 기판은 실리콘계 탄성 중합체인 신축성 플랫폼.
  20. 제13항에 있어서,
    상기 공유 결합은 실록산(siloxane) 결합을 포함하는 신축성 플랫폼.
