本发明涉及终端设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种终端设备的壳件组件及终端。
背景技术
目前,智能手机、智能手表和平板电脑等各类终端设备,已经使用到每个人的日常生活中。随之人们的使用要求越来越高,对于此类终端设备的防水性能的要求也越来越高。
现有技术中,终端设备屏幕的覆盖玻璃与终端设备的连接包括两种常见的方式。其中,一种为双面胶粘胶,另一种为胶水点胶。点胶具有防水的效果,但是随着防水等级的提高,在覆盖玻璃与支撑件的连接处也可能会导致漏水。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种终端设备的壳件组件及终端,可以实现提高终端设备的壳体与覆盖玻璃之间的防水密封性能。
一方面,本发明具体实施例提供了一种终端设备的壳体组件。包括前壳组件和覆盖玻璃,所述前壳组件包括前壳和设置在所述前壳表面的多个支撑件,所述前壳表面间隔的设置有第一导胶槽,所述支撑件的表面设置有第二导胶槽,所述第一导胶槽和所述第二导胶槽在所述前壳表面的投影为完整且无重合的环形通过在所述第一导胶槽和所述第二导胶槽设置点胶,使覆盖玻璃与前壳组件密封连接。通过在所述前壳组件的导胶槽上设置点胶,提高覆盖玻璃与前壳组件之间的防水密封性能。

图3为本发明具体实施例提供的一种壳体组件支撑件位置点胶后的结构示意图。其中,图3a为剖面示意图,3b为俯视图。图4为本发明具体实施例提供的一种壳体组件的前壳位置进行点胶后的结构示意图。其中,图4a为剖面示意图,4b为俯视图。如图3和图4所示,在所述导胶槽203上进行点胶204,从而使所述覆盖玻璃205与前壳组件20连接。
图5为本发明具体实施例提供的一种壳体组件与覆盖玻璃连接后支撑件位置的局部剖视图。其中,图5a为剖面示意图,5b为俯视图。图6为本发明具体实施例提供的一种壳体组件与覆盖玻璃连接后前壳位置的局部剖视图。如图6所示,其中,图6a为剖面示意图,6b为俯视图。如图5和图6所示,当所述前壳组件20与覆盖玻璃205连接时,所述点胶204被挤压。由于支撑件202上包括导胶槽203,所述点胶204沿支撑件202散开,前壳组件20与覆盖玻璃205之间的连接更加紧密。由于支撑件202也包括导胶槽203,所述导胶槽203被点胶204分为第一支撑面2025和第二支撑面2026。所述第一支撑面2025和第二支撑面2026之间通过点胶204形成的密封面206密封。由于支撑件202和覆盖玻璃205的连接面容易出现缝隙,通过穿过支撑件202的导胶槽203,使支撑件202与前壳组件20之间形成密封面206。
在本发明的具体实施例中,所述前壳组件上设置的导胶槽可以是多种形式。图7为本发明具体实施例提供的一种壳体组件。其中,图7a为前壳位置的局部剖面图,图7b为支撑件位置的局部剖面图。如图7所述,包括第一环形投影导胶槽2031、第二环形投影导胶槽2032和第三环形投影导胶槽2033。从而使前壳组件20与覆盖玻璃205连接后形成更多道密封面206,提高了前壳组件20与覆盖玻璃205之间的密封性能。
在本发明的具体实施了中,还提供了一种终端设备的壳体组件连接方法。在所述前壳表面的第一导胶槽上设置第一点胶,在所述支撑件的第二导胶槽上设置第二点胶。所述第二点胶覆盖支撑件,所述第一点胶与第二点胶在前壳侧壁的方向上高度相同。通过所述第一点胶和第二点胶使前壳组件与覆盖玻璃连接。
在本发明的具体实施例中,所述终端设备为手机、平板电脑等任意设备。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种终端设备的壳体组件,其特征在于,包括前壳组件和覆盖玻璃,所述前壳组件包括前壳和设置在所述前壳表面的多个支撑件,所述前壳表面间隔的设置有第一导胶槽,所述支撑件的表面设置有第二导胶槽,所述第一导胶槽和所述第二导胶槽在所述前壳表面的投影为完整且无重合的环形,通过在所述第一导胶槽和所述第二导胶槽设置点胶,使覆盖玻璃与前壳组件密封连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述前壳包括前壳侧壁和前壳底壁;
    所述支撑件为六面体,包括平行设置的上表面、下表面,以及设置在上、下表面之间的四个外立面;
    其中,所述下表面贴设于所述前壳底壁,所述支撑件远离所述前壳侧壁的一边垂直所述前壳底壁,所述支撑件的其它3个面中至少一个面为斜面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第一导胶槽和所述第二导胶槽均为多个,所述第一导胶槽和所述第二导胶槽在所述前壳表面的投影为多个完整且无重合的多个环形,至少一个环形与所述支撑件在所述前壳表面的投影部分重合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述导胶槽通过激光镭雕形成。
  5. 一种终端,包括如权利要求1-4任一项所述的壳体组件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端为手机。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端为平板电脑。
  8. 一种对权利要求1-4所述的终端设备的壳体组件的连接方法,其特征在于,所述前壳表面的第一导胶槽上设置第一点胶,在所述支撑件的第二导胶槽上设置第二点胶;所述第二点胶覆盖支撑件,所述第一点胶与所述第二点胶在前壳侧壁的方向上高度相同;通过所述第一点胶和所述第二点胶使所述前壳组件与所述覆盖玻璃连接。
