Abstract

一种吸油烟机的活动部件升降机构及应用该升降机构的吸油烟机。升降结构包括安装架(1)、活动部件(2)、电机(3)、传动机构(4)、两条升降杆(5)、连接件和两条导轨(6)。两条升降杆(5)及两条导轨(6)分别设于安装架(1)的两侧,连接件连接在升降杆(5)与传动机构(4)之间,传动机构(4)驱动连接件沿着导轨(6)作升降运动,进而使升降杆(5)和活动部件(2)作同步升降运动。升降结构通过传动机构(4)提供升降运动的动力,设于两侧的导轨(6)确保升降运动平稳,两侧的升降杆(5)进而将运动向下传递至吸油烟机的导烟板(21),从而使导烟板(21)升降运动平稳。

Description

一种吸油烟机的活动部件升降机构及应用有该升降机构的吸油烟机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸油烟机,尤其是涉及一种吸油烟机的活动部件升降机构及应用有该升降机构的吸油烟机。
背景技术
目前,为了提高吸油烟机的吸油烟效果,人们发明了各种带有活动导烟板的吸油烟机,吸油烟机工作时,通过驱动机构驱动导烟板进行升降运动或者偏转运动,进而调节吸油烟机的进风口角度和进风量。如中国专利CN 205372692 U(专利号为201620042811.2)所公开的《带自动导烟板的欧式吸油烟机》,该吸油烟机包括导烟板和固定板,固定板一侧设有固定导轨,固定导轨内设有与之相配合的运动导轨,固定导轨旁设有传动杆,该传动杆与运动导轨相抵,固定板另一侧设有电机,电机与传动杆相连,运动导轨下端设有固定支架,固定支架与导烟板相抵,传动杆上设有连杆,连杆置于运动导轨上,通过电机带动传动秆和连杆,从而使运动导轨在固定导轨上作上下运动,以便控制导烟板上下运动。虽然,该吸油烟机用来驱动导烟板上下运动的驱动机构的结构较为简单且设置也较为合理,但是,该吸油烟机的导烟板驱动机构没有考虑到油烟环境的污染,长久使用后,该驱动机构的各个组件上容易被沾上油污,使得各个组件之间的运动摩擦增大,进而导致导烟板难以顺利进行升降运动,同时,也会降低驱动机构的使用寿命。另外,由于厨房里有油烟的存在,其他需要用到滑动杆的设备,比如抽屉式消毒柜、带伸缩面板的蒸箱、烤箱等,都存在类似的问题。
又如中国专利申请CN 105423395A(申请号为201610029797.7)所公开的《带自动导烟板的欧式吸油烟机》,该吸油烟机包括导烟板和固定板,固定板一侧设有固定导轨,固定导轨内设有与之相配合的运动导轨,固定导轨旁设有传动杆,该传动杆与所述运动导轨相抵,固定板另一侧设有电机,该电机与传动杆相连,运动导轨下端设有固定支架,该固定支架与导烟板相抵,传动杆上设有连杆,该连杆置予运动导轨上,通过电机带动传动杆和连杆,从而使运动导轨在固定导轨上作上下运动,以便控制导烟板上下运动。该吸油烟机导烟板升降机构由于只有一根运动导轨,导致导烟板运行不够平稳,导烟板移动时不能实现精确导向。
另外,虽然现有技术中已经公开有双层滤油网结构的滤油网,但这些滤油网安装完毕后,两层滤油网之间的间距无法进行调节。如中国专利CN 201836954U(专利号为201020541690.9)所公开的《吸油烟机用的滤油装置及吸油烟机》,该滤油装置具有双层结构,包括位于外层的孔板过滤网和固定于板孔过滤网内侧的丝网,丝网设有数个网孔, 板孔过滤网设有数个进风孔,且板孔过滤网所有进风孔面积占孔板过滤网总面积的50~56%。虽然,该过滤装置能保证油烟与滤油装置充分接触,最大可能使油烟分离,又能保证一定的进风面积,风量和风压损失小,采用该过滤装置的吸油烟机具有足够大的吸力,但是,该过滤装置的孔板过滤网与丝网之间的间距无法调节,即进风面积不能随吸油烟机的工况变化进行自适应调整,智能化程度较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,提供一种结构简单、活动部件移动平稳的吸油烟机的活动部件升降机构。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,提供一种活动部件能够作平稳升降运动的吸油烟机。
