下面结合附图,对本发明的用于比赛的子弹及其制造方法进行详细说明。在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施例及实施方式中的特征可以相互组合。
下面结合附图和具体实施例,对本发明的用于比赛的子弹进行介绍。
参见图1至图6所示,本发明实施例提供的用于比赛的子弹1为注塑件,可用于射击类机器人竞技比赛或用在娱乐设备中,所述子弹1可装设于发射装置(图未示)中被发射出来,以击中目标物体。所述子弹1包括:第一注塑体10和第二注塑体20,所述第一注塑体10的外表面100上设有支撑件30,所述第二注塑体20包覆于所述第一注塑体10的外表面100 并使所述支撑件30自所述第二注塑体20裸露,使支撑件30作为子弹1的花纹。
本发明的用于比赛的子弹1,通过在所述第一注塑体10的外表面100上设置支撑件300,便于在所述第一注塑体10上注塑形成包覆于所述第一注塑体10外表面100的第二注塑体20,并能够使所述支撑件30自所述第二注塑体20裸露,使支撑件30作为子弹1的花纹,并形成具有双层注塑体结构的子弹1,提高了子弹1的外观效果及功能性。
参见图1所示,在本发明一实施方式中,所述支撑件30的外表面300与所述第二注塑体20的外表面200平齐,能够形成表面平滑光整的子弹1,提高了子弹1的外观效果。
参见图2至图4所示,在本发明一实施方式中,所述支撑件30的数量为多个,多个所述支撑件30均匀布设于所述第一注塑体10的外表面100。进一步地,所述第二注塑体20的材料颜色与所述第一注塑体10以及支撑件30的材料颜色不同,以使得多个支撑件30自所述第二注塑体20裸露后,使支撑件30作为子弹1的花纹,使子弹1形成双色的外观效果。
参见图2所示,在本发明一实施方式中,所述第一注塑体10的外表面100为球面,所述支撑件30的外表面300为球面,所述第一注塑体10的外表面100与所述支撑件30的外表面300同轴心。进一步地,参见图1所示,所述第二注塑体20的外表面200与所述支撑件30的外表面300组成完整的球体表面,进而使形成的所述子弹1为球形子弹,提高了子弹1的外观效果。可选地,所述第一注塑体10与所述支撑件30为一体成型结构,便于注塑成型。
参见图1所示,在本发明一实施方式中,本发明的用于比赛的子弹1,还包括嵌件40,所述嵌件40设置于所述第一注塑体10内。进一步地,所述嵌件40在所述第一注塑体10内的位置使得所述子弹1的质心位于几 何中心,以保证子弹1的质量均匀。可选地,所述嵌件40可以采用电子元件,可以提高子弹1的功能性,使子弹1具备更多的功能应用。
参见图5和图6所示,在本发明一实施方式中,所述第一注塑体10上设有用以固定所述嵌件40的固定口110,所述嵌件40上设有与所述固定口110相适配的配合口401。这样,在注塑形成第一注塑体10之前,可以先通过所述固定件110与所述配合口401的相互配合将嵌件40的位置固定,然后再注塑形成第一注塑体10,使得第一注塑体10包覆于嵌件40的外部。
在本发明一实施方式中,所述嵌件40可以为发光元件,能够提高子弹1的功能性,使子弹1具备更多的功能应用。可选地,所述第一注塑体10和所述支撑件30均采用透明材料,所述第二注塑体20采用不透明材料,以使得所述嵌件40发出的光线能够透过所述支撑件30射出,提高了子弹1的外观效果和功能性。
综上所述,本发明的用于比赛的子弹1,通过在所述第一注塑体10的外表面100上设置支撑件300,便于在所述第一注塑体10上注塑形成包覆于所述第一注塑体10外表面100的第二注塑体20,并能够使所述支撑件30自所述第二注塑体20裸露,使支撑件30作为子弹1的花纹,并形成具有双层注塑体结构的子弹1,提高了子弹1的外观效果及功能性。进一步地,通过在第一注塑体10内设置嵌件40,可以进一步提高子弹1的外观效果及功能性。
下面结合附图和具体实施例,对本发明的第一种用于比赛的子弹的制造方法进行介绍。
参见图7所示,图7是本发明一实施例示出的一种用于比赛的子弹的制造方法的流程图。在该实施例中,本发明的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,包括:
步骤S101:通过注塑形成外表面上凸出有支撑件30的第一注塑体10,如图2所示。
步骤S102:在所述第一注塑体10的外表面100上通过注塑形成第二注塑体20,所述第二注塑体20包覆于所述第一注塑体10的外表面100并使所述支撑件30自所述第二注塑体20裸露,如图1所示。
在本发明一实施方式中,将所述第二注塑体20的外表面200注塑至与所述支撑件30的外表面300平齐,如图3和图4所示,能够形成表面平滑光整的子弹1,进而提高子弹1的外观效果。
在本发明一实施方式中,在所述第一注塑体10的外表面100上注塑形成多个所述支撑件30,并将多个所述支撑件30均匀布设于所述第一注塑体10的外表面100。进一步地,将所述第二注塑体20的颜色注塑为与所述支撑件30的颜色不同,以使得多个支撑件30自所述第二注塑体20裸露后,使支撑件30作为子弹1的花纹,使子弹1形成双色的外观效果。如图3和图4所示。
