本发明属于车辆拦截技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于车辆拦截的车轮束缚机构。
背景技术
目前汽车拦截技术领域常使用破胎技术,并且其关键技术是如何迅速的破胎,使轮胎尽可能的快速放气。但对于一些车辆轮胎放气后,车辆依然能够行驶,此时破胎结构所起到的拦截功能将会大打折扣。另外传统拦截技术往往仅考虑如何快速成功地拦车,并没有考虑如何尽可能的在拦截过程中拦截动作对车辆的损害最小,所以设计一种能够替换传统破胎技术的机构是非常有必要的,既能够成功的拦截又能尽可能对车辆损坏最小以使得车辆的二次使用减少翻修成本。
本发明设计一种用于车辆拦截的车轮束缚机构解决如上问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的上述缺陷,本发明公开一种用于车辆拦截的车轮束缚机构,它是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
一种用于车辆拦截的车轮束缚机构,其特征在于:它包括抗拉钢丝、束缚机构、易开铰链、固定铰链,其中多个束缚机构通过固定铰链等距地连接在一起组成列,列中的束缚机构通过易开铰链等距地与另一列相对应的束缚机构连接在一起,多列束缚机构组成二维排列;每一列的顶端的束缚机构安装有抗拉钢丝。

相对于传统的车辆拦截技术,本发明中前板具有斜面能够引导汽车进入束缚机构阵列中;束缚机构具有穿刺,穿刺顶端具有倒刺,穿刺安装在束缚底座上,且穿刺穿过了顶弧板的方孔,顶弧板能够在束缚底座中上下滑动,顶弧板在不受力时,穿刺能够完全被顶弧板遮住且位于顶弧板的穿刺方孔中,并且在人行走或者自行车行走时,人的重量和自行车的重量不足以通过克服顶弹簧的抗压缩力而使顶弧板向下运动,保护了穿刺漏出对人或者自行车造成损害。当汽车车轮压上顶弧板后,汽车的重量能够压缩顶弹簧,使穿刺漏出,并且进入到汽车车胎中,当汽车车轮驶过束缚机构后,车胎脱离穿刺过程被穿刺的倒刺反钩,穿刺无法脱离车胎,这就造成一方面车胎将会带着束缚机构运动,束缚机构将会附着上车轮上,车轮带着束缚机构撞击车轮的腔壁,产生阻力;另一方面束缚机构通过钢丝的牵引能够控制车辆的行驶,如果对钢丝施加力,车辆能够迅速的停止。束缚机构中的弧壁和束缚底座设计成0.5米的圆弧半径,目的在于这个尺寸的弧壁能够紧贴普通大量种类的车轮轮胎,便于束缚机构的附着。挡条的设计能够防止顶弧板在顶弹簧作用下脱离束缚底座;车轮压缩束缚机构后,通过固定铰链连接束缚机构的列能够缠绕在车轮上,因为是固定铰链,所以成列的束缚机构之间不会被分开,能够最终通过各自的钢丝拖拽控制缠绕的束缚机构的车轮,钢丝可以被独立控制也可以一端连接起来同时控制。一般来说车轮的轮子宽度是在一个很小的范围的,所以设计的束缚机构列之间的间距能够保证大部分车轮受到一列或者两 列的束缚机构的缠绕,在某一列或者某两列束缚到车轮上后,与束缚到车轮上的束缚机构列邻近的束缚机构列需要与其脱离并保持原来的位置,以备后续的汽车的拦截。所以列与列之间使用了易开铰链,易开耳具有开放的圆孔,能够在两侧支耳与易开耳之间产生力后,圆柱销能够从易开耳的开放圆孔中滑出,易开铰链能够保证束缚机构列能够顺利脱开。在车轮受到一列束缚机构穿刺后,附近一列的束缚机构通过易开铰链与缠绕车轮的束缚机构脱开,保证了旁列的束缚机构不会被带走。倒刺的水平面与束缚机构两端的易开铰链连线平行,设计的目的在于两个倒刺反钩处的轮胎位置属于轮胎的同一母线(将轮胎看成圆柱体,胎面为圆柱体的外缘面),这两个位置受到的力是相同的,这样的设计保证了穿刺两端受力平衡不会容易被折断。本发明通过设计束缚机构束缚车轮,然后通过控制束缚机构的钢丝来控制车轮进而控制汽车,能够保证汽车较大概率的被拦停,因为钢丝对车轮作用,所以车辆受到的破坏很小。

