本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种雾化器,所述雾化器包括雾化头以及设置在所述雾化头一端的底座组件,所述雾化头上设置有雾化腔,所述底座组件包括底座,所述底座上设置有储液槽,所述储液槽与所述雾化腔相连通,所述储液槽内设置有凸台,所述凸台上开设有至少一个通气孔,炸油时,飞溅的烟液落到所述凸台上,烟液能够沿所述凸台流入至所述储液槽内。
进一步地,所述凸台上至少部分设置为凸形曲面,所述通气孔开设在所述凸形曲面上。
进一步地,所述雾化头包括雾化套管以及设于所述雾化套管一端的雾化端 盖,所述雾化腔由所述雾化套管与所述雾化端盖形成的容腔构成,所述雾化套管远离所述雾化端盖的一端收容于所述储液槽内,且所述雾化套管的外周面与所述储液槽的槽壁紧密贴合。
进一步地,所述底座组件还包括密封件,所述底座上设置有固定槽,所述密封件上设置有与所述固定槽配合的固定柱,所述密封件通过所述固定槽和所述固定柱的配合固定连接在所述底座上。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括储液组件和烟嘴组件,所述储液组件包括储液管,所述烟嘴组件包括烟嘴,所述底座固定设于所述储液管的一端,所述烟嘴固定设于所述储液管的另一端,所述储液管的内腔形成储液腔,所述雾化头固定收容于所述储液腔内。
进一步地,所述雾化头包括相互包覆的导液元件以及发热元件,所述储液腔与所述雾化腔通过所述导液元件液体连通。
进一步地,所述导液元件至少部分设置在储液槽内。
进一步地,所述储液组件还包括收容于所述储液腔内的通气管,所述通气管的一端连接所述储液管,所述通气管的另一端连接所述雾化头,所述通气管的内腔空间形成出气通道,所述烟嘴上设置有出气口,所述出气通道分别与所述雾化腔和所述出气口相连通。
进一步地,所述烟嘴的出气口内固定设置有吸液件。
另一种雾化器,所述雾化器包括雾化头以及设置在所述雾化头一端的底座组件,所述雾化头包括雾化腔以及设置在所述雾化腔内的导液元件,所述底座组件包括底座,所述底座上设置有储液槽,所述储液槽与所述雾化腔相连通,当所述雾化器平置或者倒置时,所述储液槽内的烟液流入所述雾化腔内被所述导液元件吸附。
进一步地,所述储液槽的底部设置有凸台,所述凸台上开设有与所述雾化腔连通的通气孔。
进一步地,所述凸台上至少部分设置为凸形曲面,所述通气孔开设在所述凸形曲面上。
进一步地,所述雾化头还包括设置在所述雾化腔内的发热元件,所述底座组件还包括与所述发热元件电性连接的电极,所述凸台上开设有电极安装孔,所述电极安装在所述电极安装孔内。
进一步地,所述雾化头还包括雾化套管以及设于所述雾化套管一端的雾化端盖,所述雾化腔由所述雾化套管与所述雾化端盖形成的容腔构成,所述雾化套管远离所述雾化端盖的一端收容于所述储液槽内,且所述雾化套管的外周面与所述储液槽的槽壁相贴合。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括储液组件,所述储液组件包括储液管,所述储液管的内腔形成储液腔,所述雾化头收容于所述储液腔内,所述底座设置在所述储液管的一端。
进一步地,所述底座组件还包括密封件,所述密封件设置在所述底座上,且所述密封件的外周面与所述储液管的内周面相贴合。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括烟嘴组件,所述烟嘴组件包括烟嘴,所述烟嘴设置在所述储液管远离所述底座的一端,所述烟嘴上开设有出气口,所述储液组件还包括收容于所述储液腔内的通气管,所述通气管的内腔空间形成出气通道,所述出气通道分别与所述雾化腔和所述出气口相连通。
进一步地,所述出气口内设置有吸液件。
一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括前述任一项所述的雾化器。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的雾化器或电子烟,当发生炸油现 象时,四处飞溅的烟液附着在底座上,烟液能够沿着凸台流入至储液槽内,避免了烟液从通气孔内泄漏的情况,结构简单,效果突出,减轻了用户的清理工作,提升了用户的使用体验。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本实用新型作详细的说明。此图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。
实施例一
