Description

连接弹片、扬声器单体及电子设备 技术领域
本申请涉及电连接器件技术领域,更具体地,本申请涉及一种连接弹片、一种扬声器单体、及一种电子设备。
背景技术
连接弹片是用于进行电接触连接的电连接器件。以扬声器单体为例,扬声器单体可以设置连接弹片,以在将扬声器单体安装在例如是手机等电子设备中时,通过设置使得连接弹片与PCB板的焊盘电接触的结构,将扬声器单体的音圈连接至外部电路。
图1为现有连接弹片100的结构示意图。根据图1所示,连接弹片100包括固定部110、弹臂部120、回折部130和限位部140。弹臂部120的始端经由回折部130与固定部110的第一端承接,弹臂部120的末端形成限位钩121。限位部140经由固定部110的与第一端相对的第二端朝向弹臂部140弯折延伸,限位部140具有限位长孔141,弹臂部120的限位钩121穿入限位长孔141中,以通过限位长孔141限定弹臂部120的运动行程。
对于图1所示连接弹片100采用的限位结构,限位钩121是沿斜向上方向穿入限位长孔141中,以通过限位部140的一个横梁表面同时对限位钩121施加限制弹簧部120沿远离固定部的方向运动的作用力、及限制弹簧部120从固定部110的第二端向固定部110的第一端方向运动的作用力,这使得限位部140对限位钩121施加的沿此两个方向的限制作用相对较差,因此,如果从固定部110的第二端朝向固定部110的第一端方向压缩弹臂部140,便很可能导致弹臂部140的限位钩121从限位长孔141中脱出,进而使得连接弹片100呈现如图2所示的脱钩状态。这样,在组装产品及产品周转过程中多会发生连接弹片脱钩的问题,进而导致产品不 良。为了能够有效防止连接弹片脱钩,有必要对连接弹片的结构进行改进。
发明内容
本申请实施例的一个目的是提供一种连接弹片的新的技术方案,以降低连接弹片因外力作用脱钩的可能性。
根据本申请的第一方面,提供了一种连接弹片,其包括固定部、弹臂部和限位部,所述弹臂部在高度方向的正向上位于所述固定部的一侧,所述弹臂部在长度方向上延伸,所述限位部与所述固定部固定连接,其中,所述高度方向、长度方向和宽度方向相互正交;所述限位部与所述弹臂部相作用形成:
第一限位组合,被设置为用于限制所述弹臂部沿所述高度方向的正向运动的极限位置;
第二限位组合,被设置为用于限制所述弹臂部沿所述宽度方向的正向运动的极限位置;
第三限位组合,被设置为用于限制所述弹臂部沿所述宽度方向的负向运动的极限位置;
第四限位组合,被设置为用于限制所述弹臂部沿所述长度方向的正向运动的极限位置;以及,
第五限位组合,被设置为用于限制所述弹臂部沿所述长度方向的负向运动的极限位置;
所述限位部通过不同的表面形成不同的限位组合。
可选的是,所述限位部在所述宽度方向上位于所述固定部的旁侧。
可选的是,所述限位部的形成每一限位组合的表面垂直于对应的限位方向。
可选的是,所述限位部与所述弹臂部之间通过面面接触形成每一限位组合。
可选的是,所述限位部包括第一限位挂门,所述第一限位挂门位于所述固定部的在所述宽度方向的正向一侧;所述弹臂部包括弹臂本体和经由所述弹臂本体延伸出的第一卡块;
所述第一限位挂门具有沿宽度方向贯通的第一开口,所述第一开口的内壁表面包括垂直于所述高度方向的正向的第一表面、及垂直于所述长度方向的第四表面和第五表面;所述第一限位挂门的门框表面包括垂直于所述宽度方向、且面向所述弹臂本体的第二表面;

所述第一限位挂门的门框表面还具有垂直于所述宽度方向、且背向所述弹臂本体的第三表面;所述第一卡块通过所述水平部与所述第一表面形成一个所述第一限位组合、及通过所述弯钩部与所述第三表面形成一个所述第三限位组合。
可选的是,所述限位部还包括限位挡墙,所述第一限位挂门与所述限位挡墙在所述宽度方向上分设于所述固定部的两侧;所述限位挡墙具有垂直于所述宽度方向、且面向所述弹臂本体的第三表面,所述弹臂本体与所述第三表面形成一个所述第三限位组合。