本发明解决上述第一个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该吸油烟机的活动部件升降机构,包括安装架和设于安装架下方的活动部件,其特征在于;还包括有电机、传动机构、升降杆、连接件和导轨;所述传动机构安装在安装架上并由所述电机驱动,所述升降杆至少有两根并设于所述安装架的两侧,升降杆的下端连接在所述活动部件上,所述连接件连接在升降杆与传动机构之间,所述导轨至少有两条并分别安装在所述安装架的两侧,所述传动机构驱动连接件沿着所述导轨作升降运动,进而使所述升降杆和活动部件作同步升降运动。
安装架和连接件可以有多种结构,优选地,所述安装架具有前板、左侧板和右侧板,所述电机和传动机构安装在所述前板上,所述导轨安装在所述左侧板和右侧板上,所述连接件为设于所述安装架外侧的U型连接板,所述升降杆的上端安装所述U型连接板的对应侧部,U型连接板的侧部分别与对应侧的所述导轨滑动配合,所述U型连接板的前侧部连接在所述传动机构的输出端上。
为了避免传动机构在工作过程中产生噪音和抖动,使得其运行状况能始终处于最佳状态,优选地,所述传动机构包括丝杆、第一螺母、第二螺母和弹簧,所述丝杆竖向设置并在所述电机驱动下转动,所述第一螺母和第二螺母自上而下依次安装在所述丝杆上,所述弹簧套设在丝杆上并设于第一螺母与第二螺母之间,所述第一螺母用来连接所述的连接件,所述弹簧对第一螺母产生有竖直向上的弹力,进而避免第一螺母在运动过程中因与丝杆之间的配合间隙而与丝杆产生撞击。
为了使弹簧更好地限位在第一螺母与第二螺母之间,所述第一螺母的底面设有内凹的第一安装台阶,所述第二螺母的顶面设有内凹的第二安装台阶,所述弹簧的两端分别抵设在所述的第一安装台阶和第二安装台阶上。
为了使传动机构处于最佳运行状态,所述第一螺母上用来安装负载,所述弹簧对第一螺母产生竖直向上的弹力F′,所述负载的重力、第一螺母的自重以及第一螺母与丝 杆之间的摩擦力在竖直向下方向的分力形成合力F,并且,所述弹力F′和合力F的大小满足F′=F。
电机输出轴与丝杆之间可以有多种传动结构,优选地,在所述电机的输出轴上安装有螺杆,在所述丝杆的端部安装有与丝杆同轴设置且能同步转动的传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮与所述的螺杆相啮合。
进一步优选,所述传动机构还包括上安装座、下安装座和固定在上安装座与下安装座之间的丝杆保护罩,在所述上安装座上安装有第一轴承,所述丝杆的上端安装在该第一轴承上,在所述下安装座上安装有第二轴承,所述丝杆的下端安装在该第二轴承上,所述丝杆保护罩上开有竖向分布的条形孔,所述的第一螺母和第二螺母均有局部穿过所述条形孔而外露于所述的丝杆保护罩。
为了使升降杆和活动部件的升降运动更为平稳,所述第一螺母与丝杆保护罩之间以及所述第二螺母与丝杆保护罩之间均设有导向配合结构。
作为传动机构的另一种优选方案,所述传动机构包括齿轮和齿条,所述电机驱动齿轮转动,所述齿条与齿轮相啮合并在所述齿轮的传动下作升降运动,所述齿条用来连接所述的连接件。
吸油烟机的活动部件可以有多种类型,优选地,所述的活动部件为导烟板或滤油网。
本发明解决上述第二个技术问题所采用的技术方案为;该应用有上述升降机构的吸油烟机,包括有风机外罩、装饰罩和集烟罩,所述活动部件设于所述集烟罩的下方,其特征在于:所述风机外罩构成升降机构的安装架,在所述风机外罩与装饰罩之间形成有安装腔,所述的电机和传动机构安装所述风机外罩的前板上并位于所述的安装腔内,所述升降杆向下穿过所述集烟罩并连接在所述的活动部件上。