请参阅图1,本实用新型实施例一提供的电子烟100,该电子烟100包括雾化器10以及与雾化器10电性连接的电池组件20。请参阅图2和图3,其中,雾化器10包括储液组件11、设于储液组件11一端的烟嘴组件12、设于储液组件11另一端的底座组件13以及收容于储液组件11内的雾化头14。
请参阅图3,储液组件11包括储液管111以及固定设置在储液管111内的通气管112。
储液管111大致呈下端具有开口的中空筒状结构,储液管111的内腔形成用于存储烟液的储液腔1111,储液管111上端的中心处设置有连通储液腔1111的连通管1112。
通气管112大致呈两端具有开口的中空管状结构,通气管112的内部空间形成出气通道1121,通气管112的上端固定套装在连通管1112上以实现通气管112与储液管111的连接。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,通气管112与连通管1112上分别设置有螺纹,通气管112与储液管111通过螺纹配合螺纹连接,或,通气管 112上设置有卡扣,连通管1112上设置有卡槽,通气管112与储液管111通过卡扣和卡槽的配合卡接。
请参阅图3,烟嘴组件12包括安装于储液管111上端的烟嘴121以及固定设置在烟嘴121内的吸液件122。
烟嘴121大致呈下端具有开口的中空筒状结构,烟嘴121上对应连通管1112开设有连通出气通道1121的出气口1211。吸液件122固定设置在出气口1211内,以防止炸油时,细小的烟液颗粒经由出气口1211进入至用户口中。
使用时,用户可直接对准出气口1211抽吸烟雾,可以理解地,也可以在出气口1211上安装连通件,用户通过含住该连通件抽吸烟雾。
本实施方式中,吸液件122为棉花。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,吸液件122还可以是纤维绳、无纺布中的一种。
本实施方式中,烟嘴121上设置有卡槽(图未标出),储液管111上对应卡槽设置有卡扣(图未标出),烟嘴121与储液管111通过卡槽和卡扣的配合卡接。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,烟嘴121与储液管111还可以通过插接或螺纹连接的方式固定连接。
为了提升烟嘴121与储液管111之间的气密性,烟嘴121与储液管111之间还设置有密封圈或硅胶圈等密封件(图未标出)。
请参阅图3,底座组件13包括安装在储液管111下端的底座131以及安装在底座131上的电极132和密封件133。
请同时参阅图4-图6,底座131大致呈柱状结构,底座131上端面的中心处凹设有储液槽1311,本实施方式中,储液槽1311呈椭圆形状。储液槽1311的底部凸设有一个凸台1312,凸台1312的上端面开设有多个贯穿底座131的通气孔1314。电极132有两个,相应地,凸台1312上还开设有两个相对设置的电 极安装孔1315,一个电极132固定安装在一个电极安装孔1315内,另一个电极132固定安装在另一个电极安装孔1315内。电极132的下端与电池组件20电性连接。使用过程中,因炸油而飞溅的烟液颗粒能够沿着凸台1312流入至储液槽1311内。如此,凸台1312上不会积聚烟液,这样,通过电极安装孔1315安装在凸台1312上的电极132不会浸泡在烟液中。可以防止电极132因浸泡在烟液中而腐蚀损坏。可以理解地,通气孔1314还可以只有一个。
凸台1312的上端面至少部分设置为凸形曲面1313,通气孔1314设置在凸形曲面1313上,该凸形曲面1313能够起到导向作用,便于烟液流至储液槽1311内。本实施方式中,该凸形曲面1313为凸形圆弧面。
本实施方式中,底座131通过过盈配合连接在储液管111上,且底座131的外周面与储液管111的内周面相贴合。底座131的外周面向外延伸形成两个相对设置的定位凸起1317,储液管111上对应定位凸起1317设置有定位槽(图未标出),安装时,通过定位凸起1317与定位槽的配合关系,方便底座131和储液管111的连接。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,底座131与储液管111还可以通过螺纹连接或卡接的方式连接。
底座131的上端面位于储液槽1311相对的两侧开设有两个固定槽1316。
请参阅图7,密封件133大致呈环状结构,密封件133的下端面对应固定槽1316凸设有两个固定柱1331,密封件133通过固定柱1331和固定槽1316的配合与底座131固定连接。密封件133的中间位置设置有椭圆形的固定孔1332。当密封件133安装到位时,密封件133的外周面与储液管111的内周面紧密贴合,从而防止储液腔1111内的烟液经由储液管111与底座131的连接处泄漏出去。
