进一步地,盒上盖上具有截止挡,位于盒体处于拉出状态的最大行程位置时限位尖对应位置,用于限制盒体向外继续运动。本发明中盒上盖通过固定装置与容纳腔室固定连接,使得盒体的限位尖与盒上盖上设置的限位卡槽和截止挡配合后不但可以限制盒体的行程,避免由盒体被整体拉出而造成的使用不便,还可以使盒体在关合的状态下被限位,避免盒体在关合状态时的滑出或前后晃动。
同时揭示了一种洗衣机,包括以上任一项所述的洗涤剂盒。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明所揭示的一种洗衣机的洗涤剂盒和使用该洗涤剂盒的洗衣机,将滚轮的轴线设置 为与盒体的侧板平行,并使滚轮与盒体滑动凹槽外侧壁相抵。除了可以减少洗涤剂盒体在拉出和回收的过程中的摩擦力之外,还能更好地为盒体提供两个侧面方向上的限制。避免了常规的滚轮轴线与侧壁垂直放置的滑轨方式的盒体拉出后的左右晃动。
同时容纳腔室的支撑筋的侧面与盒体滑动凹槽的侧壁具有间隙,这样也就使盒体的侧面与外界仅仅有支撑筋顶部以及滚轮接触点两个受力点,由于滚轮的夹紧作用,还可以进一步减低支撑筋处的相互压力,从而减少该处的滑动摩擦力,使得盒体的运动更加顺畅。
本发明中洗涤剂盒的盒上盖通过固定装置与容纳腔室固定连接,使得盒体的限位尖与盒上盖上设置的限位卡槽和截止挡配合后不但可以限制盒体的行程,避免由盒体被整体拉出而造成的使用不便,还可以使盒体在关合的状态下被限位,避免盒体在关合状态时的滑出或前后晃动。
使用本发明的洗涤剂盒的洗衣机,由于洗涤剂盒的限位充分,使得洗涤剂盒不会左右摇晃,而且拉出和关合的顺畅没有滞涩感,极大方便了用户的使用,并提升了产品的档次。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

如图1至图7所示,本发明公开了一种洗衣机的洗涤剂盒及洗衣机,包括可拉出的盒体1,盒上盖3和用于容纳盒体的容纳腔室2,盒体1具有盒体前板101,盒体背板,盒体底板103和两个相对的盒体侧板104;容纳腔室2包括腔室底壁201,腔室后壁202和相对设置的两个腔室侧壁203,盒上盖3与容纳腔室2固定连接,腔室侧壁203的顶部具有腔室滑动槽道204和支撑筋205,每个腔室滑动槽道204内安装有轴线与盒体侧板104平行的滚轮206,支撑筋205位于腔室滑动槽道204外近盒体侧,并平行于腔室滑动槽道204设置;盒体侧板104在顶部向外部弯折后再向下弯折形成盒体滑动凹槽105,所述支撑筋205位于盒体滑动凹槽105内,用于支撑盒体1。同时,盒体侧板104顶部的限位尖107与设置在盒上盖3上的限位卡槽302和截止挡303配合实现盒体运动的行程控制和限位。
本发明,同时解决了洗涤剂盒的拉出和收回过程中的顺畅性以及洗涤剂盒其他方向上限位固定的要求,提升了用户的使用体验和产品的品质。
实施例
如图1至图7所示,本实施例中的一种洗衣机的洗涤剂盒,包括盒体1,盒上盖3和用于容纳盒体的容纳腔室2。洗涤剂盒用于存放粉状或液态的洗涤剂,如洗衣粉、液体洗涤剂、漂白剂、柔软剂等。如图2所示,盒体1可以由容纳腔室2中拉出,使用户可以进行以上洗涤物品的添加。然后关闭盒体1,进水阀开始向盒体1进水,将洗涤剂冲入内桶。
盒体1的盒体前板101,盒体背板,盒体底板103和两个相对的盒体侧板104,构成了洗涤剂盒盒体1的主体框架。在实际应用中洗涤剂盒盒体内还装有洗涤盒附件,或者是虹吸出口等,用于执行洗衣机的洗涤物品投放程序。
洗涤剂盒的盒体1收纳于容纳腔室2中。容纳腔室2包括腔室底壁201,腔室后壁202和相对设置的两个腔室侧壁203。同时盒上盖3与容纳腔室2通过固定螺栓或者粘合在一起,实现固定连接。
如图1至图4所示,本发明对滚轮206的轴线方向进行了创造性的设计。具体的,在容纳腔室2的腔室侧壁203的顶部设置了腔室滑动槽道204和支撑筋205,在盒体1两侧的腔室滑动槽道204内安装有轴线与盒体侧板104平行的滚轮206。
在以往的设计中,当洗涤剂盒安装有滚轮结构时,滚轮的轴线方向都是垂直于盒体的侧板的,这样的设计是源自于通常使用的抽屉滑轨的设计思路。虽然同样是承载物品,并且需要满足拉出和开合的需要,但是这种简单的技术移植在实际应用中是存在很大的问题的。
一般的抽屉之所以设置为滚轮的轴线方向与抽屉的侧板垂直,是因为抽屉的设计需要满足承载物品后重量较大的要求。这种轴线方向的与抽屉侧板垂直的滚轮,与导轨相配合,将抽屉的重量施加在滚轮的径向,变滑动摩擦为滚动摩擦,既可以满足承载载荷的要求,又满足滑动顺畅的要求。
