생체 정보를 처리하는 회로 모듈에 있어서, 렌즈 모듈 및 이미지 센서를 포함하는 카메라 모듈, 상기 이미지 센서가 획득한 이미지로부터 적어도 하나의 생체 정보를 획득하고, 상기 획득된 생체 정보를 처리하는 프로세서 모듈 및 상기 획득된 생체 정보 및 상기 획득된 생체 정보를 처리하기 위한 적어도 하나의 알고리즘이 저장된 메모리 모듈을 포함하고, 상기 카메라 모듈, 프로세서 모듈 및 메모리 모듈은 SiP(System in Package) 또는 MCP(Multi Chip Package) 단일 칩 형태로 구성되는 회로 모듈이 개시된다.