本实施方式中,密封件133为硅胶圈。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施 方式中,密封件133还可以由橡胶材料制成,以起到密封作用。
请同时参阅图3、图8和图9,雾化头14包括雾化套管141、设于雾化套管141上端的雾化端盖142以及设置在雾化套管141上的导液元件143和发热元件144。
雾化套管141大致呈两端具有开口的筒状中空结构,雾化套管141的外部轮廓与固定孔1332相匹配,雾化套管141固定穿设于固定孔1332后,雾化套管141的下端收容在储液槽1311内,且雾化套管141的外周面与储液槽1311的槽壁紧密贴合。由于密封件133紧密套设在雾化套管141上,密封件133能够对雾化套管141起到固定作用,防止雾化套管141发生错位后使得储液槽1311内的烟液流动至储液槽1311的外部。
请同时参阅图8和图9,雾化套管141的侧壁上开设有两个相对设置的安装槽1411,安装槽1411为U形结构且连通雾化套管141的上端。导液元件143的两端分别搭接在安装槽1411上,以用于吸收储液腔1111内的烟液,发热元件144包覆在导液元件143上,发热元件144的两端分别与对应的电极132电性连接。本实施方式中,导液元件143为棉花,发热元件144为加热丝。可以理解地,导液元件143还可以是多孔陶瓷、纤维绳、泡沫金属、泡沫石墨中的一种、两种或两种以上的组合,导液元件143也可以包覆在发热元件144上。
雾化端盖142大致呈环状结构,雾化端盖142的下端与雾化套管141通过过盈配合固定连接。请参阅图3,雾化套管141与雾化端盖142之间形成的容腔构成连通储液槽1311的雾化腔145。请同时参阅图9,雾化端盖142的上端向上延伸形成连通雾化腔145的连接管1421,连接管1421固定套设于通气管112的下端,以使得出气通道1121与雾化腔145相连通。
请参阅图1,电池组件20包括与储液管111连接的电池杆21以及固定装设 于电池杆21内的电池22。本实施方式中,电池杆21的内侧壁上设置有卡扣(图未标出),储液管111的外壁上设置有与卡扣(图未标出)配合的卡槽(图未标出),电池杆21与储液管111通过卡扣和卡槽的配合固定卡接。电池22与电极132电性连接,以给发热元件144提供电驱动,导液元件143吸收的烟液在发热元件144的作用下被加热雾化成烟雾,烟雾充满于雾化腔145内。
为了便于外部空气进入雾化器10,电池杆21的侧壁上开设有与通气孔1314连通的进气孔(图未示出)。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的雾化器10的使用过程。
请参阅图3,用户吸食时,外部空气经由进气孔、通气孔1314进入至雾化腔145内与烟雾混合后,依次经由出气通道1121与出气口1211进入至用户口中。
当由于雾化不充分而导致炸油现象发生时,烟液便以小液滴状四处飞溅。请参阅图4-图6,当烟液飞溅至底座131的凸台1312上时,在凸形曲面1313的引导作用下,烟液流入至储液槽1311内,有效防止了烟液经由通气孔1314流到雾化器10之外。当烟液飞溅至雾化套管141与雾化端盖142的内壁时,烟液便沿着雾化套管141的内壁流入至储液槽1311内。请参阅图3,当烟液朝向烟嘴121飞溅时,最终被设置在出气口1211内的吸液件122阻挡并吸收。
可以理解地,除了能够收集炸油时,飞溅的小液滴状的烟液外,由于储液槽1311与雾化腔145是连通的,因此,其他进入雾化腔145后,未能以烟雾的形式从出气通道1121、出气口1211流出的烟液均能被储液槽1311收集。例如,使用完毕后,未流出的烟雾冷凝成小液滴,这些小液滴可以被储液槽1311收集。又例如,储液腔1111内的烟液泄漏至雾化腔145内后,这些泄漏的烟液也能够被储液槽1311收集。
同时,由于气流从通气孔1314吸入,飞溅在凸台1312上的烟液又会在气流的带动下扬起,从而沿着凸台1312流入至储液槽1311内。
用户使用完毕后,将雾化器10平置或者倒置,储液槽1311内的烟液便沿着雾化套管141的内壁流动至导液元件143上,从而被导液元件143吸收,供下一次雾化使用。由此,储液槽1311内的烟液被充分利用,避免了因储液槽1311内的烟液存储过多而从通气孔1314泄漏的情况。
