Description

一种洗衣机台面以及洗衣机 技术领域
本实用新型属于洗衣机技术领域，具体涉及一种洗衣机台面、以及具有该台面的洗衣机。
 背景技术
目前，滚筒洗衣机的台面板在设计生产中，为了保证外观美观，防水安全等性能，需要由5～7个零件经过复杂的涂胶工艺组合而成。组装的过程中，需要多次涂胶，耗费大量的人工和胶，产品生产效率很低，由于是多件组合而成，无法实现机械自动化生产。
并在台面与箱体固定后，经常出现台面和箱体之间的闪缝大，以及闪缝不均匀等，严重影响洗衣机的外观效果。
 技术问题
本实用新型针对现有技术中存在的上述问题，提供一种洗衣机台面，结构简单、装配严密、外观效果好。
 技术解决方案
一种洗衣机台面，位于洗衣机箱体的顶部，所述台面包括台面板、以及固定在所述台面板外侧的边框，所述箱体的上端设有向内的折边，在所述折边与边框之间设有卡合固定结构。
进一步的，所述卡合固定结构为设置在所述折边上的卡扣、以及设置在所述边框上并与所述卡扣相匹配的卡槽。
进一步的，所述边框上设有向内延伸的卡板，所述卡槽开设在所述卡板上。
进一步的，所述卡扣包括柱形的本体、以及设有本体外侧并可弹性变形的卡爪。
进一步的，所述卡爪具有沿所述本体的顶部倾斜向下向外延伸的引导部、以及沿所述引导部向下并向内延伸的卡合部，所述卡合部与本体之间具有一定的距离。
进一步的，所述卡爪还具有沿所述卡合部的下端向下延伸的延伸部。
进一步的，所述卡扣还具有用于将其固定在折边上的紧固件，所述本体为空心结构，所述紧固件穿过空心的本体并与折边固定。
进一步的，所述箱体还具有与所述折边搭接的加强L形加强件，所述加强件具有与所述折边搭接的搭接部、以及沿所述搭接部内侧向下折弯延伸的折弯部。

本实用新型提供的洗衣机台面，通过设置所述台面包括台面板、以及固定在所述台面板外侧的边框，边框可采用整体注塑成型，简化台面的结构，有利于提高装配速度，提高效率；并在所述箱体的上端设有向内的折边，在所述折边与边框之间设有卡合固定结构，有利于加强折边与边框之间的固定，避免闪缝过大，增加外观的美观性；并有利于减少固定螺钉的数量，以及便于台面的安装和拆卸，提高工作效率。

