Abstract

本发明公开了一种可选择水道的水槽模块及其洗衣机,包括设置有水道的水路板,至少一个水道上设置水道卡件,通过水道卡件阻断水道或者选择导通不同的水道。在生产洗衣机时,不同洗衣机可以共用同一水槽模块,通过选择不同的水道卡件与不同位置的卡口配合,阻断水道或者选择导通不同的水道,以实现不同的洗衣机功能,本发明所述的水槽模块提高了部件通用化率,降低了成本,提高生产效率,且操作简单,易实现,对水槽模块进行了统一化。

一种可选择水道的水槽模块及其洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于洗衣机水槽模块领域,具体地说,涉及一种可选择水道的水槽模块及其洗衣机。
背景技术
在实际的生活中,由于不同的区域,不同的客户对洗衣机的功能需求不同,例如,澳洲市场对洗衣机没有添加漂白剂的要求,而美国市场有针对漂白剂的特殊要求,在美国的市场上销售的滚筒洗衣机要求有添加漂白剂的盒,另外,针对同一个市场,不同的客户对洗衣机的要求也不一样,为了洗衣机的差异化,有的要求洗衣机不带双喷淋功能,有的只要求有喷玻璃的功能,有的只要求喷淋窗垫。
不同的功能需求需要不同水道结构的洗衣机水槽来实现,这就要求开制很多模具,生产许多种水槽模块,造成成本高,部件通用化程度低。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可选择水道的水槽模块,
包括水路板,水路板上设置多条水道,至少一个水道上设置水道卡件,通过水道卡件阻断水道或者选择导通不同的水道。
进一步地,所述水路板上设置卡口,所述卡口开设在不同的水道上,所述水道卡件固定在卡口上阻断和/或导通不同的水道,以选择实现相应功能的进水水道的阻断/导通。
进一步地,所述水道包括第一水道(101),第二水道(102)和第三水道(103);
所述卡口包括设置在第一水道(101)、第二水道(102)和第三水道(103)上的第一卡口(201);
所述的水道卡件包括固定在第一卡口(201)上的第一水道卡件(301),所述的第一水道卡件(301)阻断和/或导通第一水道(101)、和/或第二水道(102)、和/或第三水道(103);

采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明公开了一种可选择水道的水槽模块及其洗衣机,包括设置有水道的水路板,至少一个水道上设置水道卡件,通过水道卡件选择控制不同的水道导通通,以改变进水的出水端口。利用水道的阻断、选择现洗衣机的不同功能功能,满足用户的不同需求,提高了部件通用化率,降低了成本,同时利于生产的管控。
进一步地,本发明区别于通过进水阀控制水道选择的方式,在进水阀控制的基础上通过在不同水道上开设卡口,与水道卡件共同配合,以达到选择水道的目的。
进一步地,所述的卡口连通了不同水道,作为水道之间的转换接口;水道卡件包括多种形式,分别设置有凸出部和内凹部,或设置有内凹部,或设置有凸出部,水道卡件不同种类的组合以及位置的调整,与各个卡口的配合实现了水道的选择。
进一步地,在生产洗衣机时,不同洗衣机可以共用同一水槽模块,通过选择不同的水道卡件设置卡口,实现不同的水道导通,实现不同的洗衣机功能,提高了部件通用化率,降低了成本,提高生产效率,且操作简单,易实现,对水槽模块进行了统一化。

实施例一
如图1、图2所示,本实施例提供了一种可选择水道的水槽模块,包括水路板,水路板上设置多条水道,至少一个水道上设置水道卡件,通过水道卡件阻断水道或者选择导通不同的水道。
进一步地,所述水路板上设置卡口,所述卡口开设在不同的水道上,所述水道卡件固定在卡口上阻断和/或导通不同的水道,以选择实现相应功能的进水水道的阻断/导通。
进一步地,所述水路板上设置分别对应各自水道的多个出水端口,所述出水端口包括第一出水端口601和第二出水端口602;
所述水道包括与第一出水端口601连通的第一水道101,与第二出水端口602连通的第二水道102和第三水道103,第三水道103上设有第一进水端701;
所述卡口包括第一卡口201,第一卡口201设置在第一水道101、第二水道102和第三水道103上;