在本发明一实施方式中,将所述第一注塑体10的外表面100注塑为球面,将所述支撑件30的外表面300注塑为球面,并将所述第一注塑体10的外表面100与所述支撑件30的外表面300注塑为同轴心。进一步地,参见图1所示,将所述第二注塑体20的外表面200注塑至与所述支撑件30的外表面300组成完整的球体表面,进而使形成的所述子弹1为球形子弹,提高了子弹1的外观效果。可选地,将所述第一注塑体10与所述支撑件30注塑为一体成型结构,便于注塑成型。
在本发明一实施方式中,在步骤S101中,通过注塑形成外表面上凸出有支撑件30的第一注塑体10,进一步包括:通过注塑形成外表面上凸出有支撑件30、且内部埋设有嵌件40的所述第一注塑体10,如图1所示。进一步地,所述嵌件40在所述第一注塑体10内的位置使得由所述第一注 塑体10和所述第二注塑体20组成的子弹1的质心位于几何中心,以保证子弹1的质量均匀。可选地,所述嵌件40可以采用电子元件,可以提高子弹1的功能性,使子弹1具备更多的功能应用。
在本发明一实施方式中,上述通过注塑形成外表面上凸出有支撑件30、且内部埋设有嵌件40的所述第一注塑体10,进一步包括:在所述嵌件40上设置配合口401,然后在所述配合口401上设置与所述配合口401相适配的固定件110以固定所述嵌件40的位置,从而通过注塑形成内部埋设有所述嵌件40的所述第一注塑体10。这样,在注塑形成第一注塑体10之前,可以先通过所述固定件110与所述配合口401的相互配合将嵌件40的位置固定,然后再注塑形成第一注塑体10,使得第一注塑体10包覆于嵌件40的外部。
在本发明一实施方式中,所述嵌件40可以为发光元件,能够提高子弹1的功能性,使子弹1具备更多的功能应用。可选地,采用透明材料注塑形成所述第一注塑体10和所述支撑件30,采用不透明材料注塑形成所述第二注塑体20,以使得所述嵌件40发出的光线能够透过所述支撑件30射出,从而提高子弹1的外观效果和功能性。
综上所述,本发明的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,通过在所述第一注塑体的外表面上注塑形成支撑件,便于在所述第一注塑体上注塑形成包覆于所述第一注塑体外表面的第二注塑体,并能够使所述支撑件自所述第二注塑体裸露,能够使支撑件作为子弹的花纹,并形成具有双层注塑体结构的子弹,提高了子弹的外观效果及功能性。进一步地,通过注塑形成内部埋设有嵌件的第一注塑体,可以进一步提高子弹的外观效果及功能性。
下面结合附图和具体实施例,对本发明的第二种用于比赛的子弹的制造方法进行介绍。
参见图8所示,图8是本发明一实施例示出的另一种用于比赛的子 弹的制造方法的流程图。在该实施例中,本发明的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,包括:
步骤S201:参见图9所示,在第一模具510内注塑形成外表面凸出有所述支撑件30的所述第一注塑体10,如图2所示。
步骤S202:将所述第一注塑体10固定在第二模具520内,在所述支撑件30与所述第二模具520之间预留出空腔521,如图10所示。
步骤S203:在所述第二模具520内注塑形成填充于所述空腔521内的第二注塑体20,所述第二注塑体20包覆于所述第一注塑体10的外表面100并使所述支撑件30自所述第二注塑体20裸露,以形成所述子弹1,如图1所示。
在本发明一实施方式中,参见图10所示,将所述第二模具520的内表面522设置为与所述支撑件30的外表面300平齐,以使得注塑形成所述第二注塑体20后,所述第二注塑体20的外表面200与所述支撑件30的外表面300平齐,如图3和图4所示,能够形成表面平滑光整的子弹1,进而提高子弹1的外观效果。
参见图9所示,在本发明一实施方式中,在步骤S201中,在第一模具510内注塑形成外表面凸出有所述支撑件30的所述第一注塑体10,进一步包括:在所述第一模具510内设置与所述支撑件30相适配的凹模511,所述凹模511用以在所述第一注塑体10的外表面100上注塑形成所述支撑件30。
进一步地,在所述第一模具510内设置多个所述凹模511,以使得在所述第一注塑体10的外表面100上注塑形成多个所述支撑件30。可选地,将多个所述凹模511均匀布设于所述第一模具510上,以使得多个所述支撑件30均匀布设于所述第一注塑体10的外表面100。可选地,将所述第二注塑体20的颜色注塑为与所述支撑件30的颜色不同,以使得多个 支撑件30自所述第二注塑体20裸露后,使支撑件30作为子弹1的花纹,使子弹1形成双色的外观效果。如图3和图4所示。
在本发明一实施方式中,将所述第一模具510的内表面设置为球面,将所述凹模511的内表面设置为球面,并将所述第一模具510的内表面与所述凹模511的内表面设置为同轴心,以使得注塑形成的所述第一注塑体10的外表面100为球面,所述支撑件30的外表面300为球面,以及所述第一注塑体10的外表面100与所述支撑件30的外表面300为同轴心。进一步地,参见图1和图10所示,将所述第二注塑体20的外表面200注塑至与所述支撑件30的外表面300组成完整的球体表面,进而使形成的所述子弹1为球形子弹,提高了子弹1的外观效果。可选地,将所述第一注塑体10与所述支撑件30注塑为一体成型结构,便于注塑成型。
