进一步地,所述连接部内设置有至少一个卡孔,所述控制按键2设置有与卡孔匹配的卡爪。
具体的,所述连接部内可以设置多个卡孔,并均匀的设置在所述容置腔室3。同时,所述控制按键2为圆台结构,所述卡爪均匀设置在所述圆台结构的侧面。
例如,所述连接部设置四个卡孔时,则所述卡孔均匀的设置在所述容置腔室3内周,相邻两个卡孔的夹角为90℃。当所述连接部设置三个卡孔时,则相邻两个卡孔的夹角为180℃。当所述连接不设置两个卡孔时,则相邻两个卡孔之间的夹角为180℃。
进一步地,所述连接部设有第一卡孔5,并设置于所述容置腔室3内周底部,所述控制按键2底部设置有与第一卡孔5匹配的第一卡爪6。
进一步地,所述第一卡爪6为卡钩结构、或者楔形结构、或者三角形结构。
优选的,所述第一卡爪6为三角形结构。
具体的,所述的第一卡爪6设置在所述控制按键2的中部。所述第一卡爪6的第一边与所述控制按键2的侧面匹配,并重合设置。同时,所述第一边的长度是所述控制按键2侧面腰线的长度的1/2-1/3。所述第一卡爪6的第二边沿竖直方向,设置在所述控制按键2的前部,并与所述控制按键2的底面平行。所述第二边的长度是所述控制按键2底面直径长度的1/10-1/15。并且,本实施例中所述的第一卡孔5为凹槽结构;优选的,所述凹槽结构沿所述容置腔室3内部的方向设置一第二斜面。并且,所述第二斜面与第一卡爪6的第三边配合。
进一步地,所述连接部还设有第二卡孔7,并设置于所述容置腔室3内周顶部,所述控制按键2顶部还设置有与第二卡孔7匹配的第二卡爪8;
优选的,所述第二卡孔7的边缘设置有一凹槽9;
更优选的,所述凹槽9至少一边设为斜面。
具体的,本实施例中所述凹槽9朝向所述控制按键2的一面设置为第一斜面10,并且,第一斜面10与所述容置腔室3光滑连接。本实施例中设置的第一斜面10能够更有利于拆卸控制按键2。
进一步地,所述第二卡爪8为弹性部件;
优选的,所述第二卡爪8包括弹性连接部、和设置在弹性连接部一端的卡钩。
具体的,所述第一斜面10与所述第二卡爪8的弹性连接部的中部接触,并将所述弹性连接部部分面向所述第一斜面10,有利于所述控制按键2能够更加方便的安装和拆卸在所述容置腔室3中。例如,当用户通过所述凹槽9向弹性连接部施加一作用力时,所述弹性连接部产生一弹性形变,并带动所述卡钩从所述的第二卡孔7中移出,然后所述控制按键2在沿远离所述容置腔室3方向的作用力下,向外倾斜并从所述容置腔室3内取出所述控制按键2。
本实施例所述洗衣机还包括控制器,所述操作面板1与控制器连接,并向所述控制发送控制指令。
综上所述,本实施例所述洗衣机解决了儿童误碰按键随意操作洗衣机进而造成安全事故的问题,本实施例中所述洗衣机在操作面板1上设置可自由取放的控制按 键2;同时,所述控制按键2与洗衣机控制器无线连接,便于用户将所述洗衣机的控制按键2放置在安全的位置实现控制的功能,确保所述洗衣机安全的运行。
实施例二
如图3所示,本实施例与上述实施例的区别在于,本实施例所述控制按键2与洗衣机的控制器无线连接;
优选的,所述控制按键2内还设有通信模块,所述通信模块与洗衣机的控制器连接,其中,所述通信模块用于将按动所述控制按键2形成的控制指令,发送至控制器。
具体的,所述通行模块包括与洗衣机控制器连接的无线连接单元、控制单元;所述无线连接单元与控制单元连接,其中:
所述控制单元,所述用户按动控制按键2则触发控制单元生成对应的控制指令;
所述的无线连接单元,获取所述控制指令,并将所述控制指令发送至控制器。
本实施例中所述控制按键2可以通过无线与控制器相互通信,并控制洗衣机。提高了所述洗衣机控制的便捷性。
进一步地,所述控制按键2内还设置有与所述通信模块连接的能量转换模块,所述能量转换装置将按动控制按键2过程所生成的动能转换成电能,并将所述电能为通信模块供电。
具体的,所述能量转换装置当按动所述控制按键2时出发所述能量转换装置内的电容放电,进而将所述电容中储存的电能给所述通信模块供电。
同时,所述控制按键2的底部还可以设置粘贴部,通过所述粘贴部可以将所述控制按键2粘贴在高处,一方面可以防止儿童碰触并误操作,另一方面方便了控制按键2的放置,并且可放置在所述用户便于控制的位置。
或者,所述容置腔室3内还设置有感应单元,所述感应单元与洗衣机的控制器连接,当所述容置腔室3中的感应单元感应到有控制按键2,才触发所述容置腔室3对应控制按键2的控制指令。