为了使集烟罩与盖板之间的密封垫形成有浮动密封的效果,在所述集烟罩上开有第一通孔,在所述集烟罩上对应第一通孔的位置覆盖有盖板,在所述盖板的中央部位开有与所述第一通孔对齐的第二通孔,从而在所述集烟罩与盖板之间形成有环绕在第一通孔和第二通孔外周的环形空腔,在所述环形空腔内安装有密封垫,在密封垫的中央部位开有与所述第一通孔、第二通孔对齐的第三通孔,所述升降杆依次穿过所述第二通孔、第三通孔和第一通孔,升降杆的外壁与密封垫相贴合或相邻近,且升降杆与密封垫可相对滑动。采用上述结构后,可以有效避免油烟通过集烟罩和盖板上的通孔进入集烟罩上方的安装腔内,从而确保电机和传动机构始终处于非油烟环境下,进而使升降杆能保持顺畅运动,并延长电机和传动机构的使用寿命。
进一步优选,所述密封垫在升降杆升降方向上被限位在所述集烟罩与盖板之间,所述密封垫的外周与环形空腔的内腔壁之间留有供该密封垫在垂直于升降杆升降方向上产生偏移的活动间隙。这样,集烟罩和盖板可以限制密封垫在升降杆滑动方向上进行移动,但允许密封垫能随着升降杆在垂直于滑动方向上产生偏移,从而达到浮动密封的效 果。
为了使密封垫随升降杆产生偏移时,避免升降杆直接与集烟罩相接触,所述第一通孔的孔径小于第二通孔的孔径,所述第三通孔的孔径小于第一通孔的孔径,所述密封垫在第三通孔的边沿形成有延伸至所述第一通孔内的挡圈,所述挡圈与第一通孔的边沿之间留有活动间隙。
密封垫在集烟罩与盖板之间可以有多种限位结构,所述密封垫的其中一个侧面与所述集烟罩相抵,在密封垫的另一侧面上成型有间隔分布的凸部,所述凸部与所述盖板相抵或者相靠拢。这样,通过在密封垫上设置间隔分布的凸部,可以减少密封垫在偏移过程中与盖板之间的摩擦力。
密封垫可以采用多种材质,作为一种优选方案,所述密封垫为塑料件或者橡胶件,且该密封垫的第三通孔的边沿与所述升降杆之间留有配合间隙。由于塑料件和橡胶件的材质相对较硬,因而密封垫与升降杆之间留有配合间隙后,可以避免升降杆与密封垫产生接触摩擦,进而使升降杆运动更为顺畅。
进一步优选,所述配合间隙的宽度为0.08mm~0.12mm。
作为另一种优选方案,所述密封垫为毛毡件,且该密封垫的第三通孔的边沿与所述升降杆直接接触。密封垫与升降杆直接接触后,不仅防油效果更好,而且,毛毡件材质较软,在升降杆相对密封垫运动过程中,毛毡件能刮除粘附在升降杆上的油污,进而使升降杆运动更为顺畅。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:该吸油烟机的活动部件升降机构通过安装架上的传动机构提供升降运动的动力,通过连接件将动力传递至两侧,设于两侧的导轨确保升降运动平稳,固定在连接件两侧的升降杆进而将运动向下传递至活动部件上,从而使活动部件升降运动非常平稳,此外,采用该升降机构的吸油烟机在风机外罩与装饰罩之间形成用来安装电机和传动机构的安装腔,升降杆向下穿过集烟罩并连接在活动部件上,电机和传动机构安装位置较为合理,确保电机和传动机构始终处于非油烟环境下,进而使升降杆能保持顺畅运动,并延长电机和传动机构的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一:
如图1-15所示,为本发明的吸油烟机的活动部件升降机构第一个实施例。如图1-6所示,本实施例中的吸油烟机的活动部件为导烟板21,升降机构包括安装架1、导烟板21、电机3、传动机构4、升降杆5、连接件和导轨6。
其中,安装架1具有前板100、左侧板101和右侧板102,电机3和传动机构4安装在前板100上,且传动机构4位于前板100的中间并由电机3驱动。升降杆5竖直设置,升降杆5有两根并设于安装架1的两侧,连接件为设于安装架1外侧的U型连接板7,升降杆5的下端连接在导烟板21上,升降杆5的上端安装U型连接板7的对应侧部。导轨6有两条并分别竖直安装在安装架1的左侧板101和右侧板102上,U型连接板7的侧部分别与对应侧的导轨6滑动配合,且U型连接板7的前侧部连接在传动机构4的输出端上。工作时,电机3通过传动机构4带动U型连接板7沿着导轨6作升降运动,进而使升降杆5和导烟板21作同步升降运动。
