본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는, 사용자의 위치를 기반으로 기상정보에 적합한 패션 아이템을 추천하여 사용자의 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한다.

추가적으로, 코디된 전체 패션 아이템에 대해 문의사항이 있는 경우, 도 8 내지 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 실제 전체 패션 아이템을 코디한 특정 코디네이터에게 직접 1:1 채팅을 통해 상담을 통한 구매가 가능하도록 한다.
상태어 데이터베이스부(400)는 기상정보에 따라 사용자별 패션 아이템을 코디하여 추천하면서 추천한 전체 패션 아이템에 적합한 상태어를 매칭하여 사용자 단말(120) 화면 상에 사용자에게 보내는 메세지를 선택할 수 있다. 도 4를 참조하면, 기상 상태에 따라 "큰 일교차 주의!"라는 메세지가 뜨면서, 따뜻한 코트와 따뜻한 상의 및 하의를 포함하여 가방 및 신발을 사용자에게 코디하여 추천할 수 있다.
즉, 상태어 데이터베이스부(400)는 기상정보를 조회한 시점을 기준으로 기상정보에 대한 기준을 매칭한다. 이때, 매칭되는 기준 정보는 온도, 습도, 바랍 및 강수 여부(강수량) 일 수 있다. 따라서 이를 토대로 하여 상태어 데이터베이스부(400)로부터 해당 기상정보와 매칭 가능한 날씨별 상태어를 선정할 수 있다.
푸쉬 알람 서비스부(500)는 사용자 위치 기반 패션 코디 장치(100)를 사용자 단말(120)에 실행시키지 않더라도, 사용자 단말(120) 배경 화면상에서 사용자 단말(120)의 위치 정보를 토대로 해당하는 기상정보, 패션 팁 및 날씨별 추천 코디를 볼 수 있도록 팝업 메세지를 설정하여 서비스할 수 있다.
또한, 푸쉬 알람 서비스부(500)는 사용자가 설정한 일정에 맞춰서 기상정보 메세지를 따로 보내거나, 개별 패션 아이템과 관련된 연관상품 검색결과 페이지로 바로 이동할 수 있도록 연관상품 검색결과 메세지를 보내거나, 나아가, 특정 패션 아이템을 홍보하는 홍보 메세지를 보낼 수 있다(도 13 참조).
마지막으로, 도 12를 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 사용자 위치 기반 패션 코디 추천 장치(100)를 사용자 단말(120)에 다운로드하여 회원가입한 사용자는 사용자 단말(120)상에 사용자 위치에 기반한 기상정보를 토대로 날씨 정보와 패션 코디를 추천받을 수 있다(S100). 이러한 정보를 확인한 사용자(S200)는 추천받은 패션 코디 아이템을 확인(S300)하고 해당 절차(프로세스)를 종료할 수 있다(S400). 또한, 추천받은 패션 코디 아이템을 확인(S300)하고, 더 자세한 정보를 알고 싶은 사용자의 경우, 코디 페이지(S320)를 선택하여 확인하고, 더 자세하게는, 상세 페이지(S340)로 넘어가 확인할 수 있다. 해당된 패션 아이템이 마음에 드는 경우, 모바일 간편 결재를 통해 손쉽게 구매할 수 있게 된다(S360).
본 발명에 따른 사용자 위치 기반 패션 코디 추천 장치(100)는 위치를 기반으로 하여 날씨 상황에 따른 패션 추천 개인화 서비스에 대한 것이며, 그 활용도가 급성장할 수 있는 트렌드이다. 특히, 무선 인터넷 사용자의 변경되는 위치에 따라 기상 변화, 날씨 정보, 의류 코디 정보를 개개인별 데이터 마이팅 추천 알람 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
이상의 설명에서 '제1', '제2' 등의 용어는 다양한 구성요소들을 설명하기 위해 사용되었지만, 각각의 구성요소들은 이러한 용어들에 의해 한정되어서는 안된다. 즉, '제1', '제2' 등의 용어들은 하나의 구성요소를 다른 구성요소로부터 구별하기 위한 목적으로 사용되었다. 예를 들어, 본 발명의 권리범위를 벗어나지 않으면서 '제1구성요소'는 '제2구성요소'로 명명될 수 있고, 유사하게 '제2구성요소'도 '제1구성요소'로 명명될 수 있다. 또한, '및/또는'이라는 용어는 복수의 관련된 기재된 항목들의 조합 또는 복수의 관련된 기재된 항목들 중의 어느 항목을 포함하는 의미로 사용되었다.
