本发明涉及一种可降解标签。
背景技术
标签应用广泛,对于一些特定的地方使用的标签需要短期使用,经过一段时间有让这些标签自行降解的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种可降解标签,旨在解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种可降解标签,所述可降解标签的成分为聚乳酸15~20份,淀粉50~60份,聚乙烯醇10~20份,甘油5~10份,硬脂酸锌3~5份,聚乙烯树脂30~40份,亚磷酸二苯酯1~5份,对苯二甲酸2~3份,聚羟基脂肪酸酯20~30份。
优选的,所述可降解标签的成分为聚乳酸20份,淀粉50份,聚乙烯醇20份,甘油5份,硬脂酸锌5份,聚乙烯树脂30份,亚磷酸二苯酯3份,对苯二甲酸3份,聚羟基脂肪酸酯20份。
优选的,所述可降解标签的成分为聚乳酸15份,淀粉60份,聚乙烯醇20份,甘油7份,硬脂酸锌4份,聚乙烯树脂35份,亚磷酸二苯酯5份,对苯二甲酸2份,聚羟基脂肪酸酯20份。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本标签具有良好的力学性能和热稳定型,于此同时具有优异的生物降解性,安全环保。

优选的,所述可降解标签的成分为聚乳酸15份,淀粉60份,聚乙烯醇20份,甘油7份,硬脂酸锌4份,聚乙烯树脂35份,亚磷酸二苯酯5份,对苯二甲酸2份,聚羟基脂肪酸酯20份。

  1. 一种可降解标签,其特征在于:所述可降解标签的成分为聚乳酸15~20份,淀粉50~60份,聚乙烯醇10~20份,甘油5~10份,硬脂酸锌3~5份,聚乙烯树脂30~40份,亚磷酸二苯酯1~5份,对苯二甲酸2~3份,聚羟基脂肪酸酯20~30份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解标签,其特征在于:所述可降解标签的成分为聚乳酸20份,淀粉50份,聚乙烯醇20份,甘油5份,硬脂酸锌5份,聚乙烯树脂30份,亚磷酸二苯酯3份,对苯二甲酸3份,聚羟基脂肪酸酯20份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解标签,其特征在于:所述可降解标签的成分为聚乳酸15份,淀粉60份,聚乙烯醇20份,甘油7份,硬脂酸锌4份,聚乙烯树脂35份,亚磷酸二苯酯5份,对苯二甲酸2份,聚羟基脂肪酸酯20份。
