Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of liquid crystal display, and in particular to a narrow bezel liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display.
- liquid crystal display devices that provide thinner and thinner frames have become an industry trend. Due to the thickness and appearance of the display, if you want to achieve ultra-thin, ultra-narrow bezel design, you need to redesign its component positioning structure to make it more compact.
- the liquid crystal display panel of the prior art includes an array substrate 11, a liquid crystal layer 12, and a color filter substrate 13 which are disposed in this order from top to bottom.
- the frameless liquid crystal display structure generally adopts a GOA (Gate On Array) technology, thereby omitting the gate COF (Chip On Film) structure 14 on the short side of the array substrate 11 of the liquid crystal display panel.
- the source COF structure on the long side of the array substrate cannot be eliminated. Since the size of the color filter substrate 11 is smaller than that of the array substrate 13, the color filter substrate 13 cannot cover the source COF structure 14 on the array substrate 11, and an additional shielding structure is required for shielding. Processing, so the narrow border design cannot be realized on the long side of the LCD.
- the array substrate 11 can completely cover the bent source COF structure 14, eliminating the need for an additional shielding structure, thereby further achieving a narrow bezel design of the liquid crystal display.
- the metal lines in the array substrate 11 are not blocked by the black matrix on the color filter substrate 13, and enhancement occurs.
- the reflection of the array substrate reduces the contrast of the liquid crystal display. When viewing a liquid crystal display under strong light, it is impossible to see a low-brightness picture, thereby degrading the picture quality.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal display using the above liquid crystal display panel.
- the embodiment of the invention provides a liquid crystal display panel, comprising an anti-reflection film, an upper polarizer, an array substrate, a liquid crystal layer, a color film substrate and a lower polarizer, which are sequentially stacked, and the metal substrate is disposed on the array substrate.
- the anti-reflection film completely covers the metal traces.
- the anti-reflection film is made of a magnesium fluoride material.
- the metal trace is made of aluminum material, and the thickness of the anti-reflection film is between 90.6-108.7 nm.
- the thickness of the anti-reflection film is between 97.8 and 101.4 nm.
- the metal trace is made of copper material, and the thickness of the anti-reflection film is between 99.6-117.8 nm.
- the thickness of the anti-reflection film is between 105.1-108.7 nm.
- the anti-reflection film completely covers the surface of the array substrate.
- the method further includes a source flip chip module connected to a surface of the array substrate adjacent to the liquid crystal layer, and a projection of the source flip chip assembly on the array substrate Included in the array substrate.
- the source flip chip module is connected to the array substrate at one end, and the source flip chip assembly is bent away from the array substrate, so that the source flip chip assembly is on the array substrate.
- the upper projection is included in the array substrate.
- the embodiment of the present invention further provides a liquid crystal display, comprising a backlight module and a liquid crystal display panel, wherein the backlight module is disposed on a side of the liquid crystal display panel adjacent to the color filter substrate, and the liquid crystal display panel includes The anti-reflection film, the upper polarizer, the array substrate, the liquid crystal layer, the color filter substrate, and the lower polarizer are stacked, and the array substrate is provided with a metal trace, and the anti-reflection film completely covers the metal trace.

Abstract
Description

其所需的减反射膜21厚度为e=λ/4n(500nm≤λ≤600nm,减反射膜21材料为氟化镁,n=1.38)。