可选的是,所述限位部还包括第二限位挂门,所述第二限位挂门与所述第一限位挂门在所述宽度方向上分设于所述固定部的两侧;所述弹臂部还包括经由所述弹臂本体延伸出的第二卡块;

根据本申请的第二方面,还提供了一种扬声器单体,其包括音圈和两个根据本申请第一方面所述的连接弹片,两个所述连接弹片相互间绝缘设置,其中一个所述连接弹片与所述音圈的一根音圈引线电连接,另一个所述连接弹片与所述音圈的另一根音圈引线电连接。
根据本申请的第三方面,还提供了一种电子设备,其包括电路板和根据本申请第二方面所述的扬声器单体,所述电路板具有与所述扬声器单体的两个连接弹片一一对应的焊盘,所述两个连接弹片与对应焊盘电性接触。
本申请的一个有益效果在于,本申请连接弹片的限位部通过不同的表面形成不同的限位组合,以实现对弹臂部在各个方向上运动的极限位置的限制,因此,本申请连接弹片相对现有连接弹片能够有效降低连接弹片因外力作用脱钩的可能性。

在图3至图6所示的实施例中,限位部240包括第一限位挂门241,第一限位挂门241位于固定部210的在宽度方向的正向W1一侧。弹臂部220包括弹臂本体222和经由弹臂本体222延伸出的第一卡块221,该第一卡块221与第一限位挂门241相作用,这说明,第一卡块221经由弹臂本体222沿宽度方向的正向W1向外延伸。

根据图7和图8所示,第二实施例中的连接弹片与以上第一实施例 中连接弹片的主要区别包括:可以通过半剪工艺形成第一卡块221的弯钩部221b。

该第二限位挂门442具有沿宽度方向贯通的第二开口,该第二开口的内壁表面包括垂直于高度方向的正向H1的第一表面442a、及垂直于长度方向的第四表面442d和第五表面442e,其中,该第四表面442d与第五表面442e在长度方向上相对。
该第二限位挂门442的门框表面包括垂直于宽度方向的第三表面442c,且第三表面442c面向弹臂本体422。
该第二卡块423通过第二开口穿过第二限位挂门442,以在:第一表面442a与第二卡块422之间形成另一个第一限位组合;第三表面442c 与弹臂本体422之间形成一个第三限位组合;第四表面442d与第二卡块423之间形成另一个第四限位组合;及第五表面442e与第二卡块423之间形成另一个第五限位组合。
以上第一限位挂门441与第二限位挂门442可以在宽度方向上正对布置,或者称关于弹臂部420对称布置,以提高限位部440在弹臂部420两侧施加限位作用力的均衡性。
在连接弹片400未受外力作用的状态下:第一卡块421和第二卡块423可以在弹臂本体422的恢复形变的作用下对应与第一表面441a、442a贴合,并通过第一开口和第二开口的设置在高度方向的负向为弹臂部420留出活动余量;弹臂本体422与第二表面441b和第三表面442c之间可以具有间隙,以在宽度方向上为弹臂部420留出活动余量;第一卡块421与第四表面441d和第五表面441e之间可以分别留有间隙,第二卡块423与第四表面442d和第五表面442e之间可以分别留有间隙,以在长度方向上为弹臂部420留出活动余量。
在另外的实施例中,本申请连接弹片的限位部也可以设置在固定部的沿长度方向的正向L1的末端。
在另外的实施例中,本申请连接弹片的限位部也可以包括设置在固定部的沿长度方向的正向L1的末端的部分。
根据本申请的另一方面,还提供了一种扬声器单体,该扬声器单体包括音圈和根据本申请的连接弹片200、300或者400,且两个连接弹片例如通过扬声器单体的绝缘外壳实现相互间的绝缘设置。
在扬声器单体中,一个连接弹片与音圈的一根音圈引线电连接,另一个连接弹片与音圈的另一根音圈引线电连接,以通过两个连接弹片将音圈连接至外部电路。
根据本申请的第三方面,还提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备电路板和根据本申请的扬声器单体,该电路板具有与扬声器单体的两个连接弹片一一对应的焊盘,两个连接弹片与对应焊盘电性接触,以将扬声器单体的音圈连接至外部电路,实现扬声器单体的驱动发声。
