Abstract

一种复合包装材料以及由其制造的片材组、密封包装,该材料具有多个形成单独包装的单元,具有防水层、印刷层和基层,每个单元具有标识,且两两单元的标识互不相同,标识上方覆盖有附着层、隔离层和遮盖层,附着层面积大于隔离层和/或遮盖层的面积,小于防水层面积。该包装材料可针对一物一码液体饮料包装,防止产品标识在出售前被盗扫,并解决了由于层间结合力弱,造成复合包装材料内部起泡的问题,使材料结构更为稳定,利于保持产品表面的平整和美观。

Description

复合包装材料、片材组和密封包装 技术领域
本发明涉及复合包装材料领域,尤其涉及用于液体饮料包装的复合包装材料、由该包装材料切割而成的片材组,以及由该包装材料或片材组制造的密封包装。
背景技术
液体食品,如牛奶和酸奶,以及半液体食品,如果汁,通常在小容积消费包装容器中销售。该包装容器用来在传输和处理过程中贯穿价值链而保护食品。
这种包装容器由包装材料的连续卷形成,该材料卷可被切开以形成坯料,或者被纵向地密封以形成包装材料的管,然后在灌装内容物的同时密封成形,最终在折叠工位折叠成最终的包装的形状。
对于液体或者半液体食品,目前的包装容器是由纸基复合包装材料制成的,该包装材料具有纸纤维芯并且该芯被一层或多层阻挡材料围绕,如聚合物涂层和/或金属膜,从而得到复合包装材料。该阻挡材料用来保护芯材料不与容纳的产品接触并且还保护产品不受围绕包装容器的气体和湿气的影响。
近些年来,针对一些涉及人体健康的重要商品,例如食品、医药、婴幼儿奶粉等,国家提出了明确的质量体系管理要求与溯源信息系统建设要求。在产品上设置相关的标识,包括条形码、二维码或数字码 等等作为防伪溯源的标识,消费者利用手机进行扫描或读取录入,来达到参与活动、商品真伪验证、产品追溯等目的。
设置在产品外包装表面的防伪溯源标识,如果没有任何遮蔽,很容易在产品被售出前,出现标识被盗刷的情况。为防止这种问题出现,一种解决的方法是对防伪溯源标识进行遮挡,通过在产品标识表面依次设置隔离层和遮盖层可以达到这种效果,遮盖层使产品售出前标识被隐藏,隔离层防止在刮除遮盖层的过程中破坏标识,但由于隔离层和遮盖层之间的结合力较弱,容易造成隔离层与遮盖层接合处或周缘分离,使产品包装表面出现起泡的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述技术问题,在对产品标识起到更好保护作用的同时,保持产品外包装表面的平整和美观。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种复合包装材料,具有多个用于形成单独包装的单元,所述复合包装材料具有防水层、印刷层和基层,每个单元具有标识,且两两单元的标识互不相同,其特征在于,标识上方还依次覆盖有附着层、隔离层和遮盖层,所述附着层的面积大于所述隔离层和/或所述遮盖层的面积,所述附着层的面积小于所述防水层的面积。
根据本发明的优选的实施方式,从内向外所述复合包装材料依次包括所述基层、所述印刷层、所述标识、所述附着层、所述隔离层、所述遮盖层、所述防水层。
根据本发明的优选的实施方式,所述隔离层的面积不小于所述标识的面积且完全覆盖住所述标识,所述遮盖层的面积不小于所述标识的面积。
根据本发明的优选的实施方式,所述隔离层部分覆盖住所述标识且所述遮盖层不与所述标识直接接触。
根据本发明的优选的实施方式,所述隔离层与所述遮盖层的结合力小于所述防水层与所述遮盖层的结合力和/或小于所述隔离层与所述附着层的结合力和/或小于所述附着层与所述标识的结合力,使得在外力作用下所述遮盖层与所述隔离层相分离。
根据本发明的优选的实施方式,所述附着层为丙烯酸树脂。
根据本发明的优选的实施方式,所述隔离层为透明或半透明的光油。
根据本发明的优选的实施方式,所述遮盖层为印刷的至少一层不透明油墨。
根据本发明的优选的实施方式,所述遮盖层为可刮除型银墨。
根据本发明的优选的实施方式,所述标识为点阵码、二维码、条形码、数字字符串或其组合。
根据本发明的优选的实施方式,所述基层为纸基。
根据本发明的优选的实施方式,所述复合包装材料还包括阻气层和密封剂层,所述阻气层和所述密封剂层依次设置于所述基层的下方。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种片材组,包括前述复合包装材料,所述片材组由所述复合包装材料具有的所述用于形成单个包装的单元组成。
