Abstract
This invention relates to sliding window system integrated to panel system that enable sliding window systems as is used in the facades are manufactured at factory and easily assembled on the facades.
Description
DESCRIPTION
SLIDING WINDOW SYSTEM INTEGRATED TO PANEL SYSTEM This invention relates to sliding window system integrated to panel system that enable sliding window systems as is used in the facades are manufactured at factory and easily assembled on the facades.
Sliding windows as is used today are assembled onto facades afterwards. For and during the assembling process, a sliding frame profile is inserted in the panel profiles and then a sliding window vent profile is, in turn, is inserted inside the sliding frame profile. When checking outside these assembling works, quite a thick layer of profile surface that covers the glass is visible, which interrupts visual coherence and disturbs the eye aesthetically.
Again, quality of workmanship is crucial for present systems especially when sliding window system is assembled on the panel system profiles afterwards in the case of high rise buildings. If such assembling work independent from the quality of profiles and material is poor in quality, it results in significant troubles as far as heat, water and sound insulation is concerned. This, in turn, leads to other technical problems.
Likewise, sliding window systems are to be assembled onto profiling and facade systems of the present time afterwards, therefore assembling works take a lot of time and this increases labour costs.
In the invention, inner surface of the panel profiles are designed as a sliding frame, thus sliding window system vents can be placed on the panel profiles directly.
Objective of the invention is to enable that sliding window vent profile is integrated to the panel system, and sliding window system integrated to panel system is manufactured at plants (factories) and placed on the facades with a direct application afterwards, which will also reduce costs.
Another objective of the invention is to enable that sliding window systems that will be used or the facades are integrated to the panel system directly at plants (factories), hence to reduce any potential errors in the first place, to maximise heat, sound and water insulation and to improve workmanship quality.
Another objective of the invention is to enable high resistance to climatic exterior factors such as wind, rainfall, sand etc. especially in the case of high rise buildings.
Another objective of the invention is to enable sliding window systems that will be used or the facades are integrated to the panel system directly at plants (factories), hence to reduce assembling time considerably.
Another objective of the invention is to offer an aesthetic view that that does disturb the eye unlike sliding window systems as in use today. This is enabled that the sliding window system can be designed to the panel system as in the same thickness as the panel system itself.
The invention is shown in the attached figures,
Figure 1- Appearance of the invention related product
Figure 2- Appearance of the invention related product (when the sliding window vent profile is separate)
Figure 3- Sliding frame integrated panel profile cross-section Numbers of the parts in the figures correspond to the followings,
1. sliding frame integrated panel profile
1.1 guide pin channel, drip casing and similar accessory casings
2. sliding window vent profile
The invention contains a sliding frame integrated panel profile (1) and a sliding window vent profile (2), which has been directly placed inside the sliding frame integrated panel profile (1). The sliding window vent profile (2) enables interconnection and interlocking with horizontal and vertical profiles that constitute the sliding frame integrated panel profile (1), as well as horizontal and vertical profiles that constitute the sliding window vent profile (2) so that the sliding frame integrated panel profile (1) is placed directly. Also, the invention contains a guide pin channel and drip casing inside the sliding frame integrated panel profile (1). The guide pin channel, drip casing and similar accessory casings (1.1) that normally are placed onto the sliding frame are inside the sliding frame integrated panel profile, hence the sliding frame integrated panel profile (1) also functions as the sliding frame, enabling the sliding window vent profile (2) is directly assembled onto it. As the sliding frame
integrated panel profile (1) of the invention renders sliding profile unnecessary, it reduces the surface area covered by the profiles around the glass for a more aesthetic view and less time consumed. As the sliding window vent profile (2) can be directly placed on the sliding frame integrated panel profile (1), the invention can be prepared and manufactured at plants (factories) for direct application, and placed on the facades afterwards, which facilitates assembling and saves time considerably. In addition, the fact that the invention can be prepared and manufactured at plants (factories) for direct application, and placed on the facades afterwards enables high quality standards for heat, water rand sound installation purposes.
Claims