本实施例中的传动机构4采用丝杆螺母机构,其具体包括有丝杆40、第一螺母41、第二螺母42、弹簧43、上安装座44、下安装座45、丝杆保护罩46、第一轴承47、第二轴承48等组件,在电机3的输出轴通过螺杆8和传动齿轮9的传动带动丝杆40转动。具体地,丝杆40竖直设置,螺杆8横向设置并安装在电机3的输出轴上,传动齿轮9安装在丝杆40上端部并与丝杆40同轴设置,传动齿轮9与螺杆8相啮合,这样,电机3通过螺杆8与传动齿轮9的传动就能驱动丝杆40进行转动。
第一螺母41和第二螺母42自上而下依次安装在丝杆40上,弹簧43套设在丝杆40上并设于第一螺母41与第二螺母42之间,第一螺母41的底面设有内凹的第一安装台阶411,第二螺母42的顶面设有内凹的第二安装台阶421,弹簧43的两端分别抵设在 第一安装台阶411和第二安装台阶421上。
第一螺母41构成传动机构4的输出端,U型连接板7安装在第一螺母41上。U连连接板7、升降杆5和导烟板21共同构成负载,该负载的重力、第一螺母41的自重以及第一螺母与丝杆之间的摩擦力在竖直向下方向的分力形成合力F,弹簧43对第一螺母41产生有竖直向上的弹力F′。
以下分析第一螺母41向下运动和向上运动时的两种情况:
①、丝杆40转动带动第一螺母41向下匀速运动
当0≤F′<F时,当第一螺母41恰好运动到有间隙的位置时,因F′与F的合力方向向下,与第一螺母41的运动方向相同,此时,第一螺母41会出现短暂的失重现象,击噪昔,这种情况一般随丝杆40的转动而周期性出现。
当F′≥F时,F′与F的合力方向向上,与第一螺母41的运动方向相反,此时,第一螺母41不会发生失重现象,机构在运行过程中不会产生噪音和抖动;
②、丝杆40转动带动第一螺母41向上匀速运动
当0≤F′≤F时,F′与F的合力方向向下,与第一螺母41的运动方向相反,此时,第一螺母41不会发生失重现象,机构在运行过程中不会产生噪音和抖动;
当F′>F时,当第一螺母41恰好运动到有间隙的位置时,因F′与F的合力方向向上,与第一螺母41的运动方向相同,此时,第一螺母41会出现短暂的失重,机构在运行过程中会产生噪音和抖动。
综合第一螺母41的上述两个运动过程可知,当满足F′=F时,可以避免第一螺母41在向上和向下运动过程中因与丝杆40之间的配合间隙而与丝杆40产生撞击,进而避免丝杆螺母机构在工作过程中产生噪音和抖动。
丝杆保护罩46用来保护丝杆40,上安装座44和下安装座45分别安装在丝杆保护罩46的两端。第一轴承47安装在上安装座44上,丝杆40的上端安装在第一轴承47上,第二轴承48安装在下安装座45上,丝杆40的下端安装在第二轴承48上。丝杆保护罩46上开有竖向分布的条形孔49,第一螺母41和第二螺母42均有局部穿过条形孔49而外露于丝杆保护罩46。另外,为了使第一螺母41、第二螺母42以及安装在第一螺母41上的负载能够平稳移动,第一螺母41与丝杆保护罩46之间以及第二螺母42与丝杆保护罩46之间均设有导向配合结构。导向配合结构可以采用常规的凸筋与凹槽的配合结构,在此不再展开描述。
如图7和图8所示,该传动机构4包括齿轮410和齿条411,电机3驱动齿轮410转动,齿条411与齿轮410相啮合并齿轮410的传动下作升降运动,U型连接板7安装在齿条411上。工作时,齿条411在电机3的驱动下作升降运动,进而通过U型连接板7带动升降杆5和导烟板21作同步升降运动。