本实用新型的雾化器10,当发生炸油现象时,四处飞溅的烟液附着在底座131上,在凸台1312的凸形曲面1313的引导作用下,烟液流入至储液槽1311内,避免了烟液从凸台1312上设置的通气孔1314内泄漏的情况,结构简单,效果突出,减轻了用户的清理工作,提升了用户的使用体验。
本实用新型提供的电子烟100,因该电子烟100具有上述雾化器10全部的技术特征,故该电子烟100具有与上述雾化器10相同的技术效果。
实施例二
请参阅图10,本实施例二提供的电子烟100与实施例一的电子烟100的区别就在于,导液元件143部分向下延伸至储液槽1311内。此时,沿着凸台1312流入至储液槽1311内的烟液能够及时被导液元件143吸收利用,避免储液槽1311内的烟液过多而没过凸台1312,导致烟液经由通气孔1314内泄漏。与实施例一的电子烟100相比,在无需平置或倒置电子烟100的情况下,储液槽1311内的烟液也能够被导液元件143吸收利用,进一步避免了储液槽1311内存储烟液过多而导致泄漏的情况。
以上述依据本实用新型的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本实用新型的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项实用新型的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范 围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器(10)包括雾化头(14)以及设置在所述雾化头(14)一端的底座组件(13),所述雾化头(14)上设置有雾化腔(145),所述底座组件(13)包括底座(131),所述底座(131)上设置有储液槽(1311),所述储液槽(1311)与所述雾化腔(145)相连通,所述储液槽(1311)内设置有凸台(1312),所述凸台(1312)上开设有至少一个通气孔(1314),炸油时,飞溅的烟液落到所述凸台(1312)上,烟液能够沿所述凸台(1312)流入至所述储液槽(1311)内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述凸台(1312)上至少部分设置为凸形曲面(1313),所述通气孔(1314)开设在所述凸形曲面(1313)上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头(14)包括雾化套管(141)以及设于所述雾化套管(141)一端的雾化端盖(142),所述雾化腔(145)由所述雾化套管(141)与所述雾化端盖(142)形成的容腔构成,所述雾化套管(141)远离所述雾化端盖(142)的一端收容于所述储液槽(1311)内,且所述雾化套管(141)的外周面与所述储液槽(1311)的槽壁紧密贴合。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述底座组件(13)还包括密封件(133),所述底座(131)上设置有固定槽(1316),所述密封件(133)上设置有与所述固定槽(1316)配合的固定柱(1331),所述密封件(133)通过所述固定槽(1316)和所述固定柱(1331)的配合固定连接在所述底座(131)上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器(10)还包括储液组件(11)和烟嘴组件(12),所述储液组件(11)包括储液管(111),所述烟嘴组件(12)包括烟嘴(121),所述底座(131)固定设于所述储液管(111) 的一端,所述烟嘴(121)固定设于所述储液管(111)的另一端,所述储液管(111)的内腔形成储液腔(1111),所述雾化头(14)固定收容于所述储液腔(1111)内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头(14)包括相互包覆的导液元件(143)以及发热元件(144),所述储液腔(1111)与所述雾化腔(145)通过所述导液元件(143)液体连通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述导液元件(143)部分设置在所述储液槽(1311)内。