本发明通过在不同水道上开设卡口,与水道卡件共同配合,以达到选择水道的目的。进一步的本实施例中设置了3个进水端使水槽的进水更加快速,设置了6个出水端口以实现同一水槽能够实现多种功能,8条水道,3个卡口和3个水道卡件,所述的卡口分别连通了水路板上的8条水道,实现了水道之间的连通,通过水道卡件与卡口配合,实现水道选择。
实施例二
如图3-6所示,本实施例提供了一种或多种水道卡件,所述的水道卡件为卡接件,卡接件安装在水路板的卡口上,所述的卡接件包括用于封堵水道的凸出部802和/或用于导通至少两个水道的内凹部801。
所述的卡接件包括一开口的盒体,所述的凸出部802和内凹部801设置在盒体内;
所述的水道卡件包括双通卡件,双通卡件包括封堵一条水道的凸出部802和同时连通两条水道的内凹部801;
所述的水道卡件包括三通卡件,三通卡件包括同时连通三条水道的内凹部801;
优选地,所述的第一水道卡件301为双通卡件,所述的凸出部802封堵第一卡口201与第一水道101的连通处,所述的内凹部801连通第一卡口201与第二水道102的连通处和第一卡口201与第三水道103的连通处;

所述的凸出部802包括盒体的底面向开口端凹陷形成的一个或多个凸起,所述的内凹部801在盒体内的底面上与盒体侧面平行设置的隔板,所述的隔板与盒体底面形成具有一个卡口的内凹腔室,所述卡口和盒体卡口方向相同;
所述的凸起与隔板相邻设置,所述的凸起和隔板与所述盒体的侧面之间形成环形沟槽803;
优选地,所述的第二水道卡件302与第一水道101卡件301结构相同设置。
所述的第三水道卡件303包括在盒体内设置内凹部801,所述的内凹部801包括在盒体内的底面上与盒体侧面平行设置的隔板,所述的隔板与盒体底面形成具有一个开口的内凹腔室,所述开口和盒体开口方向相同;
所述内凹腔室设置在第三卡口203上与不同水道连通处的上部;
所述的隔板与盒体侧面之间形成环形沟槽803。
通过融敷的方式,将所述的第一水道卡件301、第二水道卡件302和第三水道卡件303固定在卡口上,以保证水在流通时不发生漏水的现象。
优选地,所述的水道卡件还包括第四水道卡件,所述第四水道卡件包括在盒体内设置凸出部,凸出部的数量与卡口与不同水道的连通处的数量对应设置,用于封堵卡口连通的所有水道。
本实施例中包括了多种水道卡件,通过在盒体内设置内凹部801和/或凸出部802以配合所述卡口,达到水道选择的目的,使水道的选择方式多样化,实现水槽的不同进水功能。
实施例三
本实施例提供了如图11所示的一种水槽模块,还包括如图9所示的支撑架501,如实施例一中所述的水槽模块和如实施例二所述的水道卡件。
所述的水路板上设置有三个卡口;

通过水道卡件控制各腔室的进水,以实现不同的喷淋或进不同的洗涤剂,具体地,控制进水包括以下几种进水方式:
(1)洗衣粉+洗涤剂+漂白剂+柔顺剂的腔室进水+双喷淋口进水;
(2)洗衣粉+洗涤剂+漂白剂+柔顺剂的腔室进水+单喷淋口进水;
(3)洗衣粉+洗涤剂+漂白剂+柔顺剂的腔室进水+无喷淋口进水;
(4)洗衣粉+洗涤剂+柔顺剂的腔室进水+双喷淋口进水;
(5)洗衣粉+洗涤剂+柔顺剂的腔室进水+单喷淋口进水;
(6)洗衣粉+洗涤剂+柔顺剂的腔室进水+无喷淋口进水;
(7)洗衣粉+漂白剂+柔顺剂的腔室进水+双喷淋口进水;