如图9至图11所示,本实施例中的吸油烟机采用上述活动部件升降机构,该吸油烟机包括风机外罩、装饰罩11、集烟罩13和导烟板21,导烟板21设于集烟罩13的下方,风机外罩构成活动部件升降机构的安装架1,在风机外罩与装饰罩11之间形成有安装腔12,该安装腔12与油烟隔离,电机3和传动机构4安装风机外罩的前板100上并位于安装腔12内,升降杆5向下穿过集烟罩13并连接在导烟板21上。
如图12至图15所示,在集烟罩13上开有第一通孔131,在集烟罩13上对应第一通孔的位置覆盖有盖板14,在盖板14的中央部位开有与第一通孔131对齐的第二通孔141,从而在集烟罩13与盖板14之间形成有环绕在第一通孔131和第二通孔141外周的环形空腔16。在环形空腔16内安装有密封垫15,在密封垫15的中央部位开有与第一通孔131、第二通孔141对齐的第三通孔151,升降杆5依次穿过第二通孔141、第三通孔151和第一通孔131,升降杆5的外壁与密封垫15相贴合或相邻近,且升降杆5与密封垫15可相对滑动。密封垫15安装完毕后,密封垫15的两侧面被限位在集烟罩13与盖板14之间,密封垫15的外周与环形空腔16的内腔壁之间留有供密封垫15在水平方向上来回偏移的活动间隙。
另外,第一通孔131的孔径小于第二通孔141的孔径,第三通孔151的孔径小于第一通孔131的孔径,密封垫15在第三通孔151的边沿形成有延伸至第一通孔131内的挡圈152,挡圈152与第一通孔131的边沿之间留有活动间隙。这样,当密封垫15随升降杆5在水平方向上产生偏移时,可以避免升降杆5与集烟罩13直接相接触,使升降杆5在运动时不会损坏。
本实施例中,密封垫15的下侧面与集烟罩13相抵,密封垫15的上侧面上成型有间隔分布的凸部153,凸部153设置在密封垫15的周边。凸部153优选采用凸点,其可以与盖板14直接相抵,也可以与盖板14相靠拢而在两者之间留有较小的间隙。
本实施例中的密封垫15可以采用多种不同的材质。比如,可以使用塑料件或者橡胶件等相对较为硬质的材料,采用塑料件和橡胶件时,密封垫15的第三通孔151的边沿与升降杆5之间需留有配合间隙,该配合间隙d一般设置在d=0.08mm~0.12mm,优选为d=0.1mm,以避免升降杆5与密封垫15产生接触摩擦,进而使升降杆5运动更为顺畅。也可以采用毛毡等相对较软的材料,采用毛毡件时,密封垫15的第三通孔151的边沿与升降杆5直接接触,不仅防油效果更好,而且,毛毡件材质较软,在升降杆5上下运动过程中,毛毡件能刮除粘附在升降杆5上的油污,进而使升降杆5运动更为顺畅
工作时,传动机构4驱动升降杆5作上下运动,进而带动导烟板21进行升降运动。受驱动机构精度的影响,升降杆5在上下运动的时候在水平方向上会产生一定程度的偏移,通过本实施例中的防油密封结构后,可以限制密封垫15竖直方向的运动,并放开水平方向的自由度,使得密封垫15整体上可以随着升降杆5的偏移而产生水平偏移, 从而达到浮动密封的效果,避免油烟通过集烟罩13和盖板14上的通孔进入安装腔12内,从而确保电机3和传动机构4始终处于非油烟环境下,进而使升降杆5能始终顺畅地进行上下运动。
实施例二:
如图16和17所示,本实施例中的吸油烟机的活动部件为滤油网2二2,滤油网22为由内层滤油网221和外层滤油网222构成的双层结构,其中,内层滤油网221为固定油网并固定在集烟罩13上,升降机构的升降杆5向下伸出于安装腔12并连接在外层滤油网222上,外层滤油网222为活动油网并在升降机构的带动下相对于内层滤油网221作上下移动,从而改变内层滤油网221与外层滤油网222之间的间距,进而调节吸油烟机的风量变化,使吸油烟机始终处于最佳工作状态。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的原理前提下,可以对本发明进行多种改型或改进,这些均被视为本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种吸油烟机的活动部件升降机构,包括安装架(1)和设于安装架下方的活动部件(2),其特征在于:还包括有电机(3)、传动机构(4)、升降杆(5)、连接件和导轨(6);