但是,这种设计没有充分考虑洗涤剂盒的实际特点。
洗涤剂盒的承载并不大,洗涤剂的重量非常小,并且洗涤剂盒本身的材质也通常使用的是轻质材料。这样的特点也就使在设计洗涤剂盒时对于承载能力的要求变的不那么重要。反而是对于盒体的顺畅平移和完全限位的要求更高。因为洗涤剂盒的限位不够所留出的任何微小空隙,都会在洗衣机运行中所引起的振动环境中被放大,从而造成洗衣机整体噪音的增加。
传统的洗涤剂盒为了能够使盒体能够开合,必须在盒体两侧留出活动空隙。但是如同上文中所分析的,无论该空隙多么细微,都会造成盒体在垂直于盒体侧板方向上缺少约束,造成盒体无法避免地左右摇晃。随着洗衣机的使用时间的增加和洗涤剂盒的开合次数的增多, 这种摇晃会缩短洗涤剂盒的连接器件的稳定性,降低相关部件的可靠性,增加检修的风险。并且造成洗衣机运行时的噪音的增加。
本发明为了能够实现盒体两侧的限位,使用轴线与盒体侧板104平行的滚轮206,和支撑筋205实现盒体1的滑动和支撑的需要。为了实现这个目的,将支撑筋205设置在腔室滑动槽道204外近盒体侧,并平行于腔室滑动槽道204设置(如图4所示);为了使支撑筋205实现支撑作用,盒体侧板104在顶部向外部弯折后向下弯折形成盒体滑动凹槽105,支撑筋205位于盒体滑动凹槽105内,用于支撑盒体1。
在本实施中,在盒体1与容纳腔滑动槽道204,支撑筋205和滚轮206配合安装之前,盒体滑动凹槽105的外侧表面距离滚轮206轴线的距离略大于滚轮的转动半径。盒体的材质为塑料或者其他的具有一定弹性的材料。在预安装时,对盒体滑动凹槽侧壁106稍微施加外力,使盒体滑动凹槽外侧壁106与滚轮206相抵,使滚轮206对盒体具备夹紧的作用。当然滚轮206距离腔室侧壁是具有间隙的,这样滚轮206就可以在盒体1被拉出是进行转动,从而使滑动摩擦转化为滚动摩擦,极大地提升了盒体1运动时的顺畅度。
如图4所示,在本发明的设计中,盒体滑动凹槽105与支撑筋205的顶部相接触,并且盒体滑动凹槽105内部的宽度大于支撑筋205的厚度,使得盒体滑动凹槽的侧壁106的外壁在与滚轮206相抵的同时,内壁与支撑筋的侧面具有间隙,这样也就使盒体的侧面与外界仅仅有支撑筋顶部以及滚轮接触点两个受力点,同时由于滚轮的夹紧作用,可以进一步减低支撑筋处的相互压力,从而减少该处的滑动摩擦力,使得盒体的运动更加顺畅。
在另一个实施例中,在预安装盒体1时除了采取上述的施加外力的方法外,还可以采用引导槽的方式,使盒体1在安装到容纳腔室内时,通过引导槽达到使盒体滑动凹槽外侧壁106与容纳腔室的滚轮206紧紧相抵的技术效果。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中,滚轮的数量为每侧2个,放置于容纳腔室2的四个角,这样就足够盒体1的限位所需。在其他的实施例中,滚轮的数量可以根据实际的需要和使用效果进行增减。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,为了增加设备的适用性,滚轮被设计为位置可以沿远离和靠近盒体侧壁的方向调节和固定。通过在滚轮的轴线位置沿垂直于盒体侧板的方向开槽并增加限位装置的方式(比如阻尼弹簧或者限位卡槽等方式),实现滚轮靠近和远离盒体侧面的效果。通过这种方式实现调试两者的接触力度,调节盒体滑动凹槽内壁106与支撑筋205的侧面间隙大小,将盒体1的开合运动状态调试到最佳的目的。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,还配置了不同半径的滚轮,同样用于进行盒体滑动的调试,这里不再进行赘述。
本发明将滚轮的轴线设置为与盒体的侧板平行,并使滚轮与盒体滑动凹槽外侧壁相抵。除了可以减少洗涤剂盒体在拉出和回收的过程中的摩擦力之外,还能更好地为盒体提供两个侧面方向上的限制。最大限度避免了常规的滚轮轴线与侧壁垂直放置的滑轨方式的盒体拉出后的作用晃动。实现了所要达到的技术效果。
如图4所示,本实施例中,为了实现对盒体1的位置限定,盒上盖3的近容纳腔室2面具有凸出的固定筋301,固定筋301的放置位置与支撑筋205相对,两者顶面之间的距离大于盒体滑动凹槽105的厚度,盒体滑动凹槽105在两者之间滑动。这样也就使盒体1在竖直方向上的运动受到一定的限制,加强了盒体的稳定性。
同时,洗涤剂盒上还设有限位部件来限定盒体1在容纳腔室2内的拉动过程中的运动行程。在本实施例中,是通过盒体1上的限位尖107装置来满足在盒体1运动过程中控制行程,并在盒体1关合的状态时固定盒体1位置的要求的。