在本发明一实施方式中,在步骤S201中,在第一模具510内注塑形成外表面凸出有所述支撑件30的所述第一注塑体10之前,还包括:在所述第一模具510内固定嵌件40,以使得在所述第一模具510内注塑形成所述第一注塑体10之后,所述嵌件40位于所述第一注塑体10内,如图1所示。进一步地,将所述嵌件40固定于所述第一模具510内的位置设置为:注塑形成所述第一注塑体10之后,所述子弹1的质心位于几何中心,以保证子弹1的质量均匀。可选地,所述嵌件40可以采用电子元件,可以提高子弹1的功能性,使子弹1具备更多的功能应用。
在本发明一实施方式中,上述在所述第一模具510内固定嵌件40,进一步包括:在所述嵌件40上设置配合口,并在所述第一模具510上设置与所述配合口相适配的固定件以固定所述嵌件40。这样,在注塑形成第一注塑体10之前,可以先通过所述固定件110与所述配合口401的相互配合将嵌件40的位置固定在第一模具510内,然后在第一模具510内注塑形成第一注塑体10,使得第一注塑体10包覆于嵌件40的外部。
在本发明一实施方式中,所述嵌件40可以为发光元件,能够提高子 弹1的功能性,使子弹1具备更多的功能应用。可选地,采用透明材料注塑形成所述第一注塑体10和所述支撑件30,采用不透明材料注塑形成所述第二注塑体20,以使得所述嵌件40发出的光线能够透过所述支撑件30射出,从而提高子弹1的外观效果和功能性。
综上所述,本发明的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,通过在第一模具内注塑形成第一注塑体,并在所述第一注塑体的外表面上注塑形成支撑件,便于在第二模具内注塑形成包覆于所述第一注塑体外表面的第二注塑体,并能够使所述支撑件自所述第二注塑体裸露,能够使支撑件作为子弹的花纹,并形成具有双层注塑体结构的子弹,提高了子弹的外观效果及功能性。进一步地,通过注塑形成内部埋设有嵌件的第一注塑体,可以进一步提高子弹的外观效果及功能性。

Claims (33)

  1. 一种用于比赛的子弹,其特征在于,包括:第一注塑体和第二注塑体,所述第一注塑体的外表面上设有支撑件,所述第二注塑体包覆于所述第一注塑体的外表面并使所述支撑件自所述第二注塑体裸露。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于比赛的子弹,其特征在于,所述支撑件的外表面与所述第二注塑体的外表面平齐。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于比赛的子弹,其特征在于,所述支撑件的数量为多个,多个所述支撑件均匀布设于所述第一注塑体的外表面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于比赛的子弹,其特征在于,所述第一注塑体的外表面为球面,所述支撑件的外表面为球面,所述第一注塑体的外表面与所述支撑件的外表面同轴心。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于比赛的子弹,其特征在于,所述第二注塑体的外表面与所述支撑件的外表面组成完整的球体表面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于比赛的子弹,其特征在于,所述第一注塑体与所述支撑件为一体成型结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于比赛的子弹,其特征在于,所述第二注塑体的材料颜色与所述第一注塑体的材料颜色不同。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于比赛的子弹,其特征在于,还包括嵌件,所述嵌件设置于所述第一注塑体内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于比赛的子弹,其特征在于,所述嵌件在所述第一注塑体内的位置使得所述子弹的质心位于几何中心。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的用于比赛的子弹,其特征在于,所述第一注塑体上设有用以固定所述嵌件的固定口,所述嵌件上设有与所述固定口相适配的配合口。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的用于比赛的子弹,其特征在于,所述嵌件为发光元件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用于比赛的子弹,其特征在于,所述第一注塑体和所述支撑件均采用透明材料,所述第二注塑体采用不透明材料,所述嵌件发出的光线能够透过所述支撑件射出。
  13. 一种用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过注塑形成外表面上凸出有支撑件的第一注塑体;