综上所述,本发明中前板具有斜面能够引导汽车进入束缚机构阵列中;束缚机构具有穿刺,穿刺顶端具有倒刺,穿刺安装在束缚底座上,且穿刺穿过了顶弧板的方孔,顶弧板能够在束缚底座中上下滑动,顶弧板在不受力时,穿刺能够完全被顶弧板遮住且位于顶弧板的穿刺方孔中,并且在人行走或者自行车行走时,人的重量和自行车的重量不足以通过克服顶弹簧的抗压缩力而使顶弧板向下运动,保护了穿刺漏出对人或者自行车造成损害。当汽车车轮压上顶弧板后,汽车 的重量能够压缩顶弹簧,使穿刺漏出,并且进入到汽车车胎中,如图8中的a所示,当汽车车轮驶过束缚机构后,车胎脱离穿刺过程被穿刺的倒刺反钩,穿刺无法脱离车胎,这就造成一方面车胎将会带着束缚机构运动,如图8中的b所示,束缚机构将会附着上车轮上,车轮带着束缚机构撞击车轮的腔壁,产生阻力;另一方面束缚机构通过钢丝的牵引能够控制车辆的行驶,如果对钢丝施加力,车辆能够迅速的停止。束缚机构中的弧壁和束缚底座设计成0.5米的圆弧半径,目的在于这个尺寸的弧壁能够紧贴普通大量种类的车轮轮胎,便于束缚机构的附着。挡条的设计能够防止顶弧板在顶弹簧作用下脱离束缚底座;车轮压缩束缚机构后,通过固定铰链连接束缚机构的列能够缠绕在车轮上,因为是固定铰链,所以成列的束缚机构之间不会被分开,能够最终通过钢丝的拖拽控制缠绕的束缚机构的车轮。一般来说车轮的轮子宽度是在一个很小的范围的,所以设计的束缚机构列之间的间距能够保证大部分车轮受到一列或者两列的束缚机构的缠绕,在某一列或者某两列束缚到车轮上后,与束缚到车轮上的束缚机构列邻近的束缚机构列需要与其脱离并保持原来的位置,以备后续的汽车的拦截。所以列与列之间使用了易开铰链,易开耳具有开放的圆孔,能够在两侧支耳与易开耳之间产生力后,圆柱销能够从易开耳的开放圆孔中滑出,易开铰链能够保证束缚机构列能够顺利脱开。在车轮受到一列束缚机构穿刺后,附近一列的束缚机构通过易开铰链与缠绕车轮的束缚机构脱开,保证了旁列的束缚机构不会被带走。如图9所示,倒刺的水平面与束缚机构两端的易开铰链连线平行,设计的目的在于两个倒刺反钩处的轮胎位置属于轮胎的同一母线(将轮胎看成圆柱体,胎面为圆柱体的外缘面),这两个位置受到的力是相同的,这样的设计保证了穿刺两端受力平衡不会容易被折断。本发明通过设计束缚机构束缚车轮,然后通过控制束缚机构的钢丝来控制车轮进而控制汽车,能够保证汽车较大概率的被拦停。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种用于车辆拦截的车轮束缚机构,其特征在于:它包括抗拉钢丝、束缚机构、易开铰链、固定铰链,其中多个束缚机构通过固定铰链等距地连接在一起组成列,列中的束缚机构通过易开铰链等距地与另一列相对应的束缚机构连接在一起,多列束缚机构组成二维排列;每一列的顶端的束缚机构安装有抗拉钢丝;
    上述束缚机构包括束缚底座、挡条、穿刺、顶弧板、顶弹簧、底座弧壁、导槽、圆柱销、导块、穿刺方孔、弧板,其中束缚底座为长方体,上侧具有底座弧壁,中间具有空腔,空腔内部两端对称地分别开有两个导槽;固定铰链安装在束缚底座的宽边侧面,易开铰链安装在束缚底座的长边侧面;顶弧板上侧具有弧板,下侧中间中空,弧板中间具有穿刺方孔,顶弧板两端的下侧对称地分别安装有两个导块;顶弧板安装在束缚底座中,且导块与导槽配合;束缚底座两端的导槽上侧分别安装有一个挡条;顶弹簧安装在束缚底座空腔内,且顶弹簧一端安装在束缚底座上,另一端安装在顶弧板下侧;穿刺底端安装在束缚底座上,且穿刺顶端穿过顶弧板的穿刺方孔;
    上述固定铰链包括两侧支耳和固定耳,固定耳与两侧支耳上具有圆孔,固定耳通过圆柱销安装在两侧支耳之间;
    上述易开铰链包括两侧支耳和易开耳,易开耳上具有不封闭的圆孔,两侧支耳上具有圆孔,易开耳通过圆柱销安装在两侧支耳之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于车辆拦截的车轮束缚机构,其特征在于:上述穿刺顶端具有两个倒刺,倒刺分布在一个水平面上,且该水平面与束缚机构两端的易开铰链连线平行。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于车辆拦截的车轮束缚机构,其特征在于:上述多个束缚机构上的钢丝另一端均连接在一起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于车辆拦截的车轮束缚机构,其特征在于:上述多个束缚机构所组成的阵列前端还安装有具有斜面特征的前板。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于车辆拦截的车轮束缚机构,其特征在于:上述弧板与底座弧壁的圆弧半径均为0.5m。