本发明通过在不同水道上开设卡口,与水道卡件共同配合,以达到选择水道的目的。采用上述方案,一种水槽模块实现了15种进水方式,有26种卡件与卡口的组合方式。
进一步地,所述的卡口连通了不同水道,作为水道之间的转换接口;水道卡件包括多种形式,分别设置有凸出部802和内凹部801,或设置有内凹部801,或设置有凸出部802,通过选则不同位置的卡口与不同种类的水道卡件配合实现了相应功能水道的导通,实现洗衣机不同的喷淋或进不同的洗涤剂。
进一步地,在生产洗衣机时,销售至不同地区的洗衣机可以共用上述的一个水槽模块,通过选择不同的水道卡件设置,实现不同的水道导通,实现不同的洗衣机功能,提高了部 件通用化率,降低了成本,提高生产效率,且操作简单,易实现,对水槽模块进行了统一化。
实施例四
本实施例提供了一种洗衣机,包括壳体,所述壳体上装有如实施例三所述的水槽模块。
所述的洗衣机通过安装一种可选择水道的水槽模块,满足不同国家和地区,不同的消费者对洗衣机差异化的消费要求,提高了部件通用化率,降低了成本,提高生产效率,且操作简单,易实现。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可选择水道的水槽模块,包括水路板,水路板上设置多条水道,其特征在于:至少一个水道上设置水道卡件,通过水道卡件阻断水道或者选择导通不同的水道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可选择水道的水槽模块,其特征在于:
    所述水路板上设置卡口,所述卡口开设在不同的水道上,所述水道卡件固定在卡口上阻断和/或导通不同的水道,以选择实现相应功能的进水水道的阻断/导通。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2任意一项所述的一种可选择水道的水槽模块,其特征在于:
    所述水道包括第一水道(101),第二水道(102)和第三水道(103);
    所述卡口包括设置在第一水道(101)、第二水道(102)和第三水道(103)上的第一卡口(201);
    所述的水道卡件包括固定在第一卡口(201)上的第一水道卡件(301),所述的第一水道卡件(301)阻断和/或导通第一水道(101)、和/或第二水道(102)、和/或第三水道(103);
    优选地,所述第一水道连通用于冲刷洗衣粉的洗衣粉出水端口;
    优选地,所述第二水道连通用于冲刷洗涤剂的洗涤剂出水端口。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种可选择水道的水槽模块,其特征在于:
    所述水道还包括第四水道(104),第五水道(105);
    所述卡口还包括设置在第四水道(104)和第五水道(105)上的第二卡口(202);
    所述的水道卡件包括固定在第二卡口(202)上的第二水道卡件(302),所述的第二水道卡件(302)分别阻断和/或导通第二水道(102)、和/或第四水道(104)、和/或第五水道(105);
    优选地,所述第五水道连通用于冲刷漂白剂的漂白剂出水端口或连通用于冲刷消毒剂的消毒剂出水端口。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种可选择水道的水槽模块,其特征在于:
    所述水道还包括第六水道(106)和第七水道(107);
    所述卡口还包括设置在第六水道(106)和第七水道(107)上的第三卡口(203);
    所述的水道卡件包括固定在第三卡口(203)上阻断和/或导通第六水道(106)、和/或第七水道(107)卡件;
    优选地,所述的第六水道(106)连通用于冲刷柔顺剂的柔顺剂出水端口;
    优选地,所述的第七水道(107)连通于喷淋玻璃的喷玻璃出水端口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可选择水道的水槽模块,其特征在于:
    所述水道还包括第八水道(108),所述第三卡口(203)还设置在第八水道(108)上;
    所述的水道卡件包括固定在第三卡口(203)上的第三水道卡件(303),所述的第三水道(103)卡件(303)阻断和/或导通第六水道(106)、和/或第七水道(107)、和/或第八水道(108)上;
    优选地,所述的第八水道(108)连通用于喷淋窗垫的喷窗垫出水端口。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种可选择水道的水槽模块,其特征在于:所述的水道卡件为卡接件,卡接件安装在水路板的卡口上,所述的卡接件包括用于封堵水道的凸出部和/或用于导通至少两个水道的内凹部(801)。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的一种可选择水道的水槽模块,其特征在于:所述的卡接件包括一开口的盒体,所述的凸出部和内凹部(801)设置在盒体内;
    所述的水道卡件包括双通卡件,双通卡件包括封堵一条水道的凸出部和同时连通两条水道的内凹部(801);
    所述的水道卡件包括三通卡件,三通卡件包括同时连通三条水道的内凹部(801);
    优选地,所述的第一水道卡件(301)为双通卡件,所述的凸出部封堵第一水道(101),所述的内凹部(801)导通第二水道(102)和第三水道(103);
    优选地,所述的第二水道卡件(302)为双通卡件,所述的凸出部封堵第二水道(102),所述的内凹部(801)导通第四水道(104)和第五水道(105);
    优选地,所述的第三水道卡件(303)为三通卡件,包括同时导通第六水道(106)和第七水道(107)和第八水道(108)。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的一种可选择水道的水槽模块,其特征在于:所述的水道卡件对应卡口融敷在所述水路板上,所述的凸出部802封堵卡口与水道的连通处,所述的内凹部(801)连通卡口与水道的连通处;
    所述的卡口外周设置有定位口,所述的盒体的卡口与定位口对应,所述的凸出部802和/或内凹部(801)与卡口对应以将水道卡件融敷在水路板上。
  10. 一种具有如权利要求1-9所述的一种可选择水道的水槽模块的洗衣机。
