Abstract

본 발명은 자외선-오존(UV-ozone; UVO)을 이용한 나노 분말의 건식 표면 처리 장치에 관한 것으로, 자외선-오존과 나노 분말의 접촉 확률을 높여 자외선-오존에 의한 표면 처리 효율을 높이기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 나노 분말의 건식 표면 처리 장치용 반응용기는 자외선 투과성을 가지며 나노 분말을 담을 수 있는 내부 공간을 갖는 반응관과, 반응관의 내부에 형성되며 반응관의 회전 시 반응관의 내부에 담긴 나노 분말을 교반하여 반응관 내에서의 자외선-오존과의 접촉 확률을 높이는 디바이더를 포함한다.
