2、现有的空调过滤网的滑槽多为上下式,在抽取或按照空调过滤网时,因为柔性结构的空调过滤网与滑槽中滑动是存在与滑槽形状不一致的张力,这就使得上下方向抽拉过程容易将灰尘抖落,影响用户体验。
3、清洗完成后,软态结构的空调过滤网在与滑槽装配时,因为滑槽的弧度问题,装入机器内部时容易装不到位,且在安装过程中也会因为硬性碰撞损坏空调过滤网。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种过滤网装置,通过所述自锁开关的设置,使得过滤网组件装配到位时,卡块位于自锁开关的限位处,实现自锁功能。当过滤网组件需要清洁时,仅通过按压过滤网组件外侧或挡板即可自动弹出过滤网组件,无需打开面板,操作方便。

所述过滤框架21上覆盖有过滤网,述过滤网组件2的外侧边框上还连接有挡板23,所述机壳1上开设有抽拉口13,所述挡板23覆盖在抽拉口13上。 闭合后的挡板23与机壳1外侧齐平,具有简洁美观的外观,同时通过按压所述挡板23可直接将过滤网组件2弹出,提高了过滤网组件2的安装和抽取的效率。为了进一步方便用户的操作,所述挡板23的下方还设置有“PUSAH”的标识层,以便于用户得到更为直观的操作指示。
具体实施时,当所述过滤网组件2装配到位时,卡块24位于卡口324内且被卡口324抱紧,实现自锁功能。当过滤网组件2需要清洁时,轻按过滤网组件2或其外侧连接的挡板23,自锁开关3内的弹性挂钩331脱离锁芯32,锁芯32在复位弹簧323的作用下移位,实现锁芯32的卡口324脱离锁壳31,同时过滤网组件2的卡块24随着卡口324的张开而脱离卡口324。
实施例2
与实施例1不同的是,所述自锁组件包括可转动的连接在锁壳31上的限位挂钩,所述限位挂钩为呈L型的挂钩,所述锁芯上设置有与限位挂钩相配合的卡位,所述限位挂钩的一侧设置有通过磁力将限位挂钩沿反向转动脱离卡位的电磁铁。所述电磁铁通过按压开关控制,按压按压开关时电磁铁所在的电路接通,限位挂钩在电磁铁的磁力作用下抬起时,其脱离卡位,过滤网组件在复位弹簧作用下弹出抽拉口,当过滤网组件安装在抽拉口上时,再次按压按压开关时电磁铁所在的电路断开,电磁铁和限位挂钩之间没有磁力作用。
所述卡位可以是环状、半圆柱或勾状,且当限位挂钩落下时其与卡位相卡合,当限位挂钩在电磁铁的磁力作用下抬起时,其脱离卡位,所述按压开关设置在机壳上。
所述按压开关和由限位挂钩、卡位和电磁铁构成的自锁组件的结构,使得当过滤网组件2正常工作时,即使挡板23被外力意外触发,依然不能打开过 滤网组件,保护了空调运行时的过滤网组件2的正常工作。
实施例3
本发明还提供了一种空调,包括机壳,所述机壳上设置有进风口,所述进风口上覆盖有过滤网装置。
综上所述,所述自锁开关的设置,使得过滤网组件装配到位时,卡块位于卡口的限位处,实现自锁功能。当过滤网组件需要清洁时,仅通过按压过滤网组件外侧或挡板即可该并可以自动弹出过滤网组件,无需打开面板,操作方便。整体式过滤网组件替换原有的左右两件内置式过滤网,清洁一步到位,简化了抽取和安装步骤;用户可以直观的查看到过滤网的脏污情况,并判断是否要进行清洁。过滤网组件两侧设置的滚轮装配,将过滤网推出动作转换为滑动摩擦,提高滚轮的装配效率,减少弹出时的摩擦阻力。
以上结合具体实施例描述了本发明的技术原理。这些描述只是为了解释本发明的原理,而不能以任何方式解释为对本发明保护范围的限制。基于此处的解释,本领域的技术人员不需要付出创造性的劳动即可联想到本发明的其它具体实施方式,这些方式都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种过滤网装置,其特征在于,包括:设置在机壳(1)内的过滤网组件(2),所述机壳(1)上设置有自锁开关(3),所述过滤网组件(2)上设置有与自锁开关(3)相配合的卡块(24),所述过滤网组件(2)在自锁开关(3)和卡块(24)的配合下在机壳(1)上锁紧或释放。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的过滤网装置,其特征在于,所述自锁开关(3)包括锁壳(31)、锁芯(32)和抵接在锁芯(32)上的自锁组件(33),所述自锁组件(33)在外力触发下能锁紧锁芯(32),再次施加外力能释放锁芯(32)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的过滤网装置,其特征在于,所述锁芯(32)的外侧还连接有与卡块(24)相配合的卡口(324),所述卡口(324)的上下侧随锁壳(31)挤压而闭合,随锁壳(31)离开而张开。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的过滤网装置,其特征在于,所述自锁组件(33)包括连接在锁壳(31)底部和锁芯(32)之间的弹性挂钩(331)和复位弹簧(323),所述锁芯(32)上开设有锁合道(321)和与锁合道(321)相连接的锁合块(322),所述弹性挂钩(331)随锁芯(32)推进而挂卡在锁合块(322)上,随锁芯(32)的退出在复位弹簧(323)作用下返回至锁合道(321)上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的过滤网装置,其特征在于,所述自锁组件(33)包括可转动的连接在锁壳(31)上的限位挂钩和连接在锁芯(32)与锁壳(31)底部之间的复位弹簧(323),所述锁芯(32)上设置有与限位挂钩相配合的卡位,所述限位挂钩的一侧设置有通过磁力将限位挂钩沿反向转动脱离卡位的电磁铁,所述电磁铁通过按压开关控制,所述按压开关设置在机壳(1)上。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任一项所述的过滤网装置,其特征在于,所述过滤网组件(2)的边框上还抵压有驱动弹簧(25),所述驱动弹簧(25)一端固定连接在对应所述过滤网组件(2)的边框的机壳(1)上,所述驱动弹簧(25)的驱动方向和过滤网组件(2)的释放方向保持一致。
  7. 根据权利要求2-5任一项所述的过滤网装置,其特征在于,所述机壳(1)上还开设滑槽(12),所述过滤网组件(2)的相对的两侧边框可移动的配合在所述滑槽(12)内,所述过滤网组件(2)的相对的两侧边框分别通过卡扣结构(26)连接有滚轮(22),所述滚轮(22)对应设置在滑槽(12)内,且沿滑槽(12)长度方向滚动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的过滤网装置,其特征在于,所述过滤网组件(2)包括一体式的过滤框架(21),所述过滤框架(21)上覆盖有过滤网。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的过滤网装置,其特征在于,所述过滤网组件(2)的外侧边框上还连接有挡板(23),所述机壳(1)上开设有抽拉口(13),所述挡板(23)覆盖在抽拉口(13)上。
  10. 一种空调,包括机壳,其特征在于,所述机壳内设置有如权利要求1-9任一项所述的过滤网装置。