综上所述,本实施例所述洗衣机解决了控制按键2与所述控制器的无线通信的问题,本实施例中所述控制按键2通过在内部设置能量转换装置给通信模块供电,实现了控制按键2的单独设置以及与所述控制器的通信。一方面能够使得所述洗衣 机操作面板1的容置腔室3光滑,不需要设置端口,保证所述控制按键2拆卸后所述容置腔室3安全无危险。同时,还可以单独的设置所述控制按键2,便于用户的控制所述洗衣机。提高了所述用户的体验感。
实施例三
如图1和图4所示,本实施例与上述实施例的区别在于,本实施例所述控制按键2与洗衣机的控制器无线连接;
优选的,所述控制按键2内还设置有通信模块,所述通信模块与洗衣机控制器连接,其中,所述通信模块用于将按动所述控制按键2形成的控制指令,发送至控制器。
进一步地,所述容置腔室3内设置与控制器连接的电源连接模块,所述电源连接模块与所述控制按键2连接并为通信模块供电。
具体的,所述容置腔室3内设置有一端子,所述端子包括电源连接模块和通信匹配模块;所述电源连接模块和通信匹配模块分别与所述控制按键2连接;并且所述电源连接模块为通信模块供电,所述通信匹配模块与通信模块进行匹配验证。所述端子只有当所述通信匹配模块通过匹配验证后,才会对应发送控制指令。避免了误操作该端子进而控制所述洗衣机。
同时,所述控制按键2还可以根据用户的使用习惯,重新布局功能按键,使得用户更加便利。
上述实施例中的实施方案可以进一步组合或者替换,且实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施例进行描述,并非对本发明的构思和范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计思想的前提下,本领域中专业技术人员对本发明的技术方案做出的各种变化和改进,均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种洗衣机,包括洗衣机主体,其特征在于:所述洗衣机主体上设有至少一个可自由取放的控制按键。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗衣机还包括设置于洗衣机主体上的操作面板,所述操作面板上设有至少一容置腔室,所述容置腔室内设置至少一个可自由取放的控制按键。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述容置腔室包括至少一个与所述控制按键匹配的按键槽、和设置于容置腔室内周的连接部,所述控制按键与所述连接部连接;优选的,所述控制按键与所述连接部卡接、或者螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述连接部内设置有至少一个卡孔,所述控制按键设置有与卡孔匹配的卡爪。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述连接部设有第一卡孔,并设置于所述容置腔室内周底部,所述控制按键底部设置有与第一卡孔匹配的第一卡爪。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述第一卡爪为卡钩结构、或者楔形结构、或者三角形结构。
- 根据权利要求3-6任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述连接部还设有第二卡孔,并设置于所述容置腔室内周顶部,所述控制按键顶部还设置有与第二卡孔匹配的第二卡爪;优选的,所述第二卡孔的边缘设置有一凹槽;更优选的,所述凹槽至少一边设为斜面。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述第二卡爪为弹性部件;优选的,所述第二卡爪包括弹性连接部、和设置在弹性连接部一端的卡钩。
- 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述控制按键与洗衣机的控制器无线连接;优选的,所述控制按键内设有通信模块,所述通信模块与洗衣机的控制器无线连接,其中,所述通信模块用于将按动所述控制按键形成的控制指令,发送至控制 器。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述控制按键内还设置有与所述通信模块连接的能量转换模块,所述能量转换装置将按动控制按键过程所生成的动能转换成电能,并将所述电能为通信模块供电;或者,所述容置腔室内设置与控制器连接的电源连接模块,所述电源连接模块与所述控制按键连接并为通信模块供电。