本申请还提供了另一种用于发声装置的弹片,该弹片通过挂钩和挂门使所述浮动部与固定部预弯折固定。所述挂钩的端部设置有止挡折台,所述止挡折台能够有效减少挂钩与挂门脱钩的情况发生。
如图13所示,所述弹片包括固定部1、弯折部2和浮动部3,所述弯折部2的两端分别连接所述固定部1和浮动部3,所述弯折部2使所述浮动部3与固定部1相互弯折,可以通过外力的作用改变所述弯折部2的弯折程度,使所述浮动部3与固定部1靠近。所述固定部1上具有挂门11,所述浮动部3远离所述弯折部2的一端上具有挂钩31,所述挂钩31可以挂在所述挂门11上,使所述弯折部2的弯折程度增大,弯折部2产生使所述浮动部3远离固定部1的作用力和趋势。挂门11与挂钩31之间的限制作用阻止所述浮动部3远离固定部1。特别地,如图13-15所示,所述挂钩31的断不具有止挡折台311,所述止挡折台311用于避免所述挂钩31从挂门11中脱出。当挂钩31挂在所述挂门11上时,如图3所示,所述止挡折台311上突出的台阶部分会勾住所述挂门11,起到止挡所述挂钩31向后脱出挂门11的作用。
本申请提供的弹片上的止挡折台结构简单,占用的空间少,能够有效减少挂钩从挂门上脱钩的风险。
如图13、15所示,可选地,所述挂钩31可以呈片状结构,所述挂钩31可以经过半冲压剪裁加工形成半剪结构,该半剪结构向所述挂钩31的上方凸起,所述半剪结构构成所述止挡折台311。通常的冲压剪裁加工会将板材直接冲断,形成剪裁断面,而如果调整冲压剪裁加工的冲程,则可以使被剪裁的工件只产生一定程度的形变,不会直接断裂。所述半剪结构即可以通过不完全的半冲压剪裁加工得到,加工工艺简单,并且成型结构能够起到良好的止挡防脱钩作用。
优选地,所述半剪结构与所述挂钩31错开的距离为所述挂钩31的厚度的一半,加工时冲压剪裁的冲程等于片状挂钩31厚度的一半。这样,既可以使所述半剪结构凸出足够高的高度以实现止挡脱钩,也能够保证半剪结构与所述挂钩之间的连接可靠性,减小半剪结构从所述挂钩上断裂脱 落的可能性。
可选地,如图13、14所示,所述浮动部3可以包括直线区32、电连接凸出区33和限位区34,所述直线区32的一端与所述弯折部2直接连接,所述电连接凸出区33设置在所述直线区32的另一端处,电连接凸出区33位于直线区32和限位区34之间。如图14所示,所述电连接凸出区33向远离所述固定部1的方向向上凸出,所述电连接凸出区33用于与电子产品整机上的焊盘、触点相抵触而形成电连接。所述电连接凸出区33向上凸出的部分能够提高接触式电连接的可靠性。所述限位区34与所述电连接凸出区33连接,限位区34向靠近所述固定部1的方向延伸,以靠近所述挂门11。所述挂钩31设置在所述限位区34的端部,如图1所示。浮动部的这种结构设计能够提高浮动部整体的结构可靠性。本申请并不对所述浮动部的具体结构进行限制,在其它实施方式中,也可以采用其它结构形式的浮动部。
可选地,所述固定部1整体可以呈片状结构,所述挂门11向所述固定部1的上方延伸一段距离。如图13、14所示,所述挂门11可以是由片状固定部1的部分区域向上弯折形成的。优选地,所述止挡折台311可以是所述挂钩31向上凸起形成的台阶,向上凸起的台阶与向上弯折的挂门11能够形成良好的匹配关系,为浮动部3的预弯折固定操作提供便利,只要使所述挂钩31伸过所述挂门11,所述止挡折台311就能够直接卡在所述挂门11上,操作方便。
本申请还提供了一种发声装置单体,该发声装置单体包括单体壳体、发声组件以及上述弹片,所述发声组件设置在所述单体壳体中,所述弹片的固定部则固定在所述单体壳体中。所述发声组件可以与所述固定部形成电连接。所述浮动部则从所述单体壳体的外表面上露出。在将该发声装置单体装配在电子产品整机上时,单体壳体用于卡接固定在安装槽中,所述浮动部则可以与安装槽中的电连接触点或焊盘接触,实现电连接。