    所述传动机构(4)安装在安装架(1)上并由所述电机(3)驱动,所述升降杆(5)至少有两根并设于所述安装架(1)的两侧,升降杆(5)的下端连接在所述活动部件(2)上,所述连接件连接在升降杆(5)与传动机构(4)之间,所述导轨(6)至少有两条并分别安装在所述安装架(1)的两侧,所述传动机构(4)驱动连接件沿着所述导轨(6)作升降运动,进而使所述升降杆(5)和活动部件(2)作同步升降运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的升降机构,其特征在于:所述安装架(1)具有前板(100)、左侧板(101)和右侧板(102),所述电机(3)和传动机构(4)安装在所述前板(100)上,所述导轨(6)安装在所述左侧板(101)和右侧板(102)上,所述连接件为设于所述安装架(1)外侧的U型连接板(7),所述升降杆(5)的上端安装所述U型连接板(7)的对应侧部,U型连接板(7)的侧部分别与对应侧的所述导轨(6)滑动配合,所述U型连接板(7)的前侧部连接在所述传动机构(4)的输出端上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的升降机构,其特征在于:所述传动机构(4)包括丝杆(40)、第一螺母(41)、第二螺母(42)和弹簧(43),所述丝杆(40)竖向设置并在所述电机(3)驱动下转动,所述第一螺母(41)和第二螺母(42)自上而下依次安装在所述丝杆(40)上,所述弹簧(43)套设在丝杆(40)上并设于第一螺母(41)与第二螺母(42)之间,所述第一螺母(41)用来连接所述的连接件,所述弹簧(43)对第一螺母(41)产生有竖直向上的弹力,进而避免第一螺母(41)在运动过程中因与丝杆(40)之间的配合间隙而与丝杆产生撞击。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的升降机构,其特征在于:所述第一螺母(41)的底面设有内凹的第一安装台阶(411),所述第二螺母(42)的顶面设有内凹的第二安装台阶(421),所述弹簧(43)的两端分别抵设在所述的第一安装台阶(411)和第二安装台阶(421)上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的升降机构,其特征在于:在所述电机(3)的输出轴上安装有螺杆(8),在所述丝杆(40)的端部安装有与丝杆(40)同轴设置且能同步转动的传动齿轮(9),所述传动齿轮(9)与所述的螺杆(8)相啮合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的升降机构,其特征在于:所述传动机构还包括上安装座(44)、下安装座(45)和固定在上安装座与下安装座之间的丝杆保护罩(46),在所述上安装座(44)上安装有第一轴承(47),所述丝杆(43)的上端安装在该第一轴承(47)上,在所述下安装座(45)上安装有第二轴承(48),所述丝杆(40)的下端安装在该第二轴承(48)上,所述丝杆保护罩(46)上开有竖向分布的条形孔(49),所述的第一螺母(41)和第二螺母(42)均有局部穿过所述条形孔(49)而外露于所述的丝杆保护罩(46)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的升降机构,其特征在于:所述第一螺母(41)与丝杆保护罩(46)之间以及所述第二螺母(42)与丝杆保护罩(46)之间均设有导向配合结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的升降机构,其特征在于:所述传动机构(4)包括齿轮(410)和齿条(411),所述电机(3)驱动齿轮(410)转动,所述齿条(411)与齿轮(410)相啮合并在所述齿轮(410)的传动下作升降运动,所述齿条(411)用来连接所述的连接件。