    在所述第一注塑体的外表面上通过注塑形成第二注塑体,所述第二注塑体包覆于所述第一注塑体的外表面并使所述支撑件自所述第二注塑体裸露。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,将所述第二注塑体的外表面注塑至与所述支撑件的外表面平齐。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,在所述第一注塑体的外表面上注塑形成多个所述支撑件,并将多个所述支撑件均匀布设于所述第一注塑体的外表面。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,将所述第一注塑体的外表面注塑为球面,将所述支撑件的外表面注塑为球面,并将所述第一注塑体的外表面与所述支撑件的外表面注塑为同轴心。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,将所述第二注塑体的外表面注塑至与所述支撑件的外表面组成完整的球体表面。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,将所述第一注塑体与所述支撑件注塑为一体成型结构。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,将所述第二注塑体的颜色注塑为与所述支撑件的颜色不同。
  20. 根据权利要求13所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,通过注塑形成外表面上凸出有支撑件的第一注塑体,包括:通过注塑形成外表面上凸出有支撑件、且内部埋设有嵌件的所述第一注塑体。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于, 所述嵌件在所述第一注塑体内的位置使得由所述第一注塑体和所述第二注塑体组成的子弹的质心位于几何中心。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,通过注塑形成外表面上凸出有支撑件、且内部埋设有嵌件的所述第一注塑体,包括:
    在所述嵌件上设置配合口;
    在所述配合口上设置与所述配合口相适配的固定件以固定所述嵌件的位置,从而通过注塑形成内部埋设有所述嵌件的所述第一注塑体。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,所述嵌件为发光元件。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,采用透明材料注塑形成所述第一注塑体和所述支撑件,采用不透明材料注塑形成所述第二注塑体,以使得所述嵌件发出的光线能够透过所述支撑件射出。
  25. 一种如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在第一模具内注塑形成外表面凸出有所述支撑件的所述第一注塑体;
    将所述第一注塑体固定在第二模具内,在所述支撑件与所述第二模具之间预留出空腔;
    在所述第二模具内注塑形成填充于所述空腔内的第二注塑体,所述第二注塑体包覆于所述第一注塑体的外表面并使所述支撑件自所述第二注塑体裸露,以形成所述用于比赛的子弹。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,将所述第二模具的内表面设置为与所述支撑件的外表面平齐。
  27. 根据权利要求25所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,在第一模具内注塑形成外表面凸出有所述支撑件的所述第一注塑体,包括:在所述第一模具内设置与所述支撑件相适配的凹模,所述凹模用以在所述 第一注塑体的外表面上注塑形成所述支撑件。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,在所述第一模具内设置多个所述凹模,以使得在所述第一注塑体的外表面上注塑形成多个所述支撑件。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,将多个所述凹模均匀布设于所述第一模具上,以使得多个所述支撑件均匀布设于所述第一注塑体的外表面。
  30. 根据权利要求27所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,将所述第一模具的内表面设置为球面,将所述凹模的内表面设置为球面,并将所述第一模具的内表面与所述凹模的内表面设置为同轴心。
  31. 根据权利要求25所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,在第一模具内注塑形成外表面凸出有所述支撑件的所述第一注塑体之前,还包括:在所述第一模具内固定嵌件,以使得在所述第一模具内注塑形成所述第一注塑体之后,所述嵌件位于所述第一注塑体内。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,将所述嵌件固定于所述第一模具内的位置设置为:注塑形成所述第一注塑体之后,所述子弹的质心位于几何中心。
  33. 根据权利要求31所述的用于比赛的子弹的制造方法,其特征在于,在所述第一模具内固定嵌件,包括:在所述嵌件上设置配合口,并在所述第一模具上设置与所述配合口相适配的固定件以固定所述嵌件。
