Description

一种监测反作用力的装置及方法 技术领域
本发明属于健身器材领域,具体涉及一种监测反作用力的装置及方法。
背景技术
目前,我国已有众多健身器材生产企业,世界上几乎所有的普通健身器材类型,中国企业都在生产,并为大量的境外品牌进行加工,中国制造的健身器材在国际市场上占据了约一半的份额,出口交易额达20多亿美元。另一方,随着我国人民生活水平的提高、收入的增加,已使健身器材市场的潜力变成现实。健身器材市场的年销售额逐年增长,已形成黄金市场。
健身器材主要包括力量训练器材、功能训练器材和有氧训练器材。这些器材通常通过配重片为器材使用人员的锻炼提供反作用力,达到健身的效果。一直以来,器材使用人员都需要人工手动记录健身时配重片提供的反作用力大小,从而优化健身效果。然而,健身训练中人工记录一方面会耽误健身进度,另一方面记录需要的笔、纸等记录工具不容易携带且容易丢失。此外,科学的健身需要对反作用进行实时的监测,保障健身人员的安全。目前,健身器材中反作用力的监测已成为高效健身的拦路虎。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种监测反作用力的装置及方法,以克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷。本发明安全性好、可靠性高、使用简单,打破现有健身器材的技术与功能瓶颈,具有良好的应用前景及市场价值。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种监测反作用力的装置,包括配重片信息存储模块、配重片信息传输模块、人员信息识别模块和信息数据收发模块;
所述配重片信息存储模块用于存储配重片的重量、编号及位置信息;
所述配重片信息传输模块用于交互配重片信息存储模块中的数据;
所述人员信息识别模块用于识别与鉴定器材使用人员的身份与身体状态;
所述信息数据收发模块用于交互配重片和器材使用人员的信息;
其中,所述配重片是健身器材的组件,用来提供健身锻炼所需的反作用力。
进一步地,所述配重片信息存储模块包括识别标签子模块;识别标签子模块安装在配重片上。
进一步地,所述识别标签子模块是拥有不同阻抗值的器件;所述阻抗值携带配重片的信息;
配重片信息传输模块与识别标签子模块连接,配重片信息传输模块通过读取识别标签子模块的阻抗值获得器材使用人员使用的配重片信息。
进一步地,所述配重片信息传输模块与配重片信息存储模块的传输途径为有线传输或无线传输。
一种监测反作用力的方法,采用上述的监测反作用力的装置,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:向配重片信息存储模块添加配重片的识别信息;
步骤2:健身器材使用人员触发人员信息识别模块,获取器材使用人员的身份与身体状态;
步骤3:通过配重片信息传输模块获取健身器材使用人员所选择及使用的配重片的信息;
步骤4:通过信息数据收发模块把获取的配重片与器材使用人员的信息发送到数据收集服务器。
进一步地,步骤1具体为:在不同配重片上安装用于携带配重片信息的识别标签子模块,所述识别标签子模块设有用于传输配重片信息的信息传输接口。
进一步地,所述识别标签子模块为拥有不同阻抗值的器件;所述阻抗值携带配重片的信息;健身器材通过所述器件的阻抗值信息获取配重片的信息。
进一步地,步骤3具体为:配重片信息传输模块与识别标签子模块连接,配重片信息传输模块通过读取识别标签子模块的阻抗值获取配重片的数量及重量。

进一步地,通过增加识别标签子模块的设计,实现了对配重片型号、数量的识别;通过增加配重片信息传输模块与配重片信息存储模块的传输设计,提高了配重片信息传输的实用性。
进一步地,通过增加识别标签子模块的设计,使配重片信息传输模块通过阻抗值获取器材提供的反作用力信息。
因此,该发明安全性好、可靠性高、使用简单,突破现有健身器材的技术与功能瓶颈,具有良好的应用前景及市场价值。