根据本发明的又一个方面,提供了一种密封包装,由前述复合包装材料组成或由前述片材组组成。
本发明通过增设附着层,将隔离层和遮盖层包覆在防水层和附着层之间,增强了复合包装材料结构层之间的结合力和稳定性,使产品 标识更易于显示,同时保持复合包装材料表面的平整和美观。

具体实施例
以下配合图示及本发明的较佳实施例,进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段。
图1所示为本发明一实施例的复合包装材料的立体图。复合包装材料2具有多个用于形成单个包装的单元1。每个单元设有标识,且 两两单元的标识互不相同。例如图1中所示的标识3和标识3’位于不同的单元内,且标识3和标识3’互不相同。另外,本发明中涉及的复合包装材料的层结构描述中由上至下的相对位置描述对应于复合包装材料用于产品包装时由外至内的相对位置描述。
图2所示为本发明另一实施例的复合包装材料的立体图。图2所示复合包装材料可以是独立制造而成,也可以是由图1所示复合包装材料分切而成。
图3所示为本发明一实施例的复合包装材料的横截面示意图。从内向外所述复合包装材料2依次为基层11、印刷层12、标识13、附着层14、隔离层15、遮盖层16和防水层17。基层11采用纸质基材。隔离层15和遮盖层16的面积均不小于标识13的面积,遮盖层16能完全遮挡住标识13,附着层14的面积大于隔离层15和/或遮盖层16的面积,将隔离层15和遮盖层16包覆在防水层17和附着层14之间。
图4所示为本发明又一实施例的复合包装材料的横截面示意图,图4与图3的区别在于,遮盖层16对标识13仅进行部分遮挡,遮盖层16对标识13的最小遮挡面积为遮挡后识别设备无法对标识13进行识读。
图5所示为本发明再一实施例的复合包装材料的横截面示意图,图5与图3的区别在于,图5中在基层11下方还可依次设置阻气层18和密封剂层19。
在本发明的实施例中,标识13可以是点阵码、条形码、二维码、数字字符串中的任一种或从中任选一种以上进行组合,但不局限于 此。标识13通过喷涂、压印或粘贴形成于印刷层12表面。
附着层14覆盖在标识13之上,附着层14的面积大于隔离层15和/或遮盖层16的面积,将隔离层15和遮盖层16包覆在防水层17和附着层14之间,附着层14与防水层17的结合力大于隔离层15与遮盖层16的结合力,优选地也大于防水层17与印刷层12的结合力,附着层14与防水层17结合后增强了复合包装材料2结构的稳定性。附着层14采用预涂液制备,优选丙烯酸树脂乳液。与此同时,增加附着层14还可以增强隔离层15与标识13或印刷层12之间的结合力。
隔离层15为固化在标识13上方的透明或者半透明的化学溶剂、树脂,隔离层15优选UV光油,隔离层15在标识13表面形成光滑、致密的膜层,对标识13起保护作用,防止标识13在刮除遮盖层16的过程中被破坏。隔离层15与遮盖层16的结合力小于防水层17与遮盖层16的结合力和/或小于隔离层15与附着层14的结合力和/或小于附着层14与标识13的结合力,使得在外力作用下遮盖层16与隔离层15比较容易分离。
遮盖层16为在隔离层15上方印刷的至少一层不透明油墨,不透明油墨优选可刮除型银墨,还可以是其他不透明的水性油墨,水性油墨可以通过多次印刷白墨和/或黑墨来增强遮蔽效果,或改变遮盖层16的颜色,如在遮盖层16上印刷一层或两层白色油墨后,再印刷一层黑色油墨。
防水层17为热塑性树脂,优选为聚烯烃,包括但不限于低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、茂金属聚乙烯(m-PE)或其二者的混合物。为了便于刮 除遮盖层16,防水层17的厚度不大于20微米,优选地在10-15微米。在液体食品无菌包装领域,将防水层17设置在标识13、附着层14、隔离层15、遮盖层16上,除了可以防止遮盖层16在运输过程中被磨损或者无意中被刮除,还可以使得标识13、附着层14、隔离层15、遮盖层16不与外界接触,在液体食品加工过程中保证包材的灭菌符合卫生安全要求。