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液组件(11)还包括收容于所述储液腔(1111)内的通气管(112),所述通气管(112)的一端连接所述储液管(111),所述通气管(112)的另一端连接所述雾化头(14),所述通气管(112)的内腔空间形成出气通道(1121),所述烟嘴(121)上设置有出气口(1211),所述出气通道(1121)分别与所述雾化腔(145)和所述出气口(1211)相连通。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述烟嘴(121)的出气口(1211)内固定设置有吸液件(122)。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟(100)包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的雾化器(10)。
  11. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器(10)包括雾化头(14)以及设置在所述雾化头(14)一端的底座组件(13),所述雾化头(14)包括雾化腔(145)以及设置在所述雾化腔(145)内的导液元件(143),所述底座组件(13)包括底座(131),所述底座(131)上设置有储液槽(1311),所述储液槽(1311)与所述雾化腔(145)相连通,当所述雾化器平置或者倒置时,所述储液槽(1311) 内的烟液流入所述雾化腔(145)内被所述导液元件(143)吸附。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液槽(1311)的底部设置有凸台(1312),所述凸台(1312)上开设有与所述雾化腔(145)连通的通气孔(1314)。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述凸台(1312)上至少部分设置为凸形曲面(1313),所述通气孔(1314)开设在所述凸形曲面(1313)上。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头(14)还包括设置在所述雾化腔(145)内的发热元件(144),所述底座组件(13)还包括与所述发热元件(144)电性连接的电极(132),所述凸台(1312)上开设有电极安装孔(1315),所述电极(132)安装在所述电极安装孔(1315)内。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头(14)还包括雾化套管(141)以及设于所述雾化套管(141)一端的雾化端盖(142),所述雾化腔(145)由所述雾化套管(141)与所述雾化端盖(142)形成的容腔构成,所述雾化套管(141)远离所述雾化端盖(142)的一端收容于所述储液槽(1311)内,且所述雾化套管(141)的外周面与所述储液槽(1311)的槽壁相贴合。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器(10)还包括储液组件,所述储液组件包括储液管,所述储液管(111)的内腔形成储液腔(1111),所述雾化头(14)收容于所述储液腔(1111)内,所述底座(131)设置在所述储液管(111)的一端。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述底座组件(13)还包括密封件(133),所述密封件(133)设置在所述底座(131)上,且所述密封件(133)的外周面与所述储液管(111)的内周面相贴合。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器(10)还包括烟嘴组件(12),所述烟嘴组件(12)包括烟嘴(121),所述烟嘴(121)设置在所述储液管(111)远离所述底座(131)的一端,所述烟嘴(121)上开设有出气口(1211),所述储液组件(11)还包括收容于所述储液腔(111)内的通气管(112),所述通气管(112)的内腔空间形成出气通道(1121),所述出气通道(1121)分别与所述雾化腔(145)和所述出气口(1211)相连通。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述出气口(1211)内设置有吸液件(122)。
  20. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟(100)包括如权利要求11-10任一项所述的雾化器(10)。