优选地,所述弹片的固定部可以直接一体注塑成型固定在所述单体壳体内部,例如注塑固定在单体壳体的侧壁中。这种结构设计简化了弹片 与单体壳体的装配,也提高了弹片与单体壳体之间的机械连接可靠性。
通过以上的描述,可以知道本申请至少还包括如下几个方面的内容。
E1.一种发声装置的弹片,其特征在于,包括固定部1、弯折部2和浮动部3,所述固定部1上具有挂门11,所述弯折部2的两端分别连接所述固定部1和所述浮动部3的一端,所述浮动部3的远离所述弯折部2的一端上具有挂钩31,所述弯折部2配置为使所述挂钩31具有远离所述固定部1的趋势,所述挂钩31配置为能挂在所述挂门11上以限制所述挂钩31与固定部1之间距离,所述挂钩31的端部具有止挡折台311,所述止挡折台311配置为当所述挂钩31挂在所述挂门11上时,所述止挡折台311能够止挡所述挂钩31从挂门11中脱出。
E2.根据权利要求E1所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述挂钩31呈片状结构,所述挂钩31经过半冲压剪裁加工形成半剪结构,所述半剪结构构成所述止挡折台311。
E3.根据权利要求E2所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述半剪结构与所述挂钩31错开的距离为所述挂钩31的厚度的一半。
E4.根据权利要求E1所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述浮动部3包括直线区32、电连接凸出区33和限位区34,所述直线区32与所述弯折部2连接,所述电连接凸出区33位于所述直线区32和限位区34之间,所述电连接凸出区33向远离所述固定部1的方向凸出,所述限位区34与所述电连接凸出区33连接并向靠近所述固定部1的方向延伸,所述挂钩31位于所述限位区34的端部。
E5.根据权利要求E1所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述固定部1呈片状结构,所述挂门11向所述固定部1的上方延伸。
E6.根据权利要求E5所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述止挡折台311从所述挂钩31向上凸起形成台阶。
E7.一种发声装置单体,其特征在于,包括单体壳体、发声组件以及权利要求1-6任意之一所述弹片,所述发声组件设置在所述单体壳体中,所述弹片的固定部1固定在所述单体壳体中,所述发声组件与所述固定部 1电连接,浮动部3从所述单体壳体的外表面上露出。
E8.根据权利要求E7所述的发声装置单体,其特征在于,所述固定部1一体注塑成型在所述单体壳体内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接弹片,其特征在于,包括固定部、弹臂部和限位部,所述弹臂部在高度方向的正向上位于所述固定部的一侧,所述弹臂部在长度方向上延伸,所述限位部与所述固定部固定连接,其中,所述高度方向、长度方向和宽度方向相互正交;所述限位部与所述弹臂部相作用形成:
    第一限位组合,被设置为用于限制所述弹臂部沿所述高度方向的正向运动的极限位置;
    第二限位组合,被设置为用于限制所述弹臂部沿所述宽度方向的正向运动的极限位置;
    第三限位组合,被设置为用于限制所述弹臂部沿所述宽度方向的负向运动的极限位置;
    第四限位组合,被设置为用于限制所述弹臂部沿所述长度方向的正向运动的极限位置;以及,
    第五限位组合,被设置为用于限制所述弹臂部沿所述长度方向的负向运动的极限位置;