在本发明的描述中，需要说明的是，术语 “内”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的位置关系，仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述，而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作，因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参阅图1-图8，是本实用新型所提出的洗衣机台面的一个实施例，洗衣机台面10，位于滚筒洗衣机箱体20的顶部，其中，台面10包括台面板1、以及固定在台面板1外侧的边框2，箱体20的上端设有向内的折边201，在折边201与边框2之间设有卡合固定结构。通过设置台面10包括台面板1、以及固定在台面板1外侧的边框2，边框2可采用整体注塑成型，简化台面10的结构，有利于提高装配速度，提高效率；并在箱体20的上端设有向内的折边201，在折边201与边框2之间设有卡合固定结构，有利于加强折边201与边框2之间的固定，避免闪缝过大，增加外观的美观性；并有利于减少固定螺钉的数量，以及便于台面10的安装和拆卸，提高工作效率。
本实施例中，参见图7所示，卡合固定结构为设置在折边201上的卡扣31、以及设置在边框2上并与卡扣31相匹配的卡槽32，这样通过在折边201上设置卡扣31、在边框2上卡合固定的卡槽32，有利于加强折边201与边框2之间的固定，避免闪缝过大，增加外观的美观性。
本实施例中，台面10安装到箱体20后，边框2的下端面位于折边201上，并且边框2的外侧面与箱体10的外侧面平齐；在边框2上设有向内延伸的卡板21，卡板21上设有上述的卡槽32，卡扣31竖直向上固定在折边201上，卡槽32为水平设置，在台面10安装到箱体20时，通过向下按压台面10，使得卡槽32与卡扣31卡合固定，便于卡合固定；并且卡板21位于边框2的内侧，在外观上看不到，有利于保持外观的美观性。
参见图8所示，具体说明本实施例中卡扣31的具体结构，卡扣31包括柱形的本体311、以及设有本体311外侧并可变形的卡爪312，在卡槽32与卡扣31卡合时，通过卡爪312的变形进行卡合固定。具体的，卡爪312具有沿本体311的顶部倾斜向下向外延伸的引导部3121、以及沿引导部3121向下并向内延伸的卡合部3122，并且卡合部3122与本体311之间具有一定的可变形距离；通过设置引导部3121有利于卡槽32的向下移动、有利于卡爪的变形，卡爪312在卡槽32的挤压下向内移动变形，也就是向靠近本体311的方向变形；在卡槽32向下移动通过引导部3121和卡合部3122后，卡爪312弹性复位与卡槽32之间卡合固定。
卡爪312还具有沿卡合部3122的下端向下延伸的延伸部3123，在卡槽32与卡扣31卡合固定后，卡槽32与延伸部3123接触，这样由于卡槽32与卡扣31之间的拆卸，在卡槽32受到一定的向上的拉力时，在延伸部3123和卡合部3122的引导下，卡槽32可以与卡爪31脱离，便于台面10的拆卸。
卡扣31还具有用于将其固定在折边201上的紧固件313，其中本体311为空心结构，紧固件313穿过空心的本体311并与折边201固定，优选的紧固件313为螺钉，这样可以从上端操作将卡扣31固定在折边201上，便于固定操作，有利于提高安装效率。
本实施例中，参见图7所示，箱体20还具有与折边201搭接的加强L形加强件202，其中加强件202具有与折边202搭接的搭接部、以及沿搭接部内侧向下折弯延伸的折弯部，这样有利于增加折边201处的结构强度，对台面形成更好的支撑；也就使得卡扣31从下端固定不方便，需要从上部安装固定。
本实施例中，卡扣31与卡槽32设置在左右两侧，主要用于避免边框2与箱体20之间的闪缝太大；当然在其他实施例中，可以设置多个卡扣31与卡槽32用于卡合固定。
本实施例中，参见图4所示，在边框2上前端还设有向下延伸的卡柱33，在折边201上设有与卡柱33相匹配的卡口34，通过卡柱33和卡口34的卡合用于使得边框2的前端与箱体20的前端固定。并且卡口34设置在边框上，而卡槽32设置在边框2上，这样特意形成错位设计，有利于卡合固定后的牢固性。
本实施例中，参见图5所示，在边框2的后端设有向下延伸的固定部22，固定部222通过螺钉固定在箱体20上，这样将边框2的后端与箱体20固定，这样就在边框2的后端通过螺钉固定，其他均为卡合固定，有利于提高台面10的安装或者拆卸的速度，节约操作工时，降低生产成本。

  1. 一种洗衣机台面，位于洗衣机箱体的顶部，其特征在于，所述台面包括台面板、以及固定在所述台面板外侧的边框，所述箱体的上端设有向内的折边，在所述折边与边框之间设有卡合固定结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的台面，其特征在于，所述卡合固定结构为设置在所述折边上的卡扣、以及设置在所述边框上并与所述卡扣相匹配的卡槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的台面，其特征在于，所述边框上设有向内延伸的卡板，所述卡槽开设在所述卡板上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的台面，其特征在于，所述卡扣包括柱形的本体、以及设有本体外侧并可弹性变形的卡爪。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的台面，其特征在于，所述卡爪具有沿所述本体的顶部倾斜向下向外延伸的引导部、以及沿所述引导部向下并向内延伸的卡合部，所述卡合部与本体之间具有一定的距离。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的台面，其特征在于，所述卡爪还具有沿所述卡合部的下端向下延伸的延伸部。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的台面，其特征在于，所述卡扣还具有用于将其固定在折边上的紧固件，所述本体为空心结构，所述紧固件穿过空心的本体并与折边固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的台面，其特征在于，所述卡合固定结构为设在所述边框上的卡柱、以及设置所述折边上的卡口。