如图5和图6所示,所述盒体侧板104顶部具有凸起的三角形限位尖107,限位尖107近盒体前板101侧的斜度大于限位尖近盒体背板侧的斜度,从图中可以看出,这样的形状是由限位尖107所要实现的功能决定的。同时盒上盖3上具有截止挡303,截止挡303设置在上盖靠近盒体前板101的位置,截止挡303的形状为凸出的尖角,和限位尖107的形状相配合。当盒体1从容纳腔室2中拉出后,限位尖107随着盒体1相对于容纳腔室2和盒上盖3向前移动,直到限位尖107被截止挡303阻挡限位后,盒体1达到最大行程。也就是说截止挡303位于盒上盖3上,限位尖107达到向外拉出时的最大行程处位置。
同时如图5和图6所示,在盒上盖3上设置有限位卡槽302,限位卡槽302位于盒体1处于闭合状态时限位尖107对应位置,并且限位卡槽302的形状与限位尖107相类似,通过限位卡槽302与限位尖107的配合,达到阻止盒体1在闭合状态时相对于容纳腔室2前后运动的效果。
上述的限位卡槽302和截止挡303的形状都与限位尖107配合,目的是既方便盒体1的安装,又能够满足固定限位的作用。使用了上述盒体的限位尖,限位卡槽和截止挡后不但可以限制盒体的行程,避免由盒体被整体拉出而造成的使用不便,还可以使盒体在关合的状态下被限位,避免盒体在关合状态时的滑出或前后晃动。
在本发明的一个实施例中,揭示了一种洗衣机,包括以上任一所述特点的洗涤剂盒。洗涤盒的拉出和推回的过程中十分顺畅,而且不会左右晃动,应用体验极佳。同时由于洗涤剂盒的限位充分,在洗衣机运行过程中,噪音得到了极大的降低,提升了洗衣机整体的品质。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机的洗涤剂盒,包括可拉出的盒体,盒上盖和用于容纳盒体的容纳腔室,盒体具有盒体前板,盒体背板,盒体底板和两个相对的盒体侧板;容纳腔室包括腔室底壁,腔室后壁和相对设置的两个腔室侧壁,盒上盖与容纳腔室固定连接,其特征在于:
    腔室侧壁的顶部具有腔室滑动槽道和支撑筋,每个腔室滑动槽道内安装有轴线与盒体侧板平行的滚轮,支撑筋位于腔室滑动槽道外近盒体侧,并平行于腔室滑动槽道设置;
    盒体侧板在顶部向外部弯折后向下弯折形成盒体滑动凹槽,所述支撑筋位于盒体滑动凹槽内,用于支撑盒体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于:所述盒体滑动凹槽远离盒体的侧壁为盒体滑动凹槽外侧壁,盒体滑动凹槽外侧壁与滚轮相抵。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于:所述盒体滑动凹槽与支撑筋的顶部相接触,并且盒体滑动凹槽内部的宽度大于支撑筋的厚度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于:所述支撑筋的侧面与盒体滑动凹槽的侧壁具有间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于:所述盒上盖的近容纳腔室面具有凸出的固定筋,所述固定筋与支撑筋相对,盒体滑动凹槽的底面在两者之间滑动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于:洗涤剂盒上设有限位部件以限定所述盒体在容纳腔室内的拉动过程中运动的行程。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于:所述盒体侧板顶部具有凸起的三角形限位尖,限位尖近盒体前板侧的斜度大于限位尖近盒体背板侧的斜度。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于:盒上盖上具有限位卡槽,位于盒体处于闭合状态时限位尖对应位置,所述限位卡槽与限位尖配合阻止盒体在闭合状态时相对于容纳腔室前后运动。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8任一所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于:盒上盖上具有截止挡,位于盒体处于拉出状态的最大行程位置时限位尖对应位置,用于限制盒体向外继续运动。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的洗涤剂盒。