이상에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대해 도시하고 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상술한 특정의 바람직한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변형 실시가 가능한 것은 물론이고, 그와 같은 변경은 청구범위 기재의 범위 내에 있게 된다.
최근 개인 맞춤형 정보를 제공하는 디지털 라이프 추천 서비스가 급 성장하고 있다. 이에 사용자 위치 정보를 기반으로 날씨 정보를 고려하여 상황에 맞는 추천 코디 알람을 제공함으로서, 사용자는 편리하게 의상을 선택할 수 있고 연출도 쉬운 바 산업상 이용 가능성이 매우 우수하다고 할 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 사용자 단말에 다운로드 되어 실행 가능한 사용자 위치 기반 패션 코디 추천 장치에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말의 위치 정보를 토대로 기상정보를 제공하는 공공 데이터 서버로부터 상기 사용자 단말의 위치에 따른 기상정보를 수신하는 기상정보부;
    상기 사용자 단말의 위치에 따라 수신된 기상정보를 토대로 해당 일(日)에 입을 수 있는 전체 패션 아이템을 머리부터 발끝까지 코디하여 추천하는 패션 코디 추천부;
    상기 기상정보에 따라 사용자별 패션 아이템을 코디하여 추천하면서 상기 추천한 전체 패션 아이템에 적합한 상태어를 매칭하여 상기 사용자 단말 화면에 사용자에게 보내는 메시지를 선택하는 상태어 데이터베이스부; 및
    상기 사용자 위치 기반 패션 코디 장치를 상기 사용자 단말에 실행시키지 않더라도, 상기 사용자 단말 배경 화면 상에서 상기 사용자 단말의 위치 정보를 토대로 해당하는 기상정보, 패션 팁 및 날씨별 추천 코디를 볼 수 있도록 팝업 메세지를 설정하는 푸쉬 알람 서비스부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 위치 기반 패션 코디 추천 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 패션 코디 추천부는,
    상기 사용자 별로 상기 기상정보를 토대로 원하는 취향에 맞춰 패션 아이템을 코디하여 추천하는 아이템 추천부;
    코디된 상기 전체 패션 아이템을 이루는 개별 패션 아이템에 대한 정보를 개시하는 아이템 상세부; 및
    코디된 상기 전체 패션 아이템 중 사용자가 원하는 개별 패션 아이템 또는 전체 패션 아이템을 바로 구매할 수 있는 아이템 구매부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 위치 기반 패션 코디 추천 장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 기상정보는 날씨, 기온, 습도 및 풍속 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 위치 기반 패션 코디 추천 장치.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 전체 패션 아이템은 상의 및 하의가 포함되며,
    상기 전체 패션 아이템은 아우터, 신발, 가방, 모자, 양말, 머플러, 안경, 시계 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 위치 기반 패션 코디 추천 장치.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말의 위치정보는 실제 사용자 단말의 위치 정보 외에 추가로 타 지역을 설정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 위치 기반 패션 코디 추천 장치.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 푸쉬 알람 서비스부는 사용자가 설정한 일정에 맞춰서 추가로 기상정보 메세지를 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 위치 기반 패션 코디 추천 장치.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 푸쉬 알람 서비스부는 상기 개별 패션 아이템과 관련된 연관상품 검색결과 페이지로 바로 이동할 수 있도록 연관상품 검색결과 메세지를 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 위치 기반 패션 코디 추천 장치.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 푸쉬 알람 서비스부는 특정 패션 아이템을 홍보하는 홍보 메세지를 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 위치 기반 패션 코디 추천 장치.
  9. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 아이템 추천부는 상기 사용자가 과거에 구매한 이력이 있는 아이템을 포함하여 패션 아이템을 코디하여 추천하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 위치 기반 패션 코디 추천 장치.