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一权利要求所述的升降机构,其特征在于:所述的活动部件为导烟板(21)或滤油网(22)。
  10. 一种应用有权利要求1至9中任一权利要求所述升降机构的吸油烟机,包括有风机外罩、装饰罩(11)和集烟罩(13),所述活动部件设于所述集烟罩(13)的下方,其特征在于:所述风机外罩构成升降机构的安装架(1),在所述风机外罩与装饰罩(11)之间形成有安装腔(12),所述的电机(3)和传动机构(4)安装所述风机外罩的前板(100)上并位于所述的安装腔(12)内,所述升降杆(5)向下穿过所述集烟罩(13)并连接在所述的活动部件上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于:在所述集烟罩(13)上开有第一通孔(131),在所述集烟罩(13)上对应第一通孔的位置覆盖有盖板(14),在所述盖板(14)的中央部位开有与所述第一通孔(131)对齐的第二通孔(141),从而在所述集烟罩(13)与盖板(14)之间形成有环绕在第一通孔(131)和第二通孔(141)外周的环形空腔(16),在所述环形空腔(16)内安装有密封垫(15),在密封垫(15)的中央部位开有与所述第一通孔(131)、第二通孔(141)对齐的第三通孔(151),所述升降杆(5)依次穿过所述第二通孔(141)、第三通孔(151)和第一通孔(131),升降杆(5)的外壁与密封垫(15)相贴合或相邻近,且升降杆(5)与密封垫(15)可相对滑动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于:所述密封垫(15)在升降杆(5)升降方向上被限位在所述集烟罩(13)与盖板(14)之间,密封垫(15)的外周与环形空腔(16)的内腔壁之间留有供该密封垫(15)在垂直于升降杆(5)升降方向上产生偏移的活动间隙。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于:所述第一通孔(131)的孔径小于第二通孔(141)的孔径,所述第三通孔(151)的孔径小于第一通孔(131)的孔径,所述密封垫(15)在第三通孔(151)的边沿形成有延伸至所述第一通孔(131)内的挡圈(152),所述挡圈(152)与第一通孔(131)的边沿之间留有活动间隙。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于:所述密封垫(15)的其中一个侧面与所述集烟罩(13)相抵,在密封垫(15)的另一侧面上成型有间隔分布的凸部(153),所述凸部(153)与所述盖板(14)相抵或者相靠拢。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于:所述密封垫(15)为塑料件或者橡胶件,且该密封垫(15)的第三通孔(151)的边沿与所述升降杆(5)之间留有配合间隙。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于:所述配合间隙的宽度为0.08mm~0.12mm。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于:所述密封垫(15)为毛毡件,且该密封垫(15)的第三通孔(151)的边沿与所述升降杆(5)直接接触。