复合包装材料一般还可包括阻气层18和密封剂层19,阻气层18和密封剂层19依次设置于基层11的下方。阻气层18包括但不限于铝箔、乙烯乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)、聚乙烯醇(PVOH)、无机氧化物(例如SiO2)或聚酰胺树脂。密封剂层19为热塑性树脂,优选含有聚烯烃,包括但不限于线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE),超低密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、茂金属聚乙烯或其混合物。
本发明提供一种片材组,由上述包装材料经过印刷、喷涂标识、涂覆附着层、涂覆隔离层、涂覆遮盖层、导入压痕机压痕,打孔,及导入复合生产线完成防水层等复合后,根据需要,切割成卷材或片材组。
本发明提供一种密封包装,由上述的包装材料或片材组,经过灌装、密封、整形等步骤形成的液体饮料密封包装。
本发明特别适用于液体饮料的包装,但是本发明不限于此,本发明同时也适用于其他纸基包装的产品,例如食品、医药方面的产品。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种复合包装材料,具有多个用于形成单独包装的单元,所述复合包装材料具有防水层、印刷层和基层,每个单元具有标识,且两两单元的标识互不相同,其特征在于,标识上方还依次覆盖有附着层、隔离层和遮盖层,所述附着层的面积大于所述隔离层和/或所述遮盖层的面积,所述附着层的面积小于所述防水层的面积。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的复合包装材料,其特征在于,从内向外所述复合包装材料依次包括所述基层、所述印刷层、所述标识、所述附着层、所述隔离层、所述遮盖层、所述防水层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述隔离层的面积不小于所述标识的面积且完全覆盖住所述标识,所述遮盖层的面积不小于所述标识的面积。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述隔离层部分覆盖住所述标识且所述遮盖层不与所述标识直接接触。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述隔离层与所述遮盖层的结合力小于所述防水层与所述遮盖层的结合力和/或小于所述隔离层与所述附着层的结合力和/或小于所述附着层与所述标识的结合力,使得在外力作用下所述遮盖层与所述隔离层相分离。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述附着层为丙烯酸树脂。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述隔离层为透明或半透明的光油。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述遮盖层为印刷的至少一层不透明油墨。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述遮盖 层为可刮除型银墨。
  10. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述标识为点阵码、二维码、条形码、数字字符串或其组合。
  11. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述基层为纸基。
  12. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的复合包装材料,其特征在于,还包括阻气层和密封剂层,所述阻气层和所述密封剂层依次设置于所述基层的下方。
  13. 一种片材组,包括如权利要求1-12中任一所述的复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述片材组由所述复合包装材料具有的所述用于形成单个包装的单元组成。
  14. 一种密封包装,由权利要求1-12中任一所述的复合包装材料或由权利要求13所述的片材组组成。
