[Method of enhancing bactericidal effect]
The present invention is a method for enhancing the bactericidal effect of the component (A), using the component (A) in combination with the component (B) and the optional component (C),
The (C) component / (A) component is 0 or more and 1.2 or less, which is a mass ratio of the amount of any component (C) used and the amount of component (A) used,
The (B) component + (C) component] / (A) component is a mass ratio of the total amount of the (B) component and the optional component (C) used and the component (A) used. 1 or more and 6 or less,
The present invention relates to a method for enhancing the bactericidal effect.
In the method for enhancing the bactericidal effect of the present invention, the enhancement of the bactericidal effect means that the bactericidal effect of the component (A) is improved.
Moreover, in the method for enhancing the bactericidal effect of the present invention, the enhancement of the bactericidal effect includes that the bactericidal effect of the component (A) is not significantly impaired by the combined use of the anionic surfactant. This is because it is generally expected that the bactericidal effect of component (A) is greatly reduced by the combined use of an anionic surfactant. This is because it can be determined that an improved bactericidal effect is obtained. In the present invention, since the sterilizing effect of the component (A) can be maintained at least by using the component (B) and the optional component (C) under the predetermined conditions, the sterilizing effect of the component (A) is enhanced. It can be said.
In the present invention, for example, when the bactericidal activity ratio measured by the method of the example is 0.7 or more and 1 or less, it can be said that the bactericidal effect is maintained. Moreover, when the said bactericidal activity ratio exceeds 1, it may be said that the bactericidal effect is improved.
For example, in the method for enhancing the bactericidal effect of the present invention, the bactericidal activity ratio measured by the method of the example is preferably 0.7 or more, more preferably more than 1, still more preferably 1.1 or more, more preferably 1.3 or more, more preferably 1.5 or more, still more preferably 1.7 or more, and still more preferably 2.0 or more.
Generally, it is known that when an anionic surfactant is used in combination with a cationic surfactant, the cationic surfactant forms a complex with the anionic surfactant and the bactericidal effect of the cationic surfactant is reduced. However, in the present invention, the bactericidal effect of the component (A) is enhanced by using the specific sulfate ester salt as the component (B) in combination with the specific quaternary ammonium salt as the component (A). An unexpected effect is achieved.
In the method for enhancing the bactericidal effect of the present invention, from the viewpoint of maintaining the bactericidal effect of the component (A), it is a mass ratio between the amount used of any component (C) and the amount used of the component (A). The cultured bacteria are suspended in sterilized ion-exchanged water and centrifuged (2800 r / min × 15 minutes). D = 1.2 (approximately 10 9 cfu / ml). A solution (100 g) was prepared by diluting 0.1 g of the fungicide composition described in Table 2 or 0.1 g of the cleaning composition for clothing described in Table 3 with ion-exchanged water. Bacteria were added to a solution obtained by diluting the disinfectant composition or the detergent composition for clothing so that the amount of the bacteria would be 10 7 cfu / ml, and contacted at 25 ° C. and 150 rpm for 15 minutes to prepare a test solution. 0.5 ml of the test solution is dropped into 4.5 ml of LP diluent (Nippon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) to inactivate the bactericidal components, and then the extract is serially diluted, and the SCD-LP agar medium (Nippon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) And then cultivated at 37 ° C. for 1 day. The number of colonies obtained was counted, and the common logarithm of the number of viable bacteria treated with sterilized ion-exchanged water was subtracted from the common logarithm of the number of viable bacteria of each Example or Comparative Example (logarithmic value) Was defined as a bactericidal activity value (1). The bactericidal activity value was similarly determined using the control bactericidal composition or the control clothing cleaning composition corresponding to each example or comparative example, and this was defined as bactericidal activity value (2). The bactericidal composition having a bactericidal activity value (1) / bactericidal activity value (2) of 0.7 or more, which is the ratio of the bactericidal activity value (1) to the bactericidal activity value (2), was accepted. When the bactericidal activity value (1) / bactericidal activity value (2) is 0.7 or more and 1 or less, the bactericidal effect is maintained, and when it exceeds 1, it can be said that the bactericidal effect is enhanced. The bactericidal activity value (1) / bactericidal activity value (2) is the bactericidal activity ratio.

<Cleaning conditions>
The artificially contaminated cloth is placed in a cleaning liquid (30 ° C.) in which 3 g of the detergent composition for clothing shown in Table 3 is added to 1 liter of water having a hardness of 10 ° dH (Ca / Mg = 6/4, mass ratio). I put five. Next, a 6 cm × 12 cm cotton / polyester broad blended dyeing cloth was introduced, and the bath ratio was adjusted to 20 L / g. Washing was performed with a tartometer at 180 rpm for 3 minutes.
The detergency was evaluated by visual observation of the degree of soiling before and after cleaning of the raw cloth before contamination and the artificially contaminated cloth. The dirt adhering to the test cloth before washing was washed with the detergent composition for clothing shown in Table 3, and the remaining degree of dirt was reduced, which was a satisfactory level as a detergent.
