本发明的目的是这样实现的:它包括个人高层逃生装置,其特征是:个人高层逃生装置装在双肩包里;个人高层逃生装置后壳体左右两侧各有一个腰带耳环,每个腰带耳环与后壳体连接,腰带固定在或穿过腰带耳环;双肩包的左右两侧各有一个腰带孔,腰带的左右两个端部穿过同侧的腰带孔;双肩包的上部还有钢丝绳孔,个人高层逃生装置的钢丝绳外端穿过钢丝绳孔后系挂钩,即挂钩在双肩包外。
在后壳体左右两侧还可以各有一个绑带耳环,每个绑带耳环与后壳体连接,每个绑带 耳环位于同侧腰带耳环的下部,在每侧腰带孔的下部有一个绑带孔,大腿绑带由左、右腿绑带组成,左、右腿绑带的里端穿过同侧的绑带孔系在同侧的绑带耳环上。
使用方法是,若高层建筑发生火灾室内的人需要逃生时,逃生者先将挂钩挂到高层建筑物固定构件如邻窗的暖气管上,再将双肩包背上,腰带系在腰部,左、右腿绑带绑在左、右大腿上,最后跳下。下降过程为匀速下降、使逃生者平缓落地的原理如CN205287282U所述。
双肩包内除个人高层逃生装置外,还有其它空间或口袋,用来放置其它物件,包括个人高层逃生装置的辅助装备如手套、锤子和照明装置等,在逃生过程最好带上手套,以免在下降过程逃生者的手与建筑物外墙摩擦;如逢夜间逃生,可使用包内手电筒照明;在逃生过程如碰到障碍物,可使用包内的锤子等。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:个人高层逃生装置设置在双肩包内,由于双肩包设置拉链,个人高层逃生装置的传动机构始终处于密闭状态,可避免其它杂物进入传动机构,显著提高逃生的可靠性;其次,它可以装配逃生装置的辅助装备,提高逃生效果。