配重片信息存储模块11,用于存储配重片的重量、编号及位置信息;
配重片信息传输模块12,用于交互配重片信息存储模块中的数据;
人员信息识别模块13,用于识别与鉴定器材使用人员的身份与身体状态;
信息数据收发模块14,用于交互配重片和器材使用人员的信息。
配重片信息存储模块包括识别标签子模块,安装在配重片上,用于存储 配重片信息。
配重片信息传输模块的传输途径可以是有线传输,也可以是无线传输;所述配重片信息传输模块可以与健身器材进行信息交互,也可以与其他外部设备进行信息交互。
识别标签子模块可以是拥有不同阻抗值的器件;所述阻抗值携带配重片的信息;配重片信息传输模块通过与所述器件建立电路,传输所述器件的阻抗信息;阻抗值反映了器材使用人员使用的配重片信息。
下面以一个简单系统为例,对配重片信息存储模块、识别标签子模块、配重片信息传输模块、人员信息识别模块和信息数据收发模块进行详细说明。
假设一种监测反作用力的装置集成在了健身器材类的杠铃器械里。
如图2所示,本发明的一种监测反作用力的装置的示意图,配重片信息存储模块11、配重片信息传输模块12、人员信息识别模块13和信息数据收发模块14安装到杠铃铃杆上,识别标签子模块15安装到配重片16上。
识别标签子模块15是拥有固定阻抗的器件;配重片信息存储模块11存储与识别标签子模块15中阻抗值对应的重量;配重片信息传输模块12的正极17和负极18与识别标签子模块15连接,获取识别标签子模块15的阻抗值。
人员信息识别模块13通过人体接触式感应传感器识别与鉴定器材使用人员的身份与身体状态。
信息数据收发模块14把获取的配重片与器材使用人员的信息发送到数据收集服务器。
识别标签子模块15、配重片信息存储模块11和所述人员信息识别模块13可以在健身器材中独立安装和工作。
上述模块可以分布于一个装置,也可以分布于多个装置;上述模块可以合并为一个模块,也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
本发明提供的监测反作用力的装置,配重片信息存储模块11和配重片信息传输模块12对配重片重量、位置和编号信息进行存储、读取及交互;人员信息识别模块13,为健身器材使用者进行个性化的监测;信息数据收发模块14,使配重片和器材使用人员的信息能够与其他设备进行交互、记录及存储;从而,突破现有健身器材的反作用力监测与记录的技术瓶颈。
如图3所示,本发明的一种监测反作用力的方法流程图,包括:
S101:给配重片及健身器材安装监测反作用力的装置,向配重片信息存储模块添加配重片的识别信息;
S102:健身器材使用人员触发人员信息识别模块,监测反作用力的装置获取器材使用人员的身份与身体状态;
S103:监测反作用力的装置通过配重片信息传输模块获取器材使用人员所选择及使用的配重片的信息;
S104:监测反作用力的装置通过信息数据收发模块把获取的配重片与器材使用人员的信息发送到数据收集服务器。
本发明提供的监测反作用力的方法,通过给配重片及健身器材安装监测反作用力的装置,向配重片信息存储模块添加配重片的识别信息,实现了配重片重量、位置和编号信息的存储、读取及交互;利用健身器材使用人员触发人员信息识别模块,保障监测反作用力的装置获取器材使用人员的身份与身体状态,实现为健身器材使用者进行个性化监测的目的;通过信息数据收发模块,使配重片和器材使用人员的信息能够与其他设备进行交互、记录及存储;因此,该发明,安全性好、可靠性高、使用简单,突破现有健身器材 的技术与功能瓶颈,具有良好的应用前景及市场价值。
本发明还可以通过硬件或者借助软件和必要的通用硬件平台的方式来突破健身训练中监控反作用力的技术关,并同时达到保证健身人员人身安全的目的。因此,本发明中的技术方案还可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该产品可以存储在一个非易失性存储介质(可以是CD-ROM或U盘或移动硬盘等)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机或服务器或网络设备等)执行本发明图1和图3所示的各个动作。此外,该监测反作用力的装置中的各组件可以按照分布于图1所示装置之中,也可以进行相应的变化位于不同于图1的一个或多个装置中;图1所示装置的各组件可以合并为一个整体的组件,也可以根据需要进一步拆分成多个子组件。