    所述限位部通过不同的表面形成不同的限位组合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接弹片,其特征在于,所述限位部在所述宽度方向上位于所述固定部的旁侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的连接弹片,其特征在于,所述限位部的形成每一限位组合的表面垂直于对应的限位方向。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的连接弹片,其特征在于,所述限位部与所述弹臂部之间通过面面接触形成每一限位组合。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的连接弹片,其特征在于,所 述限位部包括第一限位挂门,所述第一限位挂门位于所述固定部的在所述宽度方向的正向一侧;所述弹臂部包括弹臂本体和经由所述弹臂本体延伸出的第一卡块;
    所述第一限位挂门具有沿宽度方向贯通的第一开口,所述第一开口的内壁表面包括垂直于所述高度方向的正向的第一表面、及垂直于所述长度方向的第四表面和第五表面;所述第一限位挂门的门框表面包括垂直于所述宽度方向、且面向所述弹臂本体的第二表面;
    所述第一卡块通过所述第一开口穿过所述第一限位挂门,并在所述第一表面与所述第一卡块之间形成一个所述第一限位组合,在所述第二表面与所述弹臂本体之间形成一个所述第二限位组合,在所述第四表面与所述第一卡块之间形成一个所述第四限位组合,及在所述第五表面与所述第一卡块之间形成一个所述第五限位组合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的连接弹片,其特征在于,所述第一卡块包括水平部和弯钩部,所述水平部的始端与所述弹臂本体承接,所述弯钩部经由所述水平部的末端向所述高度方向的正向弯折延伸;
    所述第一限位挂门的门框表面还具有垂直于所述宽度方向、且背向所述弹臂本体的第三表面;所述第一卡块通过所述水平部与所述第一表面形成一个所述第一限位组合、及通过所述弯钩部与所述第三表面形成一个所述第三限位组合。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的连接弹片,其特征在于,所述限位部还包括限位挡墙,所述第一限位挂门与所述限位挡墙在所述宽度方向上分设于所述固定部的两侧;所述限位挡墙具有垂直于所述宽度方向、且面向所述弹臂本体的第三表面,所述弹臂本体与所述第三表面形成一个所述第三限位组合。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的连接弹片,其特征在于,所述限位部还包 括第二限位挂门,所述第二限位挂门与所述第一限位挂门在所述宽度方向上分设于所述固定部的两侧;所述弹臂部还包括经由所述弹臂本体延伸出的第二卡块;
    所述第二限位挂门具有沿宽度方向贯通的第二开口,所述第二开口的内壁表面包括垂直于所述高度方向的正向的第一表面、及垂直于所述长度方向的第四表面和第五表面;所述第二限位挂门的门框表面包括垂直于所述宽度方向、且面向所述弹臂本体的第三表面;
    所述第二卡块通过所述第二开口穿过所述第二限位挂门,并在所述第二限位挂门的第一表面与所述第二卡块之间形成另一个所述第一限位组合,在所述第三表面与所述弹臂本体之间形成一个所述第三限位组合,在所述第二限位挂门的第四表面与所述第二卡块之间形成另一个所述第四限位组合,及在所述第二限位挂门的第五表面与所述第二卡块之间形成另一个所述第五限位组合。
  9. 一种扬声器单体,其特征在于,包括音圈和两个根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的连接弹片,两个所述连接弹片相互间绝缘设置,其中一个所述连接弹片与所述音圈的一根音圈引线电连接,另一个所述连接弹片与所述音圈的另一根音圈引线电连接。
  10. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括电路板和权利要求9所述的扬声器单体,所述电路板具有与所述扬声器单体的两个连接弹片一一对应的焊盘,所述两个连接弹片与对应焊盘电性接触